  • CHRIST IN YOU, THE MYSTERY | HoFM

Top of Page OTHER TEACHINGS CHRIST IN YOU, THE MYSTERY. Colossians 1:27 “To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” In our previous lesson, Visible and Invisible, I commented that the number one rule in understanding how the physical and invisible creation interacts was The Word, for it is written: Colossians 2:3 “In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” So that not only do all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge abide in God’s Word, but they also abide in The Word that became flesh! Colossians 2:9 “For in Him (The Word that became flesh: Jesus) dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.” So that according to our opening text, those of us who have received Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord have residing within us already all these treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Colossians 2:10 “And you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” But notice carefully how Paul describes it in our opening text, Christ in you the hope of glory. What that basically means is that a great gift has been given to all of us who believe, and that within all of us who believe in Christ, resides the potential to access those hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge. Now from the scientific point of view what that means is that we, those of us who believe in Christ, have been given the power by faith in the name of Jesus to manipulate the basic elements that comprise all matter. So that when Paul writes to us that in Christ we have the hope of glory, what he means is that in Christ we have the grounds to expect the manifestation of that which is invisible to us, or another way of saying it, that which seems impossible to us in the natural. So that true faith is based on the real evidence of something that already exists in the invisible or spiritual realm called heaven, where Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. Scripture tells us that by the stripes of Jesus we were healed, Christ in us gives us the hope of accessing that healing that God has already released and loosed in heaven, to come to reality here in our physical confine if we can by faith release it here on the earth where it is needed. Why do these healings do not take place all the time? Why don’t they become a reality as they should on behalf of those of us who believe? Colossians 2:8 “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.” Notice the phrase according to the basic principles. A basic principle is a foundational law that governs a realm. There are laws or principles that govern the physical realm, and there are laws or principles that govern the spiritual realm. In the physical or visible realm, the basic law that permeates everything is entropy, because in our physical world everything eventually dies, for all that is visible is passing away. In the spiritual invisible realm however the basic law that permeates everything is the law of life, which is the law of Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:22 “For as in Adam all die (entropy), even so in Christ all shall be made alive (deliverance from entropy, that is our blessed hope).” Those who operate according to the basic principles of the world cannot produce life, so that the healing that is needed does not come to pass on their behalf. However those who operate according to the basic principles of Christ, receive the healing needed to continue with a good and abundant life, for they are following the proper protocol. Colossians 3:1-2 “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above (the invisible spiritual realm), not on things on the earth (the visible physical realm).” Let us ask these two simple questions and then a third: where does sickness come from? And where do healings come from? Sickness comes from the past and healings come from the future age that is to come! Now let me ask one more question, where does the past and the future come together? The answer to the third question is in Christ, for He is the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. He has borne our sicknesses and diseases, He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities which is where all sicknesses came from, that answers the first question. Now here is the answer to the second question. Hebrews 6:5 “And have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come.” Every healing that Jesus performed He brought from the future age that is to come; for it is written in Scripture that in the future every knee will bow and that every tongue will confess, that every eye will see Him, and that in Christ all shall be made alive. Hebrews 12:12-13 “Therefore strengthen the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be dislocated, but rather be healed.” Now we understand from science that in the invisible world of sub-atomic particles which form all the things which are visible, that these sub-atomic particles exist in two different places at the same time, that is they transcend time and space. So that if our sicknesses are caused by past sins and iniquities that oppress us in the present, we can summon through the Word of God, the powers of the age to come and remedy whatever situation we face, if we dare to believe that with God nothing is impossible. Matthew 17:20 “So Jesus said to them, ‘Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.’” Now let us think about a literal mountain, if Jesus spoke to a high mountain and told it to move from here to someplace else, what would be the mechanics involved? Well we have an answer from nature! Every minute tons of water evaporate from the world’s oceans, move themselves away from there and travel to far away places where they come down as rain or snow, literally tons and tons of them fall back down to earth every minute somewhere in the world. What are the mountains made of? Sub-atomic particles that are held together by an invisible force, and in the same way that the sub-atomic particles that forms the waters that are in the oceans and are disbanded and made to fly away and then to come together again someplace else, the Word of the Lord has the same power to influence the dirt that forms the mountains or anything else, even the living things. Psalm 97:5 “The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of all the earth.” What I am trying to do here is to encourage your hope in the Word of God, for the Word of God is a lot more real than anything that exists within our physical realm. The entire world system is designed to get people away from trusting in the hope of glory that we have in Christ, but if you are in Christ do not be cheated out of your inheritance in the light by going back into trusting in the basic principles of this world. Colossians 2:20 “Therefore, if you died with Christ from the basic principles of the world, why, as though living in the world, do you subject yourselves to regulations (things that perish with the using and which are not eternal like the promises of God are).” Back to Other Teachings

  • SPIRITUAL JOY | HoFM

Top of Page THE DELIVERANCE MINISTRY SPIRITUAL JOY Psalm 16:11 “You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” Spiritual joy comes as the direct result of spiritual life, you cannot separate them, where there is no spiritual life there is no spiritual joy. We maybe very happy due to our position in life, but our position in life is not the source for spiritual joy, for if our position in life changes for the worse, then our reason for happiness is removed. Not so with spiritual joy, once you have it you can never lose it. For our joy is based on the gift of eternal life, and God’s gifts are irrevocable. Romans 11:29 “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” In the day of Pentecost Peter began to preach to the multitudes who had gathered around the disciples after a tornado, a rushing mighty wind, had settled over and filled the house where they were praying. Peter told the crowd that they were witnessing that which the prophet Joel had prophesied about as being the mission statement of the newly born church of our Lord Jesus Christ; and this is what Peter told them: Acts 2:22-25 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man attested by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs which God did through Him in your midst, as you yourselves also know—Him, being delivered by the determined purpose and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by lawless hands, have crucified, and put to death; whom God raised up, having loosed (destroy or abolished) the pains of death, because it was not possible that He should be held by it.” Peter gets right to the point and tells the multitudes that the Jesus that they’ve crucified and killed, is the very One whom God had appointed to destroy the pains of death itself, for Peter tells them that it is impossible for death to keep hold of the Author and Sustainer of Life. Then the very next Scripture that he quotes to them is from Psalm 16, our opening text; Peter tells them that when David wrote Psalm 16 he was not speaking about himself, but about Israel’s future Messiah, and plainly tells them that the fulfillment of David’s prophecy has been accomplished by the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth from the dead. Acts 2:27 “For You will not leave my soul in Hades, nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.” Psalm 16:10 “For You will not leave my soul in Sheol, nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.” The point that Peter is trying to make to them is that death has been conquered by Jesus going to the cross, and that the path or way for eternal life had been made known to man, and that is the very reason why we have joy. Acts 2:28 “You have made known to me the ways of life; You will make me full of joy in Your presence.” Psalm 118:14-15 “The Lord is my strength and song, and He has become my salvation. The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the right hand of the Lord (Jesus) does valiantly.” Psalm 118 is the center chapter of the Bible; it is preceded by the shortest chapter in the Bible and it is followed by the longest chapter in the Bible, I guess that we can call it the long and the short of it. The center verses of chapter 118 and of the Bible itself, speaks of how the Lord has become our salvation and how that is our reason for rejoicing. Although I called it Spiritual Joy it is very much physically present within all true believers. The reason why I called it spiritual is because this joy is independent of whatever our physical situation might be. I also stated the this joy is a gift from God and that His gifts are irrevocable. Let me enumerate a few reasons as to why we should all be rejoicing in this joy that emanates from our born again spirit and permeates every fiber of our souls. Psalm 118:1 “Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” He is good! We know that, for He saved us from all our sins, but let us remember also that His mercy towards us is everlasting. In the letter to the Hebrews we are told that by two immutable things God established His covenant with us: Number one is that the God who cannot lie swore on an oath, number two, that He would not change His mind. This is very important, for from our human perspective we make commitments that are based on our present circumstances, and when those circumstances change, we sometimes find it reasonable to change our minds about our original commitment. We are tempted within our human nature to believe that God changes His mind about our salvation when the circumstances warrant it, but that way of thinking is not within God’s nature, and He wanted us to know that. Hebrews 6:18 “That by two immutable (unchangeable) things, in which it is impossible for God to lie…” Hebrews 7:21 “But He (Jesus) became a priest with an oath when God said to Him: ‘The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind: You are a priest forever.’” NIV So that our salvation is not dependent on our present or future situations, but rather in the immutability of the oath of the God who does not lie and who swore that He would not change His mind about our salvation that was entrusted to the Priesthood of Jesus. Now that is the headspring of the living waters of the well of salvation and the reason for our unshakable joy. Psalm 118:5-6 “I called on the Lord in distress; the Lord answered me and set me in a broad place. The Lord is on my side; I will not fear. What can man do to me?” So, what happens if in our daily walk we fall, falter, or fail? They that call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved, delivered into a broad place! What if I come under demonic attack? The Lord is on my side and will always be on my side. He promised and said that He would not change His mind, so therefore we have no fear, there is nothing that man can do to us in regards to our salvation. Now there is another reason for joy. Psalm 118:7 “The Lord is for me among those who help me; Therefore I shall see my desire on those who hate me.” The Lord is our vindication and our source of joy, for we know that while in this world we will have tribulations that are brought about by our enemies. But God is our present help in time of need and we know that He can be fully trusted. Psalm 118:17 “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” What greater joy can a person have than being able to say with such great confidence, I am not going to die, I am going to live, and I will testify about God’s faithfulness. And here is the main reason why we can rejoice! Psalm 118:18 “The Lord has chastened me severely, but He has not given me over to death.” It is true that the Lord is our Father and as such He will chasten us, for we are not illegitimate children, BUT HE WILL NEVER DISOWN US! It is no wonder that there is so much praise and joy as the Psalm comes to a close: Psalm 118:28-29 “You are my God, and I will praise You; You are my God, I will exalt You. Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.” How can we not love a God that loves us so much? How can we not rejoice when we have a merciful God like Him for our Father? At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore! Back to Deliverance Ministry

Top of Page Top of Page THE KINGDOM OF THE FIRST BORN Written by Pastor Marcos Marrero Published on 12/26/2010 This is a sampling of the free book called The Kingdom of the First Born. You can read the book for free here . INTRODUCTION Colossians 1:15-18 “He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.” The concept of “the firstborn” when applied to Jesus can be kind of troublesome in the minds of some believers and perhaps many, especially as we consider the fact that Jesus is God Eternal who has always been and shall forever be. Malachi 3:6 “For I am the LORD, I change not.” KJV “The firstborn over all creation” Just what do the Scriptures mean when they refer to Jesus as being the firstborn over all creation? We can make the argument as I do in my book “Man’s Final Destiny” that “The Word of God” is the second person of the Godhead (John 1:1), and that through Him “The Word of God” all things were created, since God Spoke everything into existence by saying “Let there be…!” And that The Eternal Word did not become flesh until He entered into the body that was prepared for Him some two thousand years ago, namely Jesus: (John 1:14), the physical body, into whom The Word entered and became flesh. “He is before all things” However, Paul appears to be making this statement directly about Jesus the Word incarnate, since in verse 13 of the same chapter he writes: “…Conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.” And in others Scriptures as well, some quoted in the letter to the Hebrews, it seems to be making the same point of a beginning or starting point for the Son. Hebrews 1:5-6 “For to which of the angels did He ever say: ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You’? And again: ‘I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to Me a Son’? But when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says: ‘Let all the angels of God worship Him.’” “The beginning, the firstborn from the dead” Meanwhile this phrase seems to imply that its beginning should be applied only to the time immediately after the resurrection of Jesus from the dead. Obviously there is more to these Scriptures that meets the eye. Was there a transformative event that took place with the works of creation that God somehow used to represent Himself into a form or manner into the likes of which He had never revealed Himself? In other words, did the God that does not change, transformed Himself into something new, something that had never existed before? In this writing I intend to shed light on the mysteries hidden within the history of creation as presented in the Bible. Hopefully to expound on the premises on which God has founded His works: like… Did the God that never changes really transform Himself into something new? • I am Saved - A Poem from HofM

POETRY SAVED When the breeze refreshes one's soul And the eyes are so full of joy When the heart sweet melodies sing You know who's living within. Peace and Joy control and direct Making all of one's cares melt away And the river that flows from within Washes clean all the guilt and the sin. How can a soul be so cleansed? And how can one find such a way? If one follows the path of the cross And the Painful Way's narrow roads. One will find the blood that was shed One will hear the words that were said: "It is finish" man is free at last For man's fear of death met its match. And the one that defeated man's foe Rose triumphantly to give us this hope That those who will call on His Name Will rise up to meet Him some day. In this hope my soul feels no shame For I know Him who freed me through grace So I now proclaim with delight That my Savior is risen and someday will I! Saved By Marcos Marrero 4-28-97

  • PRAY FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATION | HoFM

Top of Page Top of Page EMPOWERING PRAYERS PRAY FOR OUR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATION COMMUNITIES Written by Minister Lisa Kane 12.31.23 SAY THIS PRAYER OUT LOUD: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the scientific and education communities around the world to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the scientific and education communities around the world; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the scientific and education communities around the world, ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” Father God, I bless the scientific and education communities around the world, with open ears, eyes, hearts, and minds to see, hear, receive, and believe the living Word of God because you state in Mark 4:12 KJV “12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” I pray in hope that they see and perceive, hear and understand so they would believe in Jesus the Son of the living God! And Heavenly Father, I bless the scientific and education communities around the world with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the scientific and education communities around the world with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let the spirit of God move forth in the hearts of the people in the scientific and education communities to forgive and reconcile the nation back to Jesus, the Son of God as Paul states in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 KJV “18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” I pray that the scientific and education communities around the world are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I also pray that past generations deceived by lies would be restored to the truth going forward. I pray that the fruit of the spirit stated in Galatians 5:22-23 KJV “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” manifests within the hearts of the scientific and education communities around the world. I pray that those who work in science and education will share truth and fact from the Bible. That previous generations who were taught lies will be restored with truth in the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God. I pray that the gifts of the holy spirit stated in 1 Corinthians 12:7-12 KJV “7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” would unite the body of Christ under one leadership, the Holy Spirit and that the Spirit of God moves through each of us so that we know what to pray, how to pray, when to pray, and praise the living God in all that we do. And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen! • SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES | HoFM

Top of Page THE DELIVERANCE MINISTRY SPIRITUAL PRINCIPLES Psalm 19:7 “The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.” God is using His creation of the entire universe, verses one through six, the six days of creation, as a backdrop to His statement on verse seven, The law of the Lord is perfect as He reveals to us the perfection of His spiritual principles, so that we can have an understanding of how His spiritual laws work, as we compare them to the physical laws of nature that we understand. Spiritual principles are the spiritual laws that govern the invisible spiritual universe; and the physical laws or principles, govern the visible physical universe. Our understanding of them engenders us with the ability to be transformed in our thinking, they, the spiritual laws, have the power to convert our soul, our spiritual make up, and to make our simple ways of understanding nature into a powerful tool that helps us to understand the invisible qualities of God Himself. Acts 4:13 “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.” Everything that Jesus taught revolved around spiritual principles, and He often used parables, simple physical imagery, to portrait how spiritual laws worked. We can see from the verse in the book of Acts the powerful influence that Jesus’ teaching had upon His disciples, they understood spiritual laws/principles, just as well or better than those men educated in matters of the practice and principles of the law itself. What is a spiritual principle and how can we compare it to a physical law of nature? Gravity is a physical law of nature, our discovery of it has helped humanity tremendously to understand how our physical universe works, and most of us have a basic understanding of it. The spiritual counterpart of gravity could be found in our next Scripture verse. Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.” Here we see the connection between spirit and gravity, pride always precedes the fall, now that is a spiritual principle that has a tremendous effect upon our physical world, just like gravity, yet very few understand its workings, because most people do not understand that pride is a spirit. Proverbs 16:19 “Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.” We naturally understand that if we jump of a cliff we are going to fall and hurt ourselves, but how many of us know that if we walk in pride we are certain to fall and hurt ourselves. See, you might be spared somehow if you jump off a cliff, because natural laws deviate, but not so with spiritual laws, for they are perfect. There are no trees to cushion your fall in the spiritual realm, your only protection is to reject the spirit of pride and humble yourselves before you fall. But you see, we would do that only if we really believe that pride and gravity have the same effect, they both will cause us to fall, the only difference is that in the physical realm the consequences are sometimes mitigated by other factors, but not so in the spiritual realm, because, once again, God’s spiritual laws are perfect, they never fail. Psalm 19:11-12 “Moreover by them (our understanding of God’s spiritual principles) Your servant is warned, and in keeping them (God’s spiritual principles) there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults.” A humbled heart goes a long way into helping us to see ourselves from the proper perspective, and that is where the great reward is, for who can understand his errors, unless someone with a different perspective as theirs points them out to them, but if we walk in the spirit of pride we would never listen. And when we are willing to listen to wise counsel and deal with our known errors in a biblical way, them even our secret faults, God is more than willing to cleanse, because of another spiritual principle that walks hand in hand with those who walk with a humbled heart. Proverbs 3:34 “Surely He scorns the scornful, but gives grace to the humble.” To walk with a humbled spirit is to walk with God’s grace. How can a metal airplane that weighs tons, loaded with hundreds of passengers, with tanks full of fuel, and hundreds of pieces of luggage on board fly and defy gravity? Because of the law of aerodynamics; for thousands of years humans could not mechanically fly, until the law of aerodynamics was discovered, and now we can even fly into outer space. For thousands of years humans languished under the heaviness of sin, and could not rise above God’s perfect law that declared that the soul that sinned shall surely died and be confined, until the more perfect law of God’s grace was revealed on Calvary’s hill to release mankind from the burden of sin that kept us down. Not everybody flies, and not everybody is saved. Under the natural law not everybody might be able to fly due to physical limitations, but in the perfect spiritual realm of God’s grace, everybody can be saved no matter what their physical limitations might be, because God’s grace is perfectly adequate for all humans to avail themselves with. Right, pure, clean, true and righteous altogether, those are the qualities that the perfect law of God’s grace brings into the soul that understands God’s mercy and makes these qualities of grace its habitation. Psalm 19:8 “The statutes (spiritual principles) of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.” The understanding of right begins within the human heart having experienced the power of God’s grace, being humbled by the manifestation of God’s great mercy and forgiveness. Having the right perspective of our standing before God is a humbling experience that opens our eyes to the purity and perfection of Jesus’ sacrifice for us and what He accomplished for the entire human race. Psalm 19:9 “The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.” The fear of the Lord is having a clear understanding of how spiritual principles work, that they are more real than the physical laws of nature that we dare not violate because we naturally understand the consequences of such violations, that is what keeps us clean. When we understand the judgments or consequences for violating God’s spiritual principles, how true they are, we make every effort to avoid violating them, and that in essence is what makes us to walk in righteousness altogether. Psalm 19:10 “More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.” Here we see how the soul is converted by the testimony of the Lord; once we understand the reality of these spiritual laws, we naturally desire them more than any physical thing, more than gold and riches, even more than our necessary food as Job declared about God’s statues. Psalm 19:13 “Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression.” Assumptions and presumptions: In the natural or physical realm we tend to believe, based on assumptions, that friends will be true, that others can be trusted to work for our betterment, that life will be normal, and if we are young, that old age is something that happens to others, not us. To assume is not a great transgression because when friends betray you, and when others put their own self-interest ahead of yours, and when life treats you like a toilet, and wait until you start getting old, Ha! Ha! All that does is make you stronger if you understand spiritual principles and are living by them. But to presume, now that is a different type of sin, for those who presume on the grace of God, which is spiritual, fall under the dominion of the sin they ignored and presumed would not harm them. So that no matter what we think we know and understand about spiritual principles, it is always desirable to keep a humble heart and an open mind, lest we fall into the sin of presumption and forfeit the grace that sustains us. Psalm 19:14 “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.” Now that is great advice, let’s take advantage of it and put it to good use. Top of Page THE DELIVERANCE MINISTRY RELENT OR RESIST Romans 9:19 “You will say to me then, ‘Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?’” How do we know, when an adverse circumstance rises against us, if we are to resist it, or just accept it and endure it? Here is what I mean, if the adversity is a trial sent to us from God for the testing of our faith, we would not want to fail the test by resisting the adverse circumstance to the point where we renege our faith on His promise that if we endure trials faithfully, He will see us through them. But if it is an attack from the enemy, we want to come against it head on and defeat it, for we are told that if we submit to God and resist the devil that he will flee from us. Acts 7:51 “You stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.” The Scripture in Acts gives us a tremendous insight into how vital it is for our wellbeing to be able to know when we are to resist adversity, and when we are to relent and endure them. Because if we are resisting the Holy Spirit we are fighting against the will of God for our lives, and that is not going to be good for anybody. Uncircumcised in heart and ears. Circumcision is a type for the removal of the flesh from the life-giving ordinances of God, in other words, we need to remove our carnality from the decision making process. That resolves the first part of the problem. An uncircumcised ear is one that focuses on the adversity alone, and by doing so, the heart, where the decision-making process takes place, is compromised, for it cannot make an informed decision since it is only receiving one side of the adversity, we are facing, which is the pain it causes, and not what the potential benefits, if any, might be. As your fathers did, so do you. The second part of the problem is generational; resisting the will of God for our lives is embedded within our human genes, courtesy of the fall of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden, the Paradise of God for us. Adam and Eve were kicked out of the Garden to prevent them from partaking of the fruit of the Tree of Life, for had they eaten from it in their rebelliously carnal state, they would have become like the fallen angels, unredeemable and eternally dammed forever. In God’s plan of redemption for humanity, Jesus who is the Tree of Life, hung naked on the cross to cover our nakedness with His holiness, and opened the door for us back into the Paradise of God where we can freely partake of the fruit of the Tree of Life, which is His Word/Promises. John 6:63 “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” So that our decision-making process, concerning anything, has to be based on the Word of God instead of what the flesh is experiencing! How do we circumcise our hearts and ears? Romans 9:9 “For this is the word of promise…” We have to begin at the point of our salvation. Our salvation is the result of God’s promises to mankind. In Jesus, the Seed of the woman, all the promises of God given to us can be attained. For there is no other name under heaven whereby we must be saved and delivered. Acts 4:12 “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Spiritually speaking, what I am trying to say is that if we are fully persuaded that we belong to Jesus Christ, and we know for a fact that His Holy Spirit is within us, and we are convinced that He has a plan and a purpose for our lives, and that His plan and purpose is the very best for us, then nothing else really matters does it? What I’m saying is that as long as we are fully committed to His good will and great and precious promises for us, the result can never be in doubt, even if our discernment fails us at times, for as it is written: Hebrews 10:23 “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” What that does for us is that it takes the pressure off from our decision-making process. Hey, I don’t want to suffer a minute longer than I have to in order to obtain God’s promises for my life, for I do not enjoy suffering. But I know that if I somehow miss a turn and have to go around the block one extra time or two, it is not going to stop God from getting me there, for this is what He promised me: Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” True deliverance, or circumcision of the heart begins, when we finally cross a threshold in our hearts that says: I belong to God, and I am fully committed to His will for my life, therefore nothing is going to keep me from fulfilling His will and purpose for my life. When adversity comes our way, and our hearts are in tune with the words that Jesus speaks to us, which are spirit and truth—spiritual truth—we will know instantly if we are to resist the adversity with the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God, or if we are to relent and let the work of adversity work its way through, in the meanwhile we strengthen our faith while the persecution is crossing our path. John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” We need to remember that often times deliverance and tribulation go hand in hand. Now why is that? In the circumcision typology, the life-giving male semen gets corrupted as it comes in contact with the flesh, the foreskin, as it is spread abroad. The two-fold covenant of circumcision with Abraham was given as a type for those who were entrusted with the propagation of God’s Word, that they were to keep it from contamination. For the Jews who are the heirs of the physical promise—the Holy Land, the ritual was a physical act to be performed on every newborn Jewish boy on the eighth day. Paul infuses into the church the spiritual implication of the two-fold circumcision covenant that God made with Abraham. Colossians 2:10-13 “And you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands (spiritual circumcision), by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ, buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses.” What Paul is saying is that for those of us who are saved, being buried with Jesus in baptism at the moment of our spiritual rebirth, eight being the number that represents a new beginning, we were spiritually circumcised, as babes in Christ. We are His body here on earth, the church, and it falls upon us to broadcast or propagate His Life-giving Word to a world that is barren. But if that Life-giving Word is contaminated by the dead works of the flesh, it loses its power to raise those who are dead back to the spiritual life that was once promised to those who would believe. Matthew 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how shall it be seasoned? It is then good for nothing but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot by men.” So, going back to our opening do we relent or resist question; the adversities and tribulations we are suffering, are they caused by our losing our saltiness or is it because of our saltiness that we bear then? Your honest answer to that question will guide you into which path you need to take. If you are being trampled underfoot by men, then it is time for you to let go of the flesh that is contaminating the promises of God for your life, and keeping them from coming to full fruition in you. On the other hand, if you are being persecuted for taking a firm stand on the Word of God in this corrupt world, for salt is the antidote to corruption, then you should bear the tribulations gladly, for they are a sign of the effectiveness of your walk with Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 4:12-14 “Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. If you are reproached for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of glory (your spiritual walk) and of God rests upon you. On their part He is blasphemed, but on your part He is glorified.” Back to Deliverance Ministry

  • THE THREE FROGS | HoFM House of Faith Ministries

Top of Page Top of Page END TIMES TEACHING THE THREE FROGS Written by Pastor Marcos Marrero Published on 5/30/2023 Revelation 16:13-14 “And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” These three demonic spirits jump out like frogs out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast and out of the mouth of the false prophet and leap upon the entire world, performing signs and wonders with the goal of deceiving all the humans who inhabit this earth. Unclean spirits always peddle lies against the Word of God, their aim is to keep those who will be saved from sure destruction—once they know the truth—from knowing the truth that Jesus can keep them safe from the judgment of that great day of God Almighty. That great day of God Almighty—as of this writing—is still in the future, but the demonic doctrines represented by these three frogs are alive and present and have been around for centuries now leading many a strayed. That is why Jesus, knowing that many would be exposed to these demonic doctrines, warns us to be watchful and to keep His covering—His promises—on like a garment. Many will say that no one knows the time of the end. That is exactly why we need to keep watch and be ready for today many signs tells us that we may already be in them. Revelation 16:15 “Behold, I am coming as a thief. Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame.” Charles Darwin, Sigmund Freud and Karl Marx are great examples of how this demonic trinity has been working its way into our everyday lives. Through Darwin comes the teaching that the human body evolved from an animal which is a lie. Through Freud comes the teaching that the human mind or soul can be void of morality, that is, if we are nothing more than animals then there should be no guilt or shame nor Day of Judgment. Through the teachings of Marx comes the teachings of socialism or social justice as it is called today, which embodies the aspiration that every aspect of human life can be control by these frog-like demons behind these doctrines. 1 John 2:15-16 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world— the lust of the flesh (Darwin), the lust of the eyes (Freud) and the pride of life (Marx)—is not of the Father but is of the world.” Job 41:34 “He (Leviathan the dragon) beholds every high thing (God’s moral law with contempt); He is king over all the children of pride.” We come to the place in time, where the morality of God’s Law in viewed with contempt by many, and pride for a life style that is against God’s morality is publicly celebrated. What is the difference between humans and animals? Animals are called animals because they are animated by the spirit of life that God infused into the creation when God said let there be and there was and commanded them to be fruitful and to multiply. The human body was made alive when God infused it with the breath of God Almighty Himself directly into Adam’s nostrils and man became a living soul, created in God’s image with a fully functioning conscience. Romans 2:15-16 “Who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.” Long before Moses walked down the mountain with the Ten Commandments in his hands, God had already placed the morality of His righteous law in the hearts of every living soul! Before the great flood, the fallen angels tried desperately to remove the human conscience from the physical body through all kinds of human experiments combining animal and human DNA. For the purpose of controlling the human body without it feeling guilt or regret for their actions in order to avoid God’s law of human resistance against demonic intrusion in the human soul. James 4:7 “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Those demonic entities failed miserably in their attempt to recreate man into a soulless creature and are now awaiting God’s judgment; all that were left with was the dead bodies of soulless animals without immortality and deprived of the breath of life from their lungs for God drowned them all in the flood. The fruit of their labor was destroyed and prevented from rising again. Isaiah 26:12-14 “Lord, You will establish peace for us, for You have also done all our work in us. O Lord our God, masters beside You have had dominion over us; But by You only we make mention of Your name. They are dead, they will not live (no soul no resurrection); they are deceased they will not rise. Therefore You have punished and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish (no memory no soul).” God owns the souls of all men, for the soul is all the work of God in us. And even though our genetic code has been infused with the frailty and death of the body because of sin, there is immortality promised to men, not only for the soul of man but also for the physical body as well. The blessed hope is the promised resurrection of the physical body. But for the result of those who tampered with this sacred work of God into the soul of man, there will be no resurrection for their demonic product, for the trans-bodies (human-animal) that they engineered bypassing the conscience, cannot rise from the dead and will not rise from the dead for they have no soul; even all the memory of them will be destroyed forever. Daniel 2:43 “As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, THEY WILL MINGLE WITH THE SEED OF MEN; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” That is the kind of work that is going on today in modern science with artificial intelligence, but Daniel tells us that it will fail again. But many are the victims of these evil works, do not fall prey to them. Keep watch and clothe yourselves with the promises of God. 1 Timothy 4:1-2 “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron.” Jesus wants us to put Him on as a garment and then He blesses those who obey Him: Blessed is he who watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame. Paul tells us how to put on the armor of light and how to keep our garment of light on and not be deceived. Romans 13:12-14 “The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.” Back to End Times Teachings
