- PRAY FOR THOSE WHO REBEL ON PURPOSE | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit, the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” And Heavenly Father, I bless those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” This gives them another opportunity to repent. I atone on their behalf by saying the following: I stand in their shoes and lift their hands and my hands to the Heavenly Father saying, Lord, forgive us our sins, come into our hearts, and be our Lord and Savior as Romans 10:9 KJV says “9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” For I choose to believe on behalf of my family, in-laws, and up to my fourth cousins in the Name of Jesus, the Son of the Living God. And for those that continue to blasphemy the Holy Spirit per Matthew 12:31-32 KJV “31 Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men. 32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come” then let them not be forgiven. Bind them with cords so tight, they cannot breathe, and place them in their sickbeds until they choose to repent. Remove their foundation of whatever support they lean on. Remove whatever finances they depend on and expose their beliefs of lies and frauds to them in hopes they would see and hear to believe. But do not let evil propagate or be fruitful for the gates of hell will not prevail. Matthew 16:18 KJV “18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen!PRAY FOR THOSE WHO REBEL ON PURPOSE PRAY FOR THOSE WHO REBEL ON PURPOSE PRAY FOR THOSE WHO REBEL ON PURPOSE Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit, the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in those that rebel, rebuke, choose evil on purpose, steal, kill, destroy, and/or blasphemy the holy spirit ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. - HOW TO DISTINGUISH THE VOICES IN MY HEAD | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
HOW TO DISTINGUISH THE VOICES IN MY HEAD The objective of this lesson is to equip believers with biblical understanding on how to recognize, discern, and respond to the different voices that arise within their minds. By grounding in Scripture, the teaching aims to help Christians separate the voice of God from the voice of self and the accusations of the enemy, thereby walking in unity of spirit, soul, and body and remaining blameless at the coming of Christ. HOW TO DISTINGUISH THE VOICES IN MY HEAD PASTOR MARCOS MARRERO September 30, 2024 Objective: The objective of this lesson is to equip believers with biblical understanding on how to recognize, discern, and respond to the different voices that arise within their minds. By grounding in Scripture, the teaching aims to help Christians separate the voice of God from the voice of self and the accusations of the enemy, thereby walking in unity of spirit, soul, and body and remaining blameless at the coming of Christ. Synopsis: In How to Distinguish the Voices in My Head, Pastor Marcos Marrero teaches that God created humanity in His image with the ability to think, reason, and even converse within oneself, much like God spoke within the Trinity at creation. Because of this inner dialogue, believers must learn to identify the sources of the voices they hear in their minds. The first and most vital voice is the voice of God, embedded within the conscience of the born-again believer. Through sanctification and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, God instructs, convicts, and comforts His people, leading them in truth and righteousness. However, due to the fallen nature of man, the soul can be divided—what Scripture calls “double-minded”—where conflicting voices create instability and confusion. In such moments, the believer’s spirit must speak God’s Word in faith, as King David did, to align the soul with God’s promises. Pastor Marrero also highlights the voice of Satan, the accuser of the brethren, whose accusations and lies are directed toward the soul. These attacks often appear convincing because they appeal to human weakness, sickness, or failure, but the believer must counter them with the Word of God, prayer, and the testimony of faith. The antidote is the blood of Jesus and the confession of who we are in Christ: redeemed, victorious, righteous, and never abandoned. Ultimately, the teaching affirms that Jesus Christ came to restore the broken soul and heal the inner divisions caused by sin and the enemy’s deception. By holding fast to God’s Word, embracing the indwelling Spirit, and boldly approaching the throne of grace, believers can overcome the destructive voices in their heads and walk in the unity, peace, and assurance that God intends. Inspired Teaching: Genesis 1:26-27 “Then God said, ‘Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness…’ 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.” God created us in His image, with the capacity to speak to ourselves, just like God spoke to Himself when He created us: Let Us make man in Our image. In this lesson we are going to try to sort out the different voices that we hear in our minds all the time, by learning what the Word of God has to say about these voices. The first and most important voice in our heads is the voice of God. His voice is embedded inside of our conscience in the spirit man, to teach us the difference between good and evil, love and hate, and of our desperate need for a living and forgiving Savior. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 “Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.” I believe that all humans, because of our fallen nature, are born into this world with our spirit man separated from God; we are all conceived in sin and are born into this world spiritually dead. Sanctification starts with the born-again experience, when the Holy Spirit comes in and takes residence in the holy sanctum that God has reserved for Himself in the heart of every human spirit through the process of Justification. Satan is not allowed to enter the spiritual holy place in the human heart that is reserved for God’s Holy Spirit alone. 1 John 3:9 “Whoever has been born of God (born-again) does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin (justified by the blood of Jesus), because he has been born of God.” Ecclesiastes 12:7 “Then the dust (physical body) will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it.” What does a person who has not been born-again lose when they die in their sin? They lose their soul! The seat of human understanding, which is our self-life, and all is lost because of paying attention to the deception of those voices in our heads that are contrary to the Word of God. Remember that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 1 Peter 1:9 “Receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.” God wants our whole spirit, soul, and body to be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. With all these things in mind let us look at and try to understand how our minds work by knowing who the entities are behind the voices that we hear. When we are talking to ourselves inside our mind who is behind those two voices? According to James we can be double-minded or divided within ourselves. James 1:6-8 “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.” Double-minded literally means having a divided soul, or two souls contending with one another. That takes place when our voice or thoughts within us are not in agreement with themselves. What do we do in that situation? From the spirit-man let the Word of the Lord go forth. If I am a born-again believer, I can speak to myself, or to my divided soul with words that originate from my born-again spirit. As born-again believers we have the privilege to communicate with God through prayer. Psalm 103:1-5 “Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, bless His holy name! Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.” Here we see King David’s spirit speaking to his soul. In essence, he was speaking the Word of God to himself. Now we have an enemy that can also speak into our soul. He is called the accuser of the brethren, for he accuses us before the throne of God day and night. We have a choice as to whose words we are going to believe! Easier said than done right? We know that the enemy always couches his accusations according to the conditions that we are in. Sickness seems more real than the promises; we struggle with addictive behavior that does not want to go away…seems like we are out of our league in this spiritual battle. How do I pray? Psalm 86:11 “Teach me Your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear (respect) Your name.” A united heart takes hold when the spirit-man tells the divided soul: You better get it together or you are going to miss out all the great and wonderful benefits that God has for us! Psalm 119:130 “The entrance of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.” Faith opens the door that allows the light of God to enter and dispel the darkness that brought the confusion in the first place. But you must be born-again of the Spirit of God in order to work. 1 Corinthians 2:14 “But the natural man (soul) does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.” Revelation 12:10-11 “Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, ‘Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.’” The last and most dreaded voice comes from the devil, the accuser of all the believers who have been born again of the Spirit of the Living God. His voice is external and accusative. Everything that he says is a lie and lies are his native language. He is full of deceit, always jealous, full of bitterness, and seeking unsuspected prey. The antidote for this supreme spirit of evil is the Blood of the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. It is important for us to know that Jesus is also the Word of the Living God, so that when our born-again spirit man speaks the Word of God in faith, all the works of the enemy are destroyed in the here and now. Psalm 23:1-3 “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me besides the still waters. HE RESTORES MY SOUL; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” The human soul is the seat of our natural understanding, and is recorded in the annals of human history, the many horrible things that Satan and his minions have done to pervert the minds of their many human victims. Even today, there are countless humans whose minds have been subjected to the terrors and horrors of hell itself. You may be asking yourself this question: is there hope for me and my soul? Hebrews 3:7 “Therefore as the Holy Spirit says: Today if you will hear His voice.” Jesus came to heal your broken soul, if you believe in Him, His Holy Spirit is eagerly waiting for you to say: Come Holy Spirit I need you, come Holy Spirit I pray, come in Your might and Your power, come in Your own special way! Hebrews 4:14-16 “Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weakness, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.” Here are some biblical words we need to tell ourselves when overwhelmed by satanic accusations: I am not worthless; I have been redeemed by the blood of Jesus who is the Lamb of God! I am not a failure; My job here on earth is to believe in the One that God sent. I believe that Jesus is the Son of God who paid for my redemption in full with His own blood! I am not a loser; For My God always leads me triumphantly in the battle for my soul that He has already won! I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, Hallelujah! His mercy endures forever! I am not lost; Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You are with me; and after all, mine enemy is only a shadow full of empty words! Psalm 25:14 “The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him, and He will show them His covenant” Previous Next Home

CLEANSING INIQUITY The objective of this message is to teach believers how to confront, repent of, and be cleansed from iniquity through humility, lamentation, and acknowledgment before God. Using Psalm 51 as the foundation, the message emphasizes that true deliverance comes not from outward sacrifices, but from a broken and contrite heart that seeks God’s forgiveness and restoration. < Back CLEANSING INIQUITY Minister Lisa Kane November 3, 2023 Objective: The objective of this message is to teach believers how to confront, repent of, and be cleansed from iniquity through humility, lamentation, and acknowledgment before God. Using Psalm 51 as the foundation, the message emphasizes that true deliverance comes not from outward sacrifices, but from a broken and contrite heart that seeks God’s forgiveness and restoration. Synopsis: In Cleansing Iniquity, Minister Lisa Kane explores the deep spiritual process of repentance and purification through David’s prayer in Psalm 51, written after his sin with Bathsheba and the death of Uriah. The message highlights how sin not only impacts the individual but also carries generational consequences. David’s brokenness before God serves as a model for believers: he cries out, acknowledges his sin, and surrenders his heart fully to the Lord. Lisa teaches that cleansing iniquity requires crying out to God, allowing Him to “wash” and “agitate” the hidden parts of the soul, and acknowledging both personal and generational sins. She explains the spiritual “courtroom” where Satan accuses, but Jesus stands as our advocate, granting forgiveness when we repent. Through David’s transformation from guilt to restored joy, we see how God desires a contrite heart rather than ritual sacrifice. The message closes by affirming that no sin is too great for God’s cleansing—whether murder, adultery, bitterness, or addiction. When we humble ourselves, lament, and seek God’s presence, He restores joy, liberty, and deliverance. Believers are then called to testify and teach others how to return to God, turning brokenness into praise. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Friday, November 3rd, 2023. Welcome. This message is called Cleansing Iniquity. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence and your glory upon us. Father God, we thank you for teaching us your word. We teach we thank you for teaching us how to be cleansed and purified before you, how to humble ourselves, how to lament and cry out to you. Father God, we thank you for your living word and we thank you for everything you're doing and preparing us for these marvelous end times that are taking place. In the wonderful, glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Amen. This message is called Cleansing Iniquity. We have been talking about deliverance now for a handful of weeks and I'm going to continue in that direction as long as the Lord continues to um send me in that direction. So, what I'm going to be teaching on is Psalm 51. So, if you want to get your Bibles open and get ready for that, we're going to be looking at verses 1-1 17 in detail. I want to do what I've been doing where I bold the word and in parentheses next to it in italicize I put in other words that the bolded word could have been translated into giving you more of a deeper meaning as to what that the original script was meant for us in the name of Jesus. Amen. So, I hope you are blessed by this. Um I got my tissue next to me. You're going to want to have some tissue next to you on this one. So, let's go to uh the beginning here. Um Psalm 51 1-17. So, let me lay down a background. At the top of the New King James Version, it does say to the chief musician of Psalm of David, when Nathan the prophet came unto him after he had gone into Ba Sheba, which is Uriah's wife. So, let me explain why David wrote this psalm because this is very, very powerful. So David was supposed to be in military with his men and he was home in luxury relaxing while his men fought for him. While he was looking out out on his balcony or wherever he was, he looked down and he sees Bath Sheba bathing on the rooftop. And uh basically he falls for her. He um she's married, but they have an affair. She gets pregnant. So, David decides to have Uriah come back from the battleground so that he can sleep with his wife. But Uriah is a man of God, a righteous man. He is um he has good morals about him. In other words, is what I'm trying to say here. He wanted to sleep in the barracks, not with his wife because his men, his um partners in the battlefield. They weren't in luxury and he didn't want to give himself a night of luxury and rest that they had. He wanted he was in battle and he was wanting to stay in battle. So David's plan that he thought he'd pawn off his own son under Uriah and Beth Sheba's um relationship didn't go well. So Uriah is given a letter by David and Uriah takes that letter and gives it to his commander. Doesn't read it. And the ba basically the letter tells the commander to put Uriah in the most difficult thicket battle you can ever be in. And Uriah goes in there and he's killed. Okay. So in essence, David killed Uriah. So he takes Basheba as his wife and she carries the baby. The baby is born, but the baby is born sick. So David, two things happens to him. Nathan the prophet comes to him and tells him about this guy who took this one sheep from this one person. And David's like, "Who is that? We got to stop him." And Nathan says, "That's you. That's what you did to Bath Sheba and Uriah." And David broke. You see, he had a sin in front of him now and it was exposed. No more in secret. So, he broke. On top of it, the baby is sick. And David, he's he's lamenting before the Lord. He's crying to the Lord. He's wearing um you know, he's torn his clothes. He's wearing sackcloth. He's got ash over him. He is sobbing for the Lord to heal and restore the little one, the baby, his son, and God allowed the baby to die and took the baby home. Want you to understand several things here. One is that your sin has consequences not just to you but to those around you. So if you are here, your grandparents, your your your parents, your grandparents, your great-grandparents, all their sins came on you. Your sins go to your children, your grandchildren, and your great-grandchildren. They're all connected for generations, back and forward. And this is what you see here with David. His son was affected. And if you wonder sometimes why babies die earlier early or as a baby, this is one reason. There are several reasons. God God is in control. We may not understand it, but we need to be in obedience about it. One of the things that David did here that did he showed after he realized, you know, the baby's dead. There's nothing he can do about it. He cleans himself up, asked for some food, and he transforms himself completely. He's just back to normal. And I mean the servants were worried about him. They thought, "Man, this guy's breaking. He's lost. He's he's done for." And they were scared because they see this radical transformation. And David realizes what's going on and he says to them, "I was hoping God would leave the child with me, but he didn't. He took him. The child's not coming back to me, but I will be going to the child. You see, David understood that God has the children in the palm of his hands. All the children are taken care of, they are under the age of accountability. And as long as they're under that age, God takes care of them for whatever reason. Okay? So here, God chose to show David your sin did this. And and here's the thing. David's a king. This did not have to be written in the books. It might have been in the Chronicles. If you understand the way the scriptures are written, you got 1 Samuel, 2 Samuel, 1 Chronicles, 2 Chronicles, 1 Kings, 2 Kings. Chronicles is written from God's point of view. Would have probably been written in Chronicles. But it might not have been in Kings if David didn't want to have this exposed. It was up to David. But David had this written down and documented for a reason, so that you and I could see the consequence of sin, iniquity, which is what we're going to be dealing with in this message. So, David allowed this to go forth. He humbled himself before the Lord. Um, and even though he lost his child, he realized God still healed him. God delivered him, cleansed him, and purified him of being a murderer and an adulterer. That is absolutely incredible. So whatever sin or iniquity that you have in your life, whether is bound by drugs, whether you killed someone, whether you cursed someone thinking they should be dead and you told the world they should be dead, anything like that, that's a sin. That's an iniquity that you have in you and that causes consequences to occur in your life and those around you. Those need to be taken care of if you want to break forth and go forward. You got to break them forth in the generational line to your grand great-grandparents and to your great grandchildren. Even if they're not born yet, you want to deal with that now because God is the God of today. Which that means he was a God of today yesterday. He's a God of today tomorrow. it. Timing here is in the spirit, not the physical. So I want you to understand that as we delve into this. So you can see now David writes this psalm in this situation that he dealt with and he humbled himself before the Lord. And that is what I'm going to teach on is cleansing the iniquity. All right, let's go to verse one. He says, "Have mercy upon me, oh God, according to thy loving kindness, according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies, blot out my transgressions." Okay, now let's look at it with all the extra translations. It could have been translated as, "Bend or stoop in kindness to me, oh God, according to your piety and favor, according to the multitude of thy compassions, erase my revolt and rebellion." David cried out to God. That's the first thing you want to do when you're dealing with iniquity and you want to cleanse it. You cry out to God. Second, look at verse two. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin. Now, when you cry out to God, what are you saying? Okay, let's look at it in other the other words. Trample stamping with feet. The reason that word wash is translated with that other translation because in the past they didn't have washing machines. They had to trample on the clothes, hit them against the rocks. Current washing machines today. Agitate things. That is what David's asking God to do to agitate him. By the way, when you're cleansing iniquity, you're going to see agitation. Irritable. People get irritated because they're being trampled and stomped on by the Holy Spirit. Oh, so look at this in more detail. Trample, stamp, stomp me with your feet thoroughly from my perversity, my fault, my evilness. Make me bright and pure from my offense or habitual sin. You see, this is what David is crying out. He's saying, "Lord Jesus, I need you to agitate me. I need you to make me bright and pure again. and I need you to re-establish me. I need you. And he's saying out of offense, he's saying evil fault. That word there, iniquity, is a fault. Let me explain this part to you. This is very, very important that you understand this. There is God and he is in his courtroom. There is Jesus right next to him. The devil is over here, the accuser. He's on the other platform and he's accusing you of everything and he has the right to do that. But Jesus is saying, "Well, I'm going to forgive you of your iniquity if you repent." David is repenting. So, you can picture David standing there and Jesus who hadn't died on the cross yet. That's okay because this is his great greatgrandfather. And remember, God is a God of today, which meant he was a God of today, yesterday. He's a God of today, tomorrow. So, there's Jesus with David before God. And Jesus says, "I forgive him." God says, "Okay, he's forgiven." And he washes it off. And the devil's he's trying to accuse you. Guess what, though? God made it possible for us to be redeemed of our iniquity. We do not have to live with that iniquity. Let it break us, but let us get rid of that grief. Let us lament it out, whail it out as David did. He cried out to God and he is going to acknowledge this. He's saying what I need is your cleansing, your purification. So this is the beginning. He cried out to God and then he's saying saying, "God, I need you." That's with his cry and I need you to purify me. That's part of his crying out. And you see he's at that throne room. He boldly went to the throne room. Angels are there. Devils are there. The God is there. Jesus is there. and he's saying, "Help me to the throne room of God." And Jesus says, "I got you." But now, let's look and see what David also does because it's very important because we're dealing with iniquity. I want you to see the whole transaction that takes place in this courtroom of God. So, here he says, "For I acknowledge my transgressions and my sin is ever before me." This is so powerful. David is saying, "Look, I see what I did. I'm messed up." Look at how he says it. He says, "I recognize my rebellion, my revolt, and my sin is ever before me." He's not going to forget what he did. He's not going to forget the son that he had out of that because he's looking forward now to seeing his son in the future. But he sees this sin. Look what else he does. Because he's acknowledging. So there's a cry out. There's an acknowledgment. Now he's saying, "But I acknowledge against thee. Thee only have I sinned and done this evil in thy sight, that thou might just be justified when thou speakest and be clear when thou judges." As you can see, we are in a courtroom. The devil has accused and rightfully so. And God is saying, "Yep, you've done that." But Jesus comes in and he says, "I forgive him." And God says, "Yep, okay, blot it out. That sin is forgiven. It's no longer here. I can't, you know, I see the blood of Jesus now. I don't see the sin. That's what God does." And the devil's like, "You can't do that." This is the This is the way that God has designed for you and I to be saved today. This is what is called grace. This is why we need to repent to Jesus. This is why we need to get to his throne room. We need to get to the courtroom and we need to say sorry. And look what uh is going on here. He says, "I'm recognizing my rebellion." Because see he that's you know he rebelled against God when he was standing on that rooftop looking down at Basheba instead of being where he was supposed to be. He was supposed to be with his military and he wasn't. He rebelled. You see how simple of rebellion could be? I'm going to take tonight off and I'm not going to do anything. I'm going to have just a night to myself. I'm not going to pray. I'm not going to do anything. Okay, I'm going to turn on the the TV and rebellion, revolt. Yes, you're guilty of that. And that sin is right there. But he took it that further. He actually acted on the sin and then he because he had adulter and then he murdered the guy. Poor Uriah. You know, I really feel sorry for this man who's served his king. This is a sin. This is an iniquity that David did against another person, but God. This is why you and I can take all of our iniquities and lay him at the throne room, acknowledge them, and cry out to God, lament, let it go, and ask Jesus to forgive. Let's continue on. And notice he did this against God. He sinned against God because see he knew where he was supposed to be and all of the other stuff, the murder and the adultery was a consequence of him rebelling against God. He did it against God. And look at he says, "I did this against you and you only." And look at that. He only means part of the body, the branch of a tree. You see, we are part of God. He is our father. We are an inheritor, an adopted inheritor of his kingdom. We are brothers and sisters with Jesus. David is a family member of that. We are part of this family. And he says to God, "You're my father and I sinned against you and you only and I did this calamity in your sight." And so you're right. You're justified. You're right when you say you arrange this courtroom the way it is and you judge me and you pronounce sentence. You have the right to judge me and convict me and find me guilty because I am guilty as charge. Look what else he says though. This is David going even further because now we're going to be dealing with the generational things. Watch this. He says, "Behold, I was shapen in iniquity and in sin did my mother conceive me." He went all the way to his conception. At the moment of conception, every human being is born in sin because of what Adam and Eve did. Who were born into a curse automatically at conception. It is the grace of God that saves each and every one of us. So he's saying, listen, I was shaping as I grew up after being born. I was twisted and whirled in iniquity, in perversity, fault and sin. And I committed crimes and I have penalties against me because of my mother and what she did. But it goes back to her mother, her mother, father, father, all the way to Adam and Eve. So he's saying, "Okay, Father God, I'm acknowledging my sin. I sinned against you. I'm crying out to you and I'm going all the way back to Adam and Eve with my lament." Because he is broken. He is crying. He's seeing his iniquity. Watch. Watch how he sees his behold thou desire. I'm going to get to the part where he God, you're going to see him broken here in a moment, but look at what he says here. Behold, thou desireest truth in the inward parts and in the hidden part, thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Now, he's going to the deep utter part of his inward parts of his body. This is where things are going to break. He's saying, "I need these inward parts fixed." Look what he says. You desirous, you inclined, you delight in the truth, which is the stability, the certainty in the inward parts. He wants truth, certainty in our inward parts. He wants that inside. You desire that, Lord Jesus. You desire that. You're in the hidden area. You're repairing and you're keeping the hidden areas secret, but you're there because you desire to be there. You're inclining to look. Oh, look in. Let me look inside of you. This is God looking inside of you. Get that? He sees what's going on inside. And he says, "But you shall make me to know wisdom." You see, David is finally acknowledging you need to be inside here and let your wisdom come out of me. Let me know your wisdom because I need you. I need you. I'm messed up. And look at now he's saying, "Purge me with his thought and I shall be clean." You know, when he says, "I shall be clean," he is acknowledging God cleansing him already. Even though he is asking, he's acknowledging the cleansing already. And he says, "I shall be clean. Wash me. I shall be whiter than snow." Look at that word purge to miss, forfeit, repent me with hissop. Turn me around. Use your hissop to turn me around. That's the blood on the branch. Use the blood. Turn me around and I'll be bright and pure. There's that wash again. Agitate me. I'll be whiter than snow. Get me cleansed. He's saying, I need this. And he's saying to the deeper inward parts, do this. Look what else. Make me to hear intelligently, attentively, obedient, to joy and gladness, that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. See, he's acknowledging on the inside, my bones broke. They collapsed and I'm unable to hold myself up. He is weeping. He is lamenting so hard he cannot get back up. And he's calling it as bones broken in the spirit because he can't get up. But he's saying, "I want to hear cheerfulness, glee, gladness, because if I hear that, and if I'm obedient to that, and I'm attentive to that, my bones will have rejoice, they'll be able to stand on their own and spin around." That's what the word rejoice means. So, he is saying in the future, he is prophesying over himself, you're cleaning me. You're restoring the collapsed bones. I'm gonna have joy and I'm gonna have cheerfulness in me. Gladness, gladness and joy in me. It's all going to turn around and I'm going to be able to rejoice in the name of Jesus, the son of God. Oh, here's where you know he broke. Look at what he says here. Hide thy face from my sins. Cover your face. Don't look at this. I messed up. That's horrible. That's my crime. Hide your face. Don't look at that. Blotted out all my iniquities. Wipe it all out. This is him. This is the deep part of him saying, "Lord, don't look at that. I messed up. That's horrible." Then he says, "Create in me a clean heart, oh God, and renew a right spirit within me." Look at this. Create in me a pure, fair heart, oh God, and rebuild a right spirit in me. Rebuild me from the inward parts. And then he goes on to say, don't throw me away. Cast me not away from your presence, from your face, and take your not thy holy spirit from me. So stay with me. Don't look at this sin, but stay with me. I need you to stay with me. I need you to help me. I need you to help me. Don't look at my sin, but you look you just stay with me. Just don't look. Cover your eyes. Cover your face, but don't let me go. And he says, "Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation and uphold me with thy free spirit." He says, "Turn back. Turn back the joy to me of your salvation." That word salvation is deliverance, prosperity, liberty, safety. Why does that word deliverance mean all these things? Because we can do iniquity and sin to finances, not just sexual immorality, witchcraft. We could do some sort of iniquity to murder, lie, cheat, hating someone, bitterness. All of these things we can be delivered from with what you see David doing here. He says, "Turn back unto me that joy. Turn back unto me the joy of your deliverance, the joy of your prosperity, the joy of your liberty, liberty, the joy of safety." If you're in an immediate situation where you're not saved, Jesus save me. The moment you do that, you're saying, "Jesus, turn your safety back into me." And so, David is saying, "I understand I messed up here, and I'm asking your joy to come back into my heart of your salvation, of your deliverance, with, and look at this, with thy noble and reputable spirit, the free Holy Spirit." He says, "You are pure. You are noble. you are. I'm asking for your free spirit to be within me for the deliverance and the healing that I need from this iniquity that I committed. Then I then will I teach transgressors, sinners, that means thy ways, course of life. That's what that word ways mean. And sinners, criminals, and those that are guilty shall be converted unto thee. Here he is prophesying again. So he's saying now, Lord, cleanse me, heal me, bring back your salvation, deliver me, liberate me from what I did because I was guilty of it. And he's saying, I'm going to teach others how to do this so they can convert and turn back from their ways and get before the Lord. This is why David wrote it in the Kings. This is why David wrote it in the Psalms. This is why he shared what he did in his life. Even though it was a humiliating event, he lost a child as a result of this. But God taught David how to humble himself and be obedient to him. David chose God in spite of his iniquity. Oh my word, that is so powerful. He's going to teach them and they shall be converted back unto him. Oh, that is so holy. That is so awesome. That is incredible. Look at this. Snatch away me from blood guiltiness. Listen to this. That word blood guiltiness means when shed causes death. Meaning the shedding of blood causes someone to die. Well, Uriah bled to death. I don't know how he died on the field. I I just know that he died and I don't know if it was blunging, stabbed, I don't know, but he bled to death on that field. Um, and the reason I don't know is I haven't gone back and read it. There's some homework here. Go do go read this. Look up Uriah and look him up. Read him in this the Psalms. Excuse me. Yeah, read him in the Psalms. I think he's written in Psalms. Read him in the Chronicles, the Kings and 1 and 2 Samuel. I'm sure he's all in there. Read about him. Um, if he's not in the Samuels, he'll be in the uh Kings and the Chronicles for sure. But read about what David did here. Because I want you to understand when he says, "Deliver me from blood guiltiness. Snatch me away from that." Because there is a consequence to when you cause cause someone to bleed. And I want you to understand something. He caused someone to bleed to death in the physical. But your words could be causing somebody to die in the spiritual. If it is your responsibility to be praying for someone and they don't get healed because you're not praying for them, they they bled into death. this blood guiltiness is on your soul. This is why sometimes we don't see the power of God moving in certain people's lives. It's because they need to turn back from the iniquity of what they did. You know, I I recently have changed up my prayer life. First thing I said, Lord, I'm sorry. I wasn't praying like this initially. Yes, I prayed. Yes, I served God, but I wasn't praying like this. He's teaching me and I've been learning. So, I was doing it in ignorance, but I still apologize. It's called obedience because I want to make certain that when I go before the Lord and I'm praying these prayers that the devil ain't over here accusing me over and over again because God and Jesus has forgiven me, purified me, made me bright, and cleansed me because I went to the Lord and asked him to forgive the iniquity he found in me. And I forgave the iniquity, too. And whatever I forgive, he forgives. Oh, and and you can see that in the last few messages I just taught. Then he says, "Oh God, thou God and my salvation, my rescue. My tongue shall sing aloud. Shout of thy righteousness. Shout of thy justice." Now he can say, "Hey, devil, look what God did to me. Neer, neer." He could do this. He has a right to do it. He could do it to everybody else in the world. See what God did to me? He could do that to you, too. Let me show you. You see, now you have the right to do that in the name of Jesus, the son of God. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And then he says, "Oh Lord, open wide. Open my lips and my mouth shall show forth thy praise." He's going to bring it to the front the ludation of God. Look what he did. He forgave me of my iniquities. Oh, hallelujah. And then he goes back to saying, we're not done. We're in verse 16. For thou desireest not sacrifice, else would I give it. Thou delightest not in burnt offering. You see, David was living under burnt offerings and sacrifices at this time under the law. But he's recognizing that the law wasn't going to cleanse him here. The law doesn't cleanse you of iniquity. The law finds you guilty. But David said, "No, that's not what you want, Lord. I know you don't want that." He says, "What you want are the sacrifices of God are a broken or burst spirit, a broken and contrite or a collapsed heart. Oh God, thou will not despise or disdain that." You see, he wants your soul to lament, to break. When David said, "Don't look at my sin right in front of me, Father God. Cover your face." He broke. And when he broke, that's the sacrifice God desires. Yes, God desires your sacrifices of a broken, contrite, or collapsed heart. But notice, he asked the Holy Spirit to prop him up because that propped up heart is before the Lord because he he couldn't hold it up. Remember, he was broken. Good. Let's go back. uh restore, turn back into me the joy of thy salvation, deliverance, prosperity, liberty, safety, and uphold, prop, take hold of me with thy free, noble spirit. Prop me up, Lord, because my bones were broke. My heart collapsed. And God is saying, I will because that's what I desire. You have that broken spirit. Come with me. I'm going to lift you up. I'm going to prop you up. And then David was asking for the restoration of joy and gladness back into his heart because with that he can stand up on those broken bones, not feel the pain and rejoice because the Lord restored him. And the devil can't accuse him anymore of that iniquity and that sin that was found within him. Oh, hallelujah. This is a point in your life where you can choose to have your iniquity forgiven. And all it takes is cry out to God. Say, "I'm sorry, Lord. I did this and I did this against you and you only. I'm sorry. Acknowledge what you did. I did this, Father God. I cannot believe I not only rebelled and revolted against you by taking a slippery slope step, I slipped and fell and I made it worse by bringing a child into the life or whatever the situation is that you're dealing with. I made it worse. Let's think of it like drugs. I make it worse every time I take more than I did the day before because you're not feeling it as much. You are revolting and rebelling against God because God has asked us to have our bodies align our minds sober. So to have a sober mind before the Lord means you cannot have drugs. But you can go and ask God to forgive you of that rebellion, of that revolt. He can forgive that. not only forgive them, but reestablish you. You don't even have to have any withdrawal effects because God will uphold your spirit and he will restore the joy and the the gladness back in your heart and soul in your spirit because you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God is forgiving your iniquity and the devil can't do anything about it. And you get to share your testimony. Amen. Let's pray a prayer together here. I didn't put one up on the screen, but we're going to do it like this and and do it for ourselves. Let's start just with ourselves. I just taught prayer on this, so I just want to I'll say it slow. You can say it with me. Oh, dear heavenly father, I ask you to forgive me of my sins. I ask you to forgive the sins of the land I walk on. I ask you to forgive the curses against me and I ask you to forgive the curses I've spoken and I ask you to forgive the iniquity found within me in the name of Jesus the son of God. Father God, I'm sorry. I repent of it and I forgive myself as well. Thank you Jesus for healing me and restoring me. The devil can no longer accuse me here. He is gone. Father God, I ask that the mourning and the sorrow and the grief that I suffer with, the bondage and the calamities that I suffer with because of my iniquity that I have that you've forgiven me. I ask that you change it into joy, that you change it into liberty, that you change it into freedom, that you change it into gladness, that you change it into your presence and holiness, so that I can rejoice in the praise before you because you are my deliverer. You are my healer. You are my rock. You are my salvation. You are my safety. You are my foundation. In the name of Jesus, the son of God. Thank you. Amen. God bless you. I hope you are changed by this message. Share it with others and I will see you in the next message. Byebye. Previous Next Home
- WHAT A CHRISTIAN FIGHTS AGAINST - PART 2 | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
WHAT A CHRISTIAN FIGHTS AGAINST - PART 2 The objective of this lesson is to help believers understand the deeper realities of the Christian battle described in Ephesians 6:12, moving beyond the struggle against flesh and blood to confront powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places. By examining Scripture, we will learn who these powers are, their limitations under God’s authority, and how Jesus Christ has already triumphed over them through the cross. This teaching aims to equip Christians with the knowledge that light always overcomes darkness, that spiritual authority is found in Christ, and that victory is secured by putting on the whole armor of God, seeking His kingdom first, and standing firm in prayer and faith. WHAT A CHRISTIAN FIGHTS AGAINST - PART 2 Minister Lisa Kane October 1, 2025 Objective: The objective of this lesson is to help believers understand the deeper realities of the Christian battle described in Ephesians 6:12, moving beyond the struggle against flesh and blood to confront powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Synopsis: In What a Christian Fights Against – Part 2, Minister Lisa Kane continues unpacking Ephesians 6:12 by exploring the believer’s struggle against powers, rulers of darkness, and spiritual wickedness in high places. Through passages in Romans, Colossians, and the Gospels, this teaching shows that while earthly and spiritual authorities exist, their power is limited under God and cannot separate us from His love. Jesus Christ has already disarmed principalities and powers, triumphing over them at the cross, and through Him we are made complete and victorious. Darkness is overcome by walking in the light, and spiritual wickedness is defeated by seeking God first, guarding our hearts, and putting on the whole armor of God. This message calls believers to prayer, perseverance, and steadfast faith in Christ, knowing that through Him, we overcome. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Ephesians 6:12 KJV 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. In part 1, I spoke on how we don’t fight against flesh and blood but that we do fight against principalities. Now, let’s continue in Ephesians 6:12 – ‘against powers’. We fight against powers. I have some questions…who and what are these powers, and how do we fight against them? Romans 13:1 KJV Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. According to Strong’s Hebrew/Greek Dictionary – Power (exousia / ex-oo-see'-ah in Greek) in Romans 13:1 means: From G1832 (in the sense of ability); privilege, that is, (subjectively) force, capacity, competency, freedom, or (objectively) mastery (concretely magistrate, superhuman, potentate, token of control), delegated influence: - authority, jurisdiction, liberty, power, right, strength. Powers are those in authority, and according to Romans 13:1, the powers that be are ordained by God. Even though they are in authority under God, they have limitations. For example, they do not have authority to separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:38-39 KJV 38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Colossians 2:9-15 KJV 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; 14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Did you see in verse 2 of Colossians chapter 2? We are complete in Him, and He is the head of all principality and powers. In verse 12 and 13, we’re buried with Him in His baptism and we’re dead to sin. He took all of the principalities and powers and nailed them to His cross according to verse 14, in essence nullifying these principalities and powers. So, through Jesus, we overcome the principalities and powers that are subject to God. Continuing in Ephesians 6:12 KJV 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Next, we fight against rulers of the darkness of this world. John 1:5 KJV 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Darkness consist of the things that are against God but the moment we accept Jesus as our Lord and savior, we overcome the darkness, just like we overcome the principalities and powers. 1 John 1:7 KJV 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. Colossians 1:12-14 KJV 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: Light exposes the darkness. We fight against darkness by shining our light into the world. Matthew 5:14 KJV 14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. We stand with Jesus, and we defeat the darkness. Continuing in Ephesians 6:12 KJV 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. The last item in Ephesians 6:12 that we fight against are spiritual wickedness in high places. A high place, lofty or haughty is the center of your being. What is most important to you? Money, prestige, self? How do you fight against this? Ephesians 6:10-11 KJV 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Psalm 51:10 KJV 10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Romans 10:9 KJV 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. The theme throughout Ephesians 6:12 is to put Jesus in our lives first and then we overcome. We overcome by simply aligning ourselves with Jesus. Matthew 6:33 KJV 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. As you can see from Romans 10:9 and Matthew 6:33, speak Jesus as Lord over your soul, spirit, and body. Seek His Kingdom first and His Righteousness second, and you will overcome. Ask God to change your heart and be clean like David did. Take that armor, pray and stand. Ephesians 6:10-18 KJV 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; Pray. Pray fervently. Keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and we overcome through Him. Colossians 3:2 KJV 2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. Colossians 3:17 KJV 17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Philippians 2:10 KJV 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; Place Jesus first in your life and you overcome through Jesus, and this is what and how we fight as believers in Christ. The question I have for you is ‘do you believe’? When we believe, we overcome. Home Previous Next
- THE INTERMISSION DOUBLE PORTION | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
THE INTERMISSION DOUBLE PORTION To reveal the biblical and spiritual significance of the Sabbath as an “intermission” established by God, showing how His provision of a double portion on the sixth day is both a miracle and a sign of His lordship. The teaching aims to help believers understand how Jesus’ actions on the Sabbath reveal deeper truths about rest, healing, and God’s continual ministry, while guiding Christians today to embrace Sabbath rest as spiritual refreshment, restoration, and protection in Christ. THE INTERMISSION DOUBLE PORTION Minister Lisa Kane October 16, 2024 Objective: To reveal the biblical and spiritual significance of the Sabbath as an “intermission” established by God, showing how His provision of a double portion on the sixth day is both a miracle and a sign of His lordship. The teaching aims to help believers understand how Jesus’ actions on the Sabbath reveal deeper truths about rest, healing, and God’s continual ministry, while guiding Christians today to embrace Sabbath rest as spiritual refreshment, restoration, and protection in Christ. Synopsis: In this teaching, Lisa Kane explores the revelation of the Sabbath as more than a commandment—it is an intermission designed by God for His people’s rest, renewal, and recognition of His provision. Beginning with Luke 14 and John 5, she shows how Jesus healed on the Sabbath, challenging the Pharisees’ legalistic view and revealing that God’s work of healing and compassion never ceases. These events demonstrate that the Sabbath is not about restriction but about encountering God’s restorative power. Turning to Exodus 16 and 31, the message highlights how God provided manna in double measure on the sixth day, ensuring Israel could rest on the seventh without lack. This miracle served as a sign across generations that He alone is Lord and sustainer. The Sabbath becomes not just physical rest, but a divine pause where believers witness God’s provision and protection. Lisa applies this revelation to the New Covenant, showing that the believer’s body is now the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6). Rest is not limited to one day but can be practiced daily by entering the secret place with God (Psalm 91). The double portion manifests as spiritual, emotional, and physical renewal, giving strength for life’s battles, intercessory prayer, and ministry. Even in trials—such as caring for loved ones during illness—God provides sustaining rest and peace through His presence. The teaching concludes with practical encouragement: to intentionally set aside intermission time with the Lord, whether an entire day or moments throughout the week. By doing so, believers experience God’s hedge of protection, refreshment of spirit, and the miracle of provision that confirms His lordship. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine. I'm recording this teaching on Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Welcome. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you that your word does not return void. We thank you for the revelation of your word and the double portion of what the Sabbath is all about. And I thank you, Father God, for teaching us your word and how to enter into your rest, knowing the miracle that you performed on day six. You are amazing, glorious, faithful, true. Let your word not be snatched out of us. But place your hedge of protection around that word within our hearts and in our soul and in our spirit so we do not forget your word and the revelation that you have given us. Thank you, Lord. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Oh, I've got such a neat new teaching here. It is um fresh revelation is what I like to call it. So, I'm calling this message the intermission double portion. So, let's go into our opening scripture here in Luke 14:3. And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day? So, we're going to be talking about the Sabbath day here. But one of the things is when you look at Luke here and you we're going to look at Luke um 14 here in John 5 and then we're going to get into Exodus because we're going to need to understand what the Sabbath is about. You're going to see that there is a uh a revelation of a miracle that God performs every week for you and I for anyone. This is a sign that he has given us. And in fact, because Israel messed up with this sign, they owed God 490 years of suffering. Well, they've served 483. They still got 70 years to go. This is about that, but we're going to see it how it applies to the believers in Christ today, as well as how the Lord established it with Israel back in the day. So, and we're going to see how Jesus transforms this because he's the one who established it in the beginning and we're going to get there, but you're going to see him interact with this because you're going to see how the Pharisees and the Sadducees for that matter anyone else missed it. That's what happens. So, you have to spend time with the Lord, dwell in the Lord so you can get it. And it wasn't taught to me. I just got it because it was taught to me by the Holy Spirit. So, let's get in there. We're going to be in Luke 14 here. We're going to read verses 1-6. And it came to pass as he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the Sabbath day that they watched him. I want to bring some revelation to that. They watched him. They set him up with this. So, watch how Jesus handles the setup. They are purposely trying to trip Jesus. Okay, watch how he handles it. Verse two. And behold, there was a certain man before him which had the drop seat. Now, keep in mind, he's invited to one of the chief Pharisees and they're having a dinner. Usually, when they're having a dinner, they're not going to bring in somebody with sickness to their table because they're trying to make an impression. Oh, but they brought this man in because they want to set Jesus up. Now watch verse three. And Jesus answering spake unto the lawyers and Pharisees, saying, "Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath day?" And they held their peace. And he took him and healed him and let him go, and answered them, saying, "Which of you shall have an axe, an ass, or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the Sabbath day?" And they could not answer him again to these things. So Jesus put it right back on them. Like there's a loophole here in the Sabbath day. He's saying that if you have a donkey uh or an ox and it falls into a ditch or for that matter, do you not even feed your animals because it's work? But your animals are your livelihood. See, the Pharisees took the Sabbath day as you can't do any work in there at all. But you got to feed your animals. You got to feed yourselves. And feeding the animals requires you to go feed them. Especially when you keep them in captivity for you know milking and and providing the eggs or whatever your animals are. You have to go feed them. It becomes a daily job. But yet we have this Sabbath day that you're not supposed to work on. And the Pharisees are trying to trip Jesus up on you're healing on the Sabbath day. Now I want you to see something. Jesus healed on the Sabbath day. So that means there's something here that the Pharisees are missing and maybe something we're not understanding. Let's go to another event that Jesus did in John chapter 5. Let's go through verses 5 through 18. And a certain man was there which had an infirmity 38 30 and 8 years. First of all, if you have the ability to heal somebody, it's in a talent. You have the gift, the gift of the Holy Spirit. He gives this to you. Heal the people. This man should not have been sick for 38 years. And yet he was. And this is the compassion Jesus had. So let's continue on. Verse six. And when Jesus saw him lie and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, wilt thou be made whole? He's asking this man who's been sick for 38 years, do you want to be healed? Look at the man's answer. This is fascinating. Verse 7, the impotent man answered him, "Sir, I have no man when the water is troubled to put me into the pool. But while I am coming, another stepeth down before me." Let's pause here. Let's set up the scene here. This is at the pool of shalom. And basically what happens is an angel will stir up the water and when you see that and you're sick, you jump in, you're healed. And that was the in fact archaeologists have found the pool of Shiloh in the city of David. So it's a real place. This is a real event that took place. This is not a parable. This is not a story. This is a real event. And Jesus is going to heal this man. So what this man says though, he says um in a way he's saying, let's look at it. He's saying I have no man when the water is troubled to put me in the pool. while I am coming another step it down. So he's he gives the excuse but he's saying I'm trying on my own to get there. So now you're seeing this event taking place where this man who's been sick for 38 years can't get to the water fast enough. He hasn't thought out of the box to try to be on the edge when it's ready. I don't know. He He's in this situation. In a way, he's accepted his sickness of 38 years and he's got excuses. Now, watch what Jesus does because this is this gets real interesting real fast. Verse 8, Jesus saith unto him, "Rise, take up thy bed, and walk." And immediately the man was made whole, took up his bed, and walked. And on the same day was the Sabbath. So, here's the Sabbath day. This is your intermission. by the word. By the way, the word Sabbath means intermission. And this man is healed on the Sabbath. So is another Sabbath day. Another man being healed by Jesus on the Sabbath day where you're not supposed to do any work. Not only is he not supposed to do any work, he's telling this man to get up, walk, and carry your bed. He's going to carry the bed on the Sabbath day. Carrying a bed on the Sabbath day is work, but Jesus tells him to do it. And the man gets up and he carries his bed. He's being obedient to the word of the Lord on the Sabbath day. Now watch this. Verse 10. The Jews therefore said unto him that was cured, "It is the Sabbath day. It is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed." And he answered them, "He that made me whole, the same said unto me, take up thy bed and walk." Then asked they him, "What man is that which said unto thee, take up thy bed and walk?" And he that was healed was not who it was, for Jesus had conveyed himself away, a multitude being in place. So basically, Jesus got out of the way. He So he healed this man. He leaves. This man doesn't know who Jesus is. He gets healed and then he's walking around with his bed because he was told by Jesus to carry it and the Pharisees are saying, "You can't do that." He says, "No, this guy told me to get up and carry my bed and I'm doing that." And they're like, "Well, who is he? I don't know who he is." So now catch up where they're at. They're coming into the temple. Verse 14, afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple and said unto him, "Behold, thou art made whole. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee." Now I want to pause here because this is another entire teaching and teachings I have been teaching on for many times now that the consequence of sin is sickness. So here not only did Jesus physically heal his body, he healed his soul and he's telling him don't sin anymore otherwise it's going to get worse. We don't want it to get worse. Okay. So now coming into verse 15, the man departed. He left the temple and told the Jews that it was Jesus which had made him whole. And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus and sought to slay him because he had done these things on the Sabbath day. But Jesus answered them, "My father worketh." That word workketh means toil, be engaged in, minister about. ministering. This is a Sabbath day, and God still ministers on the Sabbath day. Watch this. But Jesus answered them, "My father worketh hither to, and I work." Therefore, the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that God was his father, making himself equal with God. So, what are the Pharisees really upset about here? Let we can go down a little further into the root of this. They're supposed to be healing the people. They're not. They can't. Nothing's happening. They've done everything they can. On top of it, they've put themselves in a situation where they have constructed their um ministry to six days a week and the seventh nobody is allowed to get sick and nobody's allowed to have any issues, which by the way is scriptural and we're going to see the double portion of God's miracle make that possible. But here you're seeing there are sick people on the Sabbath. What do you do? So Jesus is showing the world, hey, I'm going to minister. I'm going to heal you on the Sabbath. So there's something about the Sabbath though that we need to get because we got to figure this out. What are this Pharisees doing? And what is God doing? Because there's something here that we should be getting. So, let's go to Exodus 16:29. I want to read this and then I'm going to give you the context of it because there's a lot of scripture that can go with this. See, for that the Lord hath given you the Sabbath. Therefore, he giveth you on the sixth day the bread of two days. Abide ye every man in his place. Let no man go out of his place on the seventh day. So, right here is where God he established it though at at creation. But here he's teaching the Israelites what the Sabbath is all about. This is where they are in the wilderness for 40 years. They are in this wilderness and God provides mana for them. So first thing he tells them is to go out and grab just the amount that you need. No more, no less. Don't save any of it. So they go out, they grab it. Some grabbed extra. They tried to save it. The next day it was filled with worms and it it decayed. So now God tells Moses to tell them, "Go out and get a double portion on day six because it's going to cover you for day seven. Don't go out on day seven." So now, of course, day seven, some people still went out and Moses like, "You're just not being obedient. God's telling you to be obedient." Now, here's where things get very interesting. God says, "I'm going to give you double portion on the sab on it's a Saturday the or the day before the Sabbath, which I think is a Friday for them. So they have a day before where they're getting a double portion. So when they go to eat on the Sabbath, it's fresh mana, fresh food they didn't have to go work for because God performed a miracle on day six and gave them a double portion so that it covers them for the two days. Now, why does God do that? Let's go further in Exodus. Let's go to Exodus 31. And we're going to read verses 12- 15. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, "Verily, my Sabbaths," here's that word Sabbath, it means intermission, ye shall keep. For it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that ye may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify, which is clean, upon holy you. Ye shall keep the Sabbath, or intermission, therefore, for it is holy unto you. Everyone that defileth it shall surely be put to death. For whosoever doeth any work, deput, employment, ministry, therein that soul shall be cut off from among his people. Six days may work be done, but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the Lord. whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death. So what is the Lord talking about here? It's a sign. You see, God wants to know you are Lord. Let's read that one more time. This is in verse 13. For it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations that you may know that I am the Lord that doth sanctify you. You see, God performs a miracle on day six. And if they had kept that because they would have their double portion, everything is doubled on day six. Everything is provided. What happens is when you teach your children, look, God gave me two amounts, one for today, one for tomorrow, so that we can rest tomorrow and still have a full complete meal. It's an intermission between day six and day one. That's what day seven is all about. It's a pause, a pause of ministry, a pause, a sign. But the sign is the miracle. The miracle is that the people when they see the miracle, wow, I only had enough on day five, day four, day three, day two, day one. But on day six, they got a double portion. It's a miracle. And what happens is those that see it know there's a God. And they know he is God. He is Lord. And they receive that. And they begin to have this relationship with the Lord because they're recognizing what the Lord does. He performs a miracle on day six to cover day seven. Now Jesus showed us that he did ministry on that day. So then what does it mean? Does it have to be on day six? Because see now it's something is a little bit different. Jesus changed things up. So, he wants us to see the miracle on day six. He still wants us to have the rest so that we know he's Lord. But what has he done? That's what we got to look at. Let's go to 1 Corinthians 6:19 and 20. What know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are gods. Now, we're seeing something happening here. You are seeing a a new thing from Jesus. Our body is now the temple. The Israelites had Moses built a temple. They couldn't even enter that temple. Only Moses could. And then it would only be the Levi priests going forward. They did not allow it. Now the temple is in us. So our physical bodies need rest. And because we need to have an intermission, what happens? The first thing you get sick. You get tired. You want to sleep. You lay down. Take some medicine. And why did you get sick? Maybe you were running ragged. There are a lot of um beliefs throughout the different cultures. One culture believes going between hot and cold is the reason why you get sick, but people think they get sick because of whatever. You can put your belief in there. What if I told you God allowed you to get that cold because he's trying to get you to rest because your body is his temple. Now watch this. When you dwell in the temple of God, which means he's within you, which means you have to create a secret place. And we're going to go to that scripture here in just a moment. When you do that, your double portion was already given to you the day before. And all it is is now you're filling up with the anointing of the Holy Spirit, with the Holy Ghost. It refreshes you. You are resting. Even if you are in ministry seven days a week, now he tells you to take a whole day. But if you take an hour, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, but you intercede, you break that into your day, that is your double portion rest. Now, you can do this many different ways. You see, if I come into the I spend time with the Lord every morning and I've got certain days that are longer and I've worked it out with the Lord where I spend time in prayer. I spend time in the word. I spend time studying. That is my intermission. That's my rest. That's my Sabbath. And it builds up as each day goes by. I'm an intercessory prayer warrior. But I don't I pray at church on Sundays and I'm just praising the Lord and worshiping him. Saturdays is more like a popcorn prayer because these are my intermission days. This is where the Lord moves. So he moves with me on the days that he has established for me because I am entering into the rest time that I need with the Lord. pausing in the ministry but still knowing that when I prayed on Thursday, Friday, whatever, it will go into the next thing. Now, here's the miracle. I want you to catch this. When Jesus provides the double portion, God provides the double portion on day six, he provides a miracle where remember what Jesus said when your donkey or your ox falls into a ditch. What happens on that day six is the double portion is provided so you have rest. Nothing will interrupt the intermission, the rest, because God already took care of it. So that you're at rest and you're at peace on that day, you set aside for him. So that means every time I go in to dwell in the Lord um in my secret place, which is this room right here, when I go in and I dwell in, the Lord already placed a hedge of protection around me where I'm not going to be interrupted. I'm not going to be disturbed by sudden things. It will happen those things because those things do happen, but it's not going to happen in my intermission time with the Lord. That's the miracle. And why? Because then I know that he is Lord. He's got me. That's what the intermission Sabbath is all about. So that you see the double portion. You see the hedge of protection. A double portion of what? Well, your rest, his hedge of protection, your blessings, everything is there. He gives it to you where you won't get sick because you are dwelling in the secret place. You're giving your body the rest it needs. And it's not just the physical body that is the temple. Your spirit is restored, refreshed, reconciled with the Lord, redeemed. And you recognize that and you are you're feeling great. As you know, I just did a teaching last week where I actually shared our personal testimony and dealing with my mom and her cancer that she's having to deal with. Well, guess what? Look at me refreshed now. Look, it has been a spiritual battle. I mean, everything we've been dealing with, I shared that in the last teaching. Go check it out if you're interested. And it's been an attack and she was in the hospital for 10 days. There was no intermission. So, when you come out of that, and yes, that was battle number one because we were dealing with the blood clots. Now, we're in battle number two because we're spiritual battle now that she has to have chemotherapy for the this cancer. Well, guess what? I love what the doctor said. He says, "This is treatable. This is it. It's only lifethreatening if you don't treat it. All it needs to do is be contained and you will have a full quality of healthy life ahead of you for as many years as you're still going to be here on this earth. So now that we know this is attainable. So we're in the second part. The intermission was I went to the Lord, spent time with him, dwelled in his word, and actually he gave me this revelation right in the middle of all of this. So, I'm sharing this with you so that you know when you're being attacked, once you enter into the secret place with the Lord, you are in that peace. you are in that comfort because you are getting the double portion and allowing your physical body to rest. Because I'm gonna tell you right now, one of the things that happens when you're dealing with a spiritual warfare thing like this, especially finding out bad news, it uh it impacts your psyche, your emotional system. And when your emotions are just out of control, what's the first thing? Usually your defense system goes down. You get sick because you're tired. You're run down. You're feeling all the the attack of everything and it seems like it's the end of the world. But God, let's go to Psalm 91 now. Verses 1 and two. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my fortress, my God. In him will I trust. Because that's what the Sabbath is about. You're trusting on the double portion of the day before to get you through the intermission that your body, your spirit, your soul needs. And then you know that he is Lord because he has provided. Oh, you can't ask for anything better than this. Amen. So what can you do? How do you establish a day? You can take an entire day if you want and that way your day is established just for you and God and peace and relaxation. Sometimes people like to go on a hike and go up to the top of a mountain and sit down. Let that be your day of intermission. If it's staying in bed for half the day, uh, and then just grabbing some soup or something, take that type of a day. have that day. Dwell in the the secret place with the Lord, but put him first in that day. Go to him. Say, "Lord, today is a day of rest and I'm coming into resting you. I'm going to allow my body to rest. I'm not going to be stressed out because I already know that you provided the double portion of my rest on the day I needed it and then the day after. And I'm doing what your word tells me to do. One, I'm dwelling in the secret place. And two, I'm obtaining the double portion that you have provided me with so I can be sustained as I pause, take the break like you did, Lord, so I can continue on with whatever I need to continue on, which is working, battling, spiritual warfare. I deal with that uh because I'm an intercessory prayer warrior. So these are the things that you can do. Get that time with the Lord. Get your rest. Stop. Pause. Breathe. If it just needs to be an hour, then do that. But listen to the Lord talk to you. He's going to be bringing you into a place where you will have that rest. Amen. He's going to set your world around in a way that you will have that intermission. And I'm gonna tell you right now, you will be better off doing this and being refreshed to do the battle, whatever God has called you to do in your week than if you don't do this at all. Now, I do it as a daily thing because I spend time with the Lord, but at the same time, I have things I have to get done that needs work, but I have day a day where I just, okay, Lord, it's just you and me and nothing else. And then I I give him that day. I even bless the day. I said, "Lord, this day belongs to you. I bless it and give it to you." I encourage you to get in and have that rest with the Lord. You should never be tired. His yoke is not heavy. It's not a heavy burden. It's not uh choking you. It is a light thing. And you should be able to do ministry whenever you're called to do it because he has established a resting period in you by providing you the double portion from the day before because he will always take care of you on that day of rest. And I don't think you will even have any issues come against you because God protected. He wants you to have that rest. And when you make it a point to have that rest, he's gonna stop the whole world and keep them from interrupting your rest because you will know then that he is Lord. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. I pray that the enemy does not snatch this word away from us, but that it dwells deeply within us. that we apply it to our lives and that we live in the rest that you have given us and be able to still be that soldier or that warrior or that whatever we have to do to either provide for our families as we go to work but we have that intermission the rest that you have given us that you abide and that you've taken care of everything with the double portion from the day before. Thank you for keeping us whole, well, healthy and strong in you. In the name of Jesus we pray. Amen. Amen. God bless each and every one of you and I'll see you in the next message. Bye-bye. WHEN HEZEKIAH TURNED HIS FACE TO THE WALL To illustrate how King Hezekiah’s prayerful response in a moment of crisis demonstrates the power of faith, humility, and personal relationship with God, showing believers today that sincere, heartfelt prayer can change outcomes and align us with God’s mercy and intervention. WHEN HEZEKIAH TURNED HIS FACE TO THE WALL Minister Lisa Kane March 22, 2025 Objective: To illustrate how King Hezekiah’s prayerful response in a moment of crisis demonstrates the power of faith, humility, and personal relationship with God, showing believers today that sincere, heartfelt prayer can change outcomes and align us with God’s mercy and intervention. Synopsis: In this teaching, “When Hezekiah Turned His Face to the Wall,” Lisa Kane explores the powerful account of King Hezekiah in Isaiah 38, 2 Kings 20, and 2 Chronicles 32. Hezekiah, a righteous king who restored the temple and led Judah back to honoring God, faced a prophetic word of death from Isaiah. Instead of accepting his fate, Hezekiah turned his face to the wall, prayed with sincerity, reminded God of his faithful walk, and wept bitterly. This heartfelt plea moved God to extend his life by fifteen years and grant deliverance from Assyria. The message emphasizes the importance of an intimate relationship with God, where prayer is not ritualistic but a genuine conversation that moves His heart. Lisa highlights that when we walk uprightly before the Lord and face adversity, we too can boldly approach Him, pour out our hearts, and expect His intervention. Yet, the story also serves as a reminder that pride can hinder gratitude and blessings, and that humility keeps us aligned with God’s will. Ultimately, this lesson encourages believers to reflect on their own walk with God—asking whether they are living faithfully, seeking His kingdom first, and ready to turn their face to the wall in prayer, trusting Him to move for His glory and for their good. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kanan recording this teaching on Saturday, March 22nd, 2025. Welcome. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We pray that your word does not return void. We pray that your word penetrates our hearts and that we can walk in this belief knowing that you are there. We can have a relationship with you and that when we cry unto you, you hear us. and you intervene. Thank you, Lord. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. Thank you for joining me today. I'm calling today's message when Hezekiah turned his face to the wall. Let's look at our opening scripture here in Isaiah 38:2 that Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall and prayed unto the Lord. Now when you look at the scripture on the screen here, I just want to explain how I teach. When the word is bolded, like the word turned is here, that's the original word in the translation from King James version. The words in parenthesis are other words that could have the the translators could have used to translate the word. So in this case to revolve, surround or border. So uh basically Hezekiah buried his face in the wall is what he did here. So why am I teaching especially on a very specific moment and I've been trying to teach in 30 minute increments. So we're going to try to keep this in 30 minutes but I want to focus on that moment because that moment had things that led up to it and things that came after it. And that moment was a very, it was such a huge change for Hezekiah. So, let's delve into the scripture. We're going to be across Isaiah, 2 Chronicles, and 2 Kings, and it's talking about the same event. And I'm going to show you each part so that you get a full complete clear picture. Let's talk about who Hezekiah is first. Let's start there. 2 Chronicles 29:es 1-5. Hezekiah began to reign when he was 5 and 20 years old. And he reigned 9 and 20 years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abjah, the daughter of Zachchariah. And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord according to all that David his father had done. He in the first year of his reign, in the first month, opened the doors of the house of the Lord and repaired them. And he brought in the priests and the Levites, and gathered them together into the east street, and said unto them, "Hear me, ye Levites. Sanctify yourself clean now yourselves, and sanctify to be clean. Clean the house of the Lord God of your fathers, and carry forth the filthiness out of the holy place." So Hezekiah is a king that did good in the sight of the Lord. He took some projects on where he brought the temple back into service for the Lord, back to uh practicing um killing uh the doing the sacrifices, the daily sacrifices. He brought all of that back into the house. He brought the the temple back into order. He repaired what needed to be repaired. He did what was good in his sight. You can continue to read that and find out what else he did. I just wanted to show you that he did something right in the presence of the Lord. He was a righteous man. So, my goal with this teaching is to show you what happens to a righteous person who ends up in a situation that happened and how you can change the course of it. I've taught a lot of this and I've showed you scripture throughout uh the New Testament and how, you know, Paul talks about uh we can change our hearts, change our lives, have faith. Jesus showed us that we can be healed by our faith. I want to show you an Old Testament way of how Hezekiah came to be with the Lord. And this had to do with he was right. He did right in the sight of the Lord. So now let's look at the situation of what happened because this is going to this is going to be the crux of the whole teaching. I want you to get this. So we're going to go to Isaiah 38 1 and 2. In those days was Hezekiah sick. That word sick there means to be rubbed, worn, weak, afflicted to grief. It doesn't say how he got sick. It just says that he was sick. Now, we'll see later that it was figs, a pus of figs that was placed on the boil. He had a a physical ailment, a boil on his body, and that pus went on there and he was healed uh through the figs. So, don't know what the sickness was, but he was sick unto death. Um and this word sick simply means it's to be worn out w weak afflicted grief. So he had to have been under a lot of stress. And if you look at our history, kings that are under a lot of stress don't live very long. Uh we see that in the UK with Queen Elizabeth's um uncle he and father who didn't live very long. So, and part of it was the stress of being a king. Okay, they, you know, they they this happened. So, he's sick and it's unto death. So, he's going to die. And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amos, came unto him and said unto him, "Thus sayith the Lord, set thine house in order, for thou shalt die and not live." So, you just heard a word from the Lord. Hezekiah just heard a word from the Lord. And usually you hear the word from the Lord, anything that is founded in scripture, you hear a word from the Lord, you take it as, okay, this is what's going to happen. But something Hezekiah did here that I want to focus on which changes the whole outcome of everything. And this is what's so exciting about this. Thus Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall and prayed unto the Lord. He said, "Okay." And he's going to talk to the Lord and he's going to let's let's read what he says to the Lord because this is critical here. He says and said, this is Hezekiah talking to the Lord. Remember now, oh Lord, I beseech you. That that word beseech means oh now, oh Lord, I need you now. I beseech you now. And then he goes on to say, how have I how I have walked before thee in truth. That word truth there is stability, certainty, trustworthiness, and with a perfect or complete heart of feelings, the will, and have done that which is good in thy sight. He's telling God to remember these things. And then he says, and Hezekiah wept. That word wept there means to bewail, complain, make lamentations, mourn, and then soar. He did it greatly. He did it out loud. He did it overflowingly. He turned his face to the wall and he says to God, now you know God is our creator. He is our everything. And so if he says something, we're going to believe it. Hezekiah did something a little bit different. He went to the Lord directly. By the way, he didn't go through a prophet. He didn't go to the temple or an altar. He went well and he couldn't. So, he did what he could do best. He burrowed his face into the wall and says to the Lord and very bold, very confidently he says remember what I have done for you and I did it with the hearts and the thought through the heart of the thoughts and the feelings that are appropriate. Remember that. And then he he cries. So this is what I want to focus on in this moment. You see, we take the word of God literally. I believe it literally. There are probably some things in there that are written uh um in that language of metaphors and what have you. But I do take the word of God and everything it prophesies and everything it's talking about. I take it very serious and I take it very literally. And I go to the Lord and I try to understand the scriptures because I try to be a teacher of the word of God. You know, I'm not trying to justify anything because all of us have fallen short of the glory of God. Me included. So, there's things I don't know. But I love it when the Lord gives me a revelation about something. And there's a revelation here about what Hezekiah did that you and I can do as believers in Christ. Hezekiah said, "I want you to remember everything I did, and I did it with a complete heart. My thoughts and feelings, that's what the heart is. We're done with the purpose of I want to do this for you. I am going to do this for you." You see, there's something about the scriptures that tells us that when we're faced with adversity, affliction, sickness, when we face that, we do not have to accept death as a result of it. You know, we're all eventually going to die. Whether it's through the rapture or whether we just live out old age and natural causes, eventually we're all going to end up on the other side. Whether that's heaven the other side or hell the other side, that's between you and God. But as we walk with God and anyone who decides to choose Jesus as the son of God, as our Lord and Savior, the moment we accept that, take that, we have this right to live justifiably correct. We can live doing things we think is right in our minds. Whether it actually is or not is a whole different story. Keep this in mind. If you're going before the Lord, you've been and you think you're doing right. You chastised people to get them back into church. I disagree with that kind of chastisement. I kind of disagree with a little bit of the iron sharpens iron. I mean, it's okay. That's the things. I just there's feelings involved that hurt people that causes them to go away. But see, that has to deal with the Holy Spirit. But if you're in your mind and your heart and you know you have done right and like for me teaching the word of God, I can stand here boldly and confidently and say, "I have done right." Now analyze yourself. Say, "Have I been reading my Bible every day? Have I been praying? Have I been putting you first in my life?" Matthew 6:33, "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you." So Hezekiah gets this bad word. By the way, it's not from the devil. It's not from the enemy. It's not a curse sent to him, a bow and arrow kind of thing. No, it's a word from the Lord. And he went to the Lord and says, "Remember what I've done." And he wept. when you're going before the Lord, you know, and I've said this before in past teachings, uh it's been quite a few teachings now, but I've always felt that after I became a believer or after I put God first in my life, I think I've been a believer since I was six because I called on his name when I was a six-year-old. But living my life for him has been different and it ages different and it it goes back differently. And when I did that, there was an emotional aspect. It was like everything inside of me broke and fell apart. It's like the rocks just came tumbling down inside of me. The hardness broke. So, I get very weepy and crying. You guys can testify to that because I tend to weep and cry. And this is why I always bring a trusty box of tissues with me to every teaching because I can feel the anointing of the Holy Spirit moving through me. That's what happened to Hezekiah. You see, you have to ask yourself when a word comes to you and now it doesn't matter who the word comes from, whether it's from God or whether it's from the devil. I love what one preacher said. He he uh was laying in bed one night, woke up in the middle of the night, heard voice, heard voices or someone talking and he leaned in. And by the way, this happened to me, although I didn't have the same reaction he did. But he leaned in, realized it was the devil cursing him out, and he says, "Oh, it's just you." And turned over and went to sleep. In my case, I said, "Get out of here." And then I turned over and went to sleep. But as a believer in Christ, this is the reaction that we have the right to. We have the right to go to God and say, "I've done the best I can. I've stood here and did this." It doesn't matter how anyone else judges us. when you have that right and that emotional factor with it because you know you've been broken. You know that God has put you back together the way he wants you put back together. And it it can be hard at times. But the moment you recognize that in the situation you're facing, it can change the entire outcome. And we're going to see that here. So it and it says here, "And it came to pass before Isaiah was gone out of the middle court." What that means is so Isaiah came in, he told Hezekiah the news and Isaiah turned around and started walking out of the temple or um the home of the king's house there. And Hezekiah is weeping to the Lord and he's crying which is that point where I think that every believer we should be able to come in. You know the other day I think it was um last Sunday morning. I forget what day it was but I had an issue that was going on. Uh yeah it would be Monday morning and I remember Sunday. It was it happened on Sunday and I I left it inside of me all Sunday and all Sunday evening and Monday morning. See, Monday mornings is my time where I pray for the body of Christ, the church, kingdom of God. I pray for my church that I'm going to. I pray for the leadership and all that. Monday mornings is my time for that. I held what I had going on inside of me. And I held that in and I waited till that moment because I know that's my I don't know it it was a moment of I'm going to meet God. And because of that it built up an anticipation. So when I got there Monday morning I just start balling my eyes out. Said Lord this situation I have to give it to you. And that weeping moment that Hezekiah had was his moment but he did it out of shock. Isaiah just told him the this news. So he does it out of shock. So while he's in this moment, so understand God heard him and decides to move immediately. So Isaiah hadn't even left the courtyard yet. And this is what he says. It came up pass came to pass before Isaiah was gone out into the middle court that the word of the Lord came to him saying turn again and tell Hezekiah the captain of my people. Thus sayeth the Lord the God of David thy father I have heard a word heard also could be attentively. You can get that out of the I've heard thy prayer your intercession supplication. You see that moment that you're weeping, God already heard everything. You're the human. You're still pouring it out of you. You're still getting it all out. And he's already moving things for you. Watch what he says to Hezekiah. Tells Isaiah to tell Hezekiah, "I have seen thy tears. Behold, I will heal thee. On the third day, thou shalt go up unto the house of the Lord. That's incredible. Here is a moment that Hezekiah is experiencing. And before Isaiah even gets out to the courtyard, he tells him, "Go back and tell him, I'm going to heal him." This is what he says he's going to do in 2 Kings 26 and 7. And he says, "And I will add into thy days 15 years, and I will deliver or snatch away thee and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria, and I will defend or hedge about this city for my own sake and for my servant David's sake." All right, I got to pause here. There's a fact that we have to think about. Does God want to heal you or does he not want to heal you? How many times have we heard the saying, "If it be your will." Here, God is saying, "I'm going to do this for my own sake and for my servant David's sake." David is a righteous man who had a heart after God. And here's Hezekiah emulating that. That tells me that if you have that relationship with God like David did, God is going to answer your prayer like he did with David and like he did with Hezekiah for his own sake. Because see, he spoke these words over all of us. And he's given us blessings and benefits. Honor thy mother and father for long life. Go read Psalm 103. The benefits that we have. Psalm 91. There are so many promises that God has given us, but all of them are predicated on the relationship factor with the Lord. And I'm trying to show you here in scripture that when you have that res that relationship with God and God decides he's going to move for his own sake. He's going to move and he's going to make the situation right. And that's how God does this. He he he's focused on this. Says, "I will defend the city for my own sake and for my servant David say and here he says and Isaiah said take a lump of figs." And they took and laid it on the boil and he recovered. So uh now there's there's an interesting concept of knowing now you got 15 years left to live. You know how do you take that what what do you take that to be? Do you now be more brave, more bold? You think you can jump a few steps down extra without breaking anything? He didn't say he wouldn't break anything. He just said that you've got another 15 years. And then I have to wonder that when he got to that 15 year, how did Hezekiah behave? What did what happened at that point? So now there's more. There's a conversation that takes place here. Let's go to second Kings. I want you to see the other part of the 2 Kings 20:es 8-11. And Hezekiah said unto Isaiah, "What shall be the sign that the Lord will heal me and that I shall go up into the house of the Lord third day?" So remember I was telling you through Isaiah, 2 Kings and 2 Chronicles, this event uh takes place and each set of scriptures explains it a little bit more. So we saw in Isaiah now how God had healed him. Now there's conversation. So now Hezekiah is like, "Okay, what's the sign?" So we're coming back to that moment. He just finished crying. Here's Isaiah coming back telling him this is what's going to happen. And Isaiah asked him a question. Says, "And in verse 9, and and Isaiah said, "This sign shalt thou have of the Lord that the Lord will do the thing that he has spoken." And he goes, "Shall the shadow go forward 10 degrees or go back 10 degrees?" We're talking 10 minutes in time. Now, I want you to understand the 10 minutes here because this is this is that a little extra golden nugget we get out of this teaching. How long did it take Isaiah to walk in and tell Hezekiah his situation? Put your house in order. You're going to die. And how long did it take him to walk out of that chamber, get to that inner court before God told him turn around? So now Isaiah asks Hezekiah, you want the shadow on the degrees of uh the time to go forward or backwards. So Isaiah answers here in verse 10. And and Hezek, excuse me, Hezekiah answered, "And it is a light thing for the shadow to go down 10 degrees." Because see that happens every day. time is moving forward all the time. So that's normal. So then he says, "But let the shadow return backward 10 degrees." And Isaiah the prophet cried or to call he called out to God unto the Lord and he brought the shadow 10 degrees backwards by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz. Wait a second. Why? God's word spoke to Isaiah and to Hezekiah that he's going to die. God spoke the word. God keeps his promises. Hezekiah was supposed to die. God decides to undo his spoken word by repeating that 10 minutes of time. And by repeating that 10 minutes of time, a new spoken word came in where now he's going to bring Israel out of Assyria. He's going to uh save them from the attack. There's a a war going on in between all of this and Hezekiah because of what he did. God says, "I'm going to save the city and I'm going to save you." And he goes to do this. So, it's interesting. Let's read a little further because I want to get more into this. 2 Chronicles now in verse in chapter 32. We start here in verse 24 and this is now from and let me make sure that we understand how this works and how I'm putting all these scriptures together. So Isaiah is the prophet. Isaiah is the one who was used. So he wrote it in his book as to what God used him for. C uh second Kings is the books that were kept uh written by recorders of the kingdom at that time. Whoever was recording everything, they recorded everything the king did and what the king was. And that was written by a recorder. Chronicles is written by the Holy Spirit. This is God's perspective because there's things in Chronicles that the recorders had no idea to even record it. So you'll find elements in chronicles that is definitely not going to be in the kings. So we're going to elaborate a little further and let's look at it now all together. Now that especially now that we got a good chunk and idea of the story uh event. It's not a story. This is a true event that took place. So we're in 2 Chronicles 32. We're going to start here in verse 24. In those days Hezekiah was sick to the death and prayed unto the Lord and he spake unto him and he gave him a sign. But Hezekiah rendered not. So what you're now seeing, we know Hezekiah got healed. So now we're seeing the outcome because God saved the the saved Israel, saved Hezekiah, and now we're seeing what God says about all of that. It's very interesting. But Hezekiah rendered not again according to the benefit done unto him. For his heart was lifted up. Therefore, there was wrath upon him and upon Judah and Jerusalem. Did Hezekiah go back and say, "Thank you, Lord." That's what I get out of that. And so, God is now going to judge him. But watch, look what he says next. Notwithstanding, Hezekiah humbled himself. So, initially, Hezekiah didn't. But somewhere along the road of life here, the Holy Spirit talking to Hezekiah, maybe through Isaiah, I don't know. But he says, "Notwithstanding, Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart, both he and the inhabitants of Jerusalem." So he also had Jerusalem do it, not just himself, so that the wrath of the Lord came not upon them in the days of Hezekiah. Now what you'll find out is what he did is he ended up showing some strangers Babylon all that he had in his kingdom and Isaiah told him okay you're the whole thing is going to come away from you it's going to be taken away from you in your son's life and Hezekiah I it's here we'll see this uh we'll get into that scripture so um notwithstanding Hezekiah humbled himself for the pride of his heart both he and the inhabitants of Jerusale So that the wrath of the Lord came not upon them in the days of Hezekiah. And Hezekiah had exceeding much riches and honor. And he made himself treasuries for silver and for gold and for precious stones and for spices and for shields and for all manner of pleasant jewels. You know what? When you put God first in your life and you have a relationship, you are going to be blessed. You will have you will not want for anything. That's that's what you're seeing here with Hezekiah. And Hezekiah purposely humbled himself because he didn't want the wrath of God on him. Let's continue on. The storehouse is also for the increase of corn and wine and oil and all and stalls for all manner of beast and coats for flocks. Moreover, he provided him cities and possessions of flocks and herds in abundance. For God had given him substance very much. Why? Because he did what was right in the sight of God. He did and emulated like David. You and I have the opportunity to be rich beyond and not want or lack for anything because we put God first. We have a relationship and we can take all of our actions and do the actions for God. You know what Hezekiah did even above and beyond that. He didn't do it just for himself. Although there was self-preservation going on here. You kind of get that hint as you read these scriptures. I recommend you go and read them. But as he got uh he did all this rightfully, he had the claim when he turned his face to the wall to say, "I've done what you wanted me to do. I did what was right." And because he was doing what was right, he was blessed beyond measure. God never says that we have to be poor or that we have to be stupid or that we have to um live one way or another. But he will bless you because that's a promise because you put him first. You have a relationship with him first. That is your right to have that if you choose you want that. Let's continue on and read more about this verse 30. Then uh this same Hezekiah also stopped the other upper water course of Guehon and brought it straight down to the west side of the city of David. And Hezekiah prospered in all his works because he put God first. He had a He did right. He took rightable actions on behalf of the Lord. He says, "This is my God. I'm gonna fix that temple. This is his house. I'm gonna fix it." He did what David wanted done and he followed him. By the way, David is his great great great great great great there. He's several generations later. Now verse 31. How be it in the business of the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon. This is what I was referring to earlier where he showed the strangers princes of Babylon. Watch this. Who sent in him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land. Because see, he was prospering so much and doing so well that these princes from Babylon show up, which you're going to find out that Israel, as you read about Israel, you probably already know it. Babylon took Israel captive, but not in Hezekiah's days. Even the the prophesied capture of Israel being scattered to the four winds didn't happen in Hezekiah's time because of having that relationship and he is the leader and he got Jerusalem all lined up with him and did what was right in the sight of the Lord and that gave him the ability that when the attack came not and it came and God healed him because of the humbleness and the crying out and reminding the Lord what he had done. But he also healed him because when all this was supposed to happen, he kept God kept the attack of Israel going into captivity from Hezekiah and Israel because they turned around. In other words, if Israel had stayed going right with God, they would not have ever gone scattered. And the prophecies, well, in this case, God prophesied because he knew it was going to happen and it did happen. But they could have turned around and there could have been I I believe in my heart that Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah would have written different things had there been the ability for them to turn around and come back from that edge. They just didn't do it. Look what it says here. Uh finishing at Babylon who sent him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land. God left him. I mean, God left Hezekiah to try or test him that he might know all that was in his heart. Now, there's a price to pay when you have this type of relationship with the Lord. That price is God is going to test your heart. And that's exactly what happened here with Hezekiah. And so, when Isaiah came I, you know, I didn't bring all that scripture in here, but Isaiah comes later and says, "What did you show him?" And Hezekiah says, "I showed him everything." Oh, well, all that's going to go away now. And that's because he was testing his heart. And I don't know what he was expecting from there, but God was looking at his heart. Now, the rest of the acts of Hezekiah and his goodness, behold, they're written in the vision of Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amos, and in the book of the kings of Judah and Israel. And that is what happened to Hezekiah. And he had the right to turn his face to the wall and burrow himself in the chest of God in that moment and say, "Remember what I did." And God says, "Okay, I remember you. I'm going to heal you and I'm going to heal the city." And that's what God did because he stood up for God as a righteous man and did what was right in the sight of the Lord. Question I have for you is, do you want to do what's right for the Lord in your life, whatever that may be? Let's close in a word prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. Thank you. We pray that your word never leaves our hearts and never leaves our minds, but that it uh impacts us so much that it reverberates our bones and that we remember and the Holy Spirit reminds us all the time so that every decision we make in life is so that we do it right unto you, Lord. Thank you for showing us how you move, how you move through Hezekiah and how you can move through us. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Thank you, Lord. Amen. God bless you. I will see you in the next message. Bye-bye. Home Previous Next

GODS GIFT TO THE WORLD DO YOU BELIEVE The objective of this message is to highlight Jesus Christ as the greatest gift ever given to humanity by God. The teaching encourages listeners to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of the Savior—and challenges them to personally consider their faith: Do you believe? The purpose is to inspire believers to receive and share the gift of salvation with others through faith in Jesus Christ. < Back GODS GIFT TO THE WORLD DO YOU BELIEVE Minister Lisa Kane December 22, 2023 Objective: The objective of this message is to highlight Jesus Christ as the greatest gift ever given to humanity by God. The teaching encourages listeners to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of the Savior—and challenges them to personally consider their faith: Do you believe? The purpose is to inspire believers to receive and share the gift of salvation with others through faith in Jesus Christ. Synopsis: In this Christmas message, Lisa focuses on the profound truth that Jesus Christ is God’s ultimate gift to the world. Beginning with 1 Peter 4:10–11, the teaching reminds us that as we have received this gift, we are called to be good stewards of it by sharing God’s grace with others. The birth of Jesus, described humbly in Luke 2, demonstrates how the Son of God left the riches of heaven to enter the world in simplicity, becoming the Savior for all. Lisa emphasizes that the angelic proclamation to the shepherds was not just a story, but a true historical event testifying to Christ’s arrival. Scriptures such as 1 John 5:20, John 1:12–14, and John 3:15–17 confirm that through belief in Jesus, we are given eternal life and the right to become children of God. The message asks a pressing question: Do you believe? Salvation is not based on rituals or works but on faith, as seen with the thief on the cross. Romans 10:9 makes it clear that confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection brings salvation. As Christmas is celebrated, Lisa encourages everyone to remember and share this ultimate gift—the name of Jesus. The message closes with a prayer of thanksgiving, urging believers to glorify God for sending His Son and to carry the gift of salvation into the lives of others. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine. I'm recording this on Friday, December 22nd, 2023. Welcome. This message is called God's Gift to the World. Do you believe? Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence and we thank you for the greatest gift that we could ever receive, Father God. And that G gift is your son, the name of Jesus. And I thank you, Jesus, for going to the cross and dying for me and for everyone else so that we our sins are redeemed and pardoned. Thank you, Father God. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. And amen. Amen. Well, merry Christmas to all. We are This is the last message I'll be teaching before Christmas. I'll do one more before New Year's, but this is called God's Gift to the World. Do you believe? Our opening scripture here is 1 Peter 4:10 and 11. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God. If any man minister, let him do it as if as of the ability which God giveth, that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Jesus Christ is the son of God and he is the gift the only gift that we can ever ever look at and and receive and truly believe and I the question I have for you um just before this Christmas do you believe do you believe let's go look at the testimony of what happened this is going to be just a simple easy message just giving God the glory and thanking his son for what he's done. Amen. Luke 2:7. And she bought forth she brought forth her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger because there was no room for them in the end. Mary and Joseph. So neat to see how the son of God came. So humbled. I mean it is so believable for the fact alone that they acknowledge that they put him in swaddling clothes and in a manger. He wasn't born to richness. He came from richness. He came from glory. He came from honor. He descended from heaven to become a man. And here the scriptures tell us that he was born verses uh 8-16 in that same Luke chapter 2. Let's continue on. And there were in the same country country shepherds abiding in the field keeping watch over their flock by night. Now, I'm not going to go into this entire event that took place, but I want to show you the scriptures so that you know that this is true because the Bible is true. And u as these shepherds are out here, they're just doing their job, but they testify to the son of God being born. Amen. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, "Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people." Oh, what did God do here? Because God did something for you and I. the greatest ultimate gift that we could ever receive and believe in. Amen. Verse 11, for unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you, ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was the angel, a multitude of heavenly hosts. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly hosts praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass as the angels were gone away from them into heaven." The shepherd said one to another, "Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us." and they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph and the babe lying in a manger. You know, a lot of people would like to get semantic about this, but the re the reality of it is let's just put aside all the little details here. The Lord showed himself through angels to the shepherds so that they can go find this baby wrapped in swaddling clothes. And what did he say was for unto you is born this day in the city of David a savior which is Christ the Lord. Why do we need a savior? Well, we all messed up. We've all fallen short of the glory of God. The moment we were born, the the moment we were conceived, we automatically fell because we were born in sin. But God God said to his son Jesus, "Go do this thing for me." Jesus said, "I will do it." And he did. First John 5:20. And we know that the The son of God has come and hath given us an understanding that we may know him that is true and we are in him that is true even in his son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. Do you believe? Are you sharing your gift with others? It's the ultimate best gift that you could ever have. You just got to look into your hands and see and say, "Jesus, forgive me. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior." John 1:12-14. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name, which were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. And we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the father, full of grace and truth. And the word was made flesh. The word's been there from the beginning. and he came down to his creation in a book and he became alive. And this book is real. These are true events. I do apologize for every teacher and pastor and preacher out there who has called any of this a story because the reality is these are not Sunday school stories. This is not a story. This is true events. Do you believe? Do you believe that Jesus the Christ, the savior, that these shepherds witnessed because of God? Do you believe that he is the son of God for the the walk he did in his life? He walked this earth very simply, healing people, delivering people, saving people. The the thief on the cross never was water baptized. never went door todo, never shared the gospel with anyone, but he knew and he called on Jesus and Jesus accepted him. Do you believe? John 3:15-17 that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved. Do you believe that you have a way out of all this? You should. His name is Jesus. He saved you and he saved me. Question is, do you believe? And how do I know that? I just have to confess that he's Jesus. Look at this. Romans 10:9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Do you believe? Do you believe in this gift from heaven that God sent us his son so that we are redeemed and pardoned from our sins? Put aside everything else and just remember that gift as you celebrate the holiday weekend. Remember the ultimate gift, the name of Jesus and share that gift with someone. God bless you. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless this word and uh thank you for the anointing as you move through my heart, my spirit. I pray that people receive your word and call your name and glorify you in the name of Jesus. Amen and amen. God bless you. Merry Christmas. I'll see you in the next message. Bye bye. - CAN YOU LOSE SALVATION | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
CAN YOU LOSE SALVATION The purpose of this message is to provide a biblical understanding of salvation and to address the common question: “Can a believer lose their salvation?” Through Scripture and personal testimony, the teaching emphasizes that salvation is a gift from God, grounded in His love and faithfulness, not in human performance. It seeks to strengthen believers’ trust in Christ, highlight the importance of relationship over fear, and reveal that while believers may drift in their walk, their salvation remains secure in Jesus. < Back CAN YOU LOSE SALVATION Minister Lisa Kane July 23, 2023 Objective: The purpose of this message is to provide a biblical understanding of salvation and to address the common question: “Can a believer lose their salvation?” Through Scripture and personal testimony, the teaching emphasizes that salvation is a gift from God, grounded in His love and faithfulness, not in human performance. It seeks to strengthen believers’ trust in Christ, highlight the importance of relationship over fear, and reveal that while believers may drift in their walk, their salvation remains secure in Jesus. Synopsis: In this teaching, Lisa Kane explores the assurance of salvation through the lens of God’s Word and relational intimacy with Him. Beginning with 2 Timothy 1:7, she contrasts the spirit of fear with the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind, urging believers to reject fear-based teachings about losing salvation. Drawing from John 6:37–39, she highlights Jesus’ promise that He will not cast out those given to Him by the Father. Through examples such as Peter’s immaturity, the rich young ruler, and the repentant thief on the cross, Lisa demonstrates how salvation is rooted in confession, belief, and trust in Christ—not in works, goodness, or continuous outward performance. She shares her own testimony of experiencing spiritual ups and downs, showing that God’s patience and mercy remain constant even when believers waver. The message also explains that while salvation is eternal and secure, neglecting one’s walk with God can lead to bondage, hardship, and discipline, as illustrated in the book of Judges. Yet, the call of Christ is always relational: “Come, let us reason together” (Isaiah 1:18). Lisa emphasizes that salvation is both deliverance from eternal separation and daily deliverance from life’s trials through trust in Jesus. The teaching concludes with an invitation to embrace the assurance of God’s saving power, reject fear, and live in joyful partnership with Christ, knowing that salvation cannot be lost but can always be lived out more fully through faith and obedience. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Sunday, July 23rd, 2023. Welcome. This message is called, can you lose salvation? I've been seeing this question a lot on social media and I'd like to address it uh with the word of God as well as an understanding of the relationship value. As you know, I started teaching on relationship. Uh the last message was talking about God the father and now and that relationship with the father. So here we're going to talk about salvation in this. Amen. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for who you are. We thank you that we can trust in you, that you are reliable, that you are faithful, and that you are true to your word. It gives us such peace and comforting. Father God, thank you for your longsuffering. Thank you for your gentleness. You're full of loving kindness because without it and without your mercy, well, there's nothing here then. But you made it valuable. You made us valuable in you, Father God. Thank you, Lord. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. And we blessed this word and ask for your blessing on it. May it go out. May the ears that hear it hear and understand and receive and believe. May the eyes that see it see and open up and realize they can have faith and trust in you and believe in you in the glorious name of Jesus. Let their hearts and minds be open to receive, believe, and walk in that trust and faith in the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. Let's go to our opening scripture here. We are going to start here in 2 Timothy 1:7. For God is not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. Initially, I was going to call this message spirit of love. But I because I was dealing with the message of salvation within it, I decided to go ahead and call it can you lose salvation. Now, did you see something here in this scripture? Look at this. He said he didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. So if you hear a preacher tell you something like, "Well, just in case you should live for God because you just never know." That's called the spirit of fear. And Paul clearly tells us that Jesus did not give us a spirit of fear. And that every preacher and teacher out there should not be teaching in the spirit of fear. I understand you're worried. I understand that you're hoping that this might light a fire under someone, but you have to understand sometimes the power of love breaks through the hardness, especially in today's generation. How many people are desensitized right now with fear? Roller coasters, these video games, they've ra been raised in this. They're not going to respond to well just in case factor. And then you still have a lot of people like in my generation or even my parents' generation if they wanted to party, they were going to party until they finally settled down and then they decided, "Okay, I'll live for Jesus now." They heard about him, but they chose to do it later in their life. So, what I want to do is I want to talk about how salvation works and how we're dealing with um a time value factor in here and how Jesus is, who he is, because I talked about the relationship of the father last week and Jesus. When you know Jesus, you know the father because Jesus follows the will of the father. Let's um summarize and let's look at that here real quickly. John 6:37-39 because I want you to see how he's also saying he's not going to lose anyone. All that the father gives me will come to me and the one who comes to me I will by no means cast out. So the question I have for you, we're going to get to the rest of these scriptures here in just a moment. Is what kind of God do you think God is that you can lose your salvation? You really think that he's cruel enough to let you believe 20 years ago, but now that you've kind of drifted away that he's going to reject you? I want you see if we understand who God is, we can understand the miracle of salvation. This is very, very powerful, very enlightening. I hope you are uh awake to this and receive and believe. And if you're struggling with this, pause the video. Go to the Lord. Start with him. By the way, don't start with any preacher, teacher, or anyone out there, okay? Don't go by man. Go by the scripture and get into the relationship with God. And I promise you, he's going to answer this very question for you. And he's answered it for me. And this is what I'm teaching here right now. Let's continue on with the scripture. He's not going to cast out by no means uh cast out for and now verse 38. For I have come down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me this is the will of the father who sent me that of all he has given me I should lose nothing but should raise it up at the last day. And if you continue to read you will find and he's talking about salvation there. So now you know what I want you to see is I I want you to understand that this is a very intimate thing. Salvation is to the individual and there and you have to understand Jesus clearly says I'm the way, the truth and the life. No man comes to the father except through me. So it has to be done through Jesus. But is there a rule, a guideline that we need to follow in the scriptures that tell us how to get saved? Because and and I'm going to make a very powerful statement here. I hope I can say it right. You see, you need salvation to get into heaven. You need salvation to live for Christ. But you do not need to live for Christ to get into heaven. We're going to see that in the scriptures here. And I want you to understand that God is dealing with this on an individual level when it comes to salvation. Look at what there there's a very interesting transaction that Peter mentions. And if you go watch Peter in the scriptures from the gospels all the way to first and second Peter written many many many years later. Look at the growth and the maturity that Peter went through. It's very very powerful. But look at him how immature he is right here. And this by the way takes us to where we all are today. Look at this. John 21:21-22 Peter seeing him said to Jesus but Lord what about this man he's referring to John and verse 22 Jesus said to him if I will that he remain till I come what is that to you you follow me so Jesus clearly had to put Peter back on the right path don't look at him don't so when you we've been given the ability to judge people think about is think about this. You You want to judge people, you better judge on fact, but do you really know what the fact is in their heart or in their mind? With the Lord, you do not know that. You're basing it on what you think you see, and you don't even see the whole picture. You see one action. I promise you, I'm going to use a scenario here that we're going to use throughout the teaching of this message. So, let's say somebody got saved 20 years ago, okay? and they were on fire for God for a few weeks and then they got choked out because they never rooted in. They got choked out by the worldly daily living style. So now you know few months go by and the Lord is patient. You know you hadn't talked to the Lord in a few months. You you were on fire but he's patient. He's waiting for you. But something happens. A tragedy happens, car accident, somebody dies, and you go, "Jesus, why?" And you grieve and you call on Jesus, and you kind of come back and you're you're talking with him. You actually open up the Bible. You go searching preachers and and and you do and then that lasts for a while and then it drifts off again. In my own personal experience, I went through this. I call it the yo-yo effect. I mean really I I remember I would be on fire I I became born again when I was six years old. I grew up in the church and uh as a young married woman 21 years old and my life went up and down with the Lord. We would go to revival meetings and then I mean months would go by wouldn't even think of the Lord wouldn't read the scriptures. Does that mean I lost my salvation in that time frame even though God was the furthest thing from my mind? No. simply was he was patient. He waited for me and things would happen and I would realize in fact it came I finally came to the personal re revelation and the realization that my living for Christ was a yo-yo. It went up and down. And I went to the Lord and I said I one I said I was sorry. I said I don't know why I'm like this. I need your help. Because see, there's two things about the flesh. It's in time. So today, I feel great. Tomorrow, will I feel the same? How many days do we wake up in the week where we feel awesome? And how many days do we wake up in the week when we don't feel awesome? How many times do we pick up the Bible when we're hurting? And how many times do we pick up the Bible when we just want to? You see the difference? We're in the flesh and we're driven by emotions. Today, I feel like reading my Bible. You see, that's what the mentality is of a I'm going to call it an immature Christian. Somebody who doesn't have self-control. So, now you get into the gifts of the Holy Spirit where you need some self-control. And you can go read that in uh Galatians, Ephesians. You self-control is very, very powerful. You need to have that and that means when you don't feel like it is the biggest time you need to pick up your Bible and relate with God. Another thing that we deal with here, not just the time in the flesh, but it's the relationship factor of the value of trust. We don't trust God enough to keep us saved after he saved us. Oh, we're going to show that here very very clearly and I want you to understand. So, we're going to get into the the meat of the scripture here. I'm going to read a lot of scriptures here. We'll probably pause in here. This is Mark 10 and we're going to start with verse 17 and we're we're going to go to verse 30. Now, as he was going out on the road, one came running, knelt before him, and asked him, "Good teacher, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life?" So Jesus said to him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good but one that is God." I'm going to pause here because a lot of people get tripped up on the scripture here. Okay? Jesus said and I taught this in the last and you saw in the uh scriptures I did earlier that Jesus says I'm here to do the will of the father. If you know me, you know the father. So Jesus is setting an example of hey I'm obeying my father. Remember the ten commandments honor thy father and mother. He obeyed his father. His father said you go lay down your life for these people and I will give it to you again. You can pick it up again. And Jesus clearly told us that. I taught it in the last message. So he says, "I'm going to go do the will of the father." So here Jesus is saying, "I'm not the one that's good." Remember, he's in the flesh here, but he's saying, "I'm doing the will of the father." But I'm going to promise you that once he is crucified now, he becomes spirit with God. Even though he is the son of God, he's in the flesh and he's identifying himself as flesh, not good. Good is God. But he's saying, "I'm here to do the will of God." Which by the way, are you good or are you not? Because see, a lot of people also measure salvation in how good you are. So Jesus is clearly saying goodness is not going to get you into heaven. He's telling you obey the father. Doesn't matter if Jesus is saying he's not good. Whatever you're doing that you think you're good, you're not. And that's a humbling experience, believe you me, when you finally come to recognize that you're not good. It will help you on the inside realize how much you need God. So, let's continue on here. And as you can see, these scriptures is dealing with salvation, eternal life. Watch this. Okay, so verse 18. So, Jesus said, oh, excuse me, verse 19, you know the commandments. Do not commit adultery. Do not murder. Do not steal. Do not bear false witness. Do not defraud. Honor your father and your mother. And let's pause there again. The t before Jesus came, you had to follow the ten commandments. That was the law. And the nation of Israel presented the law to the world through God. And so you need to obey the ten commandments. So now Jesus is telling him, okay, you know, I haven't been crucified yet. Uh you don't have the salvation. So he's telling him, so Jesus is identifying this transitional period. Okay? He's alive. He's still flesh. He's man. He hasn't been crucified yet. But he's telling this man, you need to follow the Ten Commandments. This is how it was prior to Jesus being crucified. Now, let's continue. And he answered and said to him, "Teacher, all these things I have kept from my youth." Okay. Now, this guy's like, "I've done it. I'm good. Woohoo. I'm ready." Jesus says something that's very powerful. Watch this. Then Jesus looking at him loved him. Pause. I'm going to show you a mystery here. See, I was going to call this message spirit of love. Do you see that Jesus loved him? Hey, LGBTQ, whatever community you are now, Jesus loves you. Now, look what Jesus tells you. and said to him, "One thing you lack." Good isn't going to get you into heaven. Following the Ten Commandments anymore isn't going to get you into heaven because that's not salvation. Look at here. Go your way, sell whatever you have, and give to the poor and you will have treasure in heaven. and come take up the cross and follow me." Look what his response was. But he was sad at this word and went away sorrowful for he had great possessions. Pause. What's more valuable to you? Eternal life or your possessions? I promise you, your possessions are going to die. They're going to go away. The moment you die, somebody else is going to take your possessions. It doesn't matter. This earth is dying. Take a look. Go out there. Go see the world. See the destruction in the world. See it dying every day. Change your value to eternity. It's very very important that you do that because you want to live. Eternal life is a long time compared to the life we live here. You give up this life, you will pick it up again because that's what Jesus says. Look at this verse 23. Then Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, "How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God." And look at what the dis look at verse 24 here. And the disciples were astonished at his words. You and I should be shocked. If God is so merciful, if he is so merciful, then how come it's so hard? Because this man chooses his possessions. It's based on that man, not Jesus. And Jesus is saying it's very hard for him. And even his disciples are astonished. Continue on. But Jesus answered again and said to them, "Children, how hard it is is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God." Key word there is trust. Now Jesus is getting to the root of the matter here. He's telling you by this man's actions, this rich man who went away sorrowful, this rich man could not trust Jesus with his possessions. He could not take them off, give them up to trust that Jesus would give him eternal life. Now look what Jesus says because now we're dealing with the relationship factor. We're dealing with trust. Watch this. It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. Now there's a mystery behind this. I had heard this and the first time I heard this I think I was astonished as the disciples. Listen to this. So in a city wall there are different gates. You've got the main gate that is wide. A lot of people can enter the but there are smaller gates where you don't have to walk around the entire city to enter. These small gates are very small. the only way you can enter them. And and if you traveled in your camel, you had to take everything off your camel. You had to take everything off your person. You had to put it down on the ground, push the camel through, get the camel to go through, push your possessions through the gate on the floor. You had to leave them down, get yourself through the gate, pick it all up, and load your camel back up. Isn't that revelation? It's awesome. Jesus is saying in the same manner, if you want to get saved, you got to take off everything that you because what do we put on our shoulders? What we consider valuable? If you put stress on yourself from your job, stress on your children, how they're living, stress or finances, where you put it all on your shoulders and you carry that. And when you carry that, you're saying I am handling it, not God. And Jesus is saying, if you want to get saved, and now we're talking about salvation, trust, this is eternal life, you have to take the world off. Put it down at your feet. Say, "Jesus, I'm sorry. I'm the one who's guilty, and I'm laying all this at your feet." And Jesus says, "Come with me." And then he says, "Pick it up." And he's going to give you that life again. That's what salvation is. Let's continue on now because this gets very interesting at this point. So now here the the the uh disciples are just and they were greatly astonished saying among themselves, "Who then can be saved?" because now they're realizing for the first time I I don't even know if I'm saved because and yeah, did did you go to Jesus? Did you ask him to forgive you? And remember that we're going to have scriptures that's going to show us that we need to do that. But here Jesus hasn't been crucified. He's revealing it to his disciples. Look at the transaction here. Who then can be saved? Verse 27. But Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God, for with God all things are possible." What God is saying here, what Jesus is saying here is that I'm your salvation. I will take care of your salvation. I will save you. And it has nothing to do with what you do other than you come to me and humble yourself and say I'm guilty because you are. And he goes I will have you pick up your life again. I will save you and I will bring you into the eternal kingdom. This is very very powerful. You have to understand that this was a whole new concept to the disciples. a whole new concept because now they're realizing, well, wait a minute. We're here with you, Jesus. But see, they're not in the spirit yet. Let's continue on. Let's continue. It's very powerful. Then Peter began to say to him, see, we have left all and followed you. So now Jesus or Peter is saying, okay, I am taking my example of what we just did. We're following you. We gave it up. He gave up his fishing uh career to follow Jesus. So look at what Jesus says here. This is very, very powerful because now we're also talking about living for Christ here. Salvation is when you acknowledge you're guilty, but now he's saying, "Come walk with me because I'm going to have you pick up your life again, but you're going to do it with me." We're going to do this hand in hand together. Look at what Jesus says. So Jesus answered and says, "Surely I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands for my sake and the gospels who shall not receive a hundfold now in this time houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands with persecutions and in this age to come eternal life." Now he's identifying something here. Notice the double negative. Let's let's check that so we can clarify. No one who has left. And then he says who shall not receive. So anyone who has left shall receive. What are they going to receive who choose to walk with Christ? Hundfold now in this time. He's not talking eternal life. Now because see he's having to address the factor of time. You and I are walking on this earth in time. These are the years we're in. We live in this time frame. Jesus is saying in this time, I'm going to give you a hundfold. If you choose to live for me, you leave your father, you leave your mother, you come follow me. But he says, I will give you everything. You know, in my personal testimony, I remember uh being in one of those moments. I was far far away from the Lord and I went to the Lord and actually I was on the stairs and he came to me. Uh I could hear his voice as clear as can be rushing waters. Um and he told me to go to church and I by the way I'll tell you how far my attitude was and and keep in mind I didn't lose my salvation. See everybody has a personal experience with God at some point or another and something triggers you something works in you. This is why it's so intimate and it's with you in my intimate moment with the Lord. There I am walking up or down the stairs. I don't remember. This is a long time ago, but I hear this voice telling me in the back of my head, "Go to church. Go to church." It was a litany. It was building up. It was a c. I mean, we're talking. It was getting louder and louder. I finally turned around. I was mad. I and I I actually stomped my foot on the stairs and I said, "Oh, I do not need to and I stopped. I just realized what I was saying to God. I had a an epiphany, a realization. I had this moment where I just realized who I was talking to and I said, "Yes, Lord, we'll be at church on Sunday." And that particular Sunday, you want to talk about a spiritual warfare battle. My husband and I walked out on that parking lot. We were I thought we were five minutes late. We were 35 minutes late. We were going to a little church in a school and nobody was around and I didn't know what door to go in. I picked a door to go in. My husband and I have been fighting, arguing that whole time. Open the door. And of course, we open the door right on the stage with the pastor preaching. Pastor stops and looks behind him, looks at us. I you you want to see an astonished look if they had that on video. I grabbed my husband's hand. I grabbed my daughter's hand. And I smiled at him, nodded my head, walked past him, walked all the way to the back seat, uh, the back row. It was like only 10 rows, maybe 15 rows, sat down, and of course, after the church service, everybody came up to us, and I thought for sure we were done, my husband and I. And in that parking lot, walking up there, my husband was arguing, we were arguing, and I had looked up to the Lord, and I said, "You know what, Lord? I'm giving him to you because I I don't know what to do with him, and I'm not going to even try." So, as we were coming out of the church service, walking back to the car, I said to my husband, "When are we getting a divorce?" He gave me this weird look like, "What are you talking about?" He goes, "That was great. Did you hear him preach about Peter and this and that?" I mean, and my husband is and you ought to talk about a reality. His spirit was changed. His spirit was changed. All because I said to the Lord after I obeyed him, I give him to you. I promise you guys, you will have that intimate moment of that salvation with the Lord. You just have to go and pause. And if you're watching this video, you probably already had that. But and did you see the other part of that? You know, you're going to have this in this time, but you're also going to have uh with persecution. You're going to have your households, your brothers, and your sisters, and your mothers, and children, and lands with persecutions in the age to come. And in the age to come, eternal life. So, you're going to have your possessions here, but you're going to have them with persecutions. And then in the age to come. So, he's talking about you're living your life here now for, and then you're going to have eternal life here. You're going to be dealing with persecutions. Believe you and me, as much peace and joy as I have, I still deal with those persecutions. But my eternity is set. My eternity is set. Now, let's talk about the basic function of salvation. Remember, I made a powerful statement earlier. And you need salvation to enter heaven. You need salvation to live for Christ. You don't need to live for Christ to get to heaven. You see the difference here? So, let's look at um how salvation works. And I taught on this already. It's very basic, very simple. Luke 23:39-43. Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed him, saying, "If you are the Christ, save yourself and us." But the other answer and rebuked him, saying, "Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation?" So, we're looking at two thieves on each side of Jesus. They're having a conversation. The one thief is telling Jesus, "Get up. Save yourself and save us." The other thief says, "Hey, why are you kicking the man that's already down? Hey, you're down, too." Talk about a spirit of evil. You ever If you're wondering why some people don't get saved, look at that thief. You know what? Do you really want that kind of an attitude coming into heaven, into your home? Really? No. And this thief, he told him, "Hey, you need to stop. Let's continue on that conversation. Look, he told him, look at what he says. And we indeed justly for we receive the rewards of our reward of our deeds, but this man has done nothing wrong. In other words, he just simply said, I'm guilty. You're guilty because that we're here because we got caught. But Jesus is innocent. And then look what he says to Jesus. They said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom." And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly I say to you today you will be with me in paradise." That's all it takes. Did that man Did that thief get off the cross and go get water baptized? No, you do not need to be water baptized to be saved. Did that thief get off the cross and go start speaking in tongues? No, you do not have to speak in tongues. You do not be you do not have to be filled with the Holy Spirit to go to heaven. Did that thief get off the cross and go door to door and save souls? No, you don't have to go save souls to get into heaven. All he said was, "We're guilty." And Jesus remembered me. And that's all it takes to get saved. And he went to heaven. This is why I make the bold statement. Living for Christ isn't going to get you to heaven. Going to church isn't going to get you to heaven. And anyone who teaches that is a false teaching. You need to pray for them. Walk away from them. Give them to the Lord. In fact, you might be there to pray for them. You might even have an opportunity to show them the scripture. Ask this question. What? Why is the thief saved? But your your doctrine is telling me I have to do this. If the thief can save, can't I be saved? You need to put that to them in hopes that they finally realize I've been teaching wrong. And it's okay. You know what? Anyone who we're living in time one day, this is what you believe today. what you believe tomorrow. You finally mature. You get more scriptures and you realize and you correct yourself. It's a growth. I'm going to tell you right now, pastors, preachers, teachers, we're human beings. We're going to make mistakes. This is why. Don't listen to us, but go to the scriptures and find out for yourself. Most importantly, humble yourself before the Lord. Acknowledge your guilt. I'm guilty. This is why I'm going to you, Jesus. Look at uh what Paul said in Romans, Romans 10:9, that if you confess with your mouth, did that thief confess with his mouth? You betcha. He told that other thief in the presence of Jesus, "We're innocent." Or, "He's innocent. We're guilty." He confessed with his mouth. And look at this. He said, "And believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead." He looked at Jesus. He knows Jesus is going to die. He knows Jesus is going to die. And he says, "Remember me when you enter your kingdom." And Jesus said, "I promise you, you will be with me in paradise today." Paul nailed it when he said, "And believe in your heart that God has raised from that, you will be saved." Jesus told that thief, "You will be saved." Oh, my friend, if you could just grab this and then for those that really truly believe that one can lose their salvation, you would make the Bible a lie with these scriptures. Romans 10:13, for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. um if I called on him when I was 10 but hadn't called on him till I was 30 and I let's say I didn't make it to 30 and I died in that time frame. Does the Bible tell you that? No. The Bible does not tell you that. Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Jesus, you're if you're in a plane, you're coming down. Jesus. He knows your situation. You will be saved. And you didn't have to live for Christ to get saved. Look what else. And by this, by this, it's also reiterated in the Old Testament, too. Look at this. Joel 2:32. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's exactly what Paul just said. Look at what else he says here, because this is so powerful. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance as the Lord has said among the remnant who whom the Lord calls. Look at that. Whom the Lord calls. Remember salvation is from the Lord and he is going to do the saving. Not you and not any action you take. And when he calls you and you confess him and believe, you're delivered. Guess what? You're delivered off the cross. That thief came off the cross alive in paradise. that people you don't realize but salvation is getting into heaven but it also saves you from the circumstances you live in here if you are dealing with cancer you can say Jesus you are Lord over cancer and that will save you deliver you from cancer by this is so powerful this has been preached and taught in the Old Testament and in the New Testament Jesus just he fulfilled it with his blood, his perfect blood, and he he washed away the sins. We're still in the flesh. We're still in time. So, we still deal with the persecutions. We still deal with sin. But you will obey his commandments once you call on him. And I think part of reason why people don't get saved and don't call on God so much. They're afraid of that. They're afraid of a transformation. Look at me. I'm not out there in the world partying. I I don't want anything to do with it. They look at that and they think, "Well, I like the world." And remember, eye of the needle, the camel in the eye of the needle. Take it off and God will give it back to you. It's not to say that I don't enjoy my life. It doesn't rule me, but believe you me, I get to go and enjoy. I'm in the process of watching my brand new home be built. We went there yesterday evening in the dusk just to look at the area, listen to the cicas, and and they were loud. It's like an electrical box going off. But it was it was so nice. I will tell you right now, I enjoy my life. I I laid it down. And I gave it to the Lord and he said, "Okay, pick it back up and now we're going to do this together." And I trusted him. I I I spent my time with him. I give him the glory. I pray. Yes. I put him first because everything else balances itself out. I feel better when I put him first. That is my Lord and Savior. And I'm telling you right here, right now in this teaching, you can't lose your salvation. If you call on the Lord 20 years ago, you can call on him again and you can start to live for him. Now, I will tell you this much. Scripture does teach us, and I'm not putting it in here because the message already long in and of itself. Uh if you're not living for Christ and you do wander and you disobey something out of the Bible, even out of ignorance, hear that. Even out of ignorance, he's making you responsible for this. You will have to suffer from his curses. Go read the book of Judges. How he deals with the nation of Israel is amazing. I'm I'm studying the book of Judges right now and it's just incredible. So Joshua dies, the spirit of the Lord comes on one guy, comes on another, comes on Deborah, comes on Gideon, comes on Samson. So you see all the judges throughout the time. And uh uh but the what happened is they would get into bondage every time they did evil before the Lord. So instead of serving God himself, they would go to the balls and the aster. And when they did that, they would have 20 years. They would go into bondage. They would be bond to the Medidianites. They were bond to the Philistines. They they were enslaved to them. And they called on the Lord because now they're suffering. So, you know, when you call on Christ, you get saved. If you drift away, you get into you're not rooted into the word of God and you drift um and and you're not thinking about him. Like I said, you you can't lose your salvation, but you will go into bondage and you will suffer. An Previous Next Home
- AND WE ARE NOT SAVED! | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
AND WE ARE NOT SAVED! To reveal the dangers of rejecting God’s truth while trusting in false assurances, using Jeremiah’s warning to Israel as both a historical lesson and a prophetic parallel for the last days. The teaching aims to awaken believers and nations to the reality of God’s coming judgment, emphasize the responsibility of testing all doctrines against Scripture, and urge a steadfast commitment to Christ in order to be preserved from the final hour of trial. AND WE ARE NOT SAVED! Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: To reveal the dangers of rejecting God’s truth while trusting in false assurances, using Jeremiah’s warning to Israel as both a historical lesson and a prophetic parallel for the last days. The teaching aims to awaken believers and nations to the reality of God’s coming judgment, emphasize the responsibility of testing all doctrines against Scripture, and urge a steadfast commitment to Christ in order to be preserved from the final hour of trial. Synopsis: Jeremiah, known as the “weeping prophet,” was tasked with proclaiming the impending destruction of Judah—a nation that had once been exalted by God but now deceived itself through lies and false prophets. Though they knew their history of deliverance from Egypt, victory under Joshua, and glory under David and Solomon, Judah foolishly believed that the mere presence of the temple would protect them, even as they continued in idolatry and sin. Jeremiah exposed this false confidence, declaring that trusting in lying words and compromising with sin would only bring God’s wrath. Just as Israel and Judah faced exile and destruction for their rebellion, so too will modern nations and churches that abandon God’s Word and embrace worldly philosophies face judgment. The warning is especially relevant for today, where secular humanism and moral relativism replace biblical truth, and many churches have grown lukewarm, deceived into believing that compromise and tradition ensure safety. Parallels are drawn between Jeremiah’s time and the end of the age: false prophets promising peace, people presuming safety because of their religious identity, and the corruption of truth through idolatrous traditions. Yet the faithful remnant—those like the “Philadelphia church” in Revelation—who keep God’s Word and uphold the name of Christ, will be preserved from the coming global tribulation. Ultimately, the message calls believers to vigilance: to test every teaching by Scripture, to refuse compromise, to cast off false traditions, and to listen to the Holy Spirit. Only then can the church avoid the tragic lament of Jeremiah’s day—“the harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved”—and instead stand ready for the Lord’s return. Inspired Teaching: Jeremiah 8:20 “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved!” Jeremiah had the hardest job of any of the old prophets; it fell upon him to tell the nation of Israel the bad news—their nation would soon be destroyed! Imagine telling the people today, what Jeremiah was commanded by God to tell the nation of Israel of his day. Jeremiah 8:17 “‘For behold, I will send serpents among you, vipers which cannot be charmed, and they shall bite you,’ says the Lord.” The glorious history of the nation of Israel was coming to a close. There was no other people in the entire history of the world upon which the Lord had bestowed so much honor and blessings. Everybody knew how God humbled mighty Pharaoh and forced him to let the children of Israel go, and after he changed his mind and pursued them, how God drowned his mighty army in the depths of the sea. The world of old also knew how the God of Israel brought the walls of Jericho down, and how He led His chosen children into the land that He had promised them for their inheritance. It was in the annals of the history of their world, how David and Solomon, under the mighty power of their God, had established a powerful nation from the seed of one man of faith—Abraham. And now it was all coming to an end, what happen to them? Jeremiah 7:3-4 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: ‘Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place. Do not trust in these lying words, saying, “The temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord, the temple of the Lord are these.”’” They were deceived by lying words! The Babylonians, who plundered the land of Judah, had a mighty army indeed, and many secular historians may say that Israel would have never had a change against them anyway. But according to God, had the children of Israel chosen to amend their ways, God would have caused them to stay in the land and dwell in it safely. But the false prophets of their day were telling lies to the people, We have the temple of the Lord in our midst, God will deliver us from our enemies like He always has. So that when Jeremiah came and told them the truth that their destruction was near, they totally rejected his message. Jeremiah 7:8-10 “Behold, you trust in lying words that cannot profit. Will you steal, murder, commit adultery, swear falsely, burn incense to Baal, and walk after other gods whom you do not know, and then come and stand before Me in this house which is called by Me name, and say, ‘We are delivered to do all these abominations’?” There is a parallel here that applies to all the nations that have had to face their doom because of their sinfulness; due to pride, they refuse to believe that their mighty empire will be brought down because of sins that they have been getting away with—they think—for a long time. After the nation of Israel became divided, the northern kingdom retained the name Israel, while the southern half was called Judah. God judged the northern kingdom, allowed their nation to be destroyed and their people to be scattered to the nations, because of idolatry. You think that Judah, the remnant of the children of Israel that was left, would have learned and turned away from their wickedness after God warned them through His prophets—after seeing what happened to their brethren in the northern kingdom—but no, they had the temple and felt that they could get away with their disobedience and expected God to protect the house that was called by His name. Such was their foolishness, so they fell for the lies of their false prophets. Jeremiah 7:14-15 “Therefore I will do to the house which is called by My name, in which you trust, and to this place which I gave to you and your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh (God allowed the Israelites to be defeated and the ark was captured). And I will cast you out of My sight, as I have cast out all your brethren—the whole posterity of Ephraim.” Is amazing how they knew the history of how God had dealt with their forefathers; in their earlier and latter history God had made it clear to them that He would not allow them to continually provoke Him to anger without having to face eviction from their land. Jeremiah 7:19 “‘Do they provoke Me to anger?’ says the Lord. ‘Do they not provoke themselves, to the shame of their own faces.’” We are living under the same conditions today, but God will not be dealing with just one nation and one area of land at this time, He is coming back to deal with the entire earth and the nations that inhabit it. Revelation 3:10 “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” There are many Scriptures that tell about the final days of the earth, before God’s judges the world and all the peoples for their idolatries. Psalm 97:3-5 “A fire goes before Him, and burns up His enemies round about. His lightnings light the world; the earth sees and trembles. The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.” It is abundantly clear that a majority of the nations of the earth have decided to scrap the Judeo-Christian principles upon which they were founded—not to mention the nations that never embraced it—and have accepted the new morality of everything goes except what the Bible has to say. We see this taking place at every level of society today, where the old foundations of morality are being done away with, in an open display of revolt and contempt against the Word of God. Psalm 2:1-3 “Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His Anointed, saying, ‘Let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.’” The fact that the nations of the world are doing exactly what God told us in His Word thousands of years ago, that they would do at the end of days, proves that we are the last generation before God’s Kingdom is established on the earth for the one thousand years reign of Christ. If we look at the parallels from the history that we have been studying, three things become prominent; first, false prophets and false teachers who distort and pervert the Word of God, will lead people into believing that God is not going to bring any distress against those who embrace the new world order of morality founded on secular humanism. Psalm 2:5 “Then He shall speak to them in His wrath, and distress (bring tribulation to) them in His deep displeasure.” Secondly, the misconception that those who are part of the church, any church, will not have to endure the wrath of His displeasure. Revelation 3:15-16 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.” Just like the children of Israel that thought that they were safe since they were the guardians of the temple—and could live any manner of life that they chose—so will the members of the Laodiceans church at the end of the age, feel safe and secure in their compromising of the Word of God and Christ’s divinity, without fear of the coming judgments, that in their hearts they do not even believe are coming. The Philadelphia church keeps the Word and does not deny the name of Jesus or His divinity, so therefore, they are taken out of the earth before the hour of trial begins, not so for the Laodiceans, they are left behind. The third thing to look out for, has to do with the paralysis that un-dealt with idolatry brings upon the churches and the peoples that, are sincere with God, but in many cases are not even aware of the contamination that occurs when they participate in traditions that have been handed down to them, which are not based on biblical principles. Jeremiah 8:22 “Is there no balm in Gilead, is there no physician there? Why then is there no recovery for the health of the daughter of my people?” False demonic doctrines and traditions within a church, will always cause the lack of spiritual growth, as well as becoming a hindrance to the physical health of those who knowingly or unknowingly practice it. Revelation 2:20, 22 “Nevertheless I have a few things against you, because you allow that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess, to teach and seduce My servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things (participate in demonic doctrines) sacrificed to idols...Indeed I will cast her into a sickbed, and those who commit adultery with her into great tribulation, unless they repent of their sins.” We, as believers, have the responsibility of studying the Scriptures, and it is up to us to make sure that what we are being taught through the church, evangelists, or through different ministries, is founded on sound biblical principles that bring life into our souls. If it is truth from the Word of God what we are hearing, the Spirit of God within us will recognize His own anointing upon what its being taught and will use it for our benefit and for our enrichment. If we see the church compromising the Word of God, we do not have to be part of their compromise. We decide by our actions which church God sees us as being part of. If we keep God’s Word and do not deny the deity of Jesus, Jesus will keep us from the hour of testing, no matter what denomination or church affiliation we are part of in the natural. It is also our responsibility to study the traditions that have been handed down to us, through the prism of the Word of God. If we find that they have a foundation in God’s Word, we should learn how to do them properly and in accordance with what the Scriptures teach us, so that we do not miss out on their benefits. However, if they have no biblical foundation, even though they may be well established within church tradition, chances are that they are not from God and will end up doing us more harm than good. Revelation 3:13 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” It is by listening to the Holy Spirit that we can make sure that we are saved and that we will not be left behind. - THE END OF THE AGE | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)
THE END OF THE AGE The objective of The End of the Age is to equip believers with a biblical understanding of Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 10:11–12 concerning the overlapping dispensations at the close of time. It aims to prepare Christians to discern prophetic events, resist idolatry, recognize the true Christ, and remain steadfast in faith during perilous days leading up to the rapture, the tribulation, and ultimately the return of Jesus Christ. THE END OF THE AGE Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of The End of the Age is to equip believers with a biblical understanding of Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 10:11–12 concerning the overlapping dispensations at the close of time. It aims to prepare Christians to discern prophetic events, resist idolatry, recognize the true Christ, and remain steadfast in faith during perilous days leading up to the rapture, the tribulation, and ultimately the return of Jesus Christ. Synopsis: This teaching explores Paul’s declaration that the church is living in the period of the “ends of the ages,” emphasizing both the peril facing believers and the prophetic timetable that unfolds in Scripture. The study explains that three dispensations—Law (Israel), Human Government (the United Nations), and Grace (the true Church)—are running concurrently in these last days. While Christ has authorized the Church to spread His kingdom message, the rebirth of Israel and the rise of global governance signal the approach of the final prophetic age. Following the rapture, God will reestablish Israel and His Law as the governing authority, confirmed by the ministry of the Two Witnesses who enforce His will for 1,260 days before being killed by the antichrist. The antichrist will then assume global power through the nations, deceiving the world, and leading many to receive his mark. His rule will last 1,332 days, culminating in God’s judgment, his destruction, and the triumph of Christ’s return. Survivors—primarily a Jewish remnant and those who refuse the mark—will emerge into Christ’s millennial reign. The teaching also stresses Paul’s warning: “Let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” Idolatry and false Christs will deceive many, making discernment and firm grounding in God’s Word essential. Believers are urged not to neglect the Book of Revelation or prophecy, for Jesus promised blessing to those who read, hear, and keep its words. Ultimately, The End of the Age challenges Christians to examine whether their faith is built on the traditions of men or the true Christ, so that they may stand unshaken when He is revealed in glory. Inspired Teaching: 1 Corinthians 10:11-12 “Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come. Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” Two extremely important points are made by Paul in this portion of Scripture. One being that the church will witness the ends of the ages, notice that is in plural, and the second point is that this period of time will be a perilous time for the children of faith. Why is it that Paul calls it the end of the ages, since we know that the church age will end with the rapture. What other ages is he talking about? In my book Man’s Final Destiny I deal with this in great detail, but here is the basics of it: There are three dispensations that are running right now concurrently: the dispensation of Law represented by the nation of Israel, the dispensation of Human Government represented by the United Nations, and of course the dispensation of Grace represented by the true Church of Jesus Christ. It is worth noting here that right now God only recognizes the true Church of Jesus Christ as the legitimate power authorized by Him to rule over the affairs of men as recorded by Matthew. Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age (the church age).” Amen. After Jesus commanded His disciples to preach the Gospel to the nations of the world, the disciples went out and eventually transformed the world. The doctrine that they preached that changed the nations of the world was known as Judeo Christian principles or values. In the middle of the twentieth century, we saw the rebirth of the nation of Israel and the reunification of the nations of the world in the entity we know today as the United Nations, therefore setting the stage for the fulfillment of our opening text on the last generation: Upon whom the ends of the ages have come. As we follow the chronology given to us in the book of Revelation we find that after the true church is removed in the rapture, that the Lord will set up the nation of Israel and the Law of Moses as the legitimate power here on earth to enforce His will upon the nations of the world. The Two Witnesses, two humans that come from outer space as far as the world’s perspective is concern will be empowered by God to enforce the rule of God’s Law over the nations of the world for 1,260 days. The world will reject them as they have rejected the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Then they will make war against the Two Witnesses, and after the days of their prophecy ends they will be killed by the antichrist which will then become the representative of the nations of the world. It will be upon the antichrist and all his followers that have taken his mark that God will bring His final judgment when He judges the kingdoms of this world, or what we know today as the United Nations. The antichrist will rule for 1,290 days before God begins His judgment against him. The judgment upon his governance will last for forty two days, so that he will rule for a total of 1,332 days. 1,290 + 42 = 1,332 / 2 = 666 After 1,332 days he is captured alive, along with the false prophet, and they are both thrown alive into the Lake of Fire, while the rest of humanity who have the mark of the beast will be killed. This will bring about the conclusion of the ages as Jesus returns to the earth and in three days sets up His one thousand years Day of Rest. Hosea 6:2 “After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight.” Daniel 12:11-12 “And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away (the antichrist begins his rule), and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty five-days.” 1,290 + 42 = 1,332 + 3 = 1,335 days. Those who do not receive the mark of the beast and survive the antichrist’s ordeal will come out of their hiding places on the third day after the antichrist’s demise. This will be mainly the Jewish remnant that God protects in secret caves while the rule of the antichrist plays out, along with those that somehow survive the antichrist’s regime without taking the mark or being killed. So that understanding how everything is proceeding as it relates to prophecy is vital for us, so that we can be prepared and ready when His unveiling finally begins. But what about the other warning that Paul gave us in our opening text? Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall! 1 Corinthians 10:14 “Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.” It seems odd at first that a warning against idolatry would be issued in relation with the return of our Lord to set up His kingdom. Matthew 24:5,11 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many...Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” But as we read about Jesus warning us about false Christ’s and false prophets during the end of the ages we can understand why. Idolatry offers a false Christ and those who follow a false Christ will not be raptured, for they will not recognize the real Jesus when He is revealed. The world will present the return of Jesus as some malevolent alien coming to harm us. Therefore, those believers that fail to recognize the real Jesus will have to earn their salvation as martyr’s during the days of wrath. 1 Corinthians 10:19-20 “What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons.” So that as the end of the ages comes upon us, since we now know that we are in the last generation, it is imperative for us to know whether the traditions that we are following have a solid biblical foundation or whether they originate from the traditions of men. In other words, will you recognize the real Jesus when He is revealed? Jesus warned us against not just false Christ’s but also against false prophets, that is people who proclaim to preach the real Jesus but in reality they are not, for Jesus told us that they will deceive many. Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” One of the greatest lies that many well-meaning preachers follow today is that since the book of Revelation is difficult to understand and since there are many different interpretations, they rather not preach on it, for it will bring divisions within the church by offending others who do not agree with their particular interpretation. They rather not preach about it and deprive the rest of the congregation of their readiness to meet Jesus when He is finally revealed. Imagine what would happen if you would use that same criterion about any other subject matter in the Bible? Since you cannot not preach on anything that the Bible teaches without offending someone else! Matthew 24:10 “And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” But Jesus warned us about that as well! Revelation 1:3 “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.” I was one of those who got frustrated because I could not understand the Book of Revelation. I knew that I was missing out of a big blessing and did not want to live my Christian life in ignorance of the most important prophesied event that could take place during my lifetime here on earth: the return of Christ. All it took was one simple humbled prayer and continuous persevering in reading and studying prophecy and God took care of the rest. Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” How much is it worth it to you to know about the times and the seasons so that you may be ready when Jesus appears? How much is it worth it to you to find out whether you are serving the real Jesus or whether you are following man-made traditions? As you read this, know that there are many Christians all around the world right now facing what to them are insurmountable circumstances. Many have lost their homes to religious persecution. Others have lost their churches to the same. Others are fleeing for their lives as we speak, and many are in dark dungeons and filthy prisons refusing to deny their Lord who saved them. There are no guarantees against us being next, for the passion of the workers of iniquity runs deep, and they will not rest until they silence us and destroy what we believe. So, we better make sure that what we believe does not rest on the fallacies of men, but let our faith rest on the solid foundation of the Word of God and His promises to us. For those who try to destroy the Word and what it promises are themselves destroyed by the fire of God’s jealousy to fulfill all that He promised! Jeremiah 23:29 “Is not My word like a fire? says the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rocks in pieces?” Previous Next Home

UNDERSTANDING THE BOOK OF REVELATION PART 2 Present a clear, Spirit-led framework for understanding Revelation as a twofold unveiling—earth’s perspective (Rev. 1–3) and heaven’s perspective (Rev. 4–5)—by tracing God’s dispensations, clarifying the timing and symbolism of key passages, and showing how Christ (the Lamb) receives all authority. Prepare listeners to interpret the seven seals (Rev. 6) and to live as the faithful “Philadelphia” church that holds to God’s Word and Christ’s deity. UNDERSTANDING THE BOOK OF REVELATION PART 2 Pastor Marcos Marrero May 10, 2009 Objective: Present a clear, Spirit-led framework for understanding Revelation as a twofold unveiling—earth’s perspective (Rev. Synopsis: After an opening prayer for clarity and revelation, the message reviews last week’s premise: Revelation tells the same end-time events from two synchronized angles—what happens on earth and what happens in the unseen realm. This is set within God’s dispensational timeline: innocence, conscience, human government, promise (Abraham), law (Moses), grace (through Jesus), and the coming kingdom (the millennial rest). Rev. 1–3 cover the church age. Two end-time church types are highlighted: “Philadelphia” (keeps the Word; affirms Jesus’ deity; promised protection) and “Laodicea” (self-sufficient, Christ outside the door; will face refining fire). Many misread Rev. 4 linearly as the rapture; instead, the teaching argues Rev. 4–5 shift to the heavenly point of view of the same era, solving timing tensions (e.g., anointing authority passing to Israel in Rev. 7 with the 144,000). In Rev. 4 John is caught up to heaven: the throne radiates “lightnings and thunderings”—symbolic of divine life-giving energy (the Word). The seven Spirits are before the throne. This scene is presented as a view of the eternal Word prior to incarnation. John then sees four living creatures—lion, calf/ox, man, and flying eagle—interpreted as a “dispensational clock”: human governments (lion), law (ox), grace (man), and the kingdom’s lift into immortality (eagle). Rev. 5 searches for a worthy Man to take the sealed scroll; none among Adam’s descendants qualifies—until the Lion of Judah appears as the slain Lamb. This Lamb, bearing perfect spiritual and physical authority (seven eyes and seven horns), receives the scroll—harmonizing with Jesus’ declaration, “All authority…has been given to Me.” Heaven responds: elders, living creatures, angels, and all creation worship the Lamb with sevenfold and fourfold doxologies, affirming His cosmic lordship. The message weaves Psalm 22–24 to show the cross, its provisions, and the victorious ascent: Christ descends, plunders hell, empties paradise, and ascends with a human, resurrected body; the everlasting gates receive the “King of Glory.” Implications for today: unique convergence signals we’re nearing God’s judgments and the kingdom transition—global alignment of nations (e.g., UN), Israel restored as a nation (1948), and a fresh apostolic/charismatic restoration in the church—calling believers to bold, humble, Word-anchored faith. The session closes by previewing next week’s focus on the seven seals (Rev. 6)—how they map onto the church-age mysteries—and by praying for opened ears, understanding hearts, and readiness to walk as kings and priests with Christ. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: [Music] How's everybody doing tonight? Praise God. Huh? Hallelujah. Father, thank you for giving me clarity of thought right now. Allow my spirit to receive what the Holy Spirit uh has for us tonight. And allow me, Father God, in the um uh in the processes of the mind to receive the revelation as revealed by the Holy Spirit. Father God, open my ears to hear, my heart to understand, Father God, and uh allow us, Father God, to partake of the blessing of your word as we try to unveil it now, Father God, in accordance to the spirit of truth that reveals the truth to us in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Praise God. Now, for those of you who wasn't here last week, we started um uh the process of uh going through the book of Revelation. In the book of revelation, I made this statement that in order for us to understand it, we need to understand one very basic concept and without this we cannot understand it and that is that the revelation is twofold. Uh for example, if if if you're making a movie of events that are taking place simultaneously, we as human cannot see both events at the same time. So the screenplay that's making the movie will play one part first and then somehow they'll let you know that what you're seeing next is a different event that is taking place at the same time. Like Pearl Harbor, there were things going on in Washington. There were things going on in Tokyo. And so in order for you to understand they will put on the bottom whatever time it was that it was going. In order to understand the book of revelation we need to understand that the book of revelation is giving the same account or the same events from two different perspective. And this is not new. You you have first and second chronicles and first and second kings. First and 2 Kings is the same events but from a physical point of view. First and 2 Chronicles give you the same history but from God's point of view. And so we see this, we see it on the book of Job. Job was not aware of heaven. Uh was not aware of what was taking place in heaven. But the book of Job gives us an insight how Satan goes before the throne of God begins to accuse Job. And so what happens is the events that are taking place in the spiritual realm have an effect upon Job's life. All of a sudden his wife I mean his children are gone his house is gone everything is gone. So if we do not come into the understanding that the book of revelation is written in a twofold manner. In other words there are spiritual things that are taking place which that is what causes the physical things to happen. We made this statement when we started last week that the book of revelation the first three chapters chapter 1, two and three after the short introduction that it deals with the church age uh we need to understand that there are what the Bible call dispensations of time. What a dispensation of time is simply the rules that apply to that period of time. For example, Adam and Eve, that was called the dispensation of innocence, only had one rule. And the rule was don't eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. And the dispensation of conscience, which is the the one that Adam and Eve lived when they got out of the garden all the way up to Noah's flat, that period of time, uh, 1650 years, um, that period of time was called conscience. And the Bible tells us an insight into what the condition of that time was. Says that the thoughts of every man were evil constantly. Meaning that the conscience of men was so perverted the destruction was eminent. And so then came the dispensation of human governments. Uh God told the sons of u uh Noah to scatter themsel and and repopulate the earth. They say we want to make a name for ourselves. We don't want to be nobody. So they gathered together. Nimrod was their leader. He built a tower and there God came in and confused. He didn't judge them. He judged conscience. He killed everybody except no one, his family. And Adam and Eve, he kicked him out of the garden and said you can never go back into it. But when it came to the human governments, God reserved their judgment for an end time, which we're going to deal with that tonight. Then uh since men could not save himself in his innocence, since man could not save himself by his own conscience and since man could not save himself by the laws that he made, human government, then God introduced a promise. God took a a a man who was a moon worshipper. Abraham, his mother and his father were moon worshippers. They they were from Iraq, the area. Uh uh this is why the Iraq war has such a spiritual connotation because God pulled him out of there and he says I'm going to make a covenant with you. Then God took this man introduced himself to him. The Bible says that Abraham was a friend of God. And then God said to this man, I am going to make a covenant with you. And the covenant that we he made with Abraham, he says, "Out of your seed, all of the nations of the earth will be blessed." This is a statement that God made. Then God took Abraham out, says, "Look at the stars. As many as they are, so shall your descendants be." Then he took him to the sands of the seashore. Says, "As many of the the grains of sand, so shall your descendants be." So that means that the promise of of of God to Abraham was twofold. physical that's what the sand of the seashore is and spiritual that's what the stars are so out of Abraham came two dispensations the first dispensation was the dispensation of law when God took Moses through the burning bush God introduced the law through Moses God took Moses up into heaven brought heaven to the mountains climbed the mountain and 40 days and 49 Moses was revealed the dispensation of law, the dispensation of law. They violated the law. So God decreed 490 years punishment to the nation of Israel. And then Daniel was told at the end of 483 years, Messiah is going to come and he'll be cut off. And so seven years were left to where God is going to deal with the end of time because Daniel says that at that time God is going to put an end to sin, an end to defilement. God is going to cleanse everything. So then when Messiah came and got cut off, God introduced a new dispensation which is the dispensation in which we live. It's called the dispensation of grace. Grace was introduced through a man through the man Jesus Christ. He came in and he uh uh uh by his sacrifice introduces and we're going to see that tonight to the dispensation of grace. So then what we have is God gave a promise that at the end time he's going to deal with the human governments. He's going to deal with Israel and he's going to deal with the church. And out of that he's going to bring redeemed people into the kingdom age which is a thousand years and is what is called the time of rest. So basically then when God introduced himself in gener in revelation chapter one to John he gave him a message to seven specific churches. It was a physical message because John was in the aisle of Pat Mo Patmos which is an island that is off the coast of Greece even today. He gave him h a a message to seven churches. Three or four of those cities where the churches were are still there today and the ruins of the other places are there. And so we came to this is where we finished last week. We came to the conclusion that the church age beginning with the message to the first church back to the messages to the Leo Desan and the Philadelphia church concluded the dispensation of grace. In other words, to the Philadelphia church, God says, "I am going to keep you from the hour of judgment that is coming upon the whole earth to test those." And the reason why is because he said, "You have kept my word and you have not denied my name." There's two type of Christians today. There's a type of Christian that believe that the word of God, the Bible, is the the word of God uncompromised. And they believe that Jesus is deity. They don't believe Jesus was a great prophet or he was all things, but he is divine. He is the son of God, the word of God who became flesh, came into a physical body. Okay? That's what it means not to deny his name. There's a lot of Christianity today that says no that thing about being born of a virgin does that you know that doesn't exist. We have to realize the fact and the fact is that if Jesus is not born of of God himself of the Holy Spirit overshadowing Mary then the whole of Christianity is a farce because we're still in our sins. If Jesus was born out of a man, Joseph, then the sin of Adam was passed on to the body of Jesus. Jesus had to be born of God. God has to come in into the womb of Mary and conceive. And and and we see that in Hebrews and we see that in one of Psalm where it says, "Sacrifice and offerings you did not desire, but a body you prepared for me." Now Jesus told John the physical revelation and he says there are going to be two churches at the end of the time. One is the Philadelphia church. The one that keeps my word, the one that does not deny my name. You are going to go through an open door. Says I open I have the keys of David. I open a door that no man can shut and I close a door that that that no man can open. And that church, the Philadelphia church, the one the one that believes in the deity of Jesus and believes in the truth of the word of God, you're going to be taken out when the judgment starts. He says, "But the Leoa church is the only of the seven churches where Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." Jesus is on the outside. Is the only church that does not have Jesus on the inside. Why? Because they say, "I have need or nothing. I am rich." This is what religion has become today. They have a form of godliness. They quote the word and all of the things. But when it comes to getting things done, they trust on man's ability to do things. Okay. Now, we're going to start, if you have the book, we're going to start in in um in page number nine. And we see there uh what we concluded last week in revelation 3:17 and 18 where the leo deaya church says because you say I am rich I have become wealthy and I have need of nothing and you do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked. And then God says to this church, I counsel you to buy from me gold. Gold always symbolizes salvation. buy from me gold that is refined in the fire. Meaning that the only way that this church can be saved now is through the refining fire. He says that you may be rich and that white garments that you may be closed that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed and anoint your eyes with eyes that you may see. So then if you keeping track of things, Revelation chapter 1 to3 deals with the church age from the time of Jesus to the time of the end of the church when the church gets taken away and the church has to go through what is called the the wrath of God, the judgments of God. Now we come to chapter four and this is where if you follow prophecies this is where everything gets tangled up because most people think like we think human linearally. So after chapter three of course comes chapter 4 and so chapter 4 says uh uh you know there's a door in heaven open and boom they say this is the rapture. But here's the problem. If you have the rapture take place on Revelation chapter 4 verse one and the church is removed, the church has the anointing and remember the anointing goes to the entity that God blesses like he blessed Adam. He says, "I give you dominion." And then when Adam came on the other side, that dominion was passed to Enoch and from Enoch to to Noah. And then then that authority was given to Abraham. And then after that was given to Moses and to the children of Israel. And then on the day of Pentecost, that anointing was given to the church. When the church gets taken out, the true church, because the other one don't have God inside of them. When the church gets taken out, that anointing or authority has to be given to somebody else. Who could it be? Well, Israel, because they got to have seven years when God is going to deal with them. And we see this in where? Revelation chapter 7. In Revelation chapter 7, we see the two witnesses anointing 144,000 12,000 of each tribe of Israel are offered as an offering to God. These young men who have never defiled themselves with women, never been married or anything, these young men are offered to God and that is when the anointing is restored back to Israel. But this does not happen until chapter 7. So if the rapture takes place in chapter 4 and then you got chapter five and chapter 6, then where was the authority? You see, this is why it doesn't make sense. This is why you hear some people saying that well the rapture takes place at the beginning of the tribulation and some people say no it takes place in the middle. Why? Because the middle is they believe when you get to chapter 7. The way that we solve that problem is through the twofold problem. Chapter 4 as I'm going to teach you right now does not follow chapter three. Is now God going to show us the same events from chapter 1, 2, and 3, but he's going to show it to us what is taking place in the spirit? If you see that, everything will make sense. Now, watch this. Revelation chapter 4. This is where we change gears now. And so John Wright says, "After these things I look, and behold, a door opened in heaven, and the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking to me, saying, "Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this." Immediately I was in the spirit, and behold, a throne set where? In heaven. And there was one who sat on the throne. Now for comparisons, because this is what we need to do to understand, you need to compare Revelation chapter 1 to Revelation chapter 4. When Jesus reveals himself to John in Revelation chapter 1, what does John say? I was in the aisle of Pathmouth, a physical place. He says, "I saw he had hair, he had eyes, he had feet, he had a a golden thing on his chest, and he walked among the candles which represents the church." That was a physical revelation. That tells us that the seven churches, the letters to the seven churches were speaking about the church age. The seven churches, the seven is a number of completion. the meaning from the beginning that the church was born on the day of Pentecost to the day that it was gone that was represented by the seven letter. But now look at over here the difference. First he says that and I highlighted for you there that a door was standing open where in heaven see heaven and earth are two different things. The alopathmas is in Greece here on the earth. All of a sudden he's taken out to heaven. Okay. And then when he sees heaven what does the boy says to him? Come up here. Now, if somebody says come down, that's bad. We know hell is somewhere down there, right? But we always know heaven is up. So, if they say come up here, that's good. So, he's going up to heaven. And then he says, "I was in the spirit or you could say in the spirit realm." And then he saw the throne in heaven and he saw somebody there. So basically the revelation now is going to shift. John is going to be taken out of our present time uh uh our our our time and space in which we live in on the physical. He is taken out of it. That's what heaven is. In heaven there's no time. Okay? The time works different over there. So he's taken into the spiritual realm and now he's going to be shown a revelation. Now we need to interpret what the revelation is. So we move on reading and then it tells us that he gets up in there and that um he he gets to see certain things. everything I've been speaking it I I got it written there as to how um the u when the church was born the anointing was taken from Israel as in Luke 20:13 the vineyard was given to others and now that will be restored back to them but now he sees in Revelation 4:5 He sees, it says, "And from the throne proceeded lightnings, thunderings, and voices, and there were seven lamps of fire that were burning before the throne, which are the seven spirits of God." Now, John gets taken up to heaven. He sees the throne in heaven. He sees someone sitting on the throne, like God sitting on the throne. And now he sees out of the throne lightning and flashing and thundering. Now remember we are in the spiritual realm now. And what did we learn from from uh uh learning about the supernatural? We learned that things are symbols which shows us different things. Now how many of you here know that there are no thunder storms in heaven? This is a spiritual realm. There's no lightning. There's no thundering. So when John is describing what he's seeing, he's trying to explain something that is in the spiritual realm with physical uh words. So what he is seeing, he is seeing because this is what thunderstorms are. He is seeing a tremendous amount of energy being released from the throne. If you were into the spiritual realm, see the throne of God is the center of everything. Everything is held uh is held by God. I got the scripture right right before you get there. Uh you can see it where where it says that everything Acts 17:28 for in him we live and move and have our existence. The word of God sustains everything. So when you go into the throne of heaven, the very first thing that you will see is the energy that comes out of the throne of God where God is sitting and that energy sustains and holds everything together. Everything all the movements of the entire universe are controlled by this energy that flows from there. Now in Revelation chapter 1, we saw this energy inside of a physical body. We saw that Jesus had his feet were like like bronze when it's being melted. It it glow like like bronze in the fire. We saw that his hair was white like pure light. Why? Because energy inside of it was shooting out. We saw like a huge giant sword that came out of his mouth and that is the word of God. The energy of the word of God. If you go to Hebrews 4:12 where we're giving a description of the word of God, he says, "For the word of God is powerful and and and is able to divide us under is living and powerful." He said the word of God is living and powerful. When when he says the word of God is living, the word is sa soy when we get life. But sa means like a sue. All life comes from God. That's what that word means. The word of God is alive. That's what it means. And the word for powerful is not duno dunamos which where we get dynamite which is where most of the words for power is. And it's not exosa which is the word that's translated power. That means authority. When he said I give you authority over all the power of the enemy. Exosea over dunamis. We have authority over the power of the enemy. But this word that is used there to describe the word of God is the word eneria means energy. So you need to understand it. The word of God is lifegiving energy. The word of God come from the throne of God and as he radiates out fills everything with life. It's life. Everything that the word of God touches becomes alive, becomes healed, becomes whole, becomes complete. And so we have to ask ourself a question. John 1:1 says, "In the beginning was the word and the word was God and the word was with God." You read a couple of verses down and it says, "And the word of God was a light that lighter all men." Meaning the energy that fills everybody with life. And then in John 1:14 says, "And the word became flesh." Which is what we see in in Revelation 1 when Jesus is described as full of energy. But hey, listen. When we get to Revelation chapter 4 to the revelation that is in heaven, we don't see Jesus. See, listen, because I don't want you to misquote me. The word of God is eternal, but the body of Jesus had a beginning. This is a very big distinction that you have to understand. Everybody say, "Oh, Jesus is forever." Yes, the word of God, the salvation of God is from the beginning. But the body of Jesus had a beginning because he's like us. We all had a beginning even though we're eternal. We're going to live forever, but we did not begin until the spirit of God made us and form us in our mother's wombs. You see? So, the word of God is eternal. It's always been around. But when God needed a man, he formed a body. He got Mary's consent. He told Mary and she said, "Be with with you as as you wish." She allowed her body to be used by the Holy Spirit. And so the body of Jesus was a a a form in her womb. And when he was born, that was the beginning of the physical body. But the person that was living in the physical body, the word of God is eternal. Because from the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word is God. But the reason why I'm bringing this point is because in Revelation chapter 4, we don't see Jesus. We think God. He says there's one who was sitting on the throne and then he says that we see lightning and flashing and thundering and then we see the seven spirits of God. So we see the trinity but the word is not in a body yet. So what does that tell you? The revelation chapter 4 is giving us a revelation of before the word became flesh. This is very important because if you begin with the church age when Jesus came and says I will build my church and the gates of hell will not prevail against it and now we're going to be showing the spiritual side of it then God has to take us to a beginning place and in the spiritual realm there's no beginning because God is eternal. So we're given a glimpse of the throne and in the throne we see the sevenfold spirit of God. We see one who was sitting on the throne and out of the throne was a tremendous amount of energy being released. I'll make the point and I'm going to prove it right now that what you're seeing in Revelation chapter 4 is the word of God before he became incarnate. The word of God before he became incarnate. Now, let's read on and you'll see that uh that this is what it says. And by the way, all of the things that I'm saying is is written here. So if you have the book, you can go back in it. Then now in in in in Revelation chapter one, after Jesus was revealed and he described that he has feet and and waste and and everything, then the message was given. The message was a chronology, seven churches. So you could follow a timeline. Now the same thing is going to happen here after we see God on the throne. One who sat on the throne the energy that was being released from the throne which is the word of God and then we see the sevenfold spirit. Now God is going to give us a timeline. But like you know nowadays I I don't know how kids do it. Do do they still teach kids how to read a clock? Because on the digital age that we live in you don't need to learn to tell time. Do you guys remember when you were a kid you had to learn how to tell time? You know those of us who were old kids know how to do that now. They just look at the digital thing and tells you what the time is. Here we also have to learn how to decipher this clock. And so I call this a dispensational clock. And this is um uh Revelation 4 6 and 7. This is the very first thing now that is revealed as John gets to heaven. It says before the throne there was a sea of glass like crystal and in the midst of the throne and around the throne were four living creatures full of eyes in front and in back. Now notice that front deals with the future and back deals with the past and then it describes these four living creatures. The first living creature was like a lion. The second living creature was like a calf. The third living creature had a face like a man. And the fourth living creature was like a flying eagle. Now if you look down there on the page 12, notice that I have the innocence, conscience, human government, promise, law, grace, kingdom, age. These four creatures represent four dispensations of time. and and and and we can prove that and and and I go into great detail uh dealing if you look at Psalm 22, Psalm 23 and Psalm 24. Psalm 22 for those of you that that may not know deals with the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. There were three spiritual things going on on the cross when Jesus was crucified. Jesus, David wrote this, by the way, a thousand years before it happened. Psalm 22, he says, "I am hanging on the cross. I can count all my bones." He says his mouth is dried up. Everything that happened on the cross with great detail, David chose it. And then he says that he was surrounded by lions that were tearing at his skin. Now, we know when Jesus was crucified, there were no lions there, were they? And then he says that the bulls, strong bulls of Bashan were goring him as he was in the cross. Now there were no no bulls in there. And this is farther down in in the book as you read. And then he says there were dogs. Gentiles always called were called dogs by the Jews. Everybody who wasn't a Jew, they call them dogs. That was a nickname for the Gentiles. So what Jesus did on the cross, he was defeating the the spirit of the lion. What is the lion? The king of the jungle or this is the kingdoms of the earth or the human governments. The ox which is a beast of burden represents the law which nobody could could carry. It was a load that it was too heavy that broke everybody. and the dispensation of a man was the time of grace that needed to be unleashed. And the flying eagle, that's when we're set free from the bounds of gravity and death and we're taken into the kingdom age, which is a time of immortality. So as you can see the very first thing that John sees when he gets to heaven he says four dispensations form like a clock. Why like a clock? Because first came the human government. Remember after the flood Noah's son began to reproduce and God gave him a command to scatter himself over the face of the whole earth. Nimrod led a rebellion against God. All of the governments of the world at that time came together and they built a tower to what? To reach to heaven. And what happened? God scattered them. They were never judged. So that is the the lion. There the king of the jungle. The human represents the human government. Then the next one was the ox. This is the beast of burden. That's the law. The law is like a a a yoke that goes on the neck that drags you down and breaks you. Why? because nobody could keep the law. And so there's the second beast, the second dispensation. Now, you see, God is bringing it to where he's going to deal with the human governments. God is going to deal with the ox. But the way that we know that this is talking about the time of Jesus is because in Revelation chapter 5 verse one, they're looking for a man, whether it's in heaven, whether it's in earth, or under the earth, who is able to go to the hand of the one who sat on the throne and open the seals in it. No man was found worthy. Now, what does that mean? that Adam could not produce out of his own seed a man who wasn't contaminated. See, think of it as a as some kind of a disease, you know, that that is total. And the person gets it and then every child he has to whatever generation will be contaminated with that. That's what sin is to God. When Adam sinned, every seed, every person that descended from Adam was contaminated. The blood God said the life is in the blood. The blood was contaminated. So nobody descendant of Adam could go up because you see God set up a time when the dispensation of men came. Just like when it came the dispensation of law, God chose Moses. Just like when God needed to introduce the promise, he chose Abraham. And when he needed to introduce the destruction, he chose Noah. Here comes the dispensation of man. The grace of God is going to be revealed to man. And it's going to reveal through a man. And that man cannot be found anywhere. It's not in hell. It's not on earth. It's not in heaven. So John begins to weep. He cries. I can't believe it. Here's heaven and we can't come to it. We can't come to Why? Because there's no man. Now we know that the law says sacrifice and offerings you you you did not desire but a body you prepared for me. You see before the foundations of the world God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit with all of the angelic host were sitting on the table and were planning the creation. And God Moses said if we create men like us and give him freedom, they have a a choice and they can reject us. And if they reject us, then they will become the opposite of what we are. God is good, so everything will be evil. That's what Satan is. Satan is the opposite of everything that God is. And so the word of God said in the councils of the heaven, if man fails, I will redeem them. Hallelujah. See, that's the word of God. That's the promise of God. And God said to the word, "Your word is good enough for me." And boom, he created Adam naked and and and with everything that he was lacking. But he said if he needs to be redeemed, the word will redeem it. So when the time came to redeem, no man could be found. But the word of God said, "You prepare a body for me and I'll redeem man." And so in Revelation chapter 5, as you read on, John is weeping and crying and an angel thugs him and say, "Hey, don't cry. Look, the lion of the tribe of Judah has triumphed." White lion. Because the lion represents the king of the jungle. He's king of kings and lord of lords. That's how the angels of heaven see the word of God because he is the king. He's God. But John looks and instead of seeing a lion, he says a lamb as they have been slain. Because you see that is our humanity. We cannot gaze into the holiness of God except through the lamb of God. And this lamb has seven horns and seven eyes. Since this is spiritual vision, we have to interpret what the signs mean. We know that seven is a number of completion. And we know that eyes represent spiritual knowledge or spiritual wisdom. And we know that horns mean physical strength. So when he sees a lamb that has seven horns and seven eyes, he's seeing a person, a man that has become totally and completely like God, perfect spiritual power and perfect physical power. Now, how do I know that chapter 4 and chapter five belong before the crucifixion and not after? Because of Matthew, before Jesus goes up into heaven, he says, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." That's exactly what John sees in Revelation chapter 5. A lamb that has seven horns and seven eyes. All spiritual authority and all physical authority. Now, when did this happen? This happened 2,000 years ago. This is not in the future. You see, if you say that Revelation 4 is in the future and Revelation chapter fives are in the future, then Jesus hasn't received his power yet. See this? If if if if the lamb hasn't been given all authority and all power yet because revelation five is in the future then Matthew lie because Matthew said that all authority uh I mean John you know Matthew said that Jesus said all authority and all power has been given to me and John says that thou was placed upon the lamb. Now this is so very important to us to understand because what this does to us, it gives us an opportunity. This this dispensational clock that I just showed to you gives us an opportunity to gauge what time it is in God's clock. You see, 2,000 years ago when John was taken into heaven, they were looking for a man. And the man we know is Jesus. At the end of the man, the the age of grace, we're going to go into the kingdom age, the end of the thousand years. Did you know what has to happen in the heaven's clock in order for that to happen? Well, guess what? God has to judge the governments of the world the in the same way that that they were when they sinned. When Peter sinned, God brought him. Jesus brought him back to the place that he fell. Remember, he got saved fishing. He denied Jesus by the fire. So Peter was fishing. Jesus came to the shore. Said, "Cast a net to the other side. He brought Peter back to the day when he was saved. When he realized that it was the Lord, he comes in. The Lord has a fire and in the fire there's fish and there's bread." And he says, "Peter, if you love me, feed my sheep." He restored Peter in the same way that he fell. Peter was by the fire when he denied Jesus. Okay? So God always brings something before he deals with it back to the condition that it was when he fell. So God at the end time has to bring first of all the nations of the world in one place with one accord and with one purpose. Then he has to bring Israel as a nation because when God judged him, he judged them for 483 years and then they were dispersed. And for 2,000 years they were not a nation. How can you ch uh judge a nation that Home Previous Next
