    Top of Page Top of Page EMPOWERING PRAYERS Praying for leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like Written by Minister Lisa Kane 12.31.23 SAY THIS PRAYER OUT LOUD: ​ Mighty Heavenly Father, ​ I lift up to Your throne room the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like, and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive them as well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like, ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” Father God, I bless the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like, with open ears, eyes, hearts, and minds to see, hear, receive, and believe the living Word of God because you state in Mark 4:12 KJV “12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” I pray in hope that they see and perceive, hear and understand so they would believe in Jesus the Son of the living God! And Heavenly Father, I bless the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like, with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like, with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let the spirit of God move forth in the hearts of the leadership around the world to forgive and reconcile their areas back to Jesus, the Son of God as Paul states in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 KJV “18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” I pray that the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I pray that the fruit of the spirit stated in Galatians 5:22-23 KJV “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” manifests within the hearts of the leaders of the world, dominions, powers, principalities, kingdoms, royalty, kings, queens, princes, princesses, presidents, prime ministers, and the like. I pray that the gifts of the holy spirit stated in 1 Corinthians 12:7-12 KJV “7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” would unite the body of Christ under one leadership, the Holy Spirit and that the Spirit of God moves through each of us so that we know what to pray, how to pray, when to pray, and praise the living God in all that we do. And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen!     Top of Page THE DELIVERANCE MINISTRY SPIRITUAL FRUIT Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness (meekness), self-control. Against such there is no law.” The word fruit is singular, meaning that these nine qualities can only be produced by a person who has had the love of God shed-abroad on their hearts at the moment of their spiritual birth, in other words, unbelievers do not have the capacity to produce spiritual fruit, since they are not born again, or born of the Spirit of God. Galatians 5:24-25 “And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live in the Spirit (if we are born again, or born of the Spirit), let us also walk in the Spirit.” ​ What Paul is trying to teach us here is that we have a unique opportunity, as believers, to take advantage of the deliverance that our salvation has made available to all who believe. In the previous lesson (deliverance is for life, in the deliverance archives) I made the point that Jesus not only forgives us our sins when we confess them before Him in true repentance, but that Jesus is not only just, but able as well, to cleanse us, that is, to deliver us from the consequences of the sins that He forgives us when we truly repent. 1 John 1:9 So that Paul is making the case to the Galatians, that since the Spirit of God’s love abides in them, for without God’s Spirit they could not be saved, why don’t they just continue to follow the spiritual path of love that will eventually lead them to a victorious walk of self-control, which is the goal of the Christian path, that is to overcome our selfish ambitions. Philippians 2:3-4 “Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interest of others.” A self-centered person can never truly be delivered, for the Christian battle is always between the spirit of Selfish-Ambitions and the spirit of Self-Control, and a self-centered person can never walk in self-control, for everything in this world is designed to entice the spirit of selfishness that we were all born within our human nature, away from God’s counsel that will lead us into the path of self-control. 1 John 2:15-17 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.” The key phrase here is, the love of the Father, spiritual fruit emanates from the love of the Father, without the love of the Father there is no spiritual fruit, and love for the things of this world will keep us from being delivered from the spirit of Selfish-Ambitions. 1 Peter 1:9 “Receiving the end (goal) of your faith—the salvation (deliverance) of your souls.” The goal of our Christian walk is that of living by the power of the spiritual fruit of Self-Control, for against such there is no law, in other words, there can be no condemnation against us when we are led by the Spirit of God’s love. But remember what Paul said, if we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit, meaning that not all who are born again, that is, they live in the Spirit, are able to walk in the Spirit as well, for they are bound by strongholds that keeps them from walking in the freedom that Jesus has destined for them. What is it that keeps Christians from walking in the freedom of self-control that Jesus has already purchased for them? Jonah 2:8 “Those who regard worthless idols forsake their own Mercy.” Jonah 2:8 “Those who cling to worthless idols forfeit the grace that could be theirs.” NIV Remember that it was Jonah who did not want to go and preach to the city of Nineveh that if they repented, God would forgive them, and because of his rebellion against the will of God, he was taken into the belly of hell itself where he almost perished. Why did he rebelled? Jonah 4:2 “So he prayed to the Lord, and said, ‘Ah, Lord, was not this what I said when I was still in my country? Therefore I fled previously to Tarshish; for I know that You are a gracious and merciful God, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, One who relents from doing harm.’” Jonah refused to preach to his enemies because he did not want them to be spared the judgment that they had coming. Knowing that God is merciful, Jonah feared that if he preached to them and they repented, that God would forgive them, as He did. Jonah’s selfish desires got the best of him, for he rather see his enemies perish than forgiven, and it almost cost him his own soul, so that he understood about forfeiting the grace that he had with God. Jesus taught the same principle to us in a parable, so that we understand the dangers of walking in our own selfish interests. Matthew 18:33-35 “Should you not also have had compassion on your fellow servant, just as I had pity on you? And his master was angry, and delivered him to the torturers (tormentors) until he should pay all that was due to him. So My heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you, from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses.” If we are to fully understand about love and forgiveness, and deliverance and restoration, we have to view them from a spiritual perspective, rather than from our physical perch, and that is because there are demonic forces involved with all of these. The torturers, or tormentors, are the demonic entities that are in place, and they are ready to go, in a moments notice, after those who stray from the path that God has ordained for them to walk in. While in the world, many of us fell prey to their trickery and paid for our sins and mistakes with the loss of something that was near and dear to us, for the wages of sin is death, and many of us became bound to their strongholds that kept us repeating the same sins over and over again. But when we got saved, Jesus delivered us from the path of waywardness and set our feet on the solid foundation of His Word, and put us under His protection and covering. But the deliverance from the strongholds that still remained after our salvation, can only be obtained by the power of His love with which He loved us, working in us and through us, and manifested to others in a way that makes it clear to all the demonic hosts that we understand God’s mercy and His great love and compassion for all humankind. 1 John 4:18-20 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us (we understand His love for us so that we are able to love Him back, and are able to love others as He loves them). If someone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?” As we learn not to take the offenses that come our way personally, and make it a habit of praying for our enemies and for those whom the Lord places in our path that keep failing others and ourselves, we become spiritual light bearers on behalf of those who are out in no man’s land. Our prayers for them becomes a temporary covering, like the one that God provided for the prophet Jonah as He was dealing with Jonah’s rebellion, that way, the demonic tormentors are limited in what they are able to do against those we are praying for, and when the Lord knows that they are ready, He will remove the temporary covering that He placed over them through our ministry of intercession and reveal to them His love for them and the way of their salvation. Jonah 4:6-11 “And the Lord God prepared a plant and made it come up over Jonah (a temporary spiritual covering), that it might be shade for his head to deliver him from his misery. So Jonah was very grateful for the plant. But as morning dawned the next day God prepared a worm, and it so damaged the plant that it withered. And it happened, when the sun arose, that God prepared a vehement east wind; and the sun beat on Jonah’s head, so that he grew faint. Then he wished death for himself, and said, ‘It is better for me to die than to live.’ Then God said to Jonah, ‘Is it right for you to be angry about the plant?’ And he said, ‘It is right for me to be angry, even to death!’ But the Lord said, ‘You have had pity on the plant for which you have not labored, nor made it grow, which came up in a night and perished in a night. And should I not pity Nineveh, that great city, in which are more than one hundred and twenty thousand persons who cannot discern between their right hand and their left—and much livestock?’” Jonah had such a tremendous stronghold of hatred towards the people of Nineveh that he was angry enough to die for a plant that offered him a temporary covering, while he waited to see if God would destroy the city that he hated and did not want to see delivered. The fact that God uses the number one hundred and twenty thousand, connects it to the church age, for there were about one hundred and twenty disciples gathered together in one accord when the Holy Spirit fell on them. Is there a hidden lesson here for the church of Jesus Christ? Let us keep it personal; is there a hatred so deep within you against someone or something, that you are willing to forfeit the grace that you have in Jesus just to get revenge? I pray not! But if you have a stronghold of prejudice in your life against someone who has hurt you, you need to bear it no more, ask the Lord to deliver you, pray for His revelation to show you the spiritual condition of those who betrayed your trust, and know for a fact that all your trespasses He has gladly forgiven you. If you cannot find the capacity within you to love and to forgive those who spitefully used you and abused you, I have good news for you, He will give you a new heart, just let the old one go. Get on the floor, with your face pressed hard against it, and picture yourself at the feet of Jesus, and there cry out to Him; Lord! Have mercy on this lost and broken sinner, and there at the foot of the cross, leave that old broken and hardened heart once and for all, and before you get up you will be renewed, for He is a merciful God, and He will not turn you away. To be sure, you will not be the first nor will you be the last to be delivered by the power of an all loving and merciful God. Jonah 2:2 “...I cried out to the Lord because of my affliction, and He answered me. Out of the belly of Sheol (hell) I cried, and You heard my voice.” Back to Deliverance Ministry

    Top of Page OTHER TEACHINGS VISIBLE AND INVISIBLE Colossians 1:16 “For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” Whenever the Bible talks about invisible things it is referring to the spiritual realm, in this case it is dealing with the interactions of the spiritual realm with the visible physical realm. Since the visible realm is three dimensional, when you associate it with the invisible spiritual dimension it becomes fourfold, that is why our text includes a fourfold reference to the creation: Thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. ​ The epistle to the Colossians gives us tremendous insight into how the visible and invisible creation interacts and operates. Let us define first the difference between the physical and spiritual dimensions so that we can learn the mysteries of how the invisible world operates and learn how much it influences our physical world. Colossians 1:12 “Giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light (energy).” The spiritual or invisible realm is one that is made of energy, we cannot see energy that is why it is invisible to us. The creatures that live in the spiritual realm are made of energy that is why we cannot see them either. But the fact that we cannot see them does not mean that it does not exist and they are not actively interacting with the visible realm. As a matter of fact, at the core of all physical tangible matter there is an invisible quantum reality that science is still trying to explain. From the Bible we know that the spiritual realm is an eternal one, and so science has discovered that the sub-atomic particles that give form to all physical matter transcend time and space, that is they can be in two separate places at the same time. 2 Corinthians 4:18 “While we do not look (put our focus on) at the things which are seen (visible), but at the things which are not seen (invisible). For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” Now when Paul says that we have been qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light, what he is telling us is that we have been given power to manipulate that invisible energy, which is radically awesome if we can just barely grasp its implications. Colossians 1:9 “For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.” Paul is so excited about the faith of the Colossians in the Gospel of truth that was preached to them, that he is telling them that he cannot wait to see them come into the revelation knowledge of what just happened to them, through the agency of spiritual understanding. Just as he was telling the Corinthians not to put their focus on the mundane visible things, but to put their hope on the eternal invisible things that are not of this world. Can we get just as excited as Paul was about the reality that we too have received the Gospel of truth, and that we also have been qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light? We should! Colossians 1:13 “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed (transferred) us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.” This three-dimensional world has been plunged into spiritual darkness by the devil and all his minions, Jesus has delivered us from the darkness of this physical world and has placed us in the high, and out of this world kingdom of the Son of His love. John 8:23 “...You are from beneath; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world.” What does it all mean to us, what are the advantages of being able to operate in the kingdom of the light? Matthew 16:19 “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven (spiritual invisible realm), and whatever you bind on earth (physical visible realm) will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” A key is used to unlock things that we previously had no access to, a key can also be used to lock things up that we do not want anybody to steal from us, why would Jesus give us the key if we did not have with it the access to the lock as well? Now as we look at this verse of Scripture from the scientific point of view, and know that all physical things are held together by this invisible force that holds the atomic particles together that form all that is tangible, then we can extrapolate that we have been given the power to loose that which is bound, and to bound that which is loose, whether in the invisible fourth dimension called heaven, or the physical three dimension we call earth. Colossians 1:10 “That you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God.” Obviously, we need to know and we need to understand how it all works, that is if we want to put it to good use, for we can also read in the text of what Jesus told us, as binding on earth that which has already been bound in heaven, and loosing on earth that which has already been loosed in heaven, so that spiritual understanding is critical. All things were created through Him and for Him. Our opening text. Rule number one, follow The Word! John 1:1-3 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.” Now if we want to fully understand the meaning of how The Word created everything we need to know what The Word of God is. Hebrews 4:12 “For the word of God is living (life giving) and powerful (energy)…” The Word of God is life giving, life sustaining energy. When God said, Let there be light, He released all the energy that exists in the universe today, and it was out of that energy that all physical tangible matter was formed, including intelligent human life. John 1:4 “In Him (The Word) was life, and the life was the light of (the energy that created) man.” So that all things were created and are sustained by The Word of God including intelligent human life. At the very core of our physical being we are held together by the energy that is in The Word of God. So that whatever is loosed on the earth that the Word of God tells us should be bound, we have power in the name of Jesus, The Word of God, to bind it and vice versa. John 16:24 “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” We have access into the invisible spiritual realm in the name of Jesus. Philippians 2:9-10 “Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth.” Paul takes it one notch higher and tells us that in the name of Jesus we not only have the power to bind and to loose the very cords that hold everything together in the visible and invisible realms, but also over those under the earth, where the seat of demonic power resides in the belly of the underworld. That means that in the name of Jesus we have power over life and over death, as long as we follow the precepts laid out for us in His Word, to bring forth God’s reconciliation into this physical world. Colossians 1:19-20 “For it pleased the Father that in Him (Jesus) all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.” Back to Other Teachings

    Top of Page End Times THE FOUR CRAFTSMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE Zechariah 1:20 “Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen.” In the second vision that God revealed to Zechariah we are given a unique insight into the realm of spiritual warfare from an Old Testament perspective. It is my belief that all six of Zechariah’s visions are intricately connected to the prophecy in the book of Revelation about the four horseman of the Apocalypse that God had appointed to be revealed to those of us who are alive during the end of this age. ​ Zechariah 1:8 “I saw by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and it stood among the myrtle trees in the hollow; and behind him were horses: red, sorrel, and white.” In his first vision Zechariah sees horses of four different colors that the Lord sent to walk to and from throughout the earth. These different color horses are symbolic of the watchers that keep watch over the affairs of men and their relationship with God’s people here on the earth. Isaiah 62:6-7 “I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” If we understand the underpinning of Zechariah’s first vision we will be able to make better sense, not only of Zechariah’s second vision as it pertains to spiritual warfare, but about the spiritual warfare that is going on right now, for we are presently living in the days of the unveiling of the four horseman of the book of Revelation. Zechariah 1:11 “So they answered the Angel of the Lord, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, ‘We have walked to and from throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly.’” The first thing that we need to recognize in order to make sense of the visions is that they revolved around the city of Jerusalem. For seventy years the Lord had removed the Jewish people from the land of Judah and from the city of Jerusalem, to give the land the Sabbath day of rest that they owed the land. When Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt, he instructed them that when they entered into the land that the Lord was giving them, that they were suppose to give the land a year of rest every seven years. No sowing and no reaping, they had to trust the Lord to provide for them a double harvest during the six years that would last them for the whole seventh year that they were not supposed to be tilling the land. They violated the law of the Sabbath rest for the land, for four hundred and ninety years consecutively, so that they owed the land seventy years of rest: 490 / 7 = 70 years. When the time for God’s judgment fell upon them, God used the nations of the earth to remove them from the land and to keep them out of the land for the seventy years that they owed. Zechariah 1:12 “Then the Angel of the Lord answered and said, ‘O Lord of hosts, how long will You not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which You were angry these seventy years?’” Zechariah, in his first vision is privy to an event that is taking place in the spiritual realm; he sees horses and asked what they mean. After he is told that they are the watchers that watch over the affairs of men, the Angel of the Lord speaks to God in front of Zechariah, reminding God that the seventy years are now over. God answers the Angel of the Lord with good and comforting words in verse thirteen. Then the reason is revealed as to why the Lord had given Zechariah a ringside seat, if you will, to what was going on in the spiritual realm, after he is told that he is to prophesy, within the context of all that he had witnessed, to the Jews that were in exile. Zechariah 1:14-15 “So the angel who spoke with me said to me, "proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: I am zealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with great zeal. I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease; for I was a little angry, and they helped—but with evil intent.’” The Lord reveals that He is angry with the nations that He used to remove the Jews from Jerusalem and from the land of Judah, because of their evil intent while He was using them against His own people. As always the Lord’s judgments against the nations of the earth have to do with how they treated or mistreated His own people. Remember what God told Abraham when He entered into a covenant with him? I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you. Then Zechariah proceeded to proclaim to the Jews of his day that God was restoring them back into the land from where they had been exiled for seventy years, and that God would again choose Jerusalem as its capitol. Which leads us right into the second vision that deals with how the Lord removes the demonic strongholds that Satan placed over the nation of Israel, when he took advantage of them, while they were in exile for their disobedience to the commandments that God gave them through Moses. Zechariah 1:18 “Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four horns.” Zechariah’s first vision began at night, which is symbolic of the spiritual darkness that was all around the nation of Israel at that time. In the second vision the Lord is revealing to Zechariah the source of the spiritual darkness that is all around him. Zechariah 1:19 “And I said to the angel who talked with me, ‘What are these?’ So he answered me, ‘These are the horns (powers) that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.’” When God’s hand of blessing is over a people, there is absolutely nothing that the devil can do against them, for our God is Almighty. The enemy knows that, as long as God’s protection is over His people, he is powerless against them, so he is always at work to temp those who belong to God into rebelling against God. Obedience to God always brings enlightenment, and disobedience to God always brings darkness. Zechariah 1:2-3 “The Lord has been very angry with your fathers. Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: Return to Me,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘And I will return to you,’ says the Lord of hosts.” The Lord was very angry with the fathers because of their disobedience to the commandment of God in regards to their obligation to give the land a year of rest every seventh year. Now that their debt is paid in full, for they have been out of the land for seventy years, they can be restored back to their land if they return to the Lord first, and acknowledge that without God in their midst they are in darkness. Zechariah 1:20-21 “Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen. And I said, ‘What are these coming to do?’ So he said, ‘These are the (four) horns (powers) that scattered Judah, so that no one could lift up his head; but the craftsmen are coming to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.’” In warfare whoever controls the high ground has the advantage over their adversary; because of their disobedience to the Word of God Israel was put at a disadvantage where they could not lift up their heads and have a clear picture of their spiritual condition. Now that they are returning to God, the Lord sends them four craftsmen or carpenters to dismantle the demonic infrastructure that prevents them from regaining the upper hand, the lifting up of their heads. Notice the language that the angel uses that describes how these demonic hordes will be terrified by these four craftsmen before they are cast out. What are these four craftsmen symbolic of? 2 Corinthians 12:12 “Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds.” The four craftsmen are symbolic of the apostolic anointing! The apostolic anointing is the force that God brings about to dismantle the four horns or powers that keep God’s children in darkness. What are the four horns symbolic of? Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outburst of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (which is light, and those who practice those things are still in darkness).” The four horns are symbolic of the works of the flesh! PERVERSION: Adultery, Fornication, Uncleanness and Lewdness. DIVISION: Hatred, Contentions, Envy and Jealousies. FALSE RELIGION: Idolatry, Sorcery, Dissensions and Heresies. MALFUNCTION: Outbursts of Wrath, Murder, Drunkenness and Revelries. At the center ofcourse is Selfish Ambition the soul motivator before we became born-again. I took the liberty of dividing them into four categories that revolve around the self motivated soul. The number seventeen is the seventh prime number. Zechariah’s first vision is recorded in chapter one, beginning in verse seven to verse seventeen. A clear double emphasis that the Holy Spirit reveals to us to show us how important to our present day Zechariah’s visions are. Also, all of us have sixteen great-great-grandparents in our family tree, and if you form a pyramid with self sitting on top of it, with two parents directly below, four grandparents below them, eight great-grandparents below them and sixteen great-great-grandparents as the foundation of the pyramid, it shows how our soul is affected by the iniquity of the fathers which is with whom the Lord was angry in Zechariah 1:2. 0 = 1 Self 0-0 = 2 Parents 0-0-0-0 = 4 Grandparents 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 = 8 Great-grandparents 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 = 16 Great-great-grandparents. Exodus 20:5-6 “You shall not bow down to them nor serve (worship) them (idols). For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me (idolatry is seen by God as hatred towards Him), but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.” We are living in the age of grace, and the church has been established on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets, with our Lord Jesus Christ as the Chief Cornerstone. The time for our redemption is now, for our sin debt that we owed God has been fully paid for by our Savior on the cross. As the Lord spoke during Zechariah’s day, that if we return to Him He will return to us. We are living in the days right now when those that call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. But remember also that with our salvation comes deliverance from the forces of darkness that kept us bound. It is the apostolic anointing that terrifies the devil, for through its revelation we become empowered. Remember the words of Jesus, You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free! Yes, we are living in the days of the white horse, the antichrist, for there are many out there striving to deceive those of us who are the children of light. Yes, we are living in the days of the red horse, the days of war and terror as our Lord predicted. Yes there is a global economy being forged right now that is paving the way for a one world government, the black horse that will control all commerce and all of its financial transactions. The pale horse whose rider is death, followed closely by Hades, soon will be given power to bring war over one fourth of the earth. This is the conflict that will usher in the rapture of the church; let’s be ready for it. Zechariah 2:10/13 “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion!     Top of Page OTHER TEACHINGS THE MYSTERY OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD Mark 4:11 “And He said to them, ‘To you it has been given to know the mystery (secret or hidden truths) of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables.’” The word mystery appears in the King James version of the Bible twenty-two times, and five times in plural, mysteries, all twenty-seven times in the New Testament, the word mystery or mysteries does not appear in the Old Testament in the King James version of the Bible. ​ The Hebrew alphabet consists of twenty-two letters, and it was believed by many of the Jewish Rabbis of old that God created the entire universe and everything that exists within it, with those twenty-two letters, since God spoke everything into existence. ​ Five of those twenty-two letters in the Hebrew alphabet have what is called a final form, what that means is that whenever one of those five letters appears at the end of a Hebrew word, it changes its form. Psalm 119, for example, was written to give us insight into the meaning of each one of those letters, and to each one of those twenty-two letters in the Hebrew alphabet, eight verses have been dedicated by God in Psalm 119, to reveal the spiritual meaning of each one of those letters; that is why Psalm 119 has 176 verses, 22 X 8 = 176 And in many Bibles, you will see a Hebrew letter heading the eight verses that correspond to that letter in Psalm 119. Psalm 119:137 “Righteous are You, O Lord, and upright are Your judgments.” צ normal form ץ final form ​ Verse 137 begins to describe the spiritual meaning of the eighteenth letter in the Hebrew alphabet; TSADDE which is one of the five that have a final form, in its normal form this letter looks like a man that is kneeling with his hands together and looking up, and praying to God, in the final form of this same letter, it changes to where it looks like the same man that is praying is now standing before God. The Hebrew letter TSADDE which is the equivalent of our letter R, in the Hebrew alphabet stands for righteousness, that is why verse 137 begins with the words, Righteous are You, O Lord, but if you look at the following words, and upright, it reveals the final form of the letter where the man praying to God is now standing in the upright position. Proverbs 12:7 “...But the house of the righteous will stand.” So that the spiritual meaning that this Hebrew letter conveys is that the righteous who now kneel and pray before God, will one day stand before God in the final day of judgment and give Him glory, for he trusted and loved the Word of God that made him righteous and pure before the Lord, and enabled him to stand before God. Psalm 119:140 “Your word is very pure; therefore Your servant loves it.” So that when we add the twenty-two letters of the Hebrew alphabet to the five letters that have final forms it adds up to twenty-seven . There are twenty-seven books in the New Testament where all the twenty-two hidden mystery and five final mysteries are revealed, isn’t that amazing! The first time where the word mystery appears in the KJV Bible, is in our opening text, and it is the only time that Jesus uses it. To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God. Mystery = Secret or hidden truths. When Jesus was alone with those who were following Him, His disciples asked Him what was the meaning of the parable that He told everyone publicly, it was then that Jesus revealed to them that they now had the capacity of understanding the secrets or hidden truths that the Word of God came to reveal. What was it that made them different than the rest of the crowd? 1 Corinthians 2:14 “But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are (have to be) spiritually discerned.” Since no one can be born again unless he is born of the Spirit of God, those who are not born again cannot know the mysteries that Jesus the Word of God reveals to us, for it is required of us to have the Spirit of God dwelling inside of us in order for us to be able to know and understand these hidden truths that only the Holy Spirit can reveal. Mark 4:12 “So that ‘Seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them.’” One can only become born again by been born of the Spirit of God, so that no one who is not born again is able to understand the mysteries or hidden truths without having the Holy Spirit reveal it to them. But for those of us who believe, access has been granted to us to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of God, but yet, not every believer takes advantage of this privilege that has been granted to us in the New Testament, and we should. Romans 11:25 “For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery…” How do I acquire insight into these truths that lay hidden within the Word of God? Romans 16:25 “Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began.” The revelation of the mystery begins with the unveiling of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and what it does for us who believe. 1 Corinthians 2:7, 10 “But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory... But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” Obviously, you can see the potential for edification as we explore the meaning of all these secrets that have now been made available for all of us who believe, and I hope that this lesson will encourage you to search the benefits of knowing the revelation of these mysteries. But for the purpose of this lesson, I just want to deal with the revelation of two of these mysteries, for I believe that knowledge about them is crucial in order for us to gain understanding from God about these hidden truths. The Mystery of Lawlessness. The Mystery of Godliness. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.” 1 Timothy 3:16 “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness…” What is the mystery of lawlessness? Romans 7:19-21 “For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. I find then a law (this law is the mystery of lawlessness), that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good.” The mystery of lawlessness resides in this fact: Romans 7:18 “For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find.” This law of sin and death is many times stronger than the law of gravity and just as persistent, for it never quits and it never gives up. But notice how Paul writes that in the flesh it is impossible to find how to perform the good that we desire to attain. So how do we attain the spiritual revelation that will enable us to do the right things that we should be doing? Let us look at the mystery of godliness again. 1 Timothy 3:16 “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up in glory.” Here is revelation; Jesus crucified His sinless flesh to the cross to make a place available for us to crucify our sinful flesh on His cross. Jesus was justified in the Spirit, so that those who crucify their sinful flesh to the cross can be made justified in their spirits, and able to avail themselves of the revelation of this mystery of godliness. Jesus was not only seen by angels, but His atoning sacrifice on the cross reverberated through all the demonic hierarchies reaching to hell itself, so that the power of lawlessness becomes neutered by the precious blood of Jesus that cries out of God’s heavenly temple: Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lamb! He was preached among the Gentiles to proclaim the fact that God is no respecter of persons, for all have sinned, therefore all can be saved by His precious Son’s atoning sacrifice. The world believed in Him, for He is God’s demonstration of love to the world. And He was taken up and received in glory, where He sits at the right hand of the Father, where He forever makes intercession for us, His treasured possessions. So, what do I do the next time that this mystery of lawlessness rises up against my flesh and causes me to feel like our next verse? Romans 7:24 “O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? This is what we do, and this is what we say, and this is what we believe: I AM FREE FROM FAILURE! Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” I AM FREE FROM WANT! Philippians 4:19 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” I AM FREE FROM FEAR! 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” I AM FREE FROM DOUBT! Romans 12:3 “...As God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.” I AM FREE FROM WEAKNESS! Psalm 27:1 “...The Lord is the strength of my life...” I AM FREE FROM THE POWER OF SATAN! 1 John 4:4 “...He who is in you is greater than he that is in the world.” I AM FREE FROM DEFEAT! 2 Corinthians 2:14 “Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ…” I AM FREE FROM IGNORANCE! 1 Corinthians 1:30 “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.” I AM FREE FROM SIN! 1 John 1:7 “...And the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.” I AM FREE FROM WORRY! 1 Peter 5:7 “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” I AM FREE FROM BONDAGE! 2 Corinthians 3:17 “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” I AM FREE FROM CONDEMNATION! Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.” I know that the greatest mystery of all is that God loves us intensely, and why should He not love us, after all He created us for His pleasure.
