The message concludes with a prophetic reminder from Malachi 3:1-2—that Christ will return suddenly, like a refiner’s fire, to purge the world of demonic influence once and for all. Believers are urged to hold fast to God’s Word and prepare for His coming deliverance. Inspired Teaching: Isaiah 8:19 “And when they say to you, ‘Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter,’ should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living?” I believe that the main reason why God is going to bring total and complete destruction upon the earth and all its inhabitants during His Day of Wrath, is to rid it and its human population from the demonic infestation that in now present, both on the earth and on humanity itself, because humanity has opened so many doors to the underworld that there is no other way to cleanse the earth or its people. Isaiah 24:5-6 “The earth is also defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant. Therefore the curse has devoured the earth, and those who dwell in it are desolate (held guilty). Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned (with the fire of purification), and few men are left.” During the days before the flood of Noah there was an opened door that allowed easy access between the humans that dwelled on the earth at that time, and the creatures that inhabit the demonic realm, the underworld, or the place of the dead, for the creatures that inhabit that realm are and will forever be separated from God, which is what real death is. Due to the fact that the humans of those days lived life spans of nine hundred years or more, it was easy for these demonic entities who are eternal, to manipulate the human genome for the purpose of creating hybrids through whom they could rule the world, since the physiology of these demons is not suited for them to operate here on the earth. So that they created for themselves a physical hybrid of human bodies that they entered into and indwelled for the purpose of ruling over the humans to whom it was originally given the dominium over the earth. Jude 6 “And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day.” Genesis 6:4-5 “There were giants (nephillim, fallen or mighty ones) on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown (like superheroes who possess supernatural powers). Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Since demons, or fallen angels, do not have physical bodies with which they could impregnate a woman, the only way that they could have women bare them children would be through artificial insemination, demonic dna mixed with human dna to bring about a physical body that was suited for its demonic host. Daniel 2:43 “As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they will mingle with the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” Daniel is prophesying about the end of time, our present day, where genetic engineering is a reality, and in Genesis we are told that not only before the flood this was taking place but also afterward, that is why human longevity was so drastically reduced after the flood. Imagine a time when women lived over nine hundred years, and were fertile for most of their adult life, conceivably they could produce children that are hundreds of years apart, a geneticist dream that would become a nightmare in a society hell bent in creating a race of monsters that are clad with superpowers that allows them to do whatever they wanted to, to a race of regular humans that would be at their mercy. That is why the world of old was destroyed, it was contaminated with a demonic infestation that caused the human race to, in the intents of their hearts, dwell on evil continuously, however it is said that Noah was found righteous in his generation. Genesis 6:9, 11 “This is the genealogy of Noah. Noah was a just man, perfect (blameless, without flaw) in his generations. Noah walked with God...The earth was also corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.” So that in the destruction of the flood, God removed the breath of life from every physical human body, hybrid or otherwise, and from every physical creature that had the breath of life in it, for the purpose of ridding the earth of the demonic infestation that was transmitted through the violent and corrupted air that they were breathing, and the violence that was enforced upon the humans by these fallen mighty angels. Only Noah and his seed, and the animals that God selected for the repopulation of the earth, were spared from the global cataclysmic destruction that rid the earth of the demonic infestation of that day. The length of human life was shorten drastically for the purpose of keeping the human generations that would follow, from being so drastically manipulated by future demonic infestations that would surely come as the result of man’s disobedience to the laws of God. Isaiah 26:13-14 “O Lord our God, masters besides You have had dominion over us; but by You only we make mention of Your name. They (the old masters) are dead (in everlasting chains under darkness), they will not live; they are deceased, they will not rise. Therefore You have punished and destroyed them, and made all their memory to perish.” These are the dead that our opening text is warning us not to seek when it says: Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living? These hybrids will not rise from the dead on resurrection day, even though they had quasi human bodies, all those humans who died during the flood will rise from the dead on resurrection day, some to everlasting life, some to shame and everlasting contempt. Daniel 12:2, but not them. Real humans have a soul, and all real humans will have to answer to God for the lives that they lived while on this earth, so that all humans that died will be resurrected and answer for their deeds while here on earth; as it is written: It is appointed unto men to die once, then comes the judgment. But these hybrids did not have a soul, for that was part of what was genetically removed from them, so that they could inflict massive pain and mayhem upon humanity at will, yet without a thought of conscience to bother them. Remember that it was said of that generation that their thoughts were evil continuously, that is how callous their hearts became under the demonic influence of those fallen angels. Today these demonic influences are alive and well here on the earth, courtesy of the mediums and wizards who whisper and mutter the old demonic doctrines through our present culture. The evidence points to an increase of cold blooded murders that continue to take place, extremely violent events seemly for no rhyme or reason. In many instances the perpetrators do not seem to have any sense of remorse whatsoever, and in many cases they have a blank stare that makes you wonder how deep have their souls plunged. Isaiah 8:20 “To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” If we go back in time to when the courts decided to remove prayer out of our schools, and ask the question of what was it that our children were praying for back then in their classrooms? I heard that their prayers were for the well-being of their parents, their teachers, and the leaders of our nation, that simple. It was not long after that simple petition was removed from our schools that we saw a steep decline in the well-being of the family unit, so that today, even the institution of marriage is under assault. The teachers and the quality of their teaching degraded so much that the decade of the sixties produced a generation of illiterate students that received in many instances a high school diploma that they could not even read. And what shall we say about the government and our elected officials? Not only did we lose a president, JFK, to violence in the sixties, but we also lost a war with thousands dead and hundreds of thousands of Americans injured, both physically and mentally. And can anybody honestly say that it has gotten better today? Right now our government is partially closed, there is a debt crisis looming that if it is not resolved our nation will default on its debt obligation for the first time in its history. But the worst thing that we are having to deal with is the hatred that its so rampant between Americans today; is it any wonder that the ones that are hated the most in our nation right now are those of us who believe in the Bible? For they do not want to hear what our last verse of Scripture told us, To the law and to the testimony! And that is because our nation is under the demonic influence of the same dead and imprisoned demons of long ago, whose doctrines of death have been brought to life because we as a nation have turned our backs on the sound doctrines of our Judeo Christian values upon which our nation as well as most of the western nations were founded. Isaiah 8:21-22 “They will pass through it hard pressed and hungry; and it shall happen, when they are hungry (for things to go right) that they will be enraged and curse their king and their God, and look upward. Then they will look to the earth, and see trouble and darkness, gloom and anguish; and they will be driven into darkness.” It is inevitable that our Lord has to come one more time to rid us and the earth of all these demonic influences that are destroying the very fabric of our society today, hopefully our waiting will not be long. Malachi 3:1-2 “Behold, I send My messenger, and he will prepare the way for Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, will suddenly come to His temple, even the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight. Behold, He is coming, says the Lord of hosts. But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? Believers who persist in selfish ambition risk falling under God’s indignation and forfeiting eternal rewards, even though salvation itself is secure. Paul emphasizes that God’s grace teaches us to deny ungodliness and live righteously, preparing us for Christ’s return. Those who fail to prepare, like the unfaithful servant in Luke 12, may face discipline and endure God’s wrath alongside unbelievers before restoration. Revelation 3 contrasts the faithful Philadelphia church, spared from the hour of trial, with the lukewarm Laodiceans, who are warned to repent through refining fire. Ultimately, salvation is a free gift, but eternal rewards are tied to faithfulness. Self-seeking leads to loss, while self-denial leads to eternal gain. Believers are urged to repent, embrace sanctification, and walk in God’s grace so that when Christ returns, they will be found faithful, spared from wrath, and rewarded in eternity. Inspired Teaching: Romans 2:8 “But to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath.” God’s indignation is kindled by those who despise God’s grace. Imagine knowing that a great disaster is about to be unleashed and that the people that are on its path are not aware of it; so you make every effort to warn those who are in the place that will soon be destroyed that they need to escape—only to be rejected and scorned by those very people you are trying to save. Rejection is what makes God indignant and causes those who reject God’s free offer of grace to fall under the wheels of God’s wrath. God’s wrath comes as the result of reaping that which we have sown. Romans 2:6 “Who will render to each one according to his deeds.” The reality is that there are people who are stubborn and who will not listen to reason, now why is that? There are probably many reasons why people behave the way they do, but in our opening text God gives us the key that exposes the root cause for rebellion—those who are self-seeking. We may not be fully aware of this truth, but if we take a close and careful look in the mirror, it will not be long before we come face to face with our mortal enemy and find that—surprise— it is us! If we want to fully understand God’s grace, His wrath, His indignation, we have to view them from the perspective of our own mortality. Let’s face it—self-seeking is hardwired into every one of us; just look at an infant, when they do not get what they want or need, they let you know it right away, and in no uncertain terms. The grace of God teaches us, first of all, about the dangers of selfish ambitions. We cannot accept God’s grace unless we first acknowledge the fact that we are in need of it. Titus 2:11-12 “For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.” Once we realize that we are our own worst enemy, and that God’s wrath will fall upon those whose deeds do not live up to God’s standards, then, the only logical conclusion that we are left with is that we are in need of His grace, so that we repent and accept His offer of forgiveness. But if after we have received His forgiveness, we despise His grace by continuously seeking our own selfish ways—after we’ve been delivered from the consequences of them—do we kindle then, His indignation, and fall back into the wrath that He worked so hard to deliver us from? Romans 2:4-5 “Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance? But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God.” It is clear that Paul is addressing believers in his letters that he wrote to the churches. It is also clear that only those who are under God’s grace, are in a position to despise such grace. For how can we despise something that we have not personally experienced? Wrath in the day of wrath. God’s salvation has two basic components: Forgiveness and cleansing. 1 John 1:9 “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” The theological terms are Justification and Sanctification. Justification happens instantly, as soon as we confess our sins before God in Jesus name, we are immediately forgiven. Sanctification is a process which begins the day that we are justified. This process is God’s mechanism to deliver us—cleanse us—from the consequences of all the sins that we have committed. The agent that God uses to bring about His forgiveness and cleansing in us, is His grace: For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age. In Justification we pass from death into life in an instant. The same grace that saves us, now preserves us, while the process of Sanctification takes place. In order to receive salvation, we have to ask God for it with a repentant heart. In the process of sanctification, we have to learn how to deny ourselves and live for God, by the power of His grace that sustains us. For we know that those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness fall under the indignation of God’s wrath. 1 Thessalonians 5:9 “For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.” Remember that salvation has two components, forgiveness gets us into heaven, and cleansing delivers us from the wrath of God’s indignation. 1 Corinthians 3:11, 13, 15 “For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ (our salvation)...Each one’s work (selfish ambition or self-denial) will become clear; for the Day (of God’s wrath) will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is...If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss (cleansing from the consequences of their sins while on this earth); but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.” Salvation is a gift which cannot be earned; those who truly repent and accept God’s grace and forgiveness of sins, are immediately justified and on their way to heaven. But while here on earth after we get saved, the grace of God teaches us to deny ourselves and to flee from all the worldly lusts and self-seeking that got us into the mess we were in before we got saved. Refusing to deny ourselves incurs God’s indignation and wrath in the day of His wrath, so that we miss out in the cleansing part. Matthew 10:39 “He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake (denies himself to receive the cleaning) will find it.” If we still go to heaven, what is it then that we lose? Every believer that dies goes before the Judgment Seat of Christ, which is a judgment of rewards or the forfeiting of them as we read in: 1 Corinthians 3:14-15 “If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.” To the Corinthians Paul is talking about the works that those who were saved and died, built on the foundation of their salvation, and about what happens on the coming Day of judgment that will reveal whether those works were the result of self-seeking or self-denial. But what Paul is talking about in his letter to the Romans is what happens in the Day of His Wrath to those who are alive when He returns to the earth, and finds them doing their own works instead of being sanctified to do the Lord’s work. Luke 12:46-47 “The master of that servant will come on a day when he is not looking for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in two and appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.” Notice first, how Jesus considers the servant to be a believer who was unprepared and not looking for His return. After cutting him in two, He assigns that servant a portion with the unbelievers, which is to be beaten with many stripes. What did Jesus mean by cutting him in two? I believe Jesus was referring to the separation between the justification and the sanctification of that wicked servant. He was still considered a saved servant who belonged to Him. But since he did not prepare or sanctify himself for His master’s return, he must suffer punishment before he is restored, which is the indignation of God’s wrath. His portion with the unbelievers means that he has to go through the wrath that those who rejected God’s free grace must go through, but God will save him after his many stripes are completed. If we read Revelation chapter three where the fate of the last two churches is decreed by Jesus Himself before His return, we find that the Philadelphia church is spared from the hour of trial—wrath—that is coming upon the whole world to test those who live in the world, because they kept His Word and did not deny His name. Revelation 3:8, 10 “I know your works. See, I have set before you an open door (the rapture), and no one can shut it; for you have little strength, have kept My word, and have not denied My name...Because you have kept My command to persevere (through sanctification), I also will keep you from the hour of trial (God’s indignation and wrath) which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Then we read about the Laodicea church, and we see a different story. Revelation 3:18-19 “I counsel you to buy from Me gold (sanctification) refined in the fire...As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten (discipline). Therefore be zealous and repent.” The good news is, as of this writing, the rapture has not taken place yet. Jesus’ offer to be zealous and repentance is still available to all who believe. It is never too late to start denying ourselves for the sake of Jesus Christ and for the glory of His Gospel of peace. What ever it is that our self-seeking is gaining for us in this life is not worth losing the eternal rewards that follow faithfulness to the Word of God. There is no comparison between a few years and eternity. All that we possess will be left behind the day that we are taken away from this earthly realm. There are no u-hauls attached to the hearse. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it. Let us make haste, for Jesus is coming very soon. Previous Next Home

Scripture declares that God will supernaturally destroy the invading armies, leaving no doubt about His power and sovereignty. The message underscores that both Israel and the Church share in God’s covenant promises—Israel with a physical inheritance and the Church with a spiritual one. Despite replacement theology teachings, God reaffirms Israel’s central role in end-time prophecy, restoring them to their land and pouring out His Spirit upon them after the Church’s removal. Prophecies also identify the nations aligned against Israel, including those from the “uttermost north” (Gog, Rosh) along with Persia (Iran), Ethiopia, and others—alignments visible in current geopolitical realities. The destruction of Damascus (Isaiah 17:1) may act as a trigger for these events. Ultimately, God calls the nations to His “sacrificial feast” on the mountains of Israel, demonstrating His glory before all. The study concludes by affirming God’s faithfulness: just as He revealed these details to Ezekiel 2,500 years ago, His promises of redemption and Christ’s soon return can be trusted. Both Israel and the Gentiles will know that the Lord alone is God when He establishes His sanctuary among His people forever. Inspired Teaching: Ezekiel 39:23 “The Gentiles shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity; because they were unfaithful to Me, therefore I hid My face from them. I gave them into the hand of their enemies, and they fell by the sword.” Ezekiel 38 and 39 speaks of an end time invasion against the nation of Israel, this invasion is initiated by God’s prompting for a purpose. Ezekiel 38:16 “You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes.” Prophecy tells us that in the latter days God will bring His final judgments upon the earth, His judgments will last for seven years, and it is called the Day of the Lord’s Wrath, that judgment will culminate in the final battle of Armageddon, where all the armies of the nations of the world will meet their final judgment. Revelation 19:19, 21 “And I saw the beast, the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against Him who sat on the horse and against His army...And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse…” Before that final judgment takes place, God in His mercy, will reveal Himself to the nations of the world, so that those who are foolish enough to take a stand against Him will do so in full knowledge of who the real God is. In order for God to show Himself holy to the nations before His seven years final judgment begins, He has to do something that only an all Mighty God can do, wipe out an entire army in an instant, for that will leave no doubt in the mind of the world as to who the real God is. About twenty five hundred years ago God revealed to Ezekiel the name and the location of the nation that would lead a confederacy against the nation of Israel, the nations that would be part of that confederacy and that Israel would cease to be a nation for a season, for He told them through Ezekiel that He would give them over into the hand of their enemies because of their unfaithfulness. Think of it from our present day perspective, were we to have a world wide vote right now to let the people of the world decide who they believe the real God is, the God of the nation of Israel would not fair very well, for the nation of Israel, and the Jews in particular, are the most hated people by the Gentile world of today. Even in some Christian teachings we find that they do not believe that the present day nation of Israel has any heritage left in biblical prophecy, they call it replacement theology, for they teach that Israel forfeited all of their rights of inheritance when they rejected Jesus as their Messiah, and that the church is now the beneficiary of all the promises that the nation of Israel had coming their way for the latter days. When God entered into His covenant with Abraham, the covenant was two-fold, as the sand of the seas meant a physical inheritance, and as the stars of the sky meant a spiritual inheritance. The law came through the ministry of Moses but grace came through our Lord Jesus Christ, Israel and the church are both part of the covenant. So that clearly both Israel and the church play a vital role in end time prophecy, even if one does not accept the heritage of the other, as it is the case in many instances today, so that God has to set the record straight. Before Ezekiel is told that in the latter days the Gentiles will know that God has a place and purpose for the nation of Israel, He lets Israel know that they have a vital role to play along with the church. Ezekiel 39:22 “So the house of Israel shall know that I am the Lord their God from that day forward.” From which day forward? From the day that He reveals Himself holy to the nations of the world by destroying their invading army, and removing the church to her spiritual inheritance, and restoring the nation of Israel to their physical inheritance, which is the Holy Land. Ezekiel 39:28-29 “Then they shall know that I am the Lord their God, who sent them into captivity among the nations, but also brought them back to their land, and left none of them captive any longer. And I will not hide My face from them anymore; for I shall have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel, says the Lord God.” The house or nation of Israel can only be sealed after the church is removed, for that is on whom the Spirit of God is resting right now. Ezekiel 37:11, 14 “Then He said to me, ‘Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. They indeed say, “Our bones are dry (without the Spirit), our hope is lost, and we ourselves are cut off!”...I will put My Spirit in you, and you shall live, and I will place you in your own land (most of the world today see Israel as occupiers, they won't after God intervenes on their behalf). Then you shall know (along with the rest of the world) that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,’ says the Lord.” In verses twelve and thirteen there is a reference to the resurrection from the dead, and we know that when the resurrection from the dead takes place that is when the faithful Philadelphia church will be removed. Ezekiel 37:13 “Then you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, O My people, and brought you up from your graves.” Since the first stage of the first resurrection from the dead includes all the saints of old, and since it is Jesus who will bring them all back to life, the Jewish nation will know then that Jesus Christ is the Lord, God’s Anointed One, as Moses had clearly told them a long time ago. The nation that leads the army that attacks the nation of Israel is identified as coming from the uttermost north, and it is called Gog, the prince of Rosh, which means head. Part of their confederacy will be the nations of Persia, Ethiopia, Libya, Gomer, and Togarmah. These are their ancestral tribal names, Persia is today's Iran and they have made it clear that they want the nation of Israel to be wiped off the map. And that brings us to our present day alignment of nations; Russia and Iran have a vested interest in the government of Syria remaining in power, for they are allies, and as of this writing, the US is contemplating the use of military force against the Syrian nation for using chemicals weapons in their war against the insurgents that want to overthrow the present Syrian government that is in bed with Iran and Russia. This conflict of it self, as it stands right now, does not in my opinion constitute enough reason for the northern confederacy to be activated against the nation of Israel, but it is ripe for the last major prophetic event that has to happen before the invasion takes place, to maybe come to pass before all of this is over. Isaiah 17:1 “The burden against Damascus (the capital of Syria). ‘Behold, Damascus will cease from being a city, and it will be a ruinous heap.’” Damascus is one of the oldest city in the world and has been continuously inhabited for most of its history, which means that Isaiah’s prophecy has never been fulfilled, and it awaits its fulfillment today. It does not take much to imagine that if in our present situation a weapon of mass destruction was to be leveled against the city of Damascus, for that is what it would take to wipe out an entire city, and if it was blamed on Israel, that would be reason enough for the allies of Syria to come to her rescue and avenge those whom they blame for such a catastrophe. Could it be that God Himself brings judgment against that city in order to draw Russia and their compatriots into the slaughter end time feast that He has prepared on the mountains of Israel? Ezekiel 39:17-21 “And as for you, son of man, thus says the Lord, ‘Speak to every sort of bird and to every beast of the field: assemble yourselves and come; gather together from all sides to My sacrificial meal which I am sacrificing for you, a great sacrificial meal on the mountains of Israel, that you may eat flesh and drink blood. You shall eat the flesh of the mighty, drink the blood of the princes of the earth, of rams and lambs, of goats and bulls, all of them fatlings of Bashan. You shall eat fat until you are full, and drink blood till you are drunk, at my sacrificial meal which I am sacrificing for you. You shall be filled at My table with horses and riders, with mighty men and with all the men of war,’ says the Lord God. I will set My glory among the nations; all the nations shall see My judgment which I have executed, and My hand which I have laid on them.” Five times the Lord uses the words sacrificial and sacrificing, the point is clear, before the Lord ushers anything new He always requires a blood sacrifice, six million Jews were sacrificed in Nazi camps before the nation of Israel could be established once again, now the world is going to provide the meat for the sacrifice that is going to let all the world know who the real God is once and for all. This is how close we might be to the end of our journey here on earth. If God is able to tell Ezekiel twenty five centuries ago the geopolitical alignments of today, and every detail of the events that are about to happen, then we can be sure that we can trust Him when He tells us that He is coming back soon to redeem us to Himself. Just as God restored Israel after exile, believers today are called to return to the Lord, walk in the light of truth, and experience deliverance through Christ’s finished work. The apostolic foundation of the church, rooted in Christ the Chief Cornerstone, empowers believers to overcome darkness and stand ready for the rapture at the culmination of these apocalyptic events. Inspired Teaching: Zechariah 1:20 “Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen.” In the second vision that God revealed to Zechariah we are given a unique insight into the realm of spiritual warfare from an Old Testament perspective. It is my belief that all six of Zechariah’s visions are intricately connected to the prophecy in the book of Revelation about the four horseman of the Apocalypse that God had appointed to be revealed to those of us who are alive during the end of this age. Zechariah 1:8 “I saw by night, and behold, a man riding on a red horse, and it stood among the myrtle trees in the hollow; and behind him were horses: red, sorrel, and white.” In his first vision Zechariah sees horses of four different colors that the Lord sent to walk to and from throughout the earth. These different color horses are symbolic of the watchers that keep watch over the affairs of men and their relationship with God’s people here on the earth. Isaiah 62:6-7 “I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.” If we understand the underpinning of Zechariah’s first vision we will be able to make better sense, not only of Zechariah’s second vision as it pertains to spiritual warfare, but about the spiritual warfare that is going on right now, for we are presently living in the days of the unveiling of the four horseman of the book of Revelation. Zechariah 1:11 “So they answered the Angel of the Lord, who stood among the myrtle trees, and said, ‘We have walked to and from throughout the earth, and behold, all the earth is resting quietly.’” The first thing that we need to recognize in order to make sense of the visions is that they revolved around the city of Jerusalem. For seventy years the Lord had removed the Jewish people from the land of Judah and from the city of Jerusalem, to give the land the Sabbath day of rest that they owed the land. When Moses lead the Israelites out of Egypt, he instructed them that when they entered into the land that the Lord was giving them, that they were suppose to give the land a year of rest every seven years. No sowing and no reaping, they had to trust the Lord to provide for them a double harvest during the six years that would last them for the whole seventh year that they were not supposed to be tilling the land. They violated the law of the Sabbath rest for the land, for four hundred and ninety years consecutively, so that they owed the land seventy years of rest: 490 / 7 = 70 years. When the time for God’s judgment fell upon them, God used the nations of the earth to remove them from the land and to keep them out of the land for the seventy years that they owed. Zechariah 1:12 “Then the Angel of the Lord answered and said, ‘O Lord of hosts, how long will You not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which You were angry these seventy years?’” Zechariah, in his first vision is privy to an event that is taking place in the spiritual realm; he sees horses and asked what they mean. After he is told that they are the watchers that watch over the affairs of men, the Angel of the Lord speaks to God in front of Zechariah, reminding God that the seventy years are now over. God answers the Angel of the Lord with good and comforting words in verse thirteen. Then the reason is revealed as to why the Lord had given Zechariah a ringside seat, if you will, to what was going on in the spiritual realm, after he is told that he is to prophesy, within the context of all that he had witnessed, to the Jews that were in exile. Zechariah 1:14-15 “So the angel who spoke with me said to me, "proclaim, saying, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: I am zealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with great zeal. I am exceedingly angry with the nations at ease; for I was a little angry, and they helped—but with evil intent.’” The Lord reveals that He is angry with the nations that He used to remove the Jews from Jerusalem and from the land of Judah, because of their evil intent while He was using them against His own people. As always the Lord’s judgments against the nations of the earth have to do with how they treated or mistreated His own people. Remember what God told Abraham when He entered into a covenant with him? I will bless those who bless you and I will curse those who curse you. Then Zechariah proceeded to proclaim to the Jews of his day that God was restoring them back into the land from where they had been exiled for seventy years, and that God would again choose Jerusalem as its capitol. Which leads us right into the second vision that deals with how the Lord removes the demonic strongholds that Satan placed over the nation of Israel, when he took advantage of them, while they were in exile for their disobedience to the commandments that God gave them through Moses. Zechariah 1:18 “Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were four horns.” Zechariah’s first vision began at night, which is symbolic of the spiritual darkness that was all around the nation of Israel at that time. In the second vision the Lord is revealing to Zechariah the source of the spiritual darkness that is all around him. Zechariah 1:19 “And I said to the angel who talked with me, ‘What are these?’ So he answered me, ‘These are the horns (powers) that have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem.’” When God’s hand of blessing is over a people, there is absolutely nothing that the devil can do against them, for our God is Almighty. The enemy knows that, as long as God’s protection is over His people, he is powerless against them, so he is always at work to temp those who belong to God into rebelling against God. Obedience to God always brings enlightenment, and disobedience to God always brings darkness. Zechariah 1:2-3 “The Lord has been very angry with your fathers. Therefore say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord of hosts: Return to Me,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘And I will return to you,’ says the Lord of hosts.” The Lord was very angry with the fathers because of their disobedience to the commandment of God in regards to their obligation to give the land a year of rest every seventh year. Now that their debt is paid in full, for they have been out of the land for seventy years, they can be restored back to their land if they return to the Lord first, and acknowledge that without God in their midst they are in darkness. Zechariah 1:20-21 “Then the Lord showed me four craftsmen. And I said, ‘What are these coming to do?’ So he said, ‘These are the (four) horns (powers) that scattered Judah, so that no one could lift up his head; but the craftsmen are coming to terrify them, to cast out the horns of the nations that lifted up their horn against the land of Judah to scatter it.’” In warfare whoever controls the high ground has the advantage over their adversary; because of their disobedience to the Word of God Israel was put at a disadvantage where they could not lift up their heads and have a clear picture of their spiritual condition. Now that they are returning to God, the Lord sends them four craftsmen or carpenters to dismantle the demonic infrastructure that prevents them from regaining the upper hand, the lifting up of their heads. Notice the language that the angel uses that describes how these demonic hordes will be terrified by these four craftsmen before they are cast out. What are these four craftsmen symbolic of? 2 Corinthians 12:12 “Truly the signs of an apostle were accomplished among you with all perseverance, in signs and wonders and mighty deeds.” The four craftsmen are symbolic of the apostolic anointing! The apostolic anointing is the force that God brings about to dismantle the four horns or powers that keep God’s children in darkness. What are the four horns symbolic of? Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outburst of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (which is light, and those who practice those things are still in darkness).” The four horns are symbolic of the works of the flesh! PERVERSION: Adultery, Fornication, Uncleanness and Lewdness. DIVISION: Hatred, Contentions, Envy and Jealousies. FALSE RELIGION: Idolatry, Sorcery, Dissensions and Heresies. MALFUNCTION: Outbursts of Wrath, Murder, Drunkenness and Revelries. At the center ofcourse is Selfish Ambition the soul motivator before we became born-again. There are seventeen works of the flesh listed by Paul to the Galatians. I took the liberty of dividing them into four categories that revolve around the self motivated soul. The number seventeen is the seventh prime number. Zechariah’s first vision is recorded in chapter one, beginning in verse seven to verse seventeen. A clear double emphasis that the Holy Spirit reveals to us to show us how important to our present day Zechariah’s visions are. Also, all of us have sixteen great-great-grandparents in our family tree, and if you form a pyramid with self sitting on top of it, with two parents directly below, four grandparents below them, eight great-grandparents below them and sixteen great-great-grandparents as the foundation of the pyramid, it shows how our soul is affected by the iniquity of the fathers which is with whom the Lord was angry in Zechariah 1:2. 0 = 1 Self 0-0 = 2 Parents 0-0-0-0 = 4 Grandparents 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 = 8 Great-grandparents 0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0-0 = 16 Great-great-grandparents. Exodus 20:5-6 “You shall not bow down to them nor serve (worship) them (idols). For I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of those who hate Me (idolatry is seen by God as hatred towards Him), but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.” We are living in the age of grace, and the church has been established on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets, with our Lord Jesus Christ as the Chief Cornerstone. The time for our redemption is now, for our sin debt that we owed God has been fully paid for by our Savior on the cross. As the Lord spoke during Zechariah’s day, that if we return to Him He will return to us. We are living in the days right now when those that call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. But remember also that with our salvation comes deliverance from the forces of darkness that kept us bound. It is the apostolic anointing that terrifies the devil, for through its revelation we become empowered. Remember the words of Jesus, You shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free! Yes, we are living in the days of the white horse, the antichrist, for there are many out there striving to deceive those of us who are the children of light. Yes, we are living in the days of the red horse, the days of war and terror as our Lord predicted. Yes there is a global economy being forged right now that is paving the way for a one world government, the black horse that will control all commerce and all of its financial transactions. The pale horse whose rider is death, followed closely by Hades, soon will be given power to bring war over one fourth of the earth. This is the conflict that will usher in the rapture of the church; let’s be ready for it. Zechariah 2:10/13 “Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion! Synopsis: The passage from Revelation 19:2 declares God’s righteous judgment upon the Great Harlot who corrupted the earth through spiritual fornication and shed the blood of God’s servants. The study emphasizes that Revelation presents events in both a spiritual and physical dimension, with chapters 17–18 forming a parenthesis that focuses on the Great Harlot. This figure, identified as Mystery Babylon the Great, is revealed as: A Mystery – hidden in plain sight until exposed by God. A Spiritual Power – representing a universal mystery religion that has influenced nations throughout history. The Mother of Abominations – the origin of false doctrines and idolatries that ensnare humanity. The Harlot is seen riding the beast—the Antichrist fully possessed by the devil—symbolizing the union of religion and political power to control nations. Historically, Satan has cloaked himself in religious systems to gain acceptance, using demonic forces disguised as “saints” to deceive multitudes. Idolatry and false worship, though appearing harmless, are in fact spiritual adultery detestable to God. Ultimately, the Antichrist and False Prophet (linked with Abiram and Dathan from Numbers 16) emerge from the bottomless pit with eternal bodies. Unlike others, they are cast alive into the Lake of Fire when Christ returns, fulfilling God’s final judgment. The Great Harlot, drunk with the blood of saints and martyrs, represents all forms of religious corruption and idolatry that lead humanity into spiritual blindness and death. The warning concludes with a call to believers: avoid the snares of false religion, reject the traditions of spiritual harlotry, and cling to the truth of God’s Word. Only by knowing Christ, the Truth, can one remain free from the deception that leads to destruction. Inspired Teaching: Revelation 19:2 “For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” The book of Revelation follows a two-fold path; it brings forth separately, the spiritual perspective and the physical perspective of the matter that is being presented. For example, in chapters one through three of Revelation, we are given the physical perspective of the church age, while chapters four through six, gives us the spiritual perspective of the same church age. In chapter seven we see the conjunction of the spiritual and physical presentation of the church age, as God brings down its final conclusion with the rapture of the church and the resurrection of the dead. Revelation 6:14 “Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up (the wall of separation between the spiritual and the physical realms is removed as we enter into chapter seven) …” Then we see the spiritual revelation of the ministry of the Two Witnesses in chapters eight and nine. And in chapters ten and eleven we see the days of their ministry through the physical perspective, so on and so forth: For the complete sequence read my book Man’s Final Destiny on the books section of houseoffaithministries.org web-page. The reason why I shared this is because there is a parenthesis that interrupts this pattern. It is found in chapters seventeen and eighteen, where God deals specifically with this entity whom He calls the great harlot, who corrupts the earth with her fornication. Revelation 17:5 “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” Who is this entity and what is her function that God devotes two entire chapters in His dealings with her? Number one, she is a mystery. Something that has to be revealed or exposed in order to be understood. Number two, she is a spiritual power to be reckoned with: Babylon the great is symbolic of a powerful, all encompassing, mystery religion. Number three, she is the originator or mother of all the false doctrines, and of all the abominable things that corrupt the entire earth. What is the connection between this great harlot and the devil? Revelation 17:3 “So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” The beast that this woman is riding on, is the devil himself. In this case John sees the great harlot riding the antichrist, whom the devil has fully possessed at this point in time. Revelation 17:8 “The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition…” The antichrist is the beast that rises out of the bottomless pit. His name is Abiram—which means exalted father—since according to Daniel he will exalt and magnify himself above every demonic entity called gods. Daniel 11:36 “Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god (demon/unclean spirit).” Let me take a minute to explain what is going on here. In chapters seventeen and eighteen, we see the culmination of this unholy and demonic allegiance between the devil and the harlot. The devil has never been popular with a majority of the people of the earth, at any given point in time. In order to be accepted by the populace, he cloaks himself with religious appeal, and through deceptive doctrines and corrupts the entire earth with his abominable teachings. In order to achieve that, he needed an army of demonic entities to assist him. These demons are called saints in order to appeal to the masses. For thousands of years people have worshiped the devil—the majority of them unaware—through religious rituals aimed to deceive those who practice them, into thinking that they were worshipping the real God. Thereby causing them to commit spiritual adultery through their idol worship, which is an abomination to God. Revelation 17:15 “Then he said to me, ‘The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.’” Religion and politics go together hand in glove, if the leaders of a nation can control and manipulate what their people believe, they can also control how their citizens behave! So as you can see the devil is heavily invested in the business of religion, for he is in the business of trying to control how people behave. The only problem with that is, that the devil has always hated having to share with his demonic cohorts the adulation that he feels should be only his, but without them he could not have deceived the world into worshipping him. After the devil possesses the antichrist, once he arrives here on physical earth—after being with him in the pit since the days of Moses—the devil does not need his old demonic hordes any longer, so he refuses to share with them the glory and adulation which he believes are his alone. He now, like Jesus, has a physical and eternal human body which he can present to the people. Unlike Jesus, he will force everybody to bow down to him and to worship his image, if not, he will have them beheaded, since he now presides over the governing authorities which have ruled over all the inhabitants of the world. Revelation 17:12-13 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.” The beast that you saw was, is a reference to the antichrist before he was taken down to the pit alive during Korah’s rebellion against Moses. Numbers 16:30 “But if the Lord creates a new thing, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the pit, then you will understand that these men (Dathan and Abiram) have rejected the Lord (have entered into their final judgment).” The ground opened up and swallowed all of them alive, and they all perished, they all died—except for the two men who insulted the Lord by not presenting themselves before the Lord’s Presence as Moses had required of them, that was the new thing that the Lord created that day. Numbers 16:25-26 “Then Moses rose and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. And he spoke to the congregation, saying, ‘Depart now from the tents of these wicked men (Dathan and Abiram)! Touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins.’” The reason that we can know with certainty that Dathan and Abiram are the false prophet and the antichrist, and that they are raised and released physically from the bottomless pit, is because when Jesus defeats them at His return, they are not killed—since they have already died and have been judged by God, so when they are captured, they are immediately thrown alive into the Lake of Fire which is the second and final death. Revelation 19:20-21 “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse…” The only way that we can answer the question as to why the false prophet and the antichrist were not killed by the sword as the others were, is because they were already dead and judged by God, and in possession of their eternal physical bodies. Which by the way, is the selling point that the antichrist uses to deceive the many who will follow him, the fact that he cannot not be killed even after receiving a fatal blow to the head. Revelation 13:12 “And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And is not, makes it very clear that the antichrist in not in the world right now, for he will not ascend from the bottomless pit until after the rapture takes place, when the sky recedes like a scroll and the Two Witnesses come back to the earth to finish their ministry. Until then, the great harlot will continue to do the devil’s bidding on this earth. It is imperative for us to know who the real enemy is, and that he is behind every evil thing. Do not think that what may seem to us like harmless or old traditions as something that cannot hurt us. Proverbs 7:26-27 “For she (the great harlot) has cast down many wounded, and all who were slain by her were strong men. Her house is the way to hell, descending to the chambers of death.” Revelation 17:6 “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus…” The sin of idolatry which is harlotry, is nothing to play with, or to take lightly. Those who refuse to renounce her ways and the traditions by which she ensnares so many, will find their spiritual vision becoming blurry, and their spiritual ears becoming dull. THE DISPENSATION OF THE FULLNESS OF THE TIMES To explain the biblical concept of dispensations—periods in which God deals with humanity under distinct rules and responsibilities—while highlighting the climactic purpose of the “dispensation of the fullness of the times” (Ephesians 1:10). Their simultaneous reappearance in modern times (Israel restored as a nation, the rise of the United Nations, and the renewed activity within the Church) signals preparation for the “dispensation of the fullness of the times.” In this period, Christ will gather all things in heaven and earth into Himself, and all dispensations will face their final judgment. The seventh and final dispensation, the Kingdom Age (Rest), will be the reign of Christ for one thousand years, fulfilling God’s plan of restoration. Just as Peter was judged and restored in the same settings of his failure, so too will each dispensation be judged and resolved before God establishes His everlasting kingdom. The lesson closes with a sobering call to discern current events—such as America’s waning constitutional strength—as part of prophecy’s unfolding. Believers are urged to remain prayerful and steadfast, anticipating the soon-coming consummation when Christ unites all creation under His rule. Inspired Teaching: Ephesians 1:10 “That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.” What is the dispensation of the fullness of the times? Through the centuries theologians have discovered that God deals with humanity through differing epochs of time called dispensations. Each dispensation of time differs from another by the rules under which God deals with humanity in each unique dispensation of time. Theologians also figure out that there are seven such dispensations revealed in Scripture, with the last dispensation being the dispensation of rest, also known as the Kingdom Age, when Jesus will rule and reign over the entire world and all of its inhabitants for one thousand years. There were only two people under the jurisdiction of the first dispensation, Adam and Eve, and their time in the Garden is called the dispensation of innocence, and it was the first dispensation, and there was only one rule that applied to them while in Paradise: Genesis 2:16-17 “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’” After Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God’s command not to eat of the fruit that would cause them to become self-aware, they were driven out of the Garden Paradise and into a different place and dispensation. Although we are not told how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden before they sinned, we know that the next dispensation that they were put under lasted 1,656 years, and ended with Noah’s flood. This new dispensation was called the dispensation of conscience because Adam and Eve and their descendants became very much aware of their nakedness that they inherited through Adam and Eve’s disobedience. Genesis 6:5 “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Once man became self-aware of his sinful nature and realized the hopelessness of his situation, eventually he gave himself to think of only evil continually, and became in their consciences worthless to God, who then had no choice but to swiftly destroy them. In both judgments, the dispensation of innocence and the dispensation of conscience, the judgment of God was final. What that means is that we can never come to God again in innocence or in conscience, in innocence because all the descendants of Adam and Eve are conceived and born in the consequences of their sin which is death, we are born mortals. And in conscience because our carnal minds are enmity to the Word of God. Romans 8:7 “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.” So that through Adam and Eve we’ve not only inherited corrupt bodies that lost their innocence, but we also inherited a corrupted mind that can never be brought under the jurisdiction of the Word of God. 1 Corinthians 2:16 “...But we have the mind of Christ.” Just in case some of you were wondering about our present estate of mind. Our sinfulness is blotted out by the blood of Jesus and our old mind set is replaced by the mind of Christ which is given to us at the time when we become born again. Romans 8:6 “For to be carnally minded is death (because of Adam and Eve’s disobedience to the Word of God), but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (because the words of Jesus are Spirit and they are life).” Now our next dispensation was not judged completely when they rebelled against God, for its final day of judgment has been reserved for the day of the dispensation of the fullness of the times, which is where this lesson is headed, but first let me enumerate the rest of the dispensations so that we can put them all into the proper context. Genesis 11:8-9 “So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city. Therefore its name is called Babel (means confusion), because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.” After the flood of Noah’s day, all the waters that were in and around the poles of the earth froze immediately, leaving the water levels of the oceans a lot lower than they are today, and causing a land bridge between the continents. It was God’s plan for humans after the flood to migrate to all the continents and fill the earth before the majority of the ice melted, which that happened during the days of Peleg when the land bridges that connected the continents were divided, buy submersion or by the melting away of the ice that connected some of the land masses. But mankind had other plans, they wanted to make a name for themselves, so they congregated together in rebellion against God’s command, and decided to build a tower that reached to the heavens, but God just simply confused their languages so that they could not communicate with one another, and so they scattered through the continents as was God’s original purpose, but God did not fully judge them at that time. Their dispensation was called human government, or what the book of Revelation calls, the kingdoms of this world, and they are very much still around today, for their dispensation has not yet been brought to a close. Today the European Union headquarters is a building that looks like an unfinished tower of Babel, for after all it will be the revived Roman empire whom prophecy foretells will give all its power to the antichrist to face Jesus during the final battle of Armageddon. Since mankind could not save themselves in innocence, or through their own consciences, or even when the power of human government did not bring about obedience to the commandments of God, that was when God decided to introduce His Promise. When the dispensation of promise is completed it will be known as the dispensation of the fullness of the times, for its at that time that God will bring to a close all the yet to be finally judged dispensations. Genesis 12:7 “Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I will give this land.’ And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.” When God entered into a covenant with Abraham it was a two-fold covenant, a covenant that spans two dispensations. For out of that covenant comes the nation of Israel and their deliverer, Moses, through whom the dispensation of law was given. And the promise of salvation for the Gentile nations was given through the dispensation of grace by the Lord Himself in His Gospel. John 1:17 “For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 3:1-2 “For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles—if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you.” So here is a list of the seven dispensations: • The dispensation of innocence. • The dispensation of conscience. • The dispensation of human government. • The dispensation of promise. • The dispensation of law. • The dispensation of grace. That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ. And after all the above dispensations are finally completed, then all the believers that come out of every dispensation will be resurrected each in their time and ushered into the final dispensation of God’s rest, to rule and reign with Christ for one thousand years. The seventh is the dispensation of rest, or what will probably be called at that time the Kingdom Age. Now why are all these unfinished dispensations relevant to us today? Scripture teaches us that before God brings something or someone into the judgment, he restores them into the condition that they were in when they first rebelled, so that we know for a fact that the dispensation of the fullness of the times judgment cannot begin until all the yet to be judged dispensations appear together at the same time in history, since we also know that God is going to judge them all in the same period of time. The judgment and restoration of Peter gives us an example of how God will bring about the judgment of the dispensations. Peter got saved after he witnessed the miracle of the catch of fish in his net, which he lowered into the sea at the command Jesus, even after fishing all night and catching nothing. Peter rejected Jesus while hanging around a fire just trying to keep warm the night that Jesus was arreste. He was confronted by a girl who accused him of being one of Jesus’ disciples. John chapter 21 tells us that Jesus appeared to Peter again after he was fishing all night and did not catch anything, Jesus tells him to cast the net on the right side of the boat and a miracle happens again, the net is full of fish. Then when Peter drags the net to shore he finds that Jesus had kindled a fire of coals with fish and bread on it. So that all of the elements are in place to bring Peter back in his soul to the places of where he experienced his salvation and to the place where his rejection took place as well, then Jesus asks Peter a very simple question, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these? Peter was not only judged there, but he was restored there as well. We witnessed in the twentieth century something that had never happened before in the history of mankind, the dispensations of human government, law and grace all came together for the first time in the same form in which they were after God had dispersed them. The Jews who were driven from the Holy Land after as a nation they rejected Jesus as their Messiah, were once again restored as a nation back to the land where they were driven from 1,900 years ago, while still rejecting Jesus as their Messiah as a nation, so that the dispensation of law which came through the nation of Israel and it must be judged in the nation of Israel was set in place awaiting their final judgment. The kingdoms of this world who have been scattered since the days when Nimrod was cut to pieces for his rebellion against God over 4,000 year ago, came together once again as one group in the middle of the twentieth century as the United Nations, where all their many languages can be translated instantly and a speaker can be understood by all the different nations no matter what language he speaks. It was also in the middle of the twentieth century that the apostolic revival began to take roots within the church once again. So that the three dispensations whose judgment it is yet to be finalized are presently in their prophetic places, Israel, the church, and the United Nations, all awaiting for the fulfillment of God’s promised conclusion to be meted out to them at their appointed time. Matthew 25:31-34 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’” I believe that the last piece that has to fall into place before the final judgment begins is the United States government. Our constitution has been a great hurdle that those who longed for the revived Roman empire and the new world order have not been able to overcome until now. After years of brainwashing the American populace, through all kinds of mediums, into having an open disregard for the constitution and the values that it fosters, this is the closest that they have come to succeeding, for our present day government is in total disregard for constitutional law and it is not being held accountable for it. If America does not recover from this evil that has befallen it, and I do not see any of our leaders calling for a nation wide repentance, then our time here on this earth is pretty much over I believe. THE END OF THE AGE The objective of The End of the Age is to equip believers with a biblical understanding of Paul’s teaching in 1 Corinthians 10:11–12 concerning the overlapping dispensations at the close of time. It aims to prepare Christians to discern prophetic events, resist idolatry, recognize the true Christ, and remain steadfast in faith during perilous days leading up to the rapture, the tribulation, and ultimately the return of Jesus Christ. The antichrist will then assume global power through the nations, deceiving the world, and leading many to receive his mark. His rule will last 1,332 days, culminating in God’s judgment, his destruction, and the triumph of Christ’s return. Survivors—primarily a Jewish remnant and those who refuse the mark—will emerge into Christ’s millennial reign. The teaching also stresses Paul’s warning: “Let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” Idolatry and false Christs will deceive many, making discernment and firm grounding in God’s Word essential. Believers are urged not to neglect the Book of Revelation or prophecy, for Jesus promised blessing to those who read, hear, and keep its words. Ultimately, The End of the Age challenges Christians to examine whether their faith is built on the traditions of men or the true Christ, so that they may stand unshaken when He is revealed in glory. Inspired Teaching: 1 Corinthians 10:11-12 “Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come. Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.” Two extremely important points are made by Paul in this portion of Scripture. One being that the church will witness the ends of the ages, notice that is in plural, and the second point is that this period of time will be a perilous time for the children of faith. Why is it that Paul calls it the end of the ages, since we know that the church age will end with the rapture. What other ages is he talking about? In my book Man’s Final Destiny I deal with this in great detail, but here is the basics of it: There are three dispensations that are running right now concurrently: the dispensation of Law represented by the nation of Israel, the dispensation of Human Government represented by the United Nations, and of course the dispensation of Grace represented by the true Church of Jesus Christ. It is worth noting here that right now God only recognizes the true Church of Jesus Christ as the legitimate power authorized by Him to rule over the affairs of men as recorded by Matthew. Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age (the church age).” Amen. After Jesus commanded His disciples to preach the Gospel to the nations of the world, the disciples went out and eventually transformed the world. The doctrine that they preached that changed the nations of the world was known as Judeo Christian principles or values. In the middle of the twentieth century, we saw the rebirth of the nation of Israel and the reunification of the nations of the world in the entity we know today as the United Nations, therefore setting the stage for the fulfillment of our opening text on the last generation: Upon whom the ends of the ages have come. As we follow the chronology given to us in the book of Revelation we find that after the true church is removed in the rapture, that the Lord will set up the nation of Israel and the Law of Moses as the legitimate power here on earth to enforce His will upon the nations of the world. The Two Witnesses, two humans that come from outer space as far as the world’s perspective is concern will be empowered by God to enforce the rule of God’s Law over the nations of the world for 1,260 days. The world will reject them as they have rejected the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Then they will make war against the Two Witnesses, and after the days of their prophecy ends they will be killed by the antichrist which will then become the representative of the nations of the world. It will be upon the antichrist and all his followers that have taken his mark that God will bring His final judgment when He judges the kingdoms of this world, or what we know today as the United Nations. The antichrist will rule for 1,290 days before God begins His judgment against him. The judgment upon his governance will last for forty two days, so that he will rule for a total of 1,332 days. 1,290 + 42 = 1,332 / 2 = 666 After 1,332 days he is captured alive, along with the false prophet, and they are both thrown alive into the Lake of Fire, while the rest of humanity who have the mark of the beast will be killed. This will bring about the conclusion of the ages as Jesus returns to the earth and in three days sets up His one thousand years Day of Rest. Hosea 6:2 “After two days He will revive us; on the third day He will raise us up, that we may live in His sight.” Daniel 12:11-12 “And from the time that the daily sacrifice is taken away (the antichrist begins his rule), and the abomination of desolation is set up, there shall be one thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he who waits, and comes to the one thousand three hundred and thirty five-days.” 1,290 + 42 = 1,332 + 3 = 1,335 days. Those who do not receive the mark of the beast and survive the antichrist’s ordeal will come out of their hiding places on the third day after the antichrist’s demise. This will be mainly the Jewish remnant that God protects in secret caves while the rule of the antichrist plays out, along with those that somehow survive the antichrist’s regime without taking the mark or being killed. So that understanding how everything is proceeding as it relates to prophecy is vital for us, so that we can be prepared and ready when His unveiling finally begins. But what about the other warning that Paul gave us in our opening text? Therefore, let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall! 1 Corinthians 10:14 “Therefore, my beloved, flee from idolatry.” It seems odd at first that a warning against idolatry would be issued in relation with the return of our Lord to set up His kingdom. Matthew 24:5,11 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many...Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many.” But as we read about Jesus warning us about false Christ’s and false prophets during the end of the ages we can understand why. Idolatry offers a false Christ and those who follow a false Christ will not be raptured, for they will not recognize the real Jesus when He is revealed. The world will present the return of Jesus as some malevolent alien coming to harm us. Therefore, those believers that fail to recognize the real Jesus will have to earn their salvation as martyr’s during the days of wrath. 1 Corinthians 10:19-20 “What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons.” So that as the end of the ages comes upon us, since we now know that we are in the last generation, it is imperative for us to know whether the traditions that we are following have a solid biblical foundation or whether they originate from the traditions of men. In other words, will you recognize the real Jesus when He is revealed? Jesus warned us against not just false Christ’s but also against false prophets, that is people who proclaim to preach the real Jesus but in reality they are not, for Jesus told us that they will deceive many. Matthew 7:15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” One of the greatest lies that many well-meaning preachers follow today is that since the book of Revelation is difficult to understand and since there are many different interpretations, they rather not preach on it, for it will bring divisions within the church by offending others who do not agree with their particular interpretation. They rather not preach about it and deprive the rest of the congregation of their readiness to meet Jesus when He is finally revealed. Imagine what would happen if you would use that same criterion about any other subject matter in the Bible? Since you cannot not preach on anything that the Bible teaches without offending someone else! Matthew 24:10 “And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another.” But Jesus warned us about that as well! Revelation 1:3 “Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near. I was one of those who got frustrated because I could not understand the Book of Revelation. I knew that I was missing out of a big blessing and did not want to live my Christian life in ignorance of the most important prophesied event that could take place during my lifetime here on earth: the return of Christ. All it took was one simple humbled prayer and continuous persevering in reading and studying prophecy and God took care of the rest. Matthew 7:7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.” How much is it worth it to you to know about the times and the seasons so that you may be ready when Jesus appears? How much is it worth it to you to find out whether you are serving the real Jesus or whether you are following man-made traditions? As you read this, know that there are many Christians all around the world right now facing what to them are insurmountable circumstances. Many have lost their homes to religious persecution. Others have lost their churches to the same. Others are fleeing for their lives as we speak, and many are in dark dungeons and filthy prisons refusing to deny their Lord who saved them. There are no guarantees against us being next, for the passion of the workers of iniquity runs deep, and they will not rest until they silence us and destroy what we believe. So, we better make sure that what we believe does not rest on the fallacies of men, but let our faith rest on the solid foundation of the Word of God and His promises to us. For those who try to destroy the Word and what it promises are themselves destroyed by the fire of God’s jealousy to fulfill all that He promised! This awareness combats the human tendency toward indifference. David confessed how silence and inaction in the face of evil only stirred sorrow within him until prayer moved him to action. His prayer was not for strength but for revelation of his own frailty, emphasizing dependence on God. The prophet Habakkuk’s lament mirrors this struggle. He cried out against injustice, perplexed at God’s silence and His use of even more wicked nations to execute judgment. Yet God revealed to Habakkuk His larger plan: both Israel and the nations would face judgment, culminating in the dreadful end of days. This revelation shifted Habakkuk’s prayer from complaint to intercession: “In wrath, remember mercy” (Hab. 3:2). The lesson concludes by urging believers today to view the chaos and lawlessness around us not only as signs of the end but as opportunities to proclaim God’s grace. Instead of fixating on judgment, we are called to embrace God’s heart—that none should perish but all come to repentance. The final exhortation is that while the end of days is certain and God’s wrath inevitable, His mercy is equally available through Christ, who bore judgment at the cross for all who believe. Inspired Teaching: Lamentations 4:18 “They tracked our steps so that we could not walk in our streets, our end was near; our days were over, for our end had come.” Throughout the history of mankind there has always been a group of people fascinated with the end of things, the end of days, and with the end of time. Maybe it is because we experience the death of things on a daily basis, we are not so much aware of it, those of us who live in modern cities that provide us with the comfort of buying things that have already been killed and packaged, but think back to earlier times. I remember when I was a kid growing up in Cuba, even though we lived over the ocean waters, for our house was built on stilts, we still raised chickens on the back deck of the house, and every time my mom was going to fix chicken for dinner one of them had to die. We kept live fish in the well tank of our boat that was tied to the front of the house, and every time that we were going to have fish for dinner, we went to the tank, got the fish out, killed it and cooked it. We did that with pigs and turkeys that we raised for special occasions as well, I even remember a goat that we raised once, it chewed through the wooden boards on the floor and fell through and ended up hanging itself on the chain that it had tied around its neck while its hind legs were dangling over the water. So that the experience of the cycles of life and death, beginning and endings, are well seated within our DNA. But how does the Bible define what we call the end of days, not just generally as of the end of the age, but our personal end as well? Psalm 39:4 “Lord, make me to know my end, and what is the measure of my days, that I may know how frail I am.” David’s prayer gives us great insight as to why we humans are either fascinated, fearful, or willfully indifferent, to the awareness of the end of things as we know them. How many times are we reminded of our mortality? How many times do we ignore it? At the heart of David’s prayer was the cognitive reality that to ignore our personal mortality reduces our ability to prepare ourselves, and our posterity, for the end of the age that will one day come upon the final generation of humans that will live to see that day. David strongly implies that knowing about his personal mortality as well as the duration of his days while here on the earth, would make him more sensitive to the frailty of life. Now here is the implication, it is extremely hard for us humans to really value human life if we are not fully aware of the value of our own life. How do we react to news that a flood or a landslide killed hundreds of people on a far away distant land? First thought that comes to mind is, those things are always happening to those people out there. How do we react when a tragedy like that happens in our own neck of the woods? New York city is still three thousand miles from where I lived in September 11, 2001 and yet I felt, and I still feel, like I was right there when that tragedy happened. Now why is that? Because when we are personally affected by an event that causes many lives to perish, their death becomes more real to us. And that is the idea that Psalm 39 is trying to convey to us. Listen to what it was that caused David to ask God to give him the revelation of: Make me to know my end. Psalm 39:2-3 “I was mute with silence, I held my peace (became indifferent) even from good; and my sorrow was stirred up. My heart was hot within me; while I was musing (just thinking about it), the fire burned. Then I spoke with my tongue (took action).” Wow! What a powerful description of what moved him. First David said to himself, I am going to keep my mouth shut, I don’t care if it is good or bad, I’m just going to stay out of it. Isn’t that what so many of us do today? Society is going to hell in a hand basket all around us, so many are dying of drug overdose, so many others are shot dead on a daily basis, and well, we just feel so helpless that we tell ourselves to ignore it, for after all, there is nothing that we can really do about it, or so we feel. Then David said that his sorrow was stirred up, what was it that caused David’s sorrow to be moved? He said that while he was just sitting around thinking about the situation and doing nothing, the fire burned. There are two ways to interpret that, one is that while we sit around and muse and do nothing, the fire continuous to rage and consume all around us unopposed, inflicting a heavy toll on society. The other way to interpret that is, that while we are witnessing the heavy toll on life that our indifference is in some way aiding and abetting, it is what causes our inward fire to burn that moves us to do something. What David did was he prayed. Prayer is recognition that we ourselves are unable to change the situation by our own mortal means. It is amazing to me that David in his prayer did not ask God to give him strength to deal with the situation that he was too weak to handle, instead he asked God to reveal to him his weaknesses to the utter most, for this is what David say: That I may know how frail I am. This is so amazing, because it defies human logic. How is me knowing how weak in reality I really am is going to solve the situation? There is a Scripture parallel that applies here I believe, and it is found in the entire book of the prophet Habakkuk. Habakkuk 1:2-4 “O Lord, how long shall I cry, and You will not hear? Even cry out to You, ‘Violence!’ And you will not save. Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? For plundering and violence are before me; there is strife, and contention arises. Therefore the law is powerless, and justice never goes forth. For the wicked surround the righteous; therefore perverse judgment proceeds.” Habakkuk was a righteous Israelite man who lived among the sinful people of the nation of Israel of that time. He is praying to God, and he is asking God why He is not answering his prayer, Habakkuk tells God that he is even pointing out the wrongdoing that he sees when he cries out publicly, Violence! Back in Bible days it was customary to cry out publicly, or to publish, when something bad was happening that could affect those around them. In the case of a leprous person having to pass near anyone else that was not infected with leprosy, the victims of leprosy were required by law to cry out loudly, Unclean! Unclean! To warn those around then not to come in close contact with them. In the same manner when a sin was being perpetrated against another in the nation of Israel, it was required of the Israelites to expose the wrong doing publicly, and that is what Habakkuk is saying to God he did, to no avail. Then Habakkuk says this to God: Why do you show me iniquity, and cause me to see trouble? Basically, Habakkuk is saying, Lord if You are not going to answer my prayer of action against lawlessness, why then do you allow me to witness so much evil? After all, if you do not answer my prayer, there is absolutely nothing that I can do about the wrong that is all around me. However, God is trying to teach Habakkuk what David already knew and was teaching us on Psalm 39. Habakkuk 1:5 “Look among the nations and watch—be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it was told you.” So, God takes the prophet Habakkuk into a vision of the near future and reveals to him what dreadful end the nation of Israel has coming because of all their sinfulness that they refused to repent from. Habakkuk is in shock when he witnesses first-hand what the utter devastation of all those around him will be. However what troubles him the most is the way in which God executes judgment on Israel. I guess Habakkuk expected some holy and righteous nation to be used by God to judge his faltering nation, but instead God uses a nation that is far worse, as far as sinfulness and cruelty is, than Israel ever was, to judge them. This is how God describes the nation that He will use to judge Israel for all their sinfulness that they have committed against Him. Habakkuk 1:7 “They are terrible and dreadful; their judgment and their dignity proceed from themselves.” So that Habakkuk’s prayer changes in emphasis, instead of saying how bad the Israelites really are that lived all around him, now he is asking God how can you use a nation that is far worse than Israel could have ever been to judge us? And then this is what Habakkuk says: Habakkuk 2:1 “I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me, and what I will answer when I am corrected.” Then God takes Habakkuk into a vision of the future end of days, when the entire earth, along with all the nations, will be judged by God for all their ungodly acts that they have committed against Him. The experience is so traumatic that Habakkuk finally realizes that the judgments of God for the end of days are so completely dreadful, that he now understands how frail human life truly is, and instead of feelings of inadequacy and helplessness, or complaining about all the wrong that was all around him, instead he realizes that the only hope for all humans lies in God’s mercy. Habakkuk 3:2 “O Lord, I have heard Your speech and was afraid; O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known; In wrath remember mercy.” David’s prayer was: Make me to know my end, and what is the measure of my days, that I may know how frail I am. Notice how the prayer of Habakkuk mirrors what the prayer of David was, Revive Your work in the midst of the (my) years. I believe that there are no humans that have ever experienced how dreadful the judgments of the end of days are, and who have not prayed this prayer in earnest: Dear Lord, IN THE DAY OF YOUR WRATH, REMEMBER MERCY! We are living in the midst of dire and difficult days, to say the least, for lawlessness and perversion are rampant everywhere we look. But let our prayer emphasis change from, God look at all the evil that is all around us, when are You going to judge it? To the New Testament revelation that says, the more that sins abounds, the more that the grace of God abounds. Let us see what is going on all around us as an opportunity to usher in the grace of God. And we can pray that prayer "in wrath remember mercy" sincerely, only if we have felt the heart of God in this matter. Inspired Teaching: 1 Corinthians 3:9 “For you are God’s fellow workers, you are God’s field, you are God’s building.” After I first got saved in June of 1976, the Lord gave me a couple of dreams that detailed what had happened to me when I first got saved, and the emphasis and direction of my future path in my Christian walk. I did not fully understand the meaning of the first dream back then, but as time passed, I now have a clear understanding of how that one dream was like a road map of my future that God laid out for me to follow. The second dream I had that year, that is still as vivid to me today as when I first had it, I thought it was explained back then, for right after I dreamed it my pastor preached on a Scripture that explained my dream. I’ve never told him about my dream, and I did not even know that there was a Bible verse that would explain to me what that second pivotal dream that I had that year meant had not my pastor preached about it. In the dream I was laying with my face sideways and paralleled to the ground, for that was my perspective. As I laid there my attention was drawn to a pair of hands that reached down to the ground and picked up a white stone. As I visually followed the trajectory of the hands that were carrying the white stone, I saw them place the white stone on a church building that was almost completed. The entire church building was made of individual white stones, the body of the building was completed except for the steeple area that lacked just a few stones. The hands kept coming down and picking up white stones from the ground and placing them on the church as I watched in amazement. Then I saw the hands come down and grab me, that was when I realized in my dream that I was one of the many white stones that the Lord was using to build His church building. You can imagine my surprise and total amazement when the next church service that I attended after that dream, my pastor preached on our next Scripture and on its symbolism. 1 Peter 2:5 “You also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” When I told the dream and what my pastor had preached about to one of my spiritual mentors, the very first thing that he told me was that since in the dream the building was on the final stages of construction, what that meant was that the return of our Lord was very near. What my pastor preached on back then, which was something that became clear to me, was that every individual believer like a living stone, is placed within the spiritual building which is the church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, at the moment of their salvation. And that is why that dream was given to me shortly after my salvation, to reveal to me what had happened in the spiritual realm when I first got saved. But it wasn’t just about my salvation that was revealed to me in that dream, as my mentor astutely observed, it was also about the progress concerning the completion of God’s building. In the other dream, which was like a road map for my Christian journey, it ended with me standing before an opened door that was set before me, as I stepped through that door I saw the masses that were waiting to be redeemed on the sea shores, as war raged over the sky above them. It is just now that I’ve come to realize the connection between the two dreams as I see them through the light of our next Scripture: Revelation 6:11 “Then a white robe was given to each of them; and it was said to them that they should rest a little while longer, until both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren, who would be killed as they were, was completed.” While most of the news media puts their focus on the things that are happening that are more meaningful to them, the fact that Christians are dying for their faith in ever increasing numbers all around the world, has widely gone unreported. I heard that North Korea just had a televised execution of about eighty Christians, their crimes were that they had Bibles or pieces of paper with Scriptures written on then. Christians in Syria and Egypt are both experiencing persecution on levels that they had never experienced before. In Iraq, a place that we, the US just liberated, Christians are fleeing the persecution of that nation against them in record numbers. The acceleration of martyrdom and persecution for Christians all around the world can only mean one thing; the completion of God’s building draws very near. Along with that I read a report that anti-Semitism is on the rise as well in Europe, and there is no doubt that as far as nations go, Israel stands alone right now, for it is clear that within present US foreign policy the security of Israel has become expendable. In case you did not notice, here is what the prophecy about the completion of the number of the martyr’s was: Both the number of their fellow servants and their brethren. It clearly implies that there are two different entities that are being persecuted because of the Word of God before the removal of the church takes place and the judgments of God begin. So, what is our role, as believers, in the midst of all that is going on right now? Here is what the apostle Peter connected the erection of the church building to: A holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. As living stones, we not only comprise the walls of the building, but are also those who minister within the building as well. We are a holy priesthood, and it is our place and duty to offer up spiritual sacrifices that are acceptable to God, through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let me ask you this: Where is your emphasis in the midst of all this chaos that is going on all around us today? I got to tell you that it is not easy to stay focus on spiritual principles and spiritual realities, especially as I become more aware of all the evil that is rapidly unfolding all around us right now. All the evil things that are going on all around us now are designed to push our buttons, if you will, so that our attention is diverted from what our true ministry is in all of this, so that we need to stay focus and in tune with what our ministry is, in spite of what is going on out there. 1 Peter 2:8 “...They stumble, being disobedient to the word, to which they also were appointed.” Notice how Peter says that those who were appointed to minister the Word became disobedient to the very Word they were appointed to administer. The Word says that we are to love, not hate, even those who are trying to destroy the very freedoms that we enjoy. If our enemies that hate us so much, can get us into hating them back, then we stumble and become disobedient to God’s Word, and do you not know that that is the very aim of our spiritual enemies? After Fidel Castro took over in Cuba, immediately he began to divide the nation by railing against the rich, and the landowners, and the businesspeople, dividing them by class, race, and social status. Soon after that he stoked the flames of hatred against the class of people that he targeted, and one by one he deposed them of all their worldly possessions until the government owned everything. How did he get away with it? He got them to hate one another to the point that they were willing to give up their own individual freedoms just to see the people they hated so much, punished by the government that they were empowering. At first they got to share in some of the goodies that the government had taken from those they hated, only to see themselves be targeted later by the very government they had empowered, but by the time they realized what monster they had created it was too late. That is exactly what is going on in the United States right now, and without a doubt it is also going on in many other nations as well. But the remedy is always the same, do not give into their enticements to hate, let us remain true to the Christian values that have been handed down to us from the apostles of our faith. We are the spiritual eyes of the nations, we are the spiritual ears of the people that make the nations, we are the heart of Christ in a perverse generation that seeks its own destruction, we stand on the solid foundation of the Word of God, and we cannot be moved! 1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” We are the living stones that have been hewn out of this last generation, used by Jesus to complete the building, which is the spiritual house of praise to Him, we are the church of God in this earth. 1 Peter 2:23-25 “Who, when He was reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously; who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed. Preaching and teaching God’s Word play a vital role in stirring faith, for “faith comes by hearing.” The contrast is clear: God’s Word is truth, while unbelief is a lie. The eternal destiny of every soul depends on their response to this truth. In the end, the teaching exhorts the reader to choose wisely: to embrace God’s Word, drink freely of the living water, and thereby be counted among the blessed who enter into life—rather than the deceived who remain outside forever. Inspired Teaching: Revelation 22:14-15 “Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.” The one thing about life is that your are either in or you are out. When the final judgment day comes it will be the same, you are either in or you are out. What decides as to whether one makes it in or out depends on what we believe. Those who believe the Word of God and try to live by its precepts will have the right to enter into the celestial city, however those who choose not to believe what the Word of God says will be left out. Faith is what casts the final vote, for even atheists believe, for they have faith in their belief that there is no God. Everyone that chooses not to believe in the Word of God practices a lie, and by their own actions they keep themselves out of the celestial city. After all I bet that you never heard of a person that wants to travel to a city that they do not believe it really exists. Revelation 22:6 “Then he said to me, ‘These words (and the fulfillment of these prophetic words) are faithful and true.’ And the Lord God of the holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place.” So that it is the words that are written in the Bible and their prophetic fulfillment that we are required to believe in if we want to enter into His eternal abode; for failure to do so will keep us out forever. Revelation 22:7 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” A person that is allowed to enter through the pearly gates into the celestial city is in deed truly blessed! What is it that draws people to believe what the Bible teaches? Revelation 22:17 “And the Spirit and the bride say, ‘Come!’ And let him who hears say, ‘Come!’ And let him who thirsts come. Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely.” Three things are listed that progressively will lead a person to take the water of life freely, which is to have faith in the Word of God. You have to have ears to hear the invitation of the Spirit and the bride. A person who is not thirsty does not look for a drink, for there is no desire, no thirst within him. Such a person does not hear the call until there is a need. Jesus told us that in this world we would have tribulations. For as it turns out, it is mostly when we are having problems or are in a desperate need that we try to reach out and hear from God; and that is God’s desire for us, that we turn to Him even if it is only when we are in need. However, once we hear Him, His desire is that we progress into thirsting for eternal things rather than the temporal things that we usually crave. As we begin to read and study the Word of God, the emphasis for our life will begin to change from that of temporal things to eternal things. Once our desires are changed, the things that we thirst for will also change, but none of that can happen until we hear from the Word of God. Romans 10:14 “How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?” This is why we preach and teach the Word of God, so that when there is a need in your life that the world cannot cure, and remember that the world’s cure is always worse than the disease itself. You would turn to Him who is able to satisfy you with His living waters, that once you partake of, you will never thirst again for they are eternal. In the list of those who are kept out we see a progression as well: Revelation 22:15 “But outside are dogs (unbelievers) and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.” It all begins, or should I say begin and end, with a lie, which is the absence of the truth, for those who refuse to hear the Word of God. God is truth. His Word is truth. A man’s refusal to believe in the truth makes that man a liar, and a person that is a liar is an idolater. For that person refuses to believe in the truth, or in what is real, and the purpose of believing that which is not truth or real is a delusion. Zechariah 10:2 “For the idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies and tell false dreams…” Idolaters are void of the truth of God’s love and the opposite of love is hate; hate that leads to the murdering of those who believe in the truth. John 8:43-44 “Why do you not understand My speech? Because you are not able to listen to My word. You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.” Sexual immorality is the physical representation of idolatry, which is the lusting after the things that are not really real. Things that do not offer real satisfaction, for the lusting after them is based on diluted reasoning. 1 Corinthians 10:8 “Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell.” Sorcerers traffic in the trade of illusions that are manufactured through the manipulation of the human senses by external as well as internal means, as in drug abuse. Sensuality goes hand in hand with sexual immorality or in other words, the allure that they both offer is an illusion that will never truly satisfy the thirsty soul. So that none of those lying crafts or those who continue to practice them will make it into the heavenly New Jerusalem, for God will judge them. Jesus told us that it all began with them not being able to hear, for had they been able to listen to His Word, their desires would have been transformed into godly desires as the Word of God judged them internally by exposing the desires of their hearts that were based on a lie, and they would have thirsted for that which is real and satisfying instead, which is the truth of God’s Word. 1 Corinthians 5:12-13 “For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? But those who are outside God judges. Therefore put away from yourselves the evil person.” Those who can clearly hear the Word of God will develop a thirst for it, and those who thirst after the Word of God will have all their desires totally satisfied, as it is written: Whoever desires, let him take the water of life freely! So which side of life do you want to be on? Do you want to be in the inside of life, or on the outside of life? How you regard the Holy Scriptures will determine which side of life you end up with! The devil, the world, the secular media, secular humanists, godless politicians, godless professors, the supreme court, and everybody else that they can get to ride their omnibus, will try to persuade you not to listen or prohibit you from listening and adhering to the Word of God and to its life giving principles. The rise of global information systems and ideologies such as socialism has eroded individuality and encouraged a herd mentality. This manufactured culture disconnects people from heritage, reason, and truth, conditioning them to accept shifting standards of morality and knowledge as absolute. Yet, unlike the fleeting and unreliable wisdom of man, the Word of God remains unchanged and trustworthy across all generations. The message emphasizes that transformation requires rejecting the false narratives of this age and choosing the eternal truth of Scripture. By renewing the mind in God’s Word, believers can escape the deception of conformity, discern rightly, and prove what is good, acceptable, and perfect in God’s will. Ultimately, the teaching warns against the peril of blind conformity and exhorts believers to hold fast to the unshakable truth of God’s Word in preparation for the return of Christ. Inspired Teaching: Romans 12:2 “And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.” If you ask any reasonable person today to explain the disconnect that so many have with reality, they would be hard pressed to explain it, for truly everything that is going on today in all levels of society does not make any sense whatsoever. Here in the US for example, polls tell us that a majority of Americans want to get rid of their elected officials at any given time, yet every two years we have elections, and by a margin of over ninety percent the same incumbents get reelected, how do you explain that? A majority here complain that the government is too big, and that its spending is out of control, and that for the money they get from us we are not well served by our government. Yet a majority always complains when efforts are made to reduce the government and the power that it now has to control every aspect of our lives. How do we explain such contradictions? The world at large and the United States in particular, do not have a physical problem, and by that I mean that we do not lack the ability to receive information and the knowledge that allows us to make sense of what is going on all around us if we are rational, but we are not. In reality what we are facing is a spiritual problem! Some will say that we have lost our moral compass, and we have, but that is not the root of it, for there has always been immoral behavior in every nation that ever existed, including the US. In our opening text, the relationship is made between our ability to reason, the renewing of our minds, and our conforming to this world system. The more that we become one with our present world system, the less capable that we are in making sound judgments that are based in simple human reasoning; that is the point of our opening text. What is the difference then, between our present day generation and past generations that knew exactly what it was that was required of them? The dissemination of information! In the past, our world was a limited world, the rules that governed the areas where people lived back then, had been developed through generations of families that through trial and error had developed the moral concepts that they handed down to their children, good or bad, but that only applied to the very specific areas where they lived. So that there was back then a diversity of thought and many different applications of faith, that allowed reasonable people to make a determination as to whether what they believed was right or wrong based on the behavior of others when compared to their own, and with it the ability to improve their belief system where it was needed. So that there was not a worldwide uniform code that compelled others to conform to a narrow standard of moral thinking. Daniel 12:4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” The dawn of the twentieth century was a pivotal point for all mankind, for with the industrial revolution came the reality that, knowledge shall increase, and those early visionaries did not want the Gospel of Jesus Christ to be the standard by which the world became one. For in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, individuals are free to choose for themselves and their families the kind of world, or community, they wanted to be a part of, for they were given individual rights to life and liberty and for the pursuit of happiness from their Creator Himself. Socialism, however, offered a better system for those whose aim was always to rule the world, for socialism debases the individual for the sake of empowering the state. The culture of today is not our grandfather’s culture. It did not evolve out of individual societies that through trial and error had chosen to pass to their children in what they thought would be the best for them, what they commonly called, the moral values of their faith. The culture of today has been manufactured by those illuminated ones who think of us humans as a commodity that they must somehow manage through force and coercion. But we humans present a different problem for their methods of how they manage the world through the herd mentality, for we have the ability to reason and the capacity for sound understanding. In the information age, he who controls the output of information, also controls the behavior of the herd. If what our children learn in school about culture today is the same thing that they learn at home through nationwide television shows that sometimes reach the entire world, before long, they lose the connection to their heritage that is not being portrayed on these shows, especially if they are able to relate more to the belief system of a fictional family on television than to their own heritage. And as we see these things played out in television shows that deal with relationships and morality, as well as in the news and in social media, as to what is good and who is bad being reinforced daily in every facet of our society, eventually our capacity to compare and to choose between the present system and something else that disappeared or has been disparaged, is lost. That is why society is where it is today, unable to make decisions that are based on sound judgment. But be transformed by the renewing of your mind! How can you choose if you have no choice? Information is presented today by this world wide information conglomerate, as if what they believe is right and what everybody else believes, or believed, is wrong, for they see themselves as the gate keepers of information. They ridicule anything and everything that does not conform to what they present as knowledge; knowledge that is biased and based on laughable theories. But we do have a choice. Next time when some know it all tells you what happened one billion years ago, ask him to show you the video, lol. Let me show you what is more real than any empirical evidence that you have ever witnessed: The end time prophecies found in the Word of God! For they are the pages of history written in advance for all to see. Isaiah 46:9-10 “Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure.’” It is not until you say no to the nonsense of this world, for this world is passing away along with the knowledge it professes, and say yes to the eternal Word of God, that you will be able to renew your mind and finally find a real choice that is evidently clear. That you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Every time I see a contest between human knowledge and the wisdom of God, I cannot help but laugh. I picture in my mind natives aiming their primitive bows and shooting their arrows at a 747 airliner at 40,000 feet, trying hard to bring it down and I can almost hear them saying, Oh, shoot another arrow, you almost got it with the last one! I know that for some who might be reading this, because you have been fed so much bull that passed for knowledge all your life that it might be difficult for you to see it from my perspective. So let me run a little scenario pass you that might help you understand the preeminence of the Word of God in all things. I was born in 1947 and let’s say that someone gets all the curriculum that was used that year to graduate students from the highest places of learning back then. Let them study those books and pass all the tests. Will they get a diploma from those prestigious universities today? Of course not! What they learned back then is old knowledge today. Okay, let me ask you this, will the knowledge that all the graduates learned this year be up to date for future graduates, let’s say sixty six years from now? Of course not; new year, new books, new knowledge. Let me see if I get this right, they want me to put my trust in knowledge that by their own reasoning will not be trustworthy tomorrow? Now go and get a Bible that was printed in 1947, open it to Genesis 1:1 and read it. I do not know if out of the many Bibles that I own, if any of them was printed in 1947, but I can tell you this, Genesis 1:1 in those Bibles that were printed in 1947 read like this: In the Beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Get a Bible that was just printed and I guarantee you that it says the same thing, just as it will sixty six years from now in the Bibles that are yet to be printed, just like it read when Moses first wrote it 3500 years ago. Do you want to put your trust on fallible knowledge that is here today and gone tomorrow? Is this what you want your epithet to read: He trusted a fallacy, and what he knew came to naught? Life is a learning experience that has many twists and turns, but if we are not careful, the devil in his cunningness is able to rob humans of their God giving ability to reason properly and to make the right choices for their lives and their families lives, as we can see many today that simply do not have a clue. Don’t get caught up with this world that you end up conforming to it. For if you do, your mind will not be able to receive the transformation that allows you to think and reason as an individual. Matthew 24:38-39 “For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.” Do not be hoodwinked by the present deception that is taking place all around us. Inspired Teaching: Daniel 2:22 “He reveals deep and secret things; He knows what is in the darkness (that which is hidden), and light (understanding) dwells (originates) with Him.” Daniel, along with the many wise men of Babylon were being rounded up by the king’s soldiers in order to be put to death. Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, had a very disturbing dream, so he called on his wise men to tell him the interpretation of his dream. But for some reason the king doubted the reliability of his wise men, so he added a caveat to his request: If you can tell me what I dreamed, then I’ll know that your interpretation can be trusted. Daniel 2:5-6 “The king answered and said to the Chaldeans (his inner circle of wise men), ‘My decision is firm: if you do not make known the dream to me, and its interpretation, you shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made an ash heap. However, if you tell the dream and its interpretation, you shall receive from me gifts, rewards, and great honor. Therefore tell me the dream and its interpretation.’” You can hear the desperation in their voices as they tell the king that what he is requesting of them is impossible for any man to produce. Daniel 2:10-11 “The Chaldeans answered the king and said, ‘There is not a man on earth who can tell the king’s matter; therefore no king, lord, or ruler has ever asked such things of any magician, astrologer, or Chaldean. It is a difficult thing that the king requests, and there is no other who can tell it to the king except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh.’” The king would not take no for an answer, so he began to round up his so-called wise men and the executions began. Daniel 2:13 “So the decree went out, and they began killing the wise men; and they sought Daniel and his companions, to kill them.” There was a certain criteria, that if met, would qualify a person to be designated as a wise men. They had to be of a good lineage, educated, wise, trainable, healthy, gifted, and good-looking. Daniel 1:3-4 “Then the king instructed Ashpenaz, the master of his eunuchs, to bring some of the children of Israel and some of the king’s descendants and some of the nobles, young men in whom there was no blemish, but good-looking, gifted in all wisdom, possessing knowledge and quick to understand, who had ability to serve in the king’s palace, and whom they might teach the language and literature of the Chaldeans.” When Israel was conquered and the Israelites were taken into captivity as slaves, some of the young captives were set apart under this category, which included Daniel and his companions. So when the decree was given to kill all the wise men, they started with the least of them, those on the bottom of the list of those they qualified as wise men, in the hope that those on the top of the list of wise men, the Chaldeans, would get the message that the king was serious. Now Daniel was not privy to what had taken place in the king’s court, so when they came to kill him, he wisely asked the reason why they were going to kill him and why it was so urgent a matter. Daniel 2:14-15 “Then with counsel and wisdom Daniel answered Arioch, the captain of the king’s guard, who had gone out to kill the wise men of Babylon; he answered and said to Arioch the king’s captain, ‘Why is the decree from the king so urgent?’ Then Arioch made the decision known to Daniel” Once Daniel became informed, he went before the king, asked for time, and told his companions to pray and to ask for God’s mercies, so that they would not have to perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. Daniel 2:19 “Then the secret was revealed to Daniel in a night vision. So Daniel blessed the God of heaven.” As we read this story, our natural tendency is to place our focus on the secret that was revealed to Daniel, in regards to the revelation of what the king had dreamed. But if we take a closer look, the secret that was revealed to Daniel involved a lot more than what the king’s dream was. How do I know? Daniel’s blessing of the God of heaven reveals that. Daniel 2:20 “Daniel answered and said: ‘Blessed be the name of God forever and ever, for wisdom and might are His.’” In our present-day way of thinking, we do not put much stock to the meaning or value of a name. But throughout much of history, everything about a person hinged on the reputation attached to his or her name. Perhaps the closer that we can come today in regards to the value of a name, is if we see it as a password that allows us access to great and unknown mysteries. So it is no wonder that the first thing that Daniel blesses and gives thanks for is the name of God, which is what allowed him access to God to begin with. John 16:24 “Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.” The most important thing that Jesus has given to us is His name. For it is the name of Jesus that grants us access to the heavenly court. Since the name of God reveals His nature, the first two qualities of the name of God revealed to Daniel is that God is all knowing and that He is all powerful: Wisdom and might are His. Since God knows everything, He knew what the king’s dream was, since it was God who gave him the dream to begin with; and He had no problem revealing to Daniel. But Daniel’s blessing of the name of God goes much farther than just knowing about the dream of a king who had trouble sleeping. Daniel learned a lot more in his night vision that meets the eye. Daniel 2:21 “And He changes the times and seasons; He removes kings and raises up kings; He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.” The second part of the revelation to Daniel was that, the God who knows everything is willing to give wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding. And in order for us to receive the wisdom and the knowledge that comes from God, it requires that we have a basic understanding of how He changes the times and seasons, and how God is in complete control of their outcome. It is through our understanding of the times and seasons that He reveals the deep and secret things to us, as in our opening text, for He knows what is in the darkness and light dwells with Him. Everything that is going on in the world right now is a direct result of the times and seasons that our Lord has set in motion from the foundation of the world. Nothing that is happening is happening out of chance, be it personal, corporal, or natural. If we want to understand the times that we are living in, we need to understand the timing of God’s seasons and cycles. According to Daniel, one of the ways that we can observe the changing of the cycles is through the process of the raising and the removing of kings and their kingdoms. The dream itself revealed as much, to where we can follow Daniel’s interpretation of the dream to our very present day. Daniel 2:43 “As you saw iron mixed with ceramic clay, they (demonic entities) will mingle with the seed of men (the human race); but they will not adhere to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.” We are living in the midst of the greatest demonic infusion into our earthly realm since the days of Noah, when the Lord had to destroy every thing that had the breath of life in it. The sin of rebellion—which is as the sin of witchcraft—opens the doors to these abominable creatures to enter into our physical realm. The nations of the world have already decided that which is sin, according to the Bible, is acceptable and normal behavior to them. This world-wide rebellion against the precepts of the Word of God is what allows they, these demonic entities, to mingle with the seed of men. 2 Peter 2:4-6, 9-10 “For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; and did not spare the ancient world, but saved Noah, one of eight people, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood on the world of the ungodly; and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly...then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority…” We have presently come full cycle to the past judgments and it is our turn now. These deep and secret things have been revealed to those of us who seek for the wisdom and understanding that comes from God and His Word. It is time for us to put our houses in order, for the days of the end are much nearer than we think, let us be wise in the wisdom of God.
