  • WHO PAID THE WAGES | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

WHO PAID THE WAGES Written Teaching Minister Lisa Kane September 3, 2023 Objective The objective of this message is to help believers understand the profound truth of Romans 6:23: that the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ. The teaching emphasizes that every person inherits sin and owes a debt they cannot pay, yet Jesus Christ, the Word made flesh, willingly paid that debt in full. Through this message, listeners are called to recognize Jesus not only as Savior but also as Creator and Redeemer, who offers true freedom and eternal life to all who believe. Synopsis In this message, Who Paid the Wages?, Lisa Kane of House of Faith Ministries explores the meaning of Romans 6:23, revealing the depth of God’s love and the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. From Adam and Eve’s fall into sin to the present day, humanity has carried a debt of death that only Christ could pay. Jesus, who was with God in the beginning as the living Word, entered His creation through the virgin birth, lived without sin, and gave His life on the cross as the perfect sacrifice. The teaching highlights prophecies from Isaiah and the fulfillment through John the Baptist’s ministry, pointing to Jesus as the long-awaited Messiah. Scriptures such as 1 John 3 and Isaiah 40 affirm that abiding in Christ brings transformation, freedom from sin, and even the slowing of spiritual “aging” as believers walk in His presence. Kane stresses that knowing who Jesus truly is—not just as a prophet but as Creator and Redeemer—brings a deeper, life-changing relationship with Him. The message concludes with encouragement from Hebrews and Corinthians, declaring victory over death through Christ. Believers are reminded that in Christ there is no more fear, no debt, and no sting of death—only freedom, eternal life, and the joy of a daily relationship with the One who paid the wages of sin once and for all. Written and/or Transcribed Teaching from Video Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023. Welcome. This message is called Who Paid the Wages? Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence. We thank you for your awesomeness, man. Thank you, Jesus, for following your your father, for being obedient to your father's will, for laying down your life for us. And then thank you God for giving him his father his life back. Thank you father for giving him his life back. And Lord I ask for your words to speak through me as this is what my fifth or sixth time already starting this message. Thank you father god for being with me and letting your anointing come through here and thank you for your favor and blessings. I pray for the person that's watching this video, Father God. And I pray that their ears are open, their eyes are open, they see and hear. And I play pray that they their hearts are open and softened and that they receive. And I pray that their minds are open to believe and to get to know you a little bit more of who you are because man, you are magnificent, holy, and awesome. Thank you, Lord. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. Let's go to our opening scriptures here. Romans 6:23. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. I use this scripture a lot when I'm teaching. And usually, especially about the wages of sin is death. You know, there's a mystery there. You know, the more time you spend with God, the less you're aging. And I'm going to show you all the scriptures and how this all connects together. But I use this. But what I want to talk about today is showing you the one who paid those sins. See, go back to the days of Adam. And when he and his wife Eve sinned, they were deceived. They fell. Ever since then, every person born is born automatically into sin where we already owe a debt. And yes, that's infants. Now God has children taken care of. There is an age of an accountability as between God and that child. So no worries. God has the children covered and protected. But once we get to that stage of accountability, we do face um the the sin that is in our lives. We have sinned. Everyone's sin. You know, we've all fallen short of the glory of God. And as a result, we owe a debt that we cannot pay. But Jesus obeyed his father and said he would do it. In fact, it's clearly identified in this opening scripture. It says, "But the gift of God is eternal life in who? Christ Jesus our Lord." So he's the one who paid the wages. Now in order to understand that, you know, everybody hears about Jesus. Oh yeah, Jesus has that nice good prophet. That doesn't mean everybody believes in him. Nor do they really understand the magnificent the holiness and who he is cuz he's been there. You know, if you take a look at everything around you, your desk, your walls, whatever it is that you have around you, it's not going to be there forever. But the word of God has been there from the beginning and it will last forever because Jesus is the one who is the spoken word. He said let there be light and there was light. God called it good. If you go back to Genesis, go back to John 1 verse one. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God. So Jesus the word was with God in the beginning. So, now that you've got an understanding of this, we're going to delve into who is this magnificent being because this is where things get a little interesting. And I want you to see something here about the wages of sin. It has to do with sin. You're in sin. You owe a debt. But there is a transformation that takes a place takes the place in a believer who wants to change. There are many many people who just go to church and they're satisfied with that. But let's get to know who this Jesus is. Because once I think once you understand the magnitude of him and his abilities, it's going to make some major changes in your life. 1 John 3 5 and 6. And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins, and in him there is no sin. Whoever abides in him does not sin. And whoever sins has neither seen him nor known him. Are you a believer who still goes out and sins? Do you really know who Jesus is? Cuz my guess is you don't because you're still sinning. Look at what it says here. You know that he was manifested to take away our sins and in him there is no sin. The wages of sin is death. So when you abide in Jesus, I've been teaching on this for now a handful of years. When you spend your time with Jesus, you're not sinning because you can't sin in front of Jesus. And because you're not sinning, you're no longer aging. I want you to get this. When Adam was created, he was created perfect. So was Eve. They were made perfect the way God made them. They were not aging. There is no age for them. They were fully mature adults created. What came first, the chicken or the egg? Well, the chicken had to because when you have an infant or um the hatching of an egg, the little hatchling, I'm going to tell you right now, they don't know what to do. Now, there are some creatures here on our planet that know instinctively what to do from birth, but not all are that way. Humans are not that way. We have to take care of our babies. So there had to be a creator who came first and that magnificence of him is there and he's the one who did not have aging going on initially. It was the perfect euphoria uh uh the perfect atmosphere for Adam and Eve. But then they went and disobeyed God and they sinned. And ever since then we've all fallen short of the glory of God. And the only way to get it back is to have this one person, the gift of life, Jesus Christ, pay the wages of that sin. So, how did that happen? And who is this? And how can you do it? I mean, you think about it like this. If Jesus is the one that was there in the beginning and he said, "Let there be light." And we know that he is because in the beginning was the word, God. Jesus, the word Jesus, and he was with God in the beginning. So when you put those two together, all of a sudden now you come into this powerful being created this whole earth and then he was born by a virgin that he not only came in born that way, he entered his creation. Have you ever made um a tent out of boxes, cardboard boxes or even sheets and blankets? And what happens is they come tumbling down. They will fall if you try to enter them. Sometimes you can secure them pretty good and get in there and hold it up for a while. But there's times you can't enter what you created without destroying it. Yet Jesus entered it. Not only did he enter it, he kept himself from sin. So he separated himself so his blood, that perfect blood, could wash away the sins of the world. And for anyone who wants to believe can accept that pardon. Just straight up accept it. You don't have to do anything else if you don't want to. for God. That's between you and God. Now, I will tell you this much. If you understand who Jesus is and you actually finally let him in and let him transform you, something happens. You you go through a transformation and you begin to find out who Jesus is. You get on this journey. It's an awesome journey. So, let's go back to Isaiah. We're going to be here in Isaiah 43-5. The voice of one crying in the wilderness. Prepare the way of the Lord. make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted and every mountain and hill brought low. The crooked places shall be made straight and the rough places smooth and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. Okay, so here's a sign. So Isaiah is prophesying that there's going to be this guy crying in the wilderness. He's going to make the path straight. He's preparing a path. Well, who is this? And was this prophecy fulfilled? Well, it was in all three gospels. Matthew 3:3, Mark 1:3, and Luke 3:4. Look at who this is. This is John the Baptist. For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah. Who did we just read? Isaiah 40. Saying the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord. This is not the Lord. He's preparing the way of the Lord. Look at this. He says, "Make his path straight." The voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make his path straight. And then verse four in Luke 3, as it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet, saying, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make his path straight. So, here comes the God Almighty, son of God. He created the earth. And John the Baptist said, "I'm preparing a way in the wilderness here. I'm making his path straight. Here he comes. So, who is this guy? Because Isaiah, what I I don't even know how many years before. It's thousands maybe, maybe 1500, give or take. I don't know how many years, but he prophesied that John the Baptist would say these things. And guess what? John the Baptist said it and it was recorded in the Gospels. So now you're seeing, okay, well, who was he making the path straight for? And when you realize it had to do with Jesus, oh, the glory of the Lord shall be revealed. So he's telling the nation of Israel, hey, here comes the one crying in the wilderness to let you know this guy's coming. This is the son of God. Remember also Daniel told him when he would be crucified gave the exact year when he would be crucified. The wise men, it's believed Daniel is the one who established the wise men. They knew in the stars to look for the Messiah when he would be born. Guess what? They found him as a toddler. They knew. They knew. And all these signs were being fulfilled right in front of the Pharisees and the Sadducees and they still rejected him. Are you one to reject the son of God, God Almighty? The one who said, "Let there be light and there was light." He paid the wages for your sin. You're a created being. You need to humble yourself before the Lord and realize, "Hey, I was created by him, and I trust in him." Let's go continue on to verse 10 in Isaiah 40. So behold the Lord God shall come with a strong hand and his arm shall rule for him. I I want you to see something very interesting here. Look at this. Okay. So he says will come with a strong hand and his arm shall rule for him. He sacrificed himself on the cross. Do you know how much strength it took for him to be able to get up on that cross knowing full well he can call legions of angels to take him off and yet he still did it. Talk about some self-control. And his arm shall rule for him. Look at this. Behold, his reward is with him. You see the two capital H's there? Jesus reward is with God his father. or God the father's reward is with his son Jesus. It can go both ways. Oh, that's interesting. And his work before him he will and in fact it's since we know that Jesus is the one who said let there be light and there was light. This is the work of Jesus blessed by the father. He will feed his flock like a shepherd. This is Jesus because now we're identified as the sheep and he's the shepherd. He will gather the lambs with his arm and carry them in his bosom and gently lead those who are with young. Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, measured heaven with a span, and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure. Weighed the mountains and scales and the hills in a balance. Whoa, wait a minute. He did what? because we know he created it. And when you think and you know, oh, he created it. All right, that's wonderful. But then you go back out and you look at look outside. Go look at the ocean. Look at what he says here. He me he who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand. If you see how many oceans there are in the world, how many lakes, you can't see the other side. And that measurement was in the hollow of his hand. This goes back to Genesis chapter 1 again that I taught on. You can go read it u uh on my teaching called creation versus evolution and many other teachings I alluded to in this. But that first chapter of Genesis chapter 1, it's a planning phase. He planned everything. He designed it and then he also had to get and assemble all of the pieces he needed to make the universe. He took water in the palm of his hand, the hollow of his hand. He put it in a bowl. Got some. Look at this. He measured heaven with a span. He had a span there. He says, "Okay, it could be this little or he could have done it like this, but he's outside of the universe." So, he got to measure it with a span. How big is God? How big is Jesus, the son of God, and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure? I don't know about you, but if you're someone like me who does not like dusting, you find as you dust, you dust and you dust and you dust and dust keeps coming back. Where does this dust come from? I mean that I mean we know where it comes from. But here God has the perfect amount of dust in a measure and he put it there on his measuring cup on his workbench. possibly had it in the hollow of his hand. Put it in there. How big, how mighty is this creator? And look at that. Weigh the mountains and scales and the hills in a balance. He had to keep everything perfectly balanced and he did it. Did you know, you know, scientists are finally coming to the realization that there can't be that many planets in the in the solar system like they thought in the universe altogether because they're realizing how perfect everything needed to be. You and I are complex individuals. There is absolutely no way that we could have come from an evolution process because we're complete today. We are complete now. any part of that, any partiality of that fails. Yet here we are complete. Yes, with sin, but with one who paid the wages of our sin. And now we're indebted to him, and we get to come to him. And by the way, being indebted to Jesus is freedom. I'm going to get to that. You're going to love this. So, I'm telling you here, this magnificent being, this God, we call him Yah Jehovah. We call him the son of God. Jesus the Messiah is the one who paid these wages in this earth that he created. Everything is about what he's done and what he's doing for you. And yet he gave you free will to choose. Go watch um Jonathan Khan's latest uh uh teachings uh Josiah Manifesto, the uncensored version, the the DVDs. He's got a a set of eight DVDs there. The timing of everything that he brings to light is absolutely incredible. You know, and and when you're running late and you think you're not in God's time, I'm going to tell you right now, you are in perfect in God's perfect timing the whole time. This is how magnificent this being is. He is the son of God. And and yes, he could have destroy He can still destroy us all if he wants to. But you know what? He said he wasn't going to do it. And he keeps his word. He's trustworthy. Who is this guy? Who I mean, that is amazing in and of itself. There's more. Let's continue on. Isaiah 40. Uh now we're in verse 13. Who has directed the spirit of the Lord or as his counselor has taught him. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. Who has directed the spirit of the Lord? Or as his counselor has taught him, God the counselor teaches Jesus and teaches him what? How to direct the spirit of the Lord. God the father and the son of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit work as one. They are three different individuals, but they do work as one because God the father has a plan and the other two support that plan totally. But notice the chain of command here which is taught throughout the Bible. God the father, God the son, God the holy spirit. And all of them, God the holy spirit and the son of God point to God the father. And look at Jesus says he's my counselor. God says I counseledled him. I taught him. Look at this verse 14. with whom did he take counsel and who instructed him and taught him in the path of justice? Who taught him knowledge and showed him the way of understanding? Jesus had to be taught not only you know and and and however that is in the spiritual we don't know that. All I know is that Jesus was there and he said let there be light in there and it was good. There was light and it was good. What I do know is when he was born a man to a virgin, he came out, he still had to be taught and he was taught and never entered sin. He was taught and never entered sin. He had to and he also acknowledged who he taught who taught him, but he never entered sin. But he still had to be taught. Which means you and I could be taught by God. We have sinned. But the moment you spend time in the presence of God, you're abiding in him, there's no sin in Jesus. And sin cannot stand to be in the same room with Jesus. And if you're not sinning, guess what? Adam didn't sin initially. He wasn't aging. There's no aging there. If you go look at the scriptures, give you some homework here. Go read those scriptures. Notice he doesn't mention anything with age. It's all about him naming the animals. I don't know how long that took. Yes, it's kind. So, it's not every animal on the planet, but it is all the kinds. So, a male dog and a female dog. It didn't matter what type it was. It was just a male and a female. But he named them all. Did it take him days? Did it take him weeks? Did he sleep somewhere? Did he have to sleep? He was something different before he sinned. We only know the after what happened with sin. But I do know that if sin isn't in the presence of the Lord and I'm abiding in the presence of the Lord, I slow down aging. I do not age anymore because in that moment, I'm abiding in perfection. That perfection begins here and now. And I'm gonna tell you right now, it's changed me to a point where wow, you know, I now he he weigh he put the mountains in a scale. Do you know how big these mountains are? I can't climb a mountain, especially not at my age, but they're huge. And yet, he put them right there in a scale. But then what did Jesus say? This is even more magnificent. This is how humble Jesus is. Look at this. John 5:30 and John 8:28. 5:31st. I can of myself do nothing. Wait, what? You just put the mountains in a scale. You measured the heavens with a span. I don't even know if it's a three yard stick or how you measured it with a span, but you measured it with a span. You held the oceans in the palm of your hand, in the hollow of your hand. And yet I can do I can't of myself do nothing. Who is this son of God? This man who paid our wages. Look, he says, "As I hear, I judge and my judgment is righteous because I do not seek my own will but the will of the father who sent me." He's following his father. Who do you follow? You following the latest band, the latest music, the latest latest singer, you the latest fashion trends, the latest sin. Oh, but look in verse 28 of 8:28. Then Jesus said to them, when you lift up the son of man, did you catch that? When you lift up the son of man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing of myself, but as my father taught me, I speak these things. Look at the action there for you. homework. He says, "When you lift up the Son of Man." Do you do it on Sundays? Do you do it all the time? Do you do it when you're facing a crisis? Or can you do it? Can you just run up to God one day? You don't have a crisis, just say, "I just want to thank you. I just want to love you." When your children come up and do that to you, what do you think you you have in this your heart this joy and nothing can imitate that joy? When your family member just comes up and says to you, I love you. And you sit there going, "Wow." And imagine what God feels when you suddenly just say, "God, I love you." and this and this being, you know, I have to wonder if that is what he was thinking and feeling at the time when he decided to keep saving the earth in spite of the sin that we're living in. You have to wonder about that. Look at 51:13 Isaiah. And you forget the Lord your m your maker and you forget the Lord your maker. You know, renewing your mind and being in the Lord can be a forgetful process. putting him first in all that you do. Let me look at this. Who stretched out the heavens? You know, uh it is believed that before the flood they can see the whole written story of what Jesus does to redeem man is written in the stars. Well, he stretched that out. Who is this being that loves little old me that can do that? And he paid the wages of the sin that I committed. Incredible. And laid the foundations of the earth. He's the one who put it all together. And yet he says, "I love you for God so loved the world." John 3:16. Look at this. You have feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor. Oh, when you hear this part when he has prepared to destroy and where is the fury of the oppressor. Oh, got to get this. I want you to see this again. You have fear continually every day. Do you know when you get in your car and you drive, there's a risk of being in an accident and being killed. You get in your shower, by the way, is a risk. You can slip and fall. Get in your kitchen, it's a risk something blows up. There's always risks. Always. And you fear continually. There are people who fear continually. But look what God says about that. And it's because of the fury of the oppressor. Who's oppressing you? You see, you know you live in sin. You know that one day you're going to die. You know that it's coming because Hebrews 9:27 clearly tells us every man is appointed to die once. We're going to look at that scripture in a moment. When you see this, you know this. You're thinking, "Oh man, I better be careful. God, look at this. You don't have to be careful. It's the f fury of the oppressor. And look at this. He when he has prepared to destroy, he's going to destroy the oppressor. Where is the fury of the oppressor? He's going to destroy that. You have nothing to be afraid of. You're no longer bound by the wages of sin. You are now bound by the gift of life that was given to you from the son of God, Jesus. from the father of God, father god god father that brought his son Jesus. You see the spirit realm here acting up. It's been an interesting uh teaching but I'm going to tell you right now the son of god is Jesus Christ the messiah. He has redeemed us and he is the one who has freed us because he paid the debt of our sin. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And yet you forget. How do you not forget? You have to ask yourself that question. What can you do to not forget? You see, if you're continuously in abiding in him, you create a routine, a habit. It helps a whole lot to develop that and put God first in your life. Jesus. Psalm 27:1, "The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? You see, you have no more fear. You can go out, get in your car, and pray and say, "You know what? I'm going to get to my destination safely and quickly." You prophesy it, and you have no worries to fear because you've got God already dealing with the oppressor. He's getting ready. If you notice, his plan is coming to a conclusion. We're in the end times here. You see his plan. There's a fury uproar of all the devils right now. However, God says, "I'm taking care of them." He says, "You believe in me. I'm the I'm giving you the gift of life, my son, Jesus. When I'm giving you him, you are no longer oppressed. You're free. You don't have to be thinking about the consequences of driving on the road or cooking in your kitchen or doing something wrong. You do not have to fear because you have Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You confessed him as your Lord and Savior. Look at this. Hebrews 9:27. And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment. Every man has to die. Every man. There's a conclusion to the journey of the life we're on. There was a beginning. You can start with Adam and Eve in their beginning, but you can also start with the birth of our beginning. And now we've been on this journey and one day that journey comes to a conclusion. However, there's a victory in that conclusion for those of you who realize that the gift of life provided by God the Father is your freedom because he paid your wages that you owed. And when you don't have wages to pay, what do you do with your life if you don't have any debt? You know, you can go buy whatever you want. You're free. You could do whatever you want. You want to go on a cruise, get up and go on a cruise. You want to go to the mountains, go to the mountains. You can go wherever you want because you have no debt. This is the freedom that Jesus gave you. And look at if you think death is a problem, watch this. Oh, death. This is 1 Corinthians 15:55. Oh death, where is your sin? Oh Hades, where is your victory? Look at this 56. The sting of death is sin. And the strength of sin is the law. But when Jesus paid your wages of your sin, you are now under the gift of life. And death can't harm you, do anything to you. There's no more sting. There's no more fear. You are free. Free indeed. You can go buy whatever you want. You can go live whatever way you want. Now, you better be obedient to the word of God and the way he tells you to live. But you have the freedom to live whatever way you want. If you know, I I remember uh Dr. Jean Scott, he'd be up on stage smoking a cigar while he's preaching the word of God. And back then, everyone thought smoking and and drinking were the sins. But, you know, it's the addiction behind it that's the sin. It's not that. If you want to go smoke a cigar, go smoke a cigar. You have the freedom to do it. I I'm trying to teach you the freedom that you have here. So, don't misconstrue my words here. Don't let it own you. In other words, if you have to have the cigar because your body is telling you, then you've gone too far. But if you want the freedom to go have it, you can. You see the difference that you're now free because the wages of sin has been paid for. Now I personally, this is something I do in my life and I follow Job in this example is I repent every day. Every night when we have our closing prayers every night, I continuously repent every night. Say, "Lord, forgive me of my sins. Forgive the sins of the land. Come into my heart again and be my Lord and Savior." And I thank him. Job, every time his kids had a a gathering and they partied, he went and did sacrifices for them. And his thought process was just in case they cursed God while they were under the influence. Do you see the freedom you have now? The freedom to live. Yeah, people are going to judge you, but let them judge you with the freedom that you have. Let them see how free because you tell them, "Hey, the son of God, the one who held the waters in the hollow of his hand forgave me because he paid my wages." Oh, death, oh death, where is your sting? I'm telling you, God is awesome. Second Corinthians 5 through8. And I don't have the chapter here. Obviously, I missed I didn't put that in here. Sorry about that. Now, he in fact, let's go find it. Uh, let's see. Now he who has prepared us for this very thing is God who also has given us the spirit as a guarantee. So we are always confident knowing that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased, rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. Isn't that awesome? For we walk by faith, not by sight. Let me get you that chapter because obviously I missed it in here. faith not by sight. This is 2 Corinthians 5. So it's chapter 5 and we were so it's chapter 5 and we read verses 5 through8. You can see why I made a mess up there but hey you can forgive me. But look at this. I want you to see something because oh death oh death where is your sting? Look at this. He who has prepared us for this very thing is God who has given us the spirit as a guarantee. You see, God is the one who sent his son. He sent his son to pay the wages and gave the authority of his son over the spirit. And the spirit had to do what the son did. And the son though says, I do the will of my father. Now you have all this freedom. Your wages have been paid. And look at this. You are always c. So we are always confident knowing me. Check this out. I want you to see when your wages are paid for and you get that. Look at this. He says we are always confident knowing that we while we're at home in the body. Yes, we're absent from the Lord. But look at this. He says, "But we walk by faith, not by sight. Don't look at this moment. Put your eyes on God." And he says, "We are confident." Yes. Well, please. rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. We'd rather be there. We will be there when our race is done. But while we're going on our race, we do our thing in confidence because we walk by faith, not by sight. Oh death, oh death, where is your sting? There is no sting. There's no fear. You can go out and do what you and and yes, keep confessing. Look at Romans 10:9. that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Look at for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Verse 13. If you do it over and over again, which is something I do, you start again refreshed. But I'm telling you, I was saved from the moment I called on God the first time. I just do it again and again more for a peace of mind, a reminder. So I don't forget who my maker is. Who the one is that paid these wages. This mighty mighty being that entered his creation that put mountains and hills and scales that even calculated the perfect amount of death to be on this earth. This is who paid the wages of sin. And by the way, not everyone accepts and believes why they don't want to. They don't want to go to hell either, but and some say they do want to go to hell. But there are some who say they don't want to go to hell, but they don't want to go where God is either. Well, I'm telling you, it's only the two places. You're going to have to make up your mind. And not making your mind up for God is destination hell. So, keep that in in the back of your mind. But in the freedom that you have here and knowing that you are free, your wages have been paid. It it's a weight off your shoulders. There is a transformation that takes place because now you want to thank Jesus for what he did. Be thankful. Remember who he is. Set your pattern, your routine to include a thank you to him every day. And if you truly want to go further, you can press in and abide in his presence. And I promise you, your eternity has already begun the moment you confess Jesus as the son of God. So now sin is gone. You're in his presence. You're not aging anymore. Think about that. There's a lot of people who don't want to age. They don't want to die. Well, you don't have to. You don't even need a bottle. You don't need any kind of medicine. You just go into the presence of the Lord. Hey God, how you doing today? I'm doing fantastic. Thank you for your blessings. You are amazing. By the way, have I said this before? Thank you for paying for the sins. I'm so grateful. What is it that I can do for you today? That's all he's asking for is a relationship with you. He just wants to have a rapport. you want to joke about things, he'll joke with you. By the way, he's fun to be around and it's fun to watch him uh get some people back that need to get uh back. God is awesome and that is Jesus. This is the one who paid the way. Just notice the the dynamic of the relationship between the father, the son, and the spirit. You see the three of them working in unity for you. For God so loved the world that he gave his son Jesus. Jesus was already with them. He do you see that in John 3:16? For God so loved the world that he gave. How can he give something unless he has it? Meaning he had Jesus before Jesus came. I hope you get that. And when Jesus came, he was born of a virgin. He grew up, he was taught by God and by the spirit. He was taught, he was counseledled actually. He was taught by God in that whole time. But then he said, "The spirit will come and comfort you." This is now the son of God saying that Jesus did exactly what his father taught him to do. Now, how are you going to go live your life? Deuteronomy 30 tells you to choose life. And wherever you go, whether you're in the city or in the desert, you will be blessed if you put God first. Here I go again about having a relationship with God and putting him first for your life. GODS COURTROOM Written Teaching Minister Lisa Kane February 8, 2024 Objective The objective of this message is to help believers understand the spiritual reality of God’s courtroom, where judgments and verdicts are rendered in truth and righteousness. The teaching aims to equip listeners with knowledge of how to approach God in faith, dwell in His presence, and rightly plead their case through the authority of Jesus Christ, our advocate. It emphasizes the necessity of repentance, living righteously, and walking in faith to experience God’s promises of salvation, healing, deliverance, and blessing. Synopsis In “God’s Courtroom” (February 8, 2024), Lisa Kane presents a powerful teaching on how God’s justice operates in the spiritual realm. Opening with Deuteronomy 32:4, she highlights that God is perfect, just, and without iniquity, meaning His judgments are always fair and true. Using courtroom imagery, Lisa illustrates the roles of the judge (God), the accuser (Satan), the accused (us), and the defense attorney (Jesus Christ). Through this analogy, she shows how salvation works—when we confess Christ, His blood covers our sins, and God declares us free. The message then explores how believers can return to God’s courtroom not only for forgiveness but also to claim their covenant promises. By faith, prayer, repentance, and dwelling in the “secret place” with God, Christians can present their petitions and receive divine verdicts in their favor for healing, deliverance, and provision. Lisa stresses the importance of forgiveness, righteousness, and walking in God’s Spirit as the conditions for these blessings. Through examples from Psalms, Galatians, and Psalm 91, she demonstrates how faith-filled persuasion before God brings breakthrough, just as biblical figures pleaded their cases with Him. She closes by encouraging believers to boldly approach God’s courtroom, not as the accused, but as redeemed children who can confidently claim the promises of Abraham and the inheritance secured by Christ. Written and/or Transcribed Teaching from Video Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Thursday, February 8th, 2024. Welcome. This message is called God's Courtroom. I'm really excited about this message. You're going to be blessed. If you're as blessed as I am, you're going to be blessed. Amen. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we thank you for showing us and revealing your word and your knowledge into our hearts and minds. And I pray that we apply your word to our lives and live your word for you are great. And it is not by might nor by power, but it is by your spirit, Father God. And we thank you for your spirit moving forward in us and and to those around us as we pray for them, Lord, in the name of Jesus. Amen. And amen. Amen. Amen. Let's go to our opening scripture here. This is called God's courtroom. Deuteronomy 32:4. He is the rock. His work is perfect, for all his ways are judgment, a God of truth and without iniquity. Just and right is he. Well, well, we are here to God's courtroom. I've had this message brewing in my mind for like three weeks right now and I'm really excited. As I was preparing this the other day, I was like, "Wow, Lord, this is awesome." As you can see though, God operates in a way of judgment. This is who God is. Now let's identify because we see here in this opening scripture he's clearly telling us that his work is perfect and it's which means it's complete. All his ways are judgment and that word judgment is a verdict. So everything he does is through verdicts. So now if you can get God to promote verdicts on your behalf, now that is something you might be interested in. Okay? And that's what I'm going to show you how it works here. But at the same time, he's a god. He's that word a god uh a strength and mighty of truth or firm. He's without iniquity. He has no evil perverseness. He is just and right. Meaning that he has no bias in his judgment. So, you know, it works both ways. You can be saved and be grateful that you got saved, but then he will stand on his word. If you don't get saved, you will not be saved because that's how God works. Now, God is spirit. God operates in the spirit. So, we're going to have to learn how God's courtroom works because it is done in the spirit. So, let's go to here to uh Romans 1:17. For therein is the righteousness or equity, justification of God revealed. He's taken the cover off. And look at it's from faith, which is your persuasion or credence to faith. as it is written, the just shall live by faith. Now, the just. So, obviously, what I'm going to be talking to or who I'm going to be talking to are people who are spending quality time with the Lord and can actually go to God and say, "Listen, Lord, I've been doing this, this, this, and you can be able to persuade God in your faith of the things that you're doing spiritually, meaning you're you're spending quality uh Psalm 91, in the secret place, dwelling in the secret place. As long as you're dwelling in that secret place and you're abiding by the word of God, you're praying, you're living godly and righteousness, you're not living in sexual immorality, you are free from that, then this is your right to your blessings. And I'm going to show you that pathway to there. And if you're listening to this message and you're not living right, let me encourage you to get right with God first. Start with repentance. Second, purpose in your mind that you are going to live in a clean, righteous, godly manner of everything that you do in your sleep, in the secret place, in the public, that you choose God first. You know, seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and then all these things will be added unto you. This is how God works. He operates in faith and in the spirit. So, we're going to see how that works. But I encourage you to be doing these things because when you do this, it gives you the credence. It gives you the persuasion ability to ask God for something which he said he will give you anything that you ask for. But sometimes, you know, Jesus is impressed with just a little bit of faith. And I just taught on this recently about the centurion uh saying, "You know what? You just give the word. You don't have to come to my house. I know it'll be done." And and Jesus was just flabbergasted. He was like, "Wow, this is this is the first time he has seen faith operated." So, we're going to see how faith operates in all of this. Amen. So, we're going to start here in Galatians 3:2. This only would I learn of you? Receive ye the spirit by the works of the law or by the hearing of faith. Now, it's a question he's asking here. Which are you going to learn? Are you going to work walk in the law or you going to walk in the spirit? So, this is God's courtroom. And remember, we're in a time frame of what's called grace right now in and or the Gentiles. Right now, we are in a spirit of grace or a dispensation of grace, a time of grace where everything is done by forgiveness. Everything is done by forgiveness. You forgive, God forgives. Um, and what you forgive, God will forgive. So, you can be saving others around you if you're forgiving them and letting them go. And by the way, it's not for their benefit, it's for your benefit. When you forgive and let go, it brings good health to your bones. But this is how God operates. So, I'm going to show you uh a little bit of how the op uh the courtroom works. Let's read this scripture before I go any further. Galatians 3:11-14. But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God. It is evident, for the just shall live by faith. There it is again, that same sentence we just read. The just shall live by faith. And the law is not of faith, but the man that doeth them shall live in them. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. For it is written, cursed is every man that hangeth on a tree, that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the spirit through faith. Now, remember when I teach here and you see the scriptures, the bold word is what's in the King James version. the parentheses or the words in the parenthesis is other interpretations of that bolded word. So, there's just extra things I'm throwing in there for you to look at and get a bit uh a more in-depth picture of the scripture, if you will. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to walk you through an analogy right now of salvation in the courtroom. Now, we're going to take it further because this message is going to when you see how this operates and it makes sense because it's going to make sense. You is should change your entire life going forward from this point on. I promise you that. And for the good, for the better. Amen. So, let's say and let's identify a courtroom real quick. What is a courtroom? You've got a judge, you've got a jury, you've got a prosecutor, you got a defense attorney, you've got the accused, you have the accuser, and uh you have the law. The law is what we have. So, in other words, if I get summoned by jury duty and um I'm on, let's say, a a murder case and uh the judge is going to tell me, "You need to decide whether it's premeditated, first degree, second degree, or homicide." He's going to give you the definitions by the law that has been approved and you have to determine as part of that jury whether it is uh applicable under that definition. Just because you think it means something else, you can't go by that. You have to go by the meaning of the law in the courtroom. Okay? And that's very critical. That's very important. I want you to understand that. So let's take the analogy of salvation. Okay. So now the accuser, by the way, that is Satan, the devil. He's going to come into the courtroom and he's going to go up there and he says, "So and so did this." Let's say Lisa, Lisa did this, and she did this, this, this, and this. And so it's noted in the books. Because the law, the courtroom keeps all documentation for everything. That's very critical. We need to know that. So, you've got your your accuser who just accused you of all these things. So, now a summons is sent out for Lisa. Hey, you got to come to court because you got some things to um deal with. And uh now let's pause for a moment here. Some people who hear salvation, they say, "No, no, no." And they stay away from it. Think about this for a minute. There are some people who refuse to go to church, who refuse to get saved. That's hogwash. I don't want to have anything to do with that. They never take their summons and they never come in to deal with their sin. These are people who are who will end up being lost if they don't accept Christ. This is where your prayer comes in for those people so that they can be saved because it's by spirit. It's not by might. It's not by power. It's by his spirit. And when you're praying in the spirit for this individual, it there's a good better chance that they're going to get saved. Amen. But now, let's say Lisa decides to go to the courtroom and she meets legal aid out in the foyer, which by the way would be the Holy Spirit. I'd walk in and there's the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit says, "Oh, good. You're here. You got your summons. Great. I'm glad you're here. Um, I know someone who will get you a pardon and you will be clear of all your charges." Now, some people would say, "Hey, that's too good to be true." And walk off. They won't believe it. That's just how salvation works in some people. But Lisa here decides really okay how does this work? So he said let me introduce you to Jesus. So I meet Jesus and Jesus says okay these are the accusations against you and he's going to ask you did you really do these things and yeah I did that. No worries. I've got your party right here. You are going to be cleared of all the charges. really. So Jesus says, "Come on, let's go to the courtroom." So we go up to the judge now. So the accuser reads off the accusations. God looks down at his books. He says, "Yeah." Jesus says, "Uh, he he asks you though, there is something you have to do before you walk into the courtroom." Jesus says, "Okay, I've got a pardon right here for you, but you've got to say you have to speak your confession out loud. So if you can just tell me because see Romans 10:9 says that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord and believe with your heart that God has raised him from the dead you will be saved. So Jesus says now if you want to be pardoned of these sins you have to do it my way you need to say that I am the son of God. I am Lord and that you believe me. Okay I I call you Jesus. I ask you to save me. I ask you to to help me with this. And Jesus says, "I got you. Okay, we're good." Now they go up to the courtroom. So when they get to the courtroom, the the charges are laid out and God sees them on the books and your attorney, Jesus, says, "Ah, I've he redeemed her. She is set. Here's her pardon, and there's no more sins against her." And so now God looks down at the books and the blood of Jesus covers those accusations. And God says, "Oh yeah, there's no more accusations here. You're free to go and the paperwork is all filled out, signed, you get to walk out of that courtroom free. You're no longer guilty as charged. You are free. That's how salvation works. This is how this all works. Now, I want to take you a little further on that and I want to show you what you can do back in the courtroom if you come back to the courtroom of God. This is good. Let's look at Galatians 3:26 and 29 through 29. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek. There is neither bond nor free. There is neither male nor female. For ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ, then are ye Abraham's seed and hes according to the promise. Now what we know when you read the Bible is that Abraham was given a promise. I'm going to read that promise here in just a minute and then I'm going to show you some other promises. But through faith, because we believe Jesus and he is our attorney and we went and got our free pardon and it cleared us of everything. Now we get to have these promises, all of these blessings that are part to us. Now remember, there are requirements for this. Uh if you go to read Psalm 91, which I'm going to show you in a bit, he says, "If you dwell in the secret place," what is a secret place? you spending time with God. Whether that's in your car, your closet, your bedroom, wherever, it is you spending time with God. That's the secret place. That is a requirement. And then Jesus, of course, gives us the commandment. Love one another as you would yourself. These are things he tells us to do. But here's the thing is when you're doing that, you have the right to the blessings and the promises around you. You have the right to financial freedom. You have the right to healing. You have the right to deliverance. Those are your rights. I did a teaching on the Bill of Rights, Christians Bill of Rights, many years ago. It's in the website. Go check it out. I'm telling you though, as you get in there and you look and see what your rights are, now you get to go to the courtroom. So, let let's identify that. So, let's say you were given a diagnosis of cancer. So, you come back to the uh the courtroom and you meet the Holy Spirit and you say, "Listen, I've been told this bad news and um I don't want to accept it." Holy Spirit says, "Okay, hold on, Jesus." And he sends you off to Jesus. Okay, so now you're with your attorney. The attorney says, "Okay, yeah, I see that they that you've got cancer here. Okay. Um and Jesus says to you, "Well, if you're willing to do this my way, you can be free of this completely. and and you're like, "All right, what is your way?" He says, "You know where cancer comes from?" He says, "It comes from anger, hatred, unforgiveness, bitterness. You you're filled with these things and you've hardened your heart." And he says, "If you forgive and let it go, the cancer will be gone." That that's the truth of the living word of God in a nutshell. And so if you want to be free of cancer, you got to do it his way and you got to forgive and let go. So he says, "Okay, I need to hear you say that." You see, a lot of people run to the courtroom or run to the altars and pray and pray and pray, but they all they're sending mixed messages. They're there with hatred in their heart, but heal me. I want to still hate, but heal me. And that's not how it works. God is saying, "I need you to forgive." So, let's say you decide to go ahead and do that. All right, Lord. I'm forgiving. I I don't want to, but I'm going to go ahead and let it go because I'm going to trust in you because I don't want to live with this cancer. Okay, so Jesus hears you say it. Okay, let's go to the courtroom. So, now you go up to the courtroom and here's the thing. There's there's things that go on behind the scenes here. You see, Jesus now points a finger at the accuser right there in front of God and says he's been lying to her, telling her that she can hate because she has the right to hate when in reality she needs to forgive so she wouldn't have cancer. Well, she just forgave and I forgive as well. And so now I'm declaring that she has no more cancer. So God looks down at the books. He sees all the actions and he sees the justification by Jesus. Hey, and and by the way, the justification by me, I can go up to him and with Jesus standing there and represent myself if I wanted to and I can say, "Hey, he's been lying to me. I believed him. I believed the doctors that my A1C had to be below this number when in reality it's a bunch of hogwash." Who who decides what number should be right in cholesterol or diabetes? Who gives them the right to say that when our creator is our healer? You see, I'm a Rolls-Royce or a Bentley. I'm not going to take me to a l um a Jify Loop. No offense, Jify Loop, but you don't repair bodies like mine. Mind has to have a heavenly repairer or Jaffa or Rafa, Jehovah Rafa, my healer. That is Jesus. He's my healer. He went to the cross. I'm taking holy communion. I should not have this diagnos uh diagnosis from the doctors. I should not have cancer bec and now I've let go and I'm forgiven. So God hears the credence. He hears the persuasion. He hears the faith and he says, "Granted, you're healed." And he fills out the document and he signs it. And you're thinking, "Really? really. And Jesus is telling you, walk in your faith. You've got it. So, you walk out of the courtroom with your document and you you have no more cancer. You know, I'm just going to share this. Uh, last night I was chilling. I was so cold. I thought for sure I was getting sick. And I said, "No, I refuse to be sick. I refuse it. I'm not going to get sick." Got up this morning. My throat was really starting to hurt. I took some lemon honey. Of course, I've been praying. I've been pray. I was praying so much yesterday. of praying today and I said I refused to get sick. Got up, did my prayers, took my shower, got dressed, had my most of my day, went out shopping, what have you, and look it, I'm perfectly fine because I know that I have already been standing in the righteousness of God, already dwelling in the secret place, already praying. So my faith when I say I'm not going to get sick, that's going to God saying I can't get sick because I'm in your light and your light shines through me and darkness and sickness can't reside in light. That's biblical principles. And you see that is justification to my healing. And he signs the document and I walk out. Now remember there's a delay. We're dealing with spiritual principles here. Remember when Daniel prayed and he was asking for an interpretation of the vision that he had? It took 21 days for the angel to come and talk to him. So you see God already sends you your healing. It may take two weeks, one day, one hour, it could take four weeks, but you don't give up. You keep standing on that because you got your documentation. That's very key. That's very important that you know that and that you walk with that. Now, let's go look at the the promise given to Abraham because I want you to see how this works because this is where the the rubber meets the road, if you will. This is Genesis 12:es 1-3. Now the Lord has said unto Abram, "Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house unto a land that I will show thee, and I will make to of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing, and I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that cursth thee, and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." Now, you're already seeing this happen. Anyone who's cursing Israel has a curse on them. Anyone who blesses Israel has a blessing on them. So principle or a principle doesn't have to be number one or number 20. There's no particular order here. You need to bless Israel. So as you bless Israel, guess what? You've got God's blessings on you. When you believe in God and you know that the nation of Israel is his chosen people and he grafted you in because he adopted you because you're saved. Now you're part of Israel. That is part you're part of it. You see, we may live in grace and we may be living under the holiness of the name of Jesus Christ, but Jesus comes from the line of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And that Israel has the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And that means we're part of Israel. Just because they rejected Jesus as their Messiah doesn't mean that we're not the same. We are the same. It is a complete full picture. The difference is we're accepting Jesus as our Messiah. But if you're praying for Jerusalem, you're praying for Israel, you're praying for the hedge of protection to be around them, you're asking the Lord to bless them, he will bless you as a result. So that's blessings number one, if you will, number 20. However you bless Israel, you will have the blessings on your life. That is a promise. And by the way, you don't have to believe be a believer in God to have blessings on you from God over Israel. You can be somebody high up and have favor over Israel. just because you like the people for whatever reason. Obviously, I'm thinking that might be the Holy Spirit talking there. But if you have that uh on you, you you have a sympathy for them, you will be blessed. It doesn't matter if you're a believer or not, that blessing's already there. So, I I want to build your faith. Now I want to show you how you can go to the Lord and persuade the Lord in the courtroom of God. Why you should be healed. Why you should have financial restitution. Why you should be financially established and blessed. Because if you are of God, you are never poor. You are never destitute. God always takes care of his own. Amen. And I want you to understand that. So, he's giving you the ability. Now, he might be teaching you a principle here of how to deal with it. But if you're going to the courtroom of God and you're getting that documentation, you're walking out with your blessing. And it may take a few weeks, but you will have it in the name of Jesus. Amen. Psalm 64-5. Return, O Lord. Deliver my soul, oh, save me for thy mercy's sake. For in death there is no remembrance of thee. In the grave, who shall give thee thanks? Here's an example of a psalmist who went to the courtroom of God and used his faith to tell God why he should be delivered. He's saying, "Look, Lord, there there's no remembrance of you of uh in the grave. You know, I I can't remember you there being part of the world of the dead." So, he's saying in faith, I need you to deliver me. What did he ask for? He says, "Turn back to me, oh Lord. Deliver me. Deliver my soul. save me for thy mercy's sake. So, he is pleading with God in his faith before the courtroom of God. Now, there's more to that. Let's jump down to verse eight and let's see what happens. Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. For the Lord hath heard the voice of my weeping. You see, he has his documentation in place. The Lord has favored him, has heard him, and he acknowledges this. So, he has used his faith. Now, he is saying, "I you you need to leave me, workers of iniquity. I've got my paperwork here. I'm delivered. I'm saved. My soul is saved." Look what he says in verse 9. The Lord hath heard my supplication. The Lord will receive my prayer. Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed. Let them return and be ashamed. Suddenly, you see now he's saying, "You got to get out of here, enemy." And you get yourself embarrassed. be ashamed for accusing me of these things because my soul is delivered. You see, he had faith. He persuaded God. He got his documentation and he went after the enemy. This is something you get to do, too. You can get your documentation. Say, I my cousins should be saved because of everything I'm doing. And I've been praying for them, Lord. And he hears you. He hears your faith. He writes you out your document. Here's your your document. They will be saved. You already know it. You keep, in fact, at that point, you start casting out the demons. You let go of my cousins. They're saved already. Get lost. You have the right to do that because you went and persuaded God and got your documentation ready. This is how God's courtroom works. And you get to operate in that because you're one operating in faith by already praying, by already dwelling in the secret place, by already giving God the glory. Amen. Amen. Let's see another example of this. Psalm 31:9 and 10. Have mercy upon me, oh Lord, for I'm in trouble. Mine eye is consumed with grief. Yeah. My soul and my belly. For my life is spent with grief and my years with sighing. My strength faileth because of mine iniquity. And my bones are consumed. Look at that. To shrink or fail. You're falling. He's feeling in his body. That's cancer, by the way, if you haven't noticed that. Again, you get to go to God and say, "This is what I'm feeling. This is what's going on in my body." Now, look, we're still in 31. Look at verse 14 and 15. But I trusted in thee, oh Lord. I said, "Thou art my God. My times are in thy hand. Deliver me from the hand of mine enemies and from them that persecute me." You see, now he's saying, "You wrote me your document. I'm going to trust in you. I'm going glorify you." Look at this. He even worshiped him. He says, "My times are in your hand. You're the one delivering me. You're snatching me away from mine enemies, from them that persecute me." Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. You guys got to get this. You got to get this because he's telling now everyone, I got my documentation in order. My body is healed. This is the faith. And God operates by faith. Remember, it is not by might, nor is it by power, but it is by his spirit, says the Lord. So, if you're going to do this, you need to operate in his spirit. You need to go to the courtroom of God. You need to have your attorney there, and you need to be able to give some good reason why in faith why your cousin should be saved, why your body should be healed, why why you have the answers, and you know it. You just got to go give it to God. Amen. Look at this one. I love this one. This one is my all-time favorite because it gives a good point here. Watch this. Isaiah 54:17. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment, making a verdict, thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness as of me, sayeth the Lord. You see, he's telling you right there, you have the accuser going to the courtroom. Look at this. He says um every tongue that rise against thee in judgment a verdict that shall condemn. You see that is the devil because see he brought the accusation to God. And by the way those accusations are true. You messed up. I messed up. But do you see what he says here? This is this is the heritage of the servants and their righteousness is of me. See now you're going to go with God because God is just. He's going to rule in your favor if you are doing these things. Now you go in and you say, "I'm doing these things." So he's saying, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper." It stops here and now. Cancer cannot move forward. And by the way, in case you need a little more faith building activity here in your mind, you can still have that cancer and still be painfree because the doctors will see, well, you have cancer. And you say, "So you see, God can make you live 150 years old if he wanted to with cancer and painfree because you're going to the doctors. The doctors are looking at the lie." But you've gone through the spirit to the kingdom to the courtroom as part of the kingdom of God. You go to that courtroom and you say, "Now I've got my documentation. I'm healed." They can keep saying what they want to say. They can keep telling you you have diabetes. They can keep telling you you have cholesterol. But I promise you, none of it will eat you alive. None of it will be prosperous. It stops. Now, that is having faith and using no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Now, as I spoke to and alluded to earlier, Psalm 91, look at this example. This this is what I'm talking about. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. We get to be under God's shadow if we choose to be. And there are benefits to it. Look at what it says. I will say of the Lord, he is my refuge and my fortress, my God. In him will I trust as the psalmist trusted. When the psalmist mo the moment he said, I trust in you, Lord, that was his documentation the faith and God wrote it down. You're healed. You're delivered. He He did this. So here you will trust in the Lord. That's your faith. That is your documentation right there. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler and from the noise and pestilence. In other words, a thousand will die to your left. 10,000 will die to your right. You're going to see that further here. Well, I may not have put that scripture in here, but that's part of Psalm 91. Read the whole Psalm 91. It's awesome. A thousand will die to your left, 10,000 will die to your right, but it won't touch you. In fact, look what else he says here in Psalm 91. Watch the blessings here going down to verse 10. There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. There's that co. Hey, even if you get it, you'll survive it. And many people had died from it. But won't touch us because we go to God and we get in faith. Say, Lord, I shouldn't have I shouldn't be sick. This is done and done with. And he will do that. Look at this what he says in verse 11. For he shall give his angels charge over thee to keep thee in all thy ways. Uh they shall bear thee up in their hands lest thou dash thy foot against the side. He won't even let you stub your toe. That's incredible. That's because you have gone to the courtroom of God. You dealt with your sins and you got your salvation. You've chosen to live for God. You sought his kingdom and his righteousness. and then everything else comes to you. This is it's simple. Matthew 6:33, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. So when you start to operate in the kingdom of God, what are you doing? You are praying praying for your cousins. You're praying for your co-workers. You're praying for all your family. You're praying for everything and anything because you're seeking the kingdom of God. And then you're doing it in righteousness because you're not living in sexual immorality. You're not sending me mixed messages to heaven. You're saying, "I am walking in godliness and righteousness." And guess what? He's healing you. Amen. Because he has set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him. I will set him on high because he hath known my name. See, you're recognizing the name of Jesus. And that is where key comes in here. You're going with the attorney Jesus up to your throne room. He shall call upon me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him and honor. And by the way, that word honor is to be heavy, to make weighty, to make rich him. With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation. You see, you will be fully saturated. That's just how God works because he wants to bless you. He truly wants to bless you. Second Peter 3:9, the Lord is not slack concerning his promise as some men count slackness, but his longsuffering toward us word, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. So every time you seek the kingdom of God, every time you're praying for your loved ones, every time you're doing that and you're walking in godliness, that is your faith that you get to go to God's courtroom and say, "Because I'm doing this, Father God, I don't need to be sick. I do not need to be destitute. I will walk in every need being met. I will be satisfied. I will know my salvation. I will have a peace of mind. I will have a joy in my heart." These are the blessings that were given to you because God loves you. Oh, hallelujah. He wants to give that to you. Question is, do you want to do those things? And do you want to go to co God's courtroom, not as the accused, but now go back after the accusations have been removed and come in and say, "He lied to me, Lord. He's telling me I'm sick, but I'm I don't believe it. I'm going to believe you because you're my healer. You see, then you get your documentation and he doesn't slack. You're going to have your healing within days, hours, weeks. You will be healed. I promise you that because that is God's word. Amen. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word and we glorify you and honor you, Father God, for you truly are great and mighty and thank you. teach us how to come to your courtroom, how to go through the name of Jesus, how to persuade you in faith with credence, Father God, that we can say to you why we should be healed, why we should not be destitute, why we should be walking in deliverance, why we should be free in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. Thank you, Lord. In Jesus name. Amen. God bless you and I will see you in the next message. Bye-bye. Home Watch the Video Teaching
