Welcome. Glad you can join us. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word that it does not return void. Thank you for your prophetic word, Father God. Give us wisdom, knowledge, and understanding in understanding your prophecy. For you are the spirit of prophecy. and we come before you, Father God, and humble ourselves to hear your word and to know that your word is a part of our lives and let it manifest through our mouths. Let us hold on to it with strength and let us walk in the authority of your word. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Thank you, Father God. Amen. Amen. Amen. Glad you can join me. This this teaching is going to be called Let Your Hands Be Strong. And we're going to be focusing here in Zechariah chapter 8. So our opening scripture here is thus saith or God appoints and calls. Thus sayith the Lord of hosts, let your hands or your power be strong or fastened upon seas ye that you hear like what you hear intelligently in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts was laid that the the temple might be built. So, Zechariah is one of the minor prophets in this um he prophesies about uh the end times. He is talking about latter days here. So, I am not God. I do not fully understand prophecy, but there's some very interesting things in this chapter that I do want to get across to you. Uh but I do believe based on my current understanding of end time prophecy here in the now um that this is actually futuristic prophecy because it hasn't happened yet uh of what Jerusalem will be like uh or the um the millennium reign, the 10,00ear millennium reign. I think this chapter is focusing on that time and we're going to get to that scripture and we're going to see it. So let's start at verse one again. And the word of the Lord of hosts came to me, saying, Thus sayeth the Lord of hosts, I was jealous or envious for Zion with great jealousy, and I was jealous for her with great fury. Thus sayith the Lord, I am returned unto Zion. And Zion is what's called a permanent capital. And of course, it becomes a name uh unto Zion, and will dwell or lodge or reside there in the midst of Jerusalem. Jerusalem is a founded peaceful city is the name of Jerusalem. And Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, the holy mountain. As of right now, Jerusalem is not called the city of truth. So this is futuristic prophecy that we are talking about that has not happened yet. We are in the age of the church or grace, grace, dispensation of grace. This is where we the church teach on salvation. But we were given revelation of the future of prophecy of what's coming so that we can teach the unbeliever. You don't want to go through that. It's bad. When you know during that seven-year time period of God's wrath or the great tribulation, whatever you want to call it, I I believe it's called God's wrath in the scripture, but some people do refer to it as the great tribulation. You don't want to be living in that time frame. Let me just simply say that when the day of the Lord comes and the day of the Lord comes when the sixth seal is open. When that day happens, that's day one of this seven-year time period. Okay? If you're alive on that day and you are not a believer in Christ, then you are appointed to go through that seven year. Now, by the time you get to that end of that seven year, it says that man will be finer than over gold. Oh, wow. So most people will die by the end of that seven-year time period. The whole world is going to change drastically physically, mentally, spiritually. It's going to be a different world. And by the time that end of that seven-year time period comes, whoever the survivors are, they're going to repopulate the earth. My guess is going to be Israel. Israel and their offspring and whomever else happens to survive that time period. They're going to repopulate the earth for a thousand years. So during that time, the devil will be bound up. I if you take a look at prophecy like this, God is making a case against the devil. He's a lawyer, if you will. Now, he was the judge who appointed all the rules and regulations. So now he's testing. He's seeing what is the issue. Where is the problem? And the problem is sin. And as he gathers all of his data throughout the centuries, that's going to be used in the case to judge the devil permanently where he will end up in the lake of fire. And yeah, I I read at the end of the book of Revelation and we win. If you're on God's side, we win. And the devil will be permanently in the lake of fire. But for this thousand years, he's going to be locked up and then re-released to see is it really him that's doing this issue is causing people to sin. And you will find that even the people during this time that Zechariah is talking about that I believe is talking about when um he the people at that time they're going to be deceived again. So here they're going to know our history. They're going to see everything that has happened. They're going to be told the stories and at the end of that thousand years, devil's going to be re-released. And guess what? People are going to fall for him again and be deceived. Again, though, this is so that God can accumulate the data that he needs to judge because he's a righteous judge. He will not judge haphazardly. He doesn't do it out of emotion. He doesn't do it biasly. He does it righteously and faithfully because that's who our God is that we serve. Amen. Okay. Continuing on. Uh verse four. Thus sayith the Lord of hosts, there shall yet old men and old women dwell in the streets of Jerusalem and every man with his staff in his hand for very age. See very age. This is also people will live long again during this thousand year. My guess is all the people. It will be a rare thing for let's say a hundred year old dies. They will be that will be considered so rare and young. He will be he or she will be considered young if they die like that during that time period. I I don't know what the world is going to be like during that thousand years. I don't need to know it because I I'm not going to live through this. And if you know I'm working on a study right now about end time prophecy. So, we the church will not be here for that seven-year time period. Think of it like this, just for an analogy off the top of my head. When the two witnesses come down and they're casting out fire and plagues against people and killing people with it because they're judging those people who are attacking them at that moment, ask yourself this. Where's the church? Bible doesn't tell you. I'm going to tell you right now, if I saw those two witnesses there and I recognized it from the word of God, oh, you better believe I'm going to be on a plane and I'm going be there by their side because they're on God's side and I'm going to be on God's side and I'm going to follow that. But since the scripture doesn't say that the church will do that, it means the church will be gone during this time. So right now what you see is this prophecy is telling you that the old men and the old women are going to be in the streets of Jerusalem and they're going to be at they're going to be holding their staff for they're going to be very age and the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in the streets thereof. Right now that's not the case. So this is definitely all futuristic prophecy that has not come to pass yet. Now, does this mean it has to come to pass before the seven-year time period? No. Like I said, I'm thinking that this is part of that thousand-year millennium reign. Again, I'm not God. I could be wrong. I'm just based on the facts that I see uh in the scripture and what I know thus far. That's what I'm calling it to be. You do your homework, do your research, and let the Holy Spirit speak to you. I hope to motivate you to get involved with end time prophecy. Amen. Verse six, thus sayeth the Lord of hosts, if it be marvelous or distinguish in the eyes of the remnant. See, and here, okay, remnant. Let me finish reading the scripture. Rem remainder residual of this people in these days, should it also be marvelous in mine eyes? You see, it is going to be crazy that old men and old women with their staffs and the boys and girls running around on the streets of Jerusalem. Why? Because if you look at Jerusalem today, the there's so much anti-semitism out here. It's incredible. People just do not like the Jews. It's a spiritual thing. It does go back to Charles Darwin though and classifying them as animals and that cultures read that and believed it and believed in evolution. It's been cultivated in the cultures. So all these people who have been taught by parents, grandparents, great-grandparents for throughout the generations of their lives consider them dogs, animals, and that they're not human. And so they justify, hey, if you got to go kill a dog or a horse, you can go kill an Israeli. That's what they justify this to be. So to see old men and women and children playing, it's a very distinctive thing. And we know we know that that hasn't happened yet. So here we're looking at a particular prophecy that hasn't happened yet. And it's incredible. It's an incredible read. And remember what foresight is when you're looking at pro prophetic scripture. You don't know how everything you don't even know how that can be. I mean other than the fact that during the millennium range reign that the devil is locked up which means nobody is being influenced by demonic spirits telling you to hate, hurt, betray. No, this thousand years is going to be a peaceful time until Satan is released again. So this is a marvelous thing that's going to be done and people are going to see it. Let's continue on. Verse seven, thus sayeth the Lord of hosts, behold, I will save my people from the east country and from the west country. I don't know who those countries are. I just know that at the end of that seven-year time period and Armageddon tries to come and attack, they are saved by God. Jesus himself is going to come down on a white horse and his his pants are going to say faithful and true. And there's another name on there that we don't know. But he knows that's him coming down and he doesn't even have to do anything. He speaks a word to defeat those that are coming after. That's key here. So, as we look at this future prophecy, look at how Jesus handled Armageddon and how they came to attack Israel. Now, let's continue on. And I will bring them and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem and they shall be my people and I will be their God in truth and in righteousness. So, here's something interesting. Let's look at that again. says, "And I will bring them and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem." We know that there is a new Jerusalem coming. But this is even before the new Jerusalem. See, the new Jerusalem is going to come after. See, Jesus prophesied the heaven and earth shall pass away, but not his word. So, until that happens, you've got this city of Jerusalem that's still going to be residing. And so he is saying the people are going to be in Jerusalem coming and serving him. Uh they're going to be in the midst of Jerusalem. They're going to be my people. And it's a remnant. Remember in the previous scripture, it's a remnant. So these are the survivors of that time period. I remember in that seven-year time period, right after um I think it's in uh Revelation 7 or 8, you will see that the angel of the Lord will put a mark on the 144,000 male boys or Jewish men who have not been defiled by a woman and it'll be 12,000 of each tribe. So, it's 144,000 and then the two witnesses are going to come down. They're going to be sealed and they're going to be protected during this time. Somehow someway at the end of all of that, there will be survivors and they will repopulate the earth. And here they're going to be in Jerusalem in the city of Jerusalem hanging out together in the midst. Again, it's a marvelous thing. This is things that we cannot see or understand today. And the world is going to be completely different because there going to be some great earthquakes that are going to happen. And we know that the economy breaks right in right after the abomination of desolation. You've got Babylon falls. That's the entire economic situation of the world. That's all going to collapse. So this whole thousand years is a world we do not know or recognize. And this prophecy is saying it's marvelous. So why teach this? And I'm I'm going to read more of Zechariah. We're going to get more into this end times. But I want you to know and understand that you do not you may not be one of the survivors in that seven-year time period. We don't know as teachers today of future prophecy. We don't know how you get saved during that seven-year time period. It says something like about beheading, but we're not 100% certain. We know that there's seven thunders that are going to speak, but God told John, "Don't write down what they say." Why? Because God doesn't want people to know that you can get saved through this other method at that time. If that is true, we don't know that. We don't know that. That's what they say. So, the church preaches today to get saved. Now, don't wait. Don't wait. You don't want to go through that time. Yes, it will be beautiful afterwards, but God is going to pour out his wrath. And I'm going to tell you right now, every unbelieving person, and that's Israel included, because he's only going to seal 144,000. Every unbelieving person during that time is going to suffer God's wrath. Oh, you don't want to go through that. In fact, the first five months and you can go read the scriptures, nobody can die because people are going to try to kill themselves thinking they can get out of it, face them on the other side. Guess what? Death is going to go on a vacation. What's going to happen to you at that that time? It's going to be crazy. Seriously crazy. Let's continue on with the prophecy. Verse nine. This is our opening scripture. Thus saith the Lord of hosts. So he's appointing a call. He's calling. He's pointing us. Says, "Let your hands, your power be strong, fast and upon seas. What you hear intelligently in these days, these words, by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built." So they're talking about when the prophets wrote this, which is when the second uh temple was going to be laid. And and when they built that temple after the destruction of the first temple and they came back to it, it was there were people still alive who saw the first temple and when they saw the second temple, they just wept wept bitterly because it was nothing like the first temple. So look at this is what's key. This is what this message is all about. Says, "Let your power fasten on what you hear." You see, you we have to be hearing what the prophets are talking about because you and I are the church and we have to teach that we do not want people to go through God's wrath. Now is the time to get saved. Now is the time of grace. Now is the time to call upon the name of the Lord and be saved. Romans 10:13, anyone whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's you. That's me. All of us have the opportunity to be saved. Now, it's not true during that seven-year time period. And it's going to get worse in that time period when the abomination of desolation happens, which is this is all about Israel. The seven-year time period is about Israel and the unbelievers when the um this is the time by the way that evil you have the beast, you have the prophet uh the and Satan himself are the ones that are going to be in control of this time period and they're going to be misleading and deceiving Israel. So that first three and a half years in this sevenyear time period of peace. That first three and a half years is all about deception to Israel. They think, "Oh, we've got our f they think the Messiah came for the first time, but it's a deception." So they're starting to do their daily sacrifices again. And then in right in the middle, 3 and 1/2 years in the seven-year cycle, this demonic being tells Israel, stop the daily sacrifices. He sits on the throne because the temple will be built. So, he will sit on that temple and he's going to say, "Worship me." And that's when Jesus says in Matthew 24, "Run. You need to run. Don't even go back and get your things. Just run. And that's when all of a sudden, Israel is going to recognize we've been worshiping the wrong person, the wrong God. This is not our Messiah. And they're going to run. And that last three and a half years, you think that first half was bad. That last p last half is the worst. This is where the rest of the remaining human people on the face of the earth, a good chunk of them are going to die in that time period. And it's because of God pouring out his entire wrath on these people and what he allows to take place. This has to happen because of sin. because of what started off as perfect when creation was created. Now you have this and this is um this is coming. This is why we the church need to be teaching on salvation. Now is the time to get saved. It's most important to teach about salvation than anything else. Get saved. So be um apologetically aware of the word of God. You need to know your scripture. You need to be able to defend defeat. The people who are under a strong delusion right now have all kinds of weird questions. You need to be in prayer. You need to be fasting in prayer. This is the time where you need to set aside what yourself wants and put God first so you can save lives. That's what's most important and critical here and now. Amen. Verse 10. For before these days there was no hire for man. Look at that. payment of contract. See, now at the days of the prophets, because that's where we're at. You're seeing that there's nothing's been paid for. Jesus hadn't paid the price yet. Catch this. This is very important. For man, nor any hire for beast, neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction. For I set all men against everyone against his neighbor. You see, we do not trust people. And it is very challenging to trust people's trust trust our family members, our neighbors. Man, we have a hard time trusting. And this is because the Lord set this sign, this time of affliction. We're in what's called a narrow or tight place. We don't have peace, which is safety, happiness, health, and prosperity. These are the things that are fully not there. However, if you're a believer in Christ, you have his hedge of protection around you. But this is the time when this prophet wrote this and he's talking about that remnant. They didn't have that at that time. But he's prophesying it's going to be coming. But he's saying there was no payment. And see now there's payment. Says, "But now I will not be into the resid residue or the remainder of this people as in the former days, say the Lord." So, he's going to treat you differently in that thousand year than he does uh prior to that. See, uh Israel went into captivity at the time of Babylon and then they were out for 70 years or they were in captivity for 70 years. Daniel figured it out. The vision of the seven years comes to Daniel in that time period. And then we know the Persians and the Greeks and we know that Rome comes in and we know that there are these futuristic um events that are coming. The day of the Lord, the abomination of desolation, the seven-year time period, the millennial range reign, and then judgment day. We know these things are coming. So he says, I'm going to treat you differently. This is why I'm talking about the millennium uh millennium rain. Reign. Boy, that's a tough one to say. The thousand year reign says for the seed through prosperity prosperity shall be prosper safe happy prosperity peace the vine shall give her fruit and the ground shall give her increase and the heavens shall give their due and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things the remnant of this people these are the ones who are going to survive and look they're going to have peace and prosperity they're going to be treated differently. They're going to have this time. God is going to give them give them this time and period to have this health, peace, prosperity. Let's continue on. Verse 13. It shall come to pass that as you were a curse among the heathen. Right now they're a curse. People are cursing them left and right. anti-semitisms big time says, "Oh house of Judah and house of Israel, so will I save you and ye shall be a blessing uh which is prosperity benediction. Fear not, but let your hands be strong." There it is again. Your power fasten or seize upon these words. We need to know the word of God. We need to let our hands, which is our strength, our power, grab hold and seize the word of God and understand it and not let go. Not let go. This is a time where we need to be giving precedence to the word of God. It should be a priority in our lives. We should be holding on to it. We should be praying it into others. We should be declaring it because the prophet back in that day, Zechariah, which is who we're reading today, is prophesying, you got to hold on to these things because this is what's going to get you through. I promise you. See, this is a promise from God. I'm going to bless Jerusalem. I'm going to bless you with peace and prosperity. But it is coming after the last seven years. They owe God in punishment. They were assigned 490 years. Daniel, you go read Daniel and they got seven years left. But this is to close out vision and prophecy to bring an end to sin, an end to transgression. Go read Daniel 9:24. Do a little homework and read that because I'm limited on time. I can't bring all this in into a 30-minute teaching. But know that God is going to bring them peace when all that time is done and passed. For thus sayaith the Lord of hosts, as I thought to punish you when your fathers provoked me to wrath. Now he is talking about them being in the wilderness, sayeth the Lord of hosts, and I repented. He he did a strong breath and he had pity on them. And he so he didn't he says I repented not, but you know he wanted to do this. He decided not to. This is why he did what he's doing now. He backed off at that point. Decided, let's let me do it this way. It's like a turning point, if you will, in the history of Israel. So again, have I thought in these days to do well unto Jerusalem and to the house of Judah, fear ye not. He's telling you, don't be afraid, Israel. I'm going to bless you. I'm going to take care of you. I've got your back. I'm your God and I'm going to be there with you. Hang in there. And then in verse 16, these are the things that ye shall do. You're going to speak ye every man the truth to his neighbor. You're going to execute the judgment or verdict of truth and peace in your gates. You see now when you talk about that time they're going to be walking in truth. They're going to be walking in the word of God and they're going to be executing judgment verdict at their gates which is their opening of their city. And let none of you fabricate or imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbor. and love no false oath that no curses, no uh sworn curses for all these things that I hate, sayeth the Lord. So the Lord is saying this is going to be different. I don't want you doing what you did before. I want you to speak truth and execute judgment verdict. This is what you're going to do in that thousand years. We know that the martyrs are going to be serving at that time with their new bodies, ruling and reigning over that thousand years. So you have that with Israel speaking truth and executing verdicts and judgment. That's what's going to be going on during this time. As to the details of that, I don't know. It's not revealed to us. But I know that God says, "Hang in there. Do not have any fear. I will take care of you. I am going to bless you. You are going to be a blessing. You read the rest of that chapter, you're going to find out that people are going to be coming to the Jews and grabbing on to them and saying, "I want to go to worship God with you." That will be the other people that will survive. See, there's going to be two groups of people that are going to survive the end of the seven years. You got Israel and you have whoever didn't take the mark. Which did they actually call Jesus the son of God? I don't know if that's how they get saved or not, but they will be a part of this thousand year reign. This is God's promise to Israel. This is his promise to those of us who will make it into that time frame or those of them that will make it into their that time frame. You and I that believe here and now, we're going up either in the rapture or absent from the body, present with the Lord. Either way, whatever death, I'm already dead to this world as it is. Doesn't matter at this point. My eternity already began because I choose to believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God. And I am encouraging you to say it. Say it out loud. First John 4, chapter uh chapter 4:1 tells you to test the spirits. And if the spirit can't say, which is a person talking through a spirit, can't say Jesus is the son of God, well, guess what? that they're not a believer in Christ. That's how you will know. And you will also know them by their fruit. What are they producing in fruit? God is making a distinguished difference here. I hope that you're blessed by this prophetic message. It is a foresight of scripture that I don't ordinarily stop to teach on, but I did this time because I wanted you to see that if you hold on to the scripture, which is the spoken word, you hear it. Don't let go. And make sure that you tell family and friends. They may shun you. They may hate you. You know, give them to the Lord and pray over them. But let them know that salvation is now. Now is the time to receive the grace that Jesus gave us through dying on the cross and paying the ultimate price. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. You are amazing, glorious, faithful, and true. And thank you for the evidence of what's coming so that we know and can be prepared for it and that we can share with others. You don't want to live during that time. So thank you, Father God, for helping us stand strong in your word, to have the courage and the faith to share your word and to share what Jesus did on the Christ, your salvation. Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the United States of America from the highest to the lowest to Your throne room and I forgive it of its iniquities, the sins America has committed, the curses against America, the curses spoken from America, and the sins of the land America sits on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the United States of America; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the United States of America ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” Father God, I bless the United States of America with open ears, eyes, hearts, and minds to see, hear, receive, and believe the living Word of God because you state in Mark 4:12 KJV “12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” I pray in hope that they see and perceive, hear and understand so they would believe in Jesus the Son of the living God! And Heavenly Father, I bless the United States of America with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the United States of America with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence. We thank you for your awesomeness, man. Thank you, Jesus, for following your your father, for being obedient to your father's will, for laying down your life for us. And then thank you God for giving him his father his life back. Thank you father for giving him his life back. And Lord I ask for your words to speak through me as this is what my fifth or sixth time already starting this message. Thank you father god for being with me and letting your anointing come through here and thank you for your favor and blessings. I pray for the person that's watching this video, Father God. And I pray that their ears are open, their eyes are open, they see and hear. And I play pray that they their hearts are open and softened and that they receive. And I pray that their minds are open to believe and to get to know you a little bit more of who you are because man, you are magnificent, holy, and awesome. Thank you, Lord. In the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. Let's go to our opening scriptures here. Romans 6:23. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. I use this scripture a lot when I'm teaching. And usually, especially about the wages of sin is death. You know, there's a mystery there. You know, the more time you spend with God, the less you're aging. And I'm going to show you all the scriptures and how this all connects together. But I use this. But what I want to talk about today is showing you the one who paid those sins. See, go back to the days of Adam. And when he and his wife Eve sinned, they were deceived. They fell. Ever since then, every person born is born automatically into sin where we already owe a debt. And yes, that's infants. Now God has children taken care of. There is an age of an accountability as between God and that child. So no worries. God has the children covered and protected. But once we get to that stage of accountability, we do face um the the sin that is in our lives. We have sinned. Everyone's sin. You know, we've all fallen short of the glory of God. And as a result, we owe a debt that we cannot pay. But Jesus obeyed his father and said he would do it. In fact, it's clearly identified in this opening scripture. It says, "But the gift of God is eternal life in who? Christ Jesus our Lord." So he's the one who paid the wages. Now in order to understand that, you know, everybody hears about Jesus. Oh yeah, Jesus has that nice good prophet. That doesn't mean everybody believes in him. Nor do they really understand the magnificent the holiness and who he is cuz he's been there. You know, if you take a look at everything around you, your desk, your walls, whatever it is that you have around you, it's not going to be there forever. But the word of God has been there from the beginning and it will last forever because Jesus is the one who is the spoken word. He said let there be light and there was light. God called it good. If you go back to Genesis, go back to John 1 verse one. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God. So Jesus the word was with God in the beginning. So, now that you've got an understanding of this, we're going to delve into who is this magnificent being because this is where things get a little interesting. And I want you to see something here about the wages of sin. It has to do with sin. You're in sin. You owe a debt. But there is a transformation that takes a place takes the place in a believer who wants to change. There are many many people who just go to church and they're satisfied with that. But let's get to know who this Jesus is. Because once I think once you understand the magnitude of him and his abilities, it's going to make some major changes in your life. 1 John 3 5 and 6. And you know that he was manifested to take away our sins, and in him there is no sin. Whoever abides in him does not sin. And whoever sins has neither seen him nor known him. Are you a believer who still goes out and sins? Do you really know who Jesus is? Cuz my guess is you don't because you're still sinning. Look at what it says here. You know that he was manifested to take away our sins and in him there is no sin. The wages of sin is death. So when you abide in Jesus, I've been teaching on this for now a handful of years. When you spend your time with Jesus, you're not sinning because you can't sin in front of Jesus. And because you're not sinning, you're no longer aging. I want you to get this. When Adam was created, he was created perfect. So was Eve. They were made perfect the way God made them. They were not aging. There is no age for them. They were fully mature adults created. What came first, the chicken or the egg? Well, the chicken had to because when you have an infant or um the hatching of an egg, the little hatchling, I'm going to tell you right now, they don't know what to do. Now, there are some creatures here on our planet that know instinctively what to do from birth, but not all are that way. Humans are not that way. We have to take care of our babies. So there had to be a creator who came first and that magnificence of him is there and he's the one who did not have aging going on initially. It was the perfect euphoria uh uh the perfect atmosphere for Adam and Eve. But then they went and disobeyed God and they sinned. And ever since then we've all fallen short of the glory of God. And the only way to get it back is to have this one person, the gift of life, Jesus Christ, pay the wages of that sin. So, how did that happen? And who is this? And how can you do it? I mean, you think about it like this. If Jesus is the one that was there in the beginning and he said, "Let there be light." And we know that he is because in the beginning was the word, God. Jesus, the word Jesus, and he was with God in the beginning. So when you put those two together, all of a sudden now you come into this powerful being created this whole earth and then he was born by a virgin that he not only came in born that way, he entered his creation. Have you ever made um a tent out of boxes, cardboard boxes or even sheets and blankets? And what happens is they come tumbling down. They will fall if you try to enter them. Sometimes you can secure them pretty good and get in there and hold it up for a while. But there's times you can't enter what you created without destroying it. Yet Jesus entered it. Not only did he enter it, he kept himself from sin. So he separated himself so his blood, that perfect blood, could wash away the sins of the world. And for anyone who wants to believe can accept that pardon. Just straight up accept it. You don't have to do anything else if you don't want to. for God. That's between you and God. Now, I will tell you this much. If you understand who Jesus is and you actually finally let him in and let him transform you, something happens. You you go through a transformation and you begin to find out who Jesus is. You get on this journey. It's an awesome journey. So, let's go back to Isaiah. We're going to be here in Isaiah 43-5. The voice of one crying in the wilderness. Prepare the way of the Lord. make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted and every mountain and hill brought low. The crooked places shall be made straight and the rough places smooth and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed and all flesh shall see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken. Okay, so here's a sign. So Isaiah is prophesying that there's going to be this guy crying in the wilderness. He's going to make the path straight. He's preparing a path. Well, who is this? And was this prophecy fulfilled? Well, it was in all three gospels. Matthew 3:3, Mark 1:3, and Luke 3:4. Look at who this is. This is John the Baptist. For this is he who was spoken of by the prophet Isaiah. Who did we just read? Isaiah 40. Saying the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord. This is not the Lord. He's preparing the way of the Lord. Look at this. He says, "Make his path straight." The voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make his path straight. And then verse four in Luke 3, as it is written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet, saying, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, prepare the way of the Lord, make his path straight. So, here comes the God Almighty, son of God. He created the earth. And John the Baptist said, "I'm preparing a way in the wilderness here. I'm making his path straight. Here he comes. So, who is this guy? Because Isaiah, what I I don't even know how many years before. It's thousands maybe, maybe 1500, give or take. I don't know how many years, but he prophesied that John the Baptist would say these things. And guess what? John the Baptist said it and it was recorded in the Gospels. So now you're seeing, okay, well, who was he making the path straight for? And when you realize it had to do with Jesus, oh, the glory of the Lord shall be revealed. So he's telling the nation of Israel, hey, here comes the one crying in the wilderness to let you know this guy's coming. This is the son of God. Remember also Daniel told him when he would be crucified gave the exact year when he would be crucified. The wise men, it's believed Daniel is the one who established the wise men. They knew in the stars to look for the Messiah when he would be born. Guess what? They found him as a toddler. They knew. They knew. And all these signs were being fulfilled right in front of the Pharisees and the Sadducees and they still rejected him. Are you one to reject the son of God, God Almighty? The one who said, "Let there be light and there was light." He paid the wages for your sin. You're a created being. You need to humble yourself before the Lord and realize, "Hey, I was created by him, and I trust in him." Let's go continue on to verse 10 in Isaiah 40. So behold the Lord God shall come with a strong hand and his arm shall rule for him. I I want you to see something very interesting here. Look at this. Okay. So he says will come with a strong hand and his arm shall rule for him. He sacrificed himself on the cross. Do you know how much strength it took for him to be able to get up on that cross knowing full well he can call legions of angels to take him off and yet he still did it. Talk about some self-control. And his arm shall rule for him. Look at this. Behold, his reward is with him. You see the two capital H's there? Jesus reward is with God his father. or God the father's reward is with his son Jesus. It can go both ways. Oh, that's interesting. And his work before him he will and in fact it's since we know that Jesus is the one who said let there be light and there was light. This is the work of Jesus blessed by the father. He will feed his flock like a shepherd. This is Jesus because now we're identified as the sheep and he's the shepherd. He will gather the lambs with his arm and carry them in his bosom and gently lead those who are with young. Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, measured heaven with a span, and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure. Weighed the mountains and scales and the hills in a balance. Whoa, wait a minute. He did what? because we know he created it. And when you think and you know, oh, he created it. All right, that's wonderful. But then you go back out and you look at look outside. Go look at the ocean. Look at what he says here. He me he who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand. If you see how many oceans there are in the world, how many lakes, you can't see the other side. And that measurement was in the hollow of his hand. This goes back to Genesis chapter 1 again that I taught on. You can go read it u uh on my teaching called creation versus evolution and many other teachings I alluded to in this. But that first chapter of Genesis chapter 1, it's a planning phase. He planned everything. He designed it and then he also had to get and assemble all of the pieces he needed to make the universe. He took water in the palm of his hand, the hollow of his hand. He put it in a bowl. Got some. Look at this. He measured heaven with a span. He had a span there. He says, "Okay, it could be this little or he could have done it like this, but he's outside of the universe." So, he got to measure it with a span. How big is God? How big is Jesus, the son of God, and calculated the dust of the earth in a measure? I don't know about you, but if you're someone like me who does not like dusting, you find as you dust, you dust and you dust and you dust and dust keeps coming back. Where does this dust come from? I mean that I mean we know where it comes from. But here God has the perfect amount of dust in a measure and he put it there on his measuring cup on his workbench. possibly had it in the hollow of his hand. Put it in there. How big, how mighty is this creator? And look at that. Weigh the mountains and scales and the hills in a balance. He had to keep everything perfectly balanced and he did it. Did you know, you know, scientists are finally coming to the realization that there can't be that many planets in the in the solar system like they thought in the universe altogether because they're realizing how perfect everything needed to be. You and I are complex individuals. There is absolutely no way that we could have come from an evolution process because we're complete today. We are complete now. any part of that, any partiality of that fails. Yet here we are complete. Yes, with sin, but with one who paid the wages of our sin. And now we're indebted to him, and we get to come to him. And by the way, being indebted to Jesus is freedom. I'm going to get to that. You're going to love this. So, I'm telling you here, this magnificent being, this God, we call him Yah Jehovah. We call him the son of God. Jesus the Messiah is the one who paid these wages in this earth that he created. Everything is about what he's done and what he's doing for you. And yet he gave you free will to choose. The timing of everything that he brings to light is absolutely incredible. You know, and and when you're running late and you think you're not in God's time, I'm going to tell you right now, you are in perfect in God's perfect timing the whole time. This is how magnificent this being is. He is the son of God. And and yes, he could have destroy He can still destroy us all if he wants to. But you know what? He said he wasn't going to do it. And he keeps his word. He's trustworthy. Who is this guy? Who I mean, that is amazing in and of itself. There's more. Let's continue on. Isaiah 40. Uh now we're in verse 13. Who has directed the spirit of the Lord or as his counselor has taught him. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Wait a minute. Who has directed the spirit of the Lord? Or as his counselor has taught him, God the counselor teaches Jesus and teaches him what? How to direct the spirit of the Lord. God the father and the son of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit work as one. They are three different individuals, but they do work as one because God the father has a plan and the other two support that plan totally. But notice the chain of command here which is taught throughout the Bible. God the father, God the son, God the holy spirit. And all of them, God the holy spirit and the son of God point to God the father. And look at Jesus says he's my counselor. God says I counseledled him. I taught him. Look at this verse 14. with whom did he take counsel and who instructed him and taught him in the path of justice? Who taught him knowledge and showed him the way of understanding? Jesus had to be taught not only you know and and and however that is in the spiritual we don't know that. All I know is that Jesus was there and he said let there be light in there and it was good. There was light and it was good. What I do know is when he was born a man to a virgin, he came out, he still had to be taught and he was taught and never entered sin. He was taught and never entered sin. He had to and he also acknowledged who he taught who taught him, but he never entered sin. But he still had to be taught. Which means you and I could be taught by God. We have sinned. But the moment you spend time in the presence of God, you're abiding in him, there's no sin in Jesus. And sin cannot stand to be in the same room with Jesus. And if you're not sinning, guess what? Adam didn't sin initially. He wasn't aging. There's no aging there. If you go look at the scriptures, give you some homework here. Go read those scriptures. Notice he doesn't mention anything with age. It's all about him naming the animals. I don't know how long that took. Yes, it's kind. So, it's not every animal on the planet, but it is all the kinds. So, a male dog and a female dog. It didn't matter what type it was. It was just a male and a female. But he named them all. Did it take him days? Did it take him weeks? Did he sleep somewhere? Did he have to sleep? He was something different before he sinned. We only know the after what happened with sin. But I do know that if sin isn't in the presence of the Lord and I'm abiding in the presence of the Lord, I slow down aging. I do not age anymore because in that moment, I'm abiding in perfection. That perfection begins here and now. And I'm gonna tell you right now, it's changed me to a point where wow, you know, I now he he weigh he put the mountains in a scale. Do you know how big these mountains are? I can't climb a mountain, especially not at my age, but they're huge. And yet, he put them right there in a scale. But then what did Jesus say? This is even more magnificent. This is how humble Jesus is. Look at this. John 5:30 and John 8:28. 5:31st. I can of myself do nothing. Wait, what? You just put the mountains in a scale. You measured the heavens with a span. I don't even know if it's a three yard stick or how you measured it with a span, but you measured it with a span. You held the oceans in the palm of your hand, in the hollow of your hand. And yet I can do I can't of myself do nothing. Who is this son of God? This man who paid our wages. Look, he says, "As I hear, I judge and my judgment is righteous because I do not seek my own will but the will of the father who sent me." He's following his father. Who do you follow? You following the latest band, the latest music, the latest latest singer, you the latest fashion trends, the latest sin. Oh, but look in verse 28 of 8:28. Then Jesus said to them, when you lift up the son of man, did you catch that? When you lift up the son of man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing of myself, but as my father taught me, I speak these things. Look at the action there for you. homework. He says, "When you lift up the Son of Man." Do you do it on Sundays? Do you do it all the time? Do you do it when you're facing a crisis? Or can you do it? Can you just run up to God one day? You don't have a crisis, just say, "I just want to thank you. I just want to love you." When your children come up and do that to you, what do you think you you have in this your heart this joy and nothing can imitate that joy? When your family member just comes up and says to you, I love you. And you sit there going, "Wow." And imagine what God feels when you suddenly just say, "God, I love you." and this and this being, you know, I have to wonder if that is what he was thinking and feeling at the time when he decided to keep saving the earth in spite of the sin that we're living in. You have to wonder about that. Look at 51:13 Isaiah. And you forget the Lord your m your maker and you forget the Lord your maker. You know, renewing your mind and being in the Lord can be a forgetful process. putting him first in all that you do. Let me look at this. Who stretched out the heavens? You know, uh it is believed that before the flood they can see the whole written story of what Jesus does to redeem man is written in the stars. Well, he stretched that out. Who is this being that loves little old me that can do that? And he paid the wages of the sin that I committed. Incredible. And laid the foundations of the earth. He's the one who put it all together. And yet he says, "I love you for God so loved the world." John 3:16. Look at this. You have feared continually every day because of the fury of the oppressor. Oh, when you hear this part when he has prepared to destroy and where is the fury of the oppressor. Oh, got to get this. I want you to see this again. You have fear continually every day. Do you know when you get in your car and you drive, there's a risk of being in an accident and being killed. You get in your shower, by the way, is a risk. You can slip and fall. Get in your kitchen, it's a risk something blows up. There's always risks. Always. And you fear continually. There are people who fear continually. But look what God says about that. And it's because of the fury of the oppressor. Who's oppressing you? You see, you know you live in sin. You know that one day you're going to die. You know that it's coming because Hebrews 9:27 clearly tells us every man is appointed to die once. We're going to look at that scripture in a moment. When you see this, you know this. You're thinking, "Oh man, I better be careful. God, look at this. You don't have to be careful. It's the f fury of the oppressor. And look at this. He when he has prepared to destroy, he's going to destroy the oppressor. Where is the fury of the oppressor? He's going to destroy that. You have nothing to be afraid of. You're no longer bound by the wages of sin. You are now bound by the gift of life that was given to you from the son of God, Jesus. from the father of God, father god god father that brought his son Jesus. You see the spirit realm here acting up. It's been an interesting uh teaching but I'm going to tell you right now the son of god is Jesus Christ the messiah. He has redeemed us and he is the one who has freed us because he paid the debt of our sin. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And yet you forget. How do you not forget? You have to ask yourself that question. What can you do to not forget? You see, if you're continuously in abiding in him, you create a routine, a habit. It helps a whole lot to develop that and put God first in your life. Jesus. Psalm 27:1, "The Lord is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid? You see, you have no more fear. You can go out, get in your car, and pray and say, "You know what? I'm going to get to my destination safely and quickly." You prophesy it, and you have no worries to fear because you've got God already dealing with the oppressor. He's getting ready. If you notice, his plan is coming to a conclusion. We're in the end times here. You see his plan. There's a fury uproar of all the devils right now. However, God says, "I'm taking care of them." He says, "You believe in me. I'm the I'm giving you the gift of life, my son, Jesus. When I'm giving you him, you are no longer oppressed. You're free. You don't have to be thinking about the consequences of driving on the road or cooking in your kitchen or doing something wrong. You do not have to fear because you have Jesus as your Lord and Savior. You confessed him as your Lord and Savior. Look at this. Hebrews 9:27. And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment. Every man has to die. Every man. There's a conclusion to the journey of the life we're on. There was a beginning. You can start with Adam and Eve in their beginning, but you can also start with the birth of our beginning. And now we've been on this journey and one day that journey comes to a conclusion. However, there's a victory in that conclusion for those of you who realize that the gift of life provided by God the Father is your freedom because he paid your wages that you owed. And when you don't have wages to pay, what do you do with your life if you don't have any debt? You know, you can go buy whatever you want. You're free. You could do whatever you want. You want to go on a cruise, get up and go on a cruise. You want to go to the mountains, go to the mountains. You can go wherever you want because you have no debt. This is the freedom that Jesus gave you. And look at if you think death is a problem, watch this. Oh, death. This is 1 Corinthians 15:55. Oh death, where is your sin? Oh Hades, where is your victory? Look at this 56. The sting of death is sin. And the strength of sin is the law. But when Jesus paid your wages of your sin, you are now under the gift of life. And death can't harm you, do anything to you. There's no more sting. There's no more fear. You are free. Free indeed. You can go buy whatever you want. You can go live whatever way you want. Now, you better be obedient to the word of God and the way he tells you to live. But you have the freedom to live whatever way you want. If you know, I I remember uh Dr. Jean Scott, he'd be up on stage smoking a cigar while he's preaching the word of God. And back then, everyone thought smoking and and drinking were the sins. But, you know, it's the addiction behind it that's the sin. It's not that. If you want to go smoke a cigar, go smoke a cigar. You have the freedom to do it. I I'm trying to teach you the freedom that you have here. So, don't misconstrue my words here. Don't let it own you. In other words, if you have to have the cigar because your body is telling you, then you've gone too far. But if you want the freedom to go have it, you can. You see the difference that you're now free because the wages of sin has been paid for. Now I personally, this is something I do in my life and I follow Job in this example is I repent every day. Every night when we have our closing prayers every night, I continuously repent every night. Say, "Lord, forgive me of my sins. Forgive the sins of the land. Come into my heart again and be my Lord and Savior." And I thank him. Job, every time his kids had a a gathering and they partied, he went and did sacrifices for them. And his thought process was just in case they cursed God while they were under the influence. Do you see the freedom you have now? The freedom to live. Yeah, people are going to judge you, but let them judge you with the freedom that you have. Let them see how free because you tell them, "Hey, the son of God, the one who held the waters in the hollow of his hand forgave me because he paid my wages." Oh, death, oh death, where is your sting? I'm telling you, God is awesome. Second Corinthians 5 through8. And I don't have the chapter here. Obviously, I missed I didn't put that in here. Sorry about that. Now, he in fact, let's go find it. Uh, let's see. Now he who has prepared us for this very thing is God who also has given us the spirit as a guarantee. So we are always confident knowing that while we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord. For we walk by faith, not by sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased, rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. Isn't that awesome? For we walk by faith, not by sight. Let me get you that chapter because obviously I missed it in here. faith not by sight. This is 2 Corinthians 5. So it's chapter 5 and we were so it's chapter 5 and we read verses 5 through8. You can see why I made a mess up there but hey you can forgive me. But look at this. I want you to see something because oh death oh death where is your sting? Look at this. He who has prepared us for this very thing is God who has given us the spirit as a guarantee. You see, God is the one who sent his son. He sent his son to pay the wages and gave the authority of his son over the spirit. And the spirit had to do what the son did. And the son though says, I do the will of my father. Now you have all this freedom. Your wages have been paid. And look at this. You are always c. So we are always confident knowing me. Check this out. I want you to see when your wages are paid for and you get that. Look at this. He says we are always confident knowing that we while we're at home in the body. Yes, we're absent from the Lord. But look at this. He says, "But we walk by faith, not by sight. Don't look at this moment. Put your eyes on God." And he says, "We are confident." Yes. Well, please. rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. We'd rather be there. We will be there when our race is done. But while we're going on our race, we do our thing in confidence because we walk by faith, not by sight. Oh death, oh death, where is your sting? There is no sting. There's no fear. You can go out and do what you and and yes, keep confessing. Look at Romans 10:9. that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Look at for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. Verse 13. If you do it over and over again, which is something I do, you start again refreshed. But I'm telling you, I was saved from the moment I called on God the first time. I just do it again and again more for a peace of mind, a reminder. So I don't forget who my maker is. Who the one is that paid these wages. This mighty mighty being that entered his creation that put mountains and hills and scales that even calculated the perfect amount of death to be on this earth. This is who paid the wages of sin. And by the way, not everyone accepts and believes why they don't want to. They don't want to go to hell either, but and some say they do want to go to hell. But there are some who say they don't want to go to hell, but they don't want to go where God is either. Well, I'm telling you, it's only the two places. You're going to have to make up your mind. And not making your mind up for God is destination hell. So, keep that in in the back of your mind. But in the freedom that you have here and knowing that you are free, your wages have been paid. It it's a weight off your shoulders. There is a transformation that takes place because now you want to thank Jesus for what he did. Be thankful. Remember who he is. Set your pattern, your routine to include a thank you to him every day. And if you truly want to go further, you can press in and abide in his presence. And I promise you, your eternity has already begun the moment you confess Jesus as the son of God. So now sin is gone. You're in his presence. You're not aging anymore. Think about that. There's a lot of people who don't want to age. They don't want to die. Well, you don't have to. You don't even need a bottle. You don't need any kind of medicine. You just go into the presence of the Lord. Hey God, how you doing today? I'm doing fantastic. Thank you for your blessings. You are amazing. By the way, have I said this before? Thank you for paying for the sins. I'm so grateful. What is it that I can do for you today? That's all he's asking for is a relationship with you. He just wants to have a rapport. you want to joke about things, he'll joke with you. By the way, he's fun to be around and it's fun to watch him uh get some people back that need to get uh back. God is awesome and that is Jesus. This is the one who paid the way. Just notice the the dynamic of the relationship between the father, the son, and the spirit. You see the three of them working in unity for you. For God so loved the world that he gave his son Jesus. Jesus was already with them. He do you see that in John 3:16? For God so loved the world that he gave. How can he give something unless he has it? Meaning he had Jesus before Jesus came. I hope you get that. And when Jesus came, he was born of a virgin. He grew up, he was taught by God and by the spirit. He was taught, he was counseledled actually. He was taught by God in that whole time. But then he said, "The spirit will come and comfort you." This is now the son of God saying that Jesus did exactly what his father taught him to do. Now, how are you going to go live your life? Deuteronomy 30 tells you to choose life. And wherever you go, whether you're in the city or in the desert, you will be blessed if you put God first. Here I go again about having a relationship with God and putting him first for your life. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024. Welcome. I'm still in the Women of Bible, Women in the Bible series, and I'm still in Eve. This will be the third message regarding Eve. But wow, the power and all the revelation coming out of this is incredible. This one is called Restoring Dysfunctional Relationships. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word that your word does not return void. We pray that your word is so powerful and strong that it impacts our lives and we apply it to our lives and live your word and have great relationships with one another, with ourselves and with you in the name of Jesus. Amen. So to recap, the first message I taught about Eve was being born again, showing you how Jesus set up the born again process beginning with her very neat revelation. You might want to go check that out. The last message or second message that I taught regarding Eve was the perfect relationship that God established with us, which I'm going to do a quick recap here. And then this one is about dysfunctional relationships, restoring that dysfunctional relationship. So, let's go to our opening scripture because I want to do a quick recap here. Uh, Genesis 1:27. So, God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him. Male and female created he them. So male and female make up the image of God. Now how they were formed, Adam and Eve, how they were created teaches us what the perfect relationship is. So Adam was formed in Genesis 2:7. And the Lord God formed man of the dust and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and man became a living soul. So that's how Adam was created. And then Eve in Genesis 2:21-24, the Lord God caused the deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept, and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof. And the rib which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto man. And Adam said, "This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She shall be called woman, because she was taken out of man. And therefore shall a man leave his father and and his mother and shall cleave unto his wife and they shall be one flesh. So basically what you're seeing here is Adam's covering goes upon her. So it's like his arm is over her shoulders and then she is tucked right in next to his heart which is protected by the rib cage. Since she's made from the rib, she's part of protector over him. She protects his vitals on the inside. She prays for him. And I showed you in last week's message of teaching how to have the perfect relationship, how to submit to one another. So you'll see that Adam leaves his parents. He's going to cleave to his wife. But both male and female have to look to Christ. Christ is who we follow. So we let go of the traditions of our parents. We cling to Christ. Christ is head of the church. Christ is head of the man. Man is head of the woman. It is a hierarchy power of authority that goes on him. But in that perfect relationship, she submits unto him. She submits unto God. He submits unto God. He loves her and covers her. So you have this established perfect relationship that God has set for us to follow. And this applies to siblings, parents, grandparents, to one another, between you and your boss, between you and your best friend, between you and yourself, and between you and God. This is a relationship that he has established. And how do you have a relationship? You talk with one another. You work it out. You open up the word of God and apply the scriptures. So, for instance, if you do what we taught last week, you need to have a relationship with God first. That means you got to set a time aside for him. Set time aside for him. You need to be praying and you need to be opening up the word of God and you need to be learning it, speaking it and let it just manifest out of you. Now that's between now you apply that in every one of your relationships, mother, daughter, father, daughter, uh siblings and so forth. Well, unfortunately, we have what's called dysfunctional relationships. And it always starts with you, me, the individual, because we sabotage our relationships either knowingly or unknowingly. So, I'm going to show you the perfect dysfunctional relationship where God shows us we have authority over fixing that and correcting it. This is awesome. Talk about the revelation that came out of Eve. This is absolutely incredible. So, let's go see Cain and Abel. Perfect dysfunctional relationship if there ever was one. Genesis 4:4-7. And Abel, he also brought of the first lanes of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering. Now, that word respect there means to regard, spare, turn. Abel brought a blood sacrifice to God. He took his firstborn of his cattle, whatever animals that he had, he brought that to God and he did a burnt offering to God and he sacrificed them. He shed blood and God was like, "Yeah, I like this. This is what needs to be done." Well, Cain brought he went out and harvested his fruits and vegetables and he brought baskets, however many, but he brought those to God representing his work. He toiled the ground and he worked hard for that. He sweated and God said, "Nope." Because God, what God is saying here is, "I don't want your works. Your works are not going to save you." Do you see the salvation message still through here? Being born again, this all connects together. I hope you guys watch all three messages together. This is incredible. So here God is telling Cain, you cannot save yourself with your works. You have to do what your brother did. Bring the blood sacrifice. But something happens here that causes a relationship to fall. Let's go look at that because Cain is very offended here. Uh verse five, but Cain but unto Cain and to his offer he had not respect and Cain was very wroth and his countenance fell. And the Lord said unto Cain, "Why art thou wroth?" And that word wroth there means glow, grow, warm anger. In other words, he was angry inside so much that his blood pressure is rising and his shade of color is changing. He's now glowing. He's angry. God rejected him. Now, in a dysfunctional relationship, a lot of things goes on. A lot of things take place and happen here where uh you're hurt. It usually starts with you're getting hurt. Somebody didn't like something you said or did. You didn't mean it that way. And and it usually starts with some little spark like that. And instead of showing the authority and dealing with it, which I'm going to show you here what God says, you get angry. Now, we can get angry. The issue is after you get angry, you need to have some self-control and bring that anger back unto God. We're going to see how Cain did not do that. So look at this and I'm going to show you how to bring it back. So why are thou So the Lord said unto Cain, "Why are thou wroth and why is thy countenance fallen?" So verse seven, this is God talking to Cain still. If thou doest well, happy, successful, right? See, if you did the right thing, you're going to be successful. You're going to be in the right standing. It's going to be good. It's going to be well. But you see, we don't always do the right thing. This is us trying to sabotage things because it's the sin that is waring inside of us doing this. So he says, "And if thou doest not well, sin lith at the door, and unto thee shall be his desire." That's sin desiring stretching out, trying to reach through the door to get you, and thou shalt rule over him. You have rule and dominion over sin on the other side of the door is what God is saying here. So in other words, as soon as you get angry, you open the door and sin is right there on the other side, but sin is pulling its arm through the door and is trying to grab you. So you're in this moment, this heated moment of anger, and you are in a state of mind where you need to get some self-control. And we're going to talk about getting some self-control here in a moment. Somebody didn't like something you said. They don't like the way you look. They're in a bad mood today. So, they don't want to have anything to do with you and your happiness. You see, there are all kinds of things that set off or trigger a person. Now, if you're the one being triggered, then it's a demonic. It is sin at the door. And it is sin you need to deal with. And what takes care of sin? Abel established that by the sacrifice of the blood because life is in the blood. Leviticus, let's go there. Look at Leviticus 17:11. For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement to cover or cancel for your souls. For it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul. So you see, you can get angry, but you got to come back to the blood. You got to go back to Abel. So in other words, do all the works that you want to do, but it ain't going to do you anything. You can try so hard to speak the right words. You can try so hard to bury that anger. You can try so hard to not be a trigger. You can drink as many cups of coffee as you want, thinking that might make you a little happier and give you the energy that you need. But it comes back to the blood. And what do you do with the blood? You have to come back to the cross to holy communion. Now, it starts with confession. And I want you to remember this because now I'm going to take you through some steps of how to get back into the right relationship with God or with yourself or with your lover or with your spouse or with your brother or sister with your parent, your grandparent or with businesses or with your life with you yourself. If you argue with yourself, I typically don't argue with myself, but I do have conversations with myself. I talk to myself all the time. But I give it to the Lord and I just I look and it helps me bounce off the thoughts and ideas with the word of God. That's what I use that for. But however you want to have your relationships, it's going to come back to you need to make a sacrifice of blood. Well, hold on. Christ made the sacrifice of blood. So it takes back going to the cross. And it starts with confession. And remember, salvation is through the confession of the mouth. This is what delivers. This is what heals. This is what saves. Now I want you to see this. Romans 10:9 says that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus. He's saying you got to speak it out loud. Jesus. So if Cain, he could have, you know what Cain could have done was, I'm sorry, Lord, I did this wrong. Please forgive me. And you know what? God would have done it and it would have been established. Would have been able to go on. Abel Abel would not have been killed. You see, Cain was so angry and sin came through the door, grabbed a hold of him. He could not let it go because he did not confess, he ends up murdering Abel. And because now Abel's blood is crying out to God, avenge me. God knew exactly what happened. God told Cain exactly. You see, Adam and Eve had been teaching Cain and Abel the ways of God. They're raising their children up in the ways of God. Abel was doing it right. Abel got the message. He knew it was blood. Cain said, "Well, you know what? I'm going to one up him and I'm going to work hard for this and God's going to love it." But he was wrong. And instead of confessing, he just got angry and and notice he was angry at God. But he couldn't do anything to God. So, he went after Abel. This is when you're in anger, you lash out at anyone who didn't even have anything to do with why you're angry. You just lash at them. You're a mean, ugly person on the inside. This is why I said it starts with you on the inside. So, if somebody's lashing out at you, you're the one in the self-control, hopefully, or you're the one that's lashing out. Whatever role you're in, it starts with confession. Let's go back to the scripture that if thou shalt confess with confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in thine heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Look at the word saved. Delivered, protected, healed, preserved, whole. Cain could have come back and had forgiveness and mercy. Instead, he chose not to. So now once you confess Jesus over your life and you can confess Jesus over your anger, your hatred, and and the hurt you're feeling, you're hurt. Most people are lashing out because somebody hurt them for one reason or another. Um attacked them, rejected them, rejected their kind of love, uh didn't like the, you know, they were in love with you initially, got what they wanted, and then left you in the wind. There's lots of relationships like that. Uh if your family, money becomes an issue, you guys are fighting against that. Um but it's sin that's come in and it starts with confessing Jesus Lord as Lord of your s of your soul. Jesus over your soul. Jesus over your mouth. Jesus over your hate. Jesus over your unforgiveness. You see, part of the relationship is to forgive. And in order to forgive, you need to have self-control. So, we're going to get into that here in just a moment, but I want you to see how holy communion takes us back to the cross to restore us. And I want you to catch this is very powerful. 1 Corinthians 11:24 and 25. And when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "Take, eat. This is my body which is broken for you. This do in remembrance of me." He's talking about the bread. So, he's taking bread. He's breaking pieces of of it off and he shares it at the table there with his apostles uh and his disciples and they are taking the bread and they're eating it in remembrance of what Christ is going to do on the cross. So Jesus is telling us and Paul's reiterating here when you do this, you do this in remembrance of Christ. So you confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, but you're going to recognize that Christ went to the cross for your healing, your deliverance. See, you are healed spiritually and physically by the broken bread. You're healed physically because of the stripes. By his stripes, you were healed. You're also healed because of spiritually. If you're in anger, you can let go of the anger by partaking and taking the bread, the bread. Taking Christ, bringing Christ back into you. You're saying, "Jesus, I remember you in the cross. Jesus, I'm taking your bread into my body to restore and heal me spiritually and physically because I need it because I'm angry. I'm hurt. Somebody's hurt me and I'm upset about it. I need your help. This is how you take your dysfunctional relationship back to Christ. Now look what he says about the blood. Verse 25. After the same manner also he took the cup when he as saying, "This cup is the new testament covenant in my blood. This do ye as often as you drink it in remembrance of me. Covenant. You see, Jesus came and made a new covenant with mankind. Now remember back in the days before the flood, they were dealing with innocence and God judged them with the flood. So that part was already taken. But the new covenant is Christ through his blood. God has been asking for blood this entire time. Now the blood is where life is and Christ is life. And remember, I proved in the first teaching that Christ is the one who said, "Let there be light." He's the one who's forming man and manifesting life in them because Christ is life. The word became flesh and the word was with God in the beginning. John 1:1. This is Christ manifesting life. So what you do when you take the holy communion, you're saying, "Christ the life, come back into me. heal me, restore me physically, spiritually, and let the blood cleanse me because that's what the blood does. Now remember, and let's go look at how the principle works here. I want you to see this. Romans 7:21-25. And I find then a law, a principle that when I would do good, evil is present with me. For I delight or rejoice in the law of God after the inward man. I think I hit that too many times. Let's go back. There you go. But I see another law principle in my members waring against or attacking destroying the law of my mind and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. Remember sin is at the door. The door opened because of the anger. So there's a war going on because we were born into sin. You see Cain hadn't sinned yet. But we were born on the other side of the door. Sin was let in when Adam and Eve sinned. So the door was open and Cain had an opportunity to avoid it and he didn't. Again, we have an opportunity to avoid a dysfunctional relationship if we choose to walk away from sin, which means confess Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Take of the cup, the broken bread, and the blood. bring life back into our bodies. Forgive. We have to let it go. That's what the word forgive means, by the way, is to let go of the anger. You could be all right and justify it all you want, but I'm going to tell you right now, that don't mean a thing. You let the sin in. And you have to deal with the sin. Doesn't matter if you're right. You got angry and you felt justified. You still let in sin. You have to deal with that sin. And to do that, you have to do this battle. Look what Paul's describing it as. I want you to see this. This is so very powerful. He says, "But I see another law in my members, waring against the law of my mind and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. Oh wretched man that I am. Who shall deliver rescue me from the body of this death? I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord." So then with the mind, the intellect, I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh, the law of sin. So you see, there's a battle going on. You've got sin that you have to deal with that's in the flesh. But your mind can shut that door by calling, confessing Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior because Jesus is the one who fulfilled all of this. He's the one who applied the perfect blood to the mercy seat in the ark of the covenant. So because of that the satisfaction, God had satisfaction with the blood of Jesus. It met the law. It fulfilled it. It was done. So now all we have is grace, confession of Jesus as our Lord and Savior and letting it go. We have the authority. You saw that God gave the authority to Cain to dominion and to have dominion over sin. And the best part of it is is after you do this, even though you're still fighting in that flesh and you're still struggling, because we struggle every day with the attacks on our mind, we can sometimes fantasize about things that happen in relationships that don't. This is why some of us, I'm certain my man is cheating on me or doing this or doing that. You have no proof. You think it. You got to capture your mind and get it under self-control. Look at what he says though. As soon as you confess Jesus, because that was Romans 7, the last end of the verse of Romans 7. Now we're in Romans 8:1 and2. It says, "There is therefore now no condemnation. There's no verdict to them which are in Christ Jesus." You see, sin is the devil going to the courtroom of God and saying, "See, he did this. He did this. He did this." Christ is saying, "I forgive. I forgive. I forgive." And if you're going to be Christlike, you need to forgive yourself of these hatred, sinful uh relationships that you're sabotaging. You have to forgive yourself. You've got to for let Christ forgive you. And then you have to have this mindset. Look, it says, "Now there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit." See, you confess Jesus. Now you walk in the spirit. Because when you get water baptized, you're watered. You go under in the water, you come up in the spirit. So you can see how being born again, confessing Jesus, getting baptized, having holy communion, and coming up in the spirit, walking in the spirit, this is you having a perfect relationship with Christ. Your mind can say, "Now there is no condemnation because I'm in Christ Jesus and I'm walking after the spirit." Verse two, for the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus, For the law of the spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. Death. You are liberated from sin and death. Cain wandered the rest of his life wandered the wilderness and was never satisfied and never was able to get what he needed out of the ground. He wandered and he was destroyed. That was his life. You do not want that kind of life. You do not live in the wilderness. You are now liberated because there is no more condemnation. Oh death. Oh death, where is your sting? You see, you're saved the moment you confess Jesus. You're saved spiritually, eternally in heaven. But you're also saved out of those dysfunctional relationships. You're saved out of the sickness that comes from it in your flesh. You are saved because you confess Jesus. You confess Jesus. You confess Jesus and you forgive and you let it go. And you've taken the Holy Communion, which is what restores you every time because it reminds you to go back to the cross every single time. Now, here's the key. Because you want to have that self-control. Look, Galatians 5:22 and 23. But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance. Against such against such there is no law. Temperance is self-control. All of these fruits should be manifesting out of you. You see, you should be able to confess Jesus and ask God to come into your heart and ask for the gift, the fruits of the spirit. Say, "Lord, I need some self-control. Help me not get angry. Help my mind stay focused on you. I don't want to be fantasizing about what someone could be doing behind my back or someone's lying and cheating behind my back." Or if I think that, then I should be praying for them, forgiving them and giving them to Christ and then forgive myself. That is the type of relationship that Christ has for us today. So if you are the one that's acting out, you need to confess and bring it back to the Lord. If you're the one confessing, then when someone lashes out to you, you need to pray for them and give them to Christ and let it go. And it stops sin in its tracks. But the self-control is what you need so you don't lash out in anger. Because if you're lashing out in anger, all you're doing is just feeding the sin with fire and it's just gonna because that's what it does. But remember, let's go back to Cain. Let's go back to what God said. He says, "If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? And if thou doest not well, sin lith at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire." See, sin wants to get us. and thou shalt rule over him. You have dominion over sin. You have the authority. All you got to do is say, "Jesus, help me. Jesus, help me have self-control. Jesus, keep me from temptation." The Lord's Prayer. Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. and forgive us our debts as we forgive those uh forgive us our as we forgive those the debtors against us keep us from evil and deliver us keep us from the temptations and deliver us I'm paraphrasing that you can go look it up I just it's an impromptu thing I did here so I don't have the scripture here but I encourage you to go read that prayer talk to God establish your relationship with him so he works in you a good work and you're helping him because confessing Jesus over your anger, your hatred, your your unforgiveness, even the right thinking. You think you're right. Hey, God's always going to find something wrong with you. We're we're in the flesh. We're human. But what we can do is confess Jesus, praise him, worship him, walk with him, have that holy communion so that we stay reminded of what he did on the cross, reminded of the dominion over sin that he has given us. We have the right to fight sin off. And it's an ongoing battle. Which means though, we can have a right to the perfect relationship that God designed for us. The man's covering over us. He's not beating us because we're in the crook of his arm. He loves us. We're protecting his vitals by praying and keeping sin out. praying for our man, praying for our woman. Because we go to God with our issues. We go to God with our relationships. We say, "In Jesus, I pray for my husband. In the name of Jesus, I pray for my wife. In the name of Jesus, I pray for my children. In the name of Jesus, I pray for my parents. In the name of Jesus, I pray for my siblings." And what's happening is you're looking to God, which is what the image of God, ma, male and female, have been created to do for that perfect relationship. So you can take the anger, the hatred, the the dysfunctional, sabotaged relationships around you and bring them right back to Jesus. Take your holy community to have that relationship with Christ. stand with Christ and put Christ first in your heart and in your mouth. Let Christ be spoken out first in your mouth because it's what you have a cloud of witnesses that are around you. So, I I wasn't going to go into this, but that cloud of witness is God. It's Jesus, the Holy Spirit, angels, demons. They're out there watching you and they take advantage of you. Especially demons, they're looking for the words that you're going to say that's going to let them have that door open for them so that sin can reach its hand out and grab you. Well, I'm shutting that door. I don't want sin there. Yeah, I'm I'm right about this relationship, but you know what? Uh-uh. Shutting the door. I'm going to go to Christ and just pray. I'm gonna let the spirit handle it because it's not my by works. It's by the blood and the spirit is came from the blood. Jesus established the church with water and blood and then he sent the spirit for the day of Pentecost right after that. That's how this works. This is the perfect relationship that you can have and bring it back to that perfect relationship. And I hope that you do that. Amen. Let's uh close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. You are mighty and holy. And I pray that we call upon the name of the Lord and are saved from anger, from hatred, from unforgiveness. And I pray that we have self-control to be able to confess Jesus over our relationships and that we can walk in that perfect relationship with you, Father God. For you truly are amazing, glorious, and faithful and wonderful. Oh Lord, we love you. Thank you, Lord. Let this message not be stolen by the devil. Welcome. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your anointing. We thank you for your blessings and your favor upon us. For you are mighty and glorious. You are my God, my King, my Lord and my Savior. I belong to you and you belong to me. Thank you Lord. Let your word not return void and let the listeners remember who they are in you and that they are more than conquerors. Thank you Lord in the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Well, welcome. I'm so glad you can join me today as I teach this teaching. Guess what this is called? You are a child of God. This is going to be a great teaching. Let's go to our opening uh scripture here in Romans 8:15. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage or slavery again to fear, which is alarm, fright, terror. But ye have received the spirit of adoption, the placing as the son, whereby we cry, "Aba, Father." Oh, how precious, how precious it is to be called a child of God. And we have that Ah, let's go to scripture because I really want to get this teaching across to you because I want to build your faith and I want to show you how you can be more than a conqueror. Amen. Amen. We're still in Romans and we're going to look at verses 16 and 17. the spirit which by the way when you get this teaching may take a little bit of time but when you get it you are going to feel a deliverance and it is going to cleanse you and it is just incredible you're going to be a little on the weepy side which is what I am today but this is because my spirit and my mind recognizes who I am to be called a child of So what happens though with deliverance is that there is a current of air or a spirit that infuses us. It comes through through us. The Holy Spirit anoints us. And that is what you're going to be seeing in this teaching. So look at what he says here. The spirit which the and the best description they can give for this by the way is a current of air. That's just what it's called. And when you go through deliverance, if you've ever seen a person get exercised and not Hollywood style, but in a real deliverance min uh ministry or anything like this, you're going to recognize that um releasing of air is part of the deliverance. So you can have a stronghold, a spirit of fear, let's say, and that spirit is in you. And when it gets cast out, whether by yourself or by a team of people, and they're casting out anger, bitter, hate, you're going to start coughing, sneezing, that's a current of air leaving your body. Well, we're given the Holy Spirit, which is a current of air that comes in to us. And that's what Paul is talking about here. He says, "The spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit." You see the inside with the Holy Spirit are partnering up together. And you can see you can do this with anger or hatred. But you can also do this with the Holy Spirit. And see by letting go of the fear, the anger, the hatred, the enviousness, the jealousy, bitterness, hate, you let all that go. You need to partner up with the spirit of God, the Holy Spirit. And this is where when you recognize that you're a child of God, the dominating spirit within your soul and body becomes the Holy Spirit and he transforms you on the inside. So Paul is clearly talking about this here in Romans. The spirit himself beareth witness with our spirit that we are children of God. He's going to describe here in just a moment uh other ways to to describe. But you will know you are a child of God simply because your spirit is partnering up with the Holy Spirit. You're going to feel the anointing. I I feel it as I I sit here and when I start to pray, I know he's right there and I know that I'm more than a conqueror with him in that spirit. You're going to see that here in the scripture. And I hope that with this knowledge you get it and that you grab on to it and you don't let go. Amen. That we are children of God. Verse 17. And if children then hes of God and joint hes together with Christ. If so be that we suffer with him that we may also that we may be also glorified together. Here is an interesting point. You see all the disciples, the apostles, they became martyrs in their time. Even Paul who wasn't a disciple became a martyr for Christ. And he's saying if we suffer, we glorify together. Jesus is glorified while the apostles, the disciples are glorified because they had the spirit in them and their spirit testified to that. testified to the world, allowed them to write scripture. Peter wrote first Peter and second Peter. Paul wrote most of the New Testament. The Holy Spirit work through the gospel writers, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Acts written by Luke. I It's incredible to see what the Holy Spirit did in them and caused them to do that. Jesus said, and I taught this a little bit in my last teaching, that we would do greater things than him because he had to go to the father in a way. He was kind of teasing us like, "Yeah, you know, you didn't beat me because I gave up and didn't do better. I just had to go deal with my father because he called me to go deal with him. So, you can beat me now." It's kind of like a a camaraderie um happiness between you as you compete with one another in a way. In other words, you know, when you see Paul cast out a demon or you see Peter just look look at me and they rise up from the dead. The faith that they had, it's because they knew the spirit within them. They knew they were joint hes. And think about being an heir with Christ. We're royalty, a peculiar people, a royal priesthood. I don't even bring that scripture into this teaching, but that is what we are. And let's pause and think about that for just a moment. I'd like for you to think about what royalty is like. Imagine having access to the king at all times. Even when he's in a meeting uh with other angels or doing this or that, he is father god. He's king. Yes. But he stops for his children to listen. What is it that you need? What is it that you want? I got this. Okay, we got it together. and to stand side by side with Jesus in that holy courtroom as royalty and to have whatever Christ had. Christ walked in water, walked on the water. Christ healed the sick. Christ is going to put an end to sin. He's doing all this and he says, "I redeemed you. I gave you my blood cuz my father told me, but I was obedient and I wanted to and I do it for the joy of setting you free and having you free. This is his his love for us and we're a part of that. We are a joint air. We can cast out demons. We can heal the sick. We can be set apart from this world and know better with him. Know the betterness of him. Oh, let's go to Galatians. Let's continue on. I want to show you more of this. Galatians chapter 3:25-27. But after that faith has come, we are no longer under a school master. Let's stop and think about this for a minute. After that faith has come, when you become a believer in Christ, you actually take a step of faith. When you confess Jesus is Lord, this is Romans 10:9. When you confess Jesus is Lord with your mouth and believe that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, delivered, healed, preserved. That word means a whole bunch of different words there. So imagine having that faith. You finally get it. You realize that you are a child of God. You have this authority. Look at what else he says. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. Now, I want you to see what that word faith there means. It means persuasion, credence, moral conviction. You see what happens is suddenly you're aware because the spirit within you who is partnering up with the Holy Spirit, you suddenly realize, hey, there's something more. And you're just so blessed by it. And you're you it transforms the way you think because you're a child of God. you get to go up to the courtroom and sometimes it's very hard for Christians to accept this, you know, because Jesus is so worthy. It's almost as if Jesus is way up there and he's not here within me. But the Holy Spirit, God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, three persons in one. The Holy Spirit is in us and they work in tandem. That means he's convicting us. We are feeling that conviction. We're aware of his presence, which means we should be acknowledging we're a child of God and we are able to walk into that kingdom that he has for us. Let's continue on. Verse 27. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. Look at this. Baptized means to be fully wet. You'll see in the Catholic church they put little drops on the forehead. Well, fully wet means submersion. So, if you go to pretty much any denomination out there that is calling itself Christian other than Catholicism, you will find that water baptism is a fully submersible um event that happens in a believer's life. Now, some churches believe you need to have that to get saved. I think that's incorrect teaching because if you go look at Luke and you see the thief on the cross got Jesus told the thief today you will be with me in paradise. That thief never got off and never got water baptized. So he got saved though. So you all it takes is confession of Jesus and you're just calling out on Jesus whom you can't see. You're just calling out on him and and you become a child of God just from that. You see, I believe when you go get water baptized and you come up, you go into ministry right after that because now you've got the anointing of the Holy Spirit on you, which he's talking about the anointing in the scripture. For as many of you has been baptized fully what? Into Christ, which is the anointed where Christ means anointed have put on Christ anointing, the anointing of Christ. You go into the ministry. In fact, as soon as Jesus had been baptized, he came up. He went into the wilderness for 40 days and 40 nights fasted and dealt with the temptation of Satan overcame him and won. And after that, his min ministry was a breeze. So as soon as you come up from water baptism, you kind of go under this attack of the devil. You overcome him because the Holy Spirit will not let you lose. Amen. And it it becomes an ongoing thing where your Holy Spirit just gets stronger and stronger and stronger and you go into ministry and you start teaching people under the gifts of the Holy Spirit. You start manifesting the fruit of the Holy Spirit. I mean your life transforms and you are a joint heir with Christ because your spirit is testifying with the Holy Spirit and the two of you are now working in tandem as joint airs. Meaning you have the right to the authority of the name of Jesus and everything about Jesus. Romans 10:9 again says that if you confess with your mouth Jesus is Lord. Lord over what? Lord over my life, Lord over my head if I have headaches, Lord over my sinuses, Lord over my spirit, Lord over my body, he's Lord. So the moment you start to feel like a a little cold coming on, this is where you can say, "No, no, no. Jesus is Lord over that. Jesus is Lord over cancer. Jesus is Lord over my finances. And because you're a son of God, you are a child of God. You have the right to the faith of healing. You have the right to deliverance. You have that right. And you get to walk right up to the throne where God the Father is, Jesus the Son, the Holy Spirit is encouraging you. He's convicting you. He's right there with you. And the four of you are working in you to in your mind, bringing your faith up so that you are walking in ministry, healing, and saving others because we need to save people, which is what Jesus was all about. That's why he went to the cross with joy. By the way, he went to the cross with joy. And as he was up there, he was thinking of you and I. He redeemed us knowing full well it was going to hurt. He suffered it, but he did it so that we didn't have to go through that suffering because we already fell. We're already suffering as it is. But he rose from the grave and he's life. Death can't hold him, which means sickness and diseases can't hold you. You are a child of God and you get to go walking around free and clear and liberated, no longer a slave. Oh, I hope you guys are getting this. 1 John 3:10. In this, the children of God are manifest or shining apparent. And I want you to see something. You can tell the difference from a child of God and a child of the devil. Look at this. This is very important. Why I brought the scripture here. And the children of the devil. Whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth, not his brother. That word love there is social moral obligation type of a sense. In other words, a mom has her first born and she has her child. She's obligated to take care of that child. That's what that word love there means. You're obligated as a child of God, as somebody who's called on Christ to demonstrate his power and his authority. the faith in you is the demonstration because we're already seeing plenty of demon um uh the devil and demonstration on their side of unrighteousness which isn't of God. They're not loving. They're not helping. They're not doing any of that kind of stuff. No. And but here we're different. We're a child of God. We're a peculiar people and we have the right to demonstrate his love to those around and to share those words of encouragement that the body of Christ and these are there are believers. They are so down. They're so oppressed that it's like the devil is rubbing their face in the dirt of the ground and they haven't figured it out yet. They just need to stand up and put the devil on the ground and stomp him down. That's the right that we have as a child of God. I hope you guys are getting this. 1 John 4:4, "Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome. You've subdued. You conquer them because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world." You've got God on your side. And the moment you decide you're going to spend more time with God, which means more time with the Holy Spirit, you're going to read the scripture more or even make a commitment of reading his scripture every day and sometimes two or three times a day or make a commitment where you're going to put around 15 to 30 minutes out to the side every day for you and God just to have some quality time together. you know, last week, I think it was, as I'm over here in my room and I I was just weeping. I mean, weeping that Yeah. It wasn't this last Thursday. It was the Thursday before and I was just thinking of the people and I was praying with God and the anointing was so strong that my sinuses all got cleared out and have been cleared since. I've always had to spray sinus spray and I've been healed of that. I haven't had to spray my nose now for a week and a half. That is incredible. I mean, just feeling the anointing of the Holy Spirit and God healed me in that moment. Why? Because I put him first. I trusted him. I had faith in him. We are the House of Faith Ministries. And it is hard to have faith. It's hard to trust people, let alone someone you can't see. But that's the power and the authority that we have as believers in Christ. We need to get up off of going to church, being spoonfed the scripture, and uh just Yeah, God has Yeah, there's faith. I heard a teaching last Sunday teaching faith. Hebrews 11, the the faith chapter is such a mighty chapter. you. I I would never have thought that a teaching on that chapter could ever go as slow and inhibited as I had heard it that way taught that day. And I I prayed. I said, "Lord, what's going on here? This person who taught on faith had no faith." And now I'm praying because I'm hoping that the Lord shakes us up and shows us that faith. But not just show us, but that it connects. It clicks somewhere in the brain. So that faith turns on and we're walking in that power. Because to not realize or not have it or not understand it, you know, that's we have to ask God to help us understand what he's doing, where he's going. You know, after that uh January 6 event, I remember going to the Lord going, you know, I wasn't involved with that, but I was very hesitant and wondering is Trump going to win? I you know I after he had lost you know just the way the church was pushing in that area so deeply I came away from that and I separated myself from that at that point I said no Lord I'm here for you not for the church and I I want to serve the church I want to help the church but I we got to be on the right track with your word and after that my life has changed drastically because I purposed in my heart in my mind that I would put him first, understand the scriptures, teach it the way he wants to, and not by uh you know, if if someone had asked me to teach on faith and I didn't understand it, I would back off and say, "No, no, I can't teach it because I don't understand it." That's what you're supposed to do. It's better to not mislead anybody, but to demonstrate what you're teaching. And I'm hoping as a House of Faith Ministries that we're walking in faith and knowing and demonstrating that. And I'm hoping that you catch the fire of the anointing in here that goes down into here and comes right out and just goes all over everybody. So, what am I hoping for? Because I want to teach you how much faith that you have by being a child of God. If Jesus can heal, if Jesus can deliver, if Jesus can make the blind see, if he can help us hear, how much more can we do of that as well? Because he said you would do greater things than I only because he had to go to the father. I love the way that scripture is worded. Let's continue on. I want you to catch this. We're in 1 John 5 1-5. Whosoever believeth and you know, let's pause there. That's where it starts. The word believe is means to have faith. That's where it starts. Do you have enough faith to say, "All right, Jesus. I believe you're real and I'm going to need some help." And and that's all it takes. Start that. You plant the seed and let the Holy Spirit start talking to you. Which means you have to open the Bible, which means you need to read it and you need to be praying. It's a two-way communication, but it starts there. Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God. Meaning God procreated the man Jesus. And he did. You see, the son of God has always been there with him. And the son of God is who did creation. Go to first John, excuse me, John 1:1. In the beginning was the word and the word was God. And the word was with God. He was always there in the beginning. But that word became flesh. Jesus, God procreated him and and made him Jesus. He died and then he rose from the grave and got a new body. He's not that spirit anymore. He's in the body in the flesh, a whole new flesh that we're all going to get new bodies afterwards. But he when he said life, he just popped right out of the grave. And we have the right to that life. We have the right to be standing on that throne room with Jesus and with God the Father. And we have the right to say, "I'm a joint heir. And I have this authority, which means I'm going to come right back out of the grave. And because I already believe in my flesh, it already has begun. I death is not going to affect me like it would anyone else. absent from the body, present with the Lord. I love what Paul says. Oh death, oh death, where is your stink? That's what happens to those of us who grab a hold of that faith and believe that Jesus is the son of God and that we're joint hes with him and that as a child we have the same authority, life, we have life and we're not going to be held back. So when death, sickness, diseases, and all that try to encompass us, try to oppress us, try to push us down, try to tell us lies, we get to look at and say, "No way. I have the name of Jesus. He is my Lord. He's my savior. You sickness, cancer, disease, you get lost in the name of Jesus because I have life. It will not touch me because of the faith of what I have and what I believe and who I believe as a child of God. Oh, hallelujah. Born of God. And everyone that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. You see, we're of him. And see, when we love him, we love him out of a social moral obligation. Because I'm going to tell you right now, when you can't see God, how can you love something you can't see? But you have to take the faith and pray and talk to him because then what happens afterwards is that you start to see him move in your life. And next thing you know, you're having full conversations with him because you're walking in faith because you've seen him move so much in your life. and you just know that you're a child of God. How much love he has for me. And it becomes empathic at that point. But when it first starts, it's an obligation. All right, Lord. I'm going to keep your commandments. I I don't want to sin. I don't want to be like that anymore. I'm repenting. I'm going to turn my life around. I'm gonna choose to live for you. And I I'm gonna declare I'm a child of God. I may not understand it, but I'm asking you to help me understand that, Lord. You see, that's the baby steps that you need to take to get to this point. And I'm going to tell you, I'm not even there yet. Yet, I'm so excited. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Look at this. By this, we know, and that word is absolutely know that we love the children of God when we love God and keep his commandments. Because now it comes to well now we got to love all of God's children. If we're all children of God, we got to love one another. What's what's interesting about that is we don't want to. But there's a point when you actually press in and you find out more about God, you realize that God loves them just as much as he loves me. And all of a sudden it it it changes you. And I am begging you to let the Holy Spirit change you and transform you. Verse three, for this is the love of God that we keep his commandments. Look at this word commandments. It means authoritative prescription. So we're talking about healing, deliverance from the inside out. You see, when you love them just as much as God loves them, the other people of the world, not just ourselves. When you love them, you keep his commandments. Because what is his commandments? To love him with all of your heart to love them, your neighbor, just as much as you love yourself. And when that happens, you are walking in authoritative prescription because you're a joint heir. You're a child of God. That means your authority is your prescription that keeps you from all sicknesses and diseases. Oh, I hope you get this. I hope you get this. And his commandments are not grievous. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world. And this is the victory that overcomemeth the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcomemeth the world? He that believeth that Jesus is the son of God. That my friend is basic scripture doctrine of how to realize you're a child of God and how not to ever be sick, downtrodden, oppressed, possessed. Oh, you see this is where it starts right in here. You start thinking, you know what? I'm a child of God. And it clicks and all of a sudden your faith goes from way down here and it starts to go way up here. That, my friend, is walking in faith. That is walking in the realization of who you are and the authority that you have. There are things you're going to do that are going to be magnificent, worthy, holy, worthy to be written in the Bible if the go if God wanted to continue writing the Bible. I hope you catch this and I hope that you realize that you are a child of God. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. We pray that your word does not return void. And we thank you that your word that the enemy does not come in and discourage us or make us forget this word. Lord, let us retain and walk in this word with you and know that you are God and we're your child and that we have the authority in the name of Jesus and that we have the faith to believe that you are our healer in the name of Jesus. Written teaching: 2 Thessalonians 3:7 “For you yourselves know how you ought to follow us, for we were not disorderly among you.” The reality is that today many Christians do not really understand spiritual order, and because of their lack of knowledge in this subject they needlessly suffer lack. The kingdom of heaven is a spiritual kingdom, and those of us who are born of the Spirit of God have been called to navigate within the spiritual order that governs His heavenly kingdom. As anyone who has traveled to an unknown destination knows, if you do not have a good set of directions and a reliable map, and a common understanding of how to read and follow a set of directions, chances are that you will get lost and suffer the loss of time and resources. It is the same as we travel in our spiritual journey, we are traveling to an unknown destination, unknown to us that is, for God knows where He is taking us, but if we do not understand the spiritual order that governs our journey we will not be much help to God in Him getting us there on time. That is why we are commanded that in all things we must follow the path of the spiritual order that God has foreordained. 1 Corinthians 14:40 “Let all things be done decently and in order.” In our opening text Paul tells the Thessalonians that they know how they ought to follow them, because of the order with which he taught them. 2 Thessalonians 3:6 “But we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw from every brother who walks disorderly and not according to the tradition which he received from us.” Notice how Paul said, we command you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, this was not a request, this is how vitally important this matter is, for spiritual disorder will frustrate the plan of God for our lives. The flow of the authority of the Word of God, like electricity traveling through an electrical circuit, follows a clearly defined path that works perfectly as long as the orderly flow is maintained, any deviation causes the flow to trip the switch that immediately shuts off the power. Let me see if I can, with the help of the Holy Spirit, lay out some of the basic rules that govern this spiritual flow so that we can learn how to maintain spiritual order in our lives, and thereby not hinder the plan and purpose that God has ordained for us to fulfill. Isaiah 55:10-11 “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.” God uses the illustration of how the rain and the snow that melts and waters the earth and accomplishes the purpose for which He sends it, to reveal how the spiritual power of His Word functions. He sends out His Word as a flow of energy and those who partake, that is, come in agreement with His Word and live their lives accordingly, will fulfill the purpose for which they were created through the power that the energy of the Word of God provides them with. So that the number one rule is: Follow the directions that the Word of God provides, that is, if you want to fulfill the purpose for which He created you. Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ (the flowing power of the anointed One) who strengthens me.” So that if I believe that my life is not an accident, but that God purposed me to be born and assigned to me His good plan and purpose for me to fulfill through the power that He provides, then that leads me to: Rule number two: I have to believe that God has a divine purpose for my life, and that I am not just here to mow the grass and tend the garden. 2 Thessalonians 2:13 “But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth.” It is belief in this truth that brings spiritual order into our personal lives. That is we connect with the energy that flows from heaven above, the Word of God, and it is that energy that empowers us to change course, to turn away from the vanities of this life that perishes, and to aim for the goal of faith which is eternal life with Jesus, to be with Him we must be like Him, and that is what sanctification does, it prepares us for eternity. Spiritual order also functions corporally, as in within the family unit and within the church. So that we also need to understand the path that spiritual order follows corporally so that we can function properly within the family unit and within the church, which is our spiritual family. 1 Corinthians 11:3 “But I want you to know that the head of every man is Christ, the head of woman is man, and the head of Christ is God.” The above verse can be controversial to those who do not understand the flow of spiritual order. But we need to know that God has set the institution of holy matrimony as the foundation of the family unit, and as a type for the relationship between Jesus and His church. So that if I come with the mindset of natural understanding and say, I am a man therefore I am the head of the woman, I immediately negate the spiritual fact that in Christ, I, as a man, am the bride of Christ also. So that within the natural process, spiritual authority or order, flows from God to Christ, from Christ to man, from man to woman, from woman to children, but from the spiritual perspective all authority and order flows out of the unchanging and uncompromising Word of God, to which all things owe their allegiance to, be it physical or spiritual. So that those who deviate from the natural order, that is, refrain from following in the tenants prescribed by the Word of God, fall into disorder, just as much as those who though in the proper natural position deviate from their responsibilities to the Word of God, and to their own peril fall into disorder themselves. Ephesians 3:14-15 “For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven (spiritual order) and earth (physical order) is named.” Paul writes that He is fully committed to the principle of spiritual order by bowing his knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, do you see the progression? But then he adds, to whom the whole family, natural and spiritual belong. We see in the natural how this principle works, when the family unit breaks down everything is prone to disorder, but we also witness that when the family unit, though intact, rejects or ignores the principles in the Word of God, that disorder rules there as well. So that the key is in our understanding how the principle of spiritual order works and all that is at stake, for the results will be either order or disorder. So that our third rule is made obvious by the fact that in spiritual order, God, His Word, and the Holy Spirit are the only One’s who are perfect, and who perfectly agree, and all that follows within that spiritual order must comply fully to the tenants of the Word of God, and if not, their position is nullified immediately and ceded to the next in line that believes and applies the Word of God. 2 Thessalonians 2:15 “Therefore, brethren, stand fast and hold the traditions which you were taught, whether by word or our epistle.” How do I know if my house is in the proper spiritual order? 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17 “Now may our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and our God and Father, who has loved us and given us everlasting consolation and good hope by grace, comfort your hearts and establish you in every good word and work.” Notice how the order is reversed, Jesus and then the Father, that means that the Lord wants us to look upward to see if we are conforming with God’s plan for us, the plan that was made available to us by our Lord Jesus Christ and the good hope and grace that comforts our hearts, for that is what establishes us to do His good word and works. If there is enmity in your heart against His Word for you or the work that He has called you to do, chances are that you are out of His spiritual order and lack the power to fulfill His calling for your life. Isaiah 30:15 “For thus says the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: ‘In returning (repentance) and rest (in His promises) you shall be saved (delivered); in quietness and confidence shall be your strength.’ But you would not.” Would you? It is better to be hot or cold than to be indifferent, if indifference is not what you are dealing with right now, weigh the cost of your salvation, figure out the benefits of spiritual order in your life against the cost of disorder and chaos, which is more profitable to you now? Which is more profitable to you in the age to come? The Bible is full of characters that sold their future inheritance for a morsel of bread, and every single one of them live and died to regret it. I hope that is not you my friend, for I feel as I am writing this, that your weariness is weighing you down somehow. 2 Thessalonians 3:13 “But as for you, brethren, do not grow weary in doing good.” Do the right thing! 2 Thessalonians 3:16 “Now may the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always in every way. This teaching calls believers to remember who they are — the ninety-nine — secure, equipped, and empowered. Stand on the knowledge of God. Keep your eyes on Him. Do not stray. And rest in the assurance that even if you stumble, the Good Shepherd will pursue you with rejoicing. You are kept. You are trusted. You are His. Inspired Teaching: Luke 15:2-7 NKJV 2 And the Pharisees and scribes complained, saying, “This Man [a]receives sinners and eats with them.” 3 So He spoke this parable to them, saying: 4 “What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine [b]just persons who need no repentance. This parable is talking about salvation. I published a teaching called Lost and Found on January 9, 2026, pointing out salvation through these parables taught in Luke 15. That teaching focused on what salvation is and how it differs between the different moments in life all of face. And just like the coin that the woman lost in Luke 15:8, (taught in Lost and Found), here one strays from the group, in essence becomes lost. The coin symbolizes losing the value of the benefits that we receive as believers in Christ. You can check this out in Lost and Found. Let’s read this further in Matthew 18. Matthew 18:10-14 NKJV 10 “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. 11 For[c] the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. 12 “What do you think? If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? 13 And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. 14 Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. In this teaching, I want to focus on the ninety-nine. So, who are the ninety-nine, and how does one become separated from the whole? The ninety-nine are the saved believers in Christ. In Matthew’s version, we read that the one ‘strayed’ from the ninety-nine. How does a believer stray? By taking his/her eyes off of God and not recognizing the knowledge of the Word of God in us. The ninety-nine keep the race. They do not take their eyes off of God. They remain focused staying on the Word of God through the knowledge we receive every time we read His word. 2 Timothy 4:7 NKJV 7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Galatians 6:9 NKJV 9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. And yet, God and His angels celebrate greatly when the one that strayed, became lost is once again found, brought back to the fold. But what about the ninety-nine? God doesn’t rejoice over us keeping the faith. He TRUSTS us to maintain while He leaves to go get the lost. John 14:1-4 NKJV “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many [a]mansions; if it were not so, [b]I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.” God is trusting us to keep the faith but He won’t let us get too far away. Jesus goes to prepare a place for us, but didn’t leave us alone. He left us the Helper, Comforter, the Holy Spirit, and a peace in which we do not fear while He is away getting the lost and establishing a place for us. John 14:25-28 NKJV 25 “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. 26 But the [g]Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 28 You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because [h]I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I. Jesus leaves the ninety-nine and leaves us prepared with His comforter, and His peace. Meaning, we have everything we need to get through our life here on earth. He expects the ninety-nine to walk with the Helper, Comforter, Holy Spirit until He returns. John 17:12 NKJV 12 While I was with them [e]in the world, I kept them in [f]Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is [g]lost except the son of [h]perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. Jesus prayed to God that He will not lose one. So, He will always go after the one who strayed, while the rest who do not stray are safe and secured under His prophecy prayer in John 17 and under the Helper, Comforter, the Holy Spirit. John 17:1-5 NKJV Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, 2 as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He [a]should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him. 3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. 4 I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify Me together [b]with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was. Take the time and read the rest of John 17. Jesus is praying and prophesying over each of us. This is knowledge that we need to stand strongly on. Hosea 4:6a NKJV 6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge,… Let’s not forget who we are. We are the ninety-nine that God has placed us under the Helper, Comforter, Holy Sprit who will keep us and walk us through anything we face. Colossians 3:1-3 NKJV If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. 2 Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. 3 For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 1 John 4:4 NKJV 4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. And remember, the parable of the one going astray in Matthew 18 is written in the context of the little ones, children. Matthew 18:6 NKJV 6 “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea. Synopsis: The book of Revelation is not a mysterious text meant to be ignored or feared—it is a divine revelation given by God through Jesus Christ to His servants. From the opening verses, John clearly addresses the Church, beginning with the seven churches of Asia, establishing that Revelation is written for believers. It is a prophetic book that unveils what is coming and carries a promise of blessing for those who read it, hear it, and keep its words. While the book of Daniel was sealed until the time of the end, Revelation is unsealed and revealed for this generation, aligning perfectly with Daniel as knowledge increases and the world accelerates toward fulfillment of prophecy. The Church, called to preach the gospel of the Kingdom to all nations, cannot omit Revelation simply because it is challenging or misunderstood. In fact, its urgency is precisely why it must be taught. Genesis and Revelation are the most attacked books of the Bible because they define the beginning and the end of God’s plan. Revelation warns of coming judgment, unimaginable tribulation, and the severity of life without Christ—yet it also reveals God’s mercy, His desire that none perish, and His plan to spare believers from wrath. The vivid descriptions of what awaits the unsealed world are not meant to terrify but to compel action: now is the time to be saved. This study emphasizes that Revelation was given so the Church would rise, warn, teach, and rescue—working in unity with the Holy Spirit to preach the full truth of the gospel. God did not appoint His people to wrath but to salvation. Therefore, the Church must speak boldly, teach faithfully, and let the world know what is coming, so many may choose life before the Day of the Lord arrives. Inspired Teaching: Revelation 1:1-3 NKJV The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must [a]shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near. Notice who John addressed the book of Revelation to: His Servants and he reiterates this in verses 4 and 5 by addressing the seven churches of Asia. Revelation 1:4-5 NKJV 4 John, to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. When you become a believer, you become a part of the church. The term ‘church’ is only found in the New Testament of the Bible when you search the word ‘church.’ Meaning, the church is the one who spreads the gospel. Matthew 16:18 NKJV 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not [a]prevail against it. According to Revelation, there are seven spirits (churches) who are before His throne. The book of Revelation is a book that reveals what’s coming. It’s a prophetic book of the bible. So, why did God give is this revelation? Remember when He told Daniel to shut up his book of prophecy? Daniel 12:4 NKJV 4 “But you, Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book until the time of the end; many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall increase.” The book of Daniel is unveiled when many shall run to and fro and knowledge shall increase. Are we here now? Yes. Daniel’s book has been revealed and it aligns with the book of Revelation perfectly. The first thing John the Beloved does in the book of Revelation is he addresses the seven churches of Asia. This clearly tells us that the book of Revelation is for the church. Revelation 22:6-7 NKJV 6 Then he said to me, “These words are faithful and true.” And the Lord God of the [b]holy prophets sent His angel to show His servants the things which must shortly take place. 7 “Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book.” And as you can see, the book concludes that these words are given to His servants who will be blessed if they keep the words of prophecy. So, why? Why was the book of Revelation given to His servants? Mark 16:15 NKJV 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mathew 4:23 NKJV 23 And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. Mathew 9:35 NKJV 35 Then Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease [a]among the people. Matthew 24:14 NKJV 14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Jude 23 NKJV 23 but others save [a]with fear, pulling them out of the [b]fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh. Because we’re told to teach the gospel, that includes the book of Revelation to the world. There are two books of the bible that are the most attacked books: Genesis and Revelation. Because people can’t understand Revelation, they don’t want to teach on it. We need to teach on it and let the world know what’s coming. We need to tell them to get saved now before He returns…otherwise, you will live during that time frame. And know this, most people will die during that time frame. Isaiah 13:11-13 NKJV 11 “I will punish the world for its evil, And the wicked for their iniquity; I will halt the arrogance of the proud, And will lay low the haughtiness of the [e]terrible. 12 I will make a mortal more rare than fine gold, A man more than the golden wedge of Ophir. 13 Therefore I will shake the heavens, And the earth will move out of her place, In the wrath of the Lord of hosts And in the day of His fierce anger. People need to hear this. The world needs to hear this. Because if they do, they might get saved and not even go through this experience. Revelation 9:1-11 NKJV Then the fifth angel sounded: And I saw a star fallen from heaven to the earth. To him was given the key to the [a]bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit, and smoke arose out of the pit like the smoke of a great furnace. So the sun and the air were darkened because of the smoke of the pit. 3 Then out of the smoke locusts came upon the earth. And to them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 They were commanded not to harm the grass of the earth, or any green thing, or any tree, but only those men who do not have the seal of God on their foreheads. 5 And [b]they were not given authority to kill them, but to torment them for five months. Their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it strikes a man. 6 In those days men will seek death and will not find it; they will desire to die, and death will flee from them. 7 The shape of the locusts was like horses prepared for battle. On their heads were crowns of something like gold, and their faces were like the faces of men. 8 They had hair like women’s hair, and their teeth were like lions’ teeth. 9 And they had breastplates like breastplates of iron, and the sound of their wings was like the sound of chariots with many horses running into battle. 10 They had tails like scorpions, and there were stings in their tails. Their power was to hurt men five months. 11 And they had as king over them the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in Hebrew is [c]Abaddon, but in Greek he has the name [d]Apollyon. Can you imagine not being able to die for five months? Even if you attempt to take your own life? And notice, this was for all men living without the seal on their forehead. The only ones who have seals on them are 144,000 male Jewish boys who have not been with a woman. That also tells me that anyone who believes in Jesus as the Son of God before this time-period begins, will be raptured. God loves those who believe in Him and He doesn’t want any of us to go through that. 1 Thessalonians 5:9-11 NKJV 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him. 11 Therefore [b]comfort each other and [c]edify one another, just as you also are doing. Written teaching: Psalm 19:7 “The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple.” God is using His creation of the entire universe, verses one through six, the six days of creation, as a backdrop to His statement on verse seven, The law of the Lord is perfect as He reveals to us the perfection of His spiritual principles, so that we can have an understanding of how His spiritual laws work, as we compare them to the physical laws of nature that we understand. Spiritual principles are the spiritual laws that govern the invisible spiritual universe; and the physical laws or principles, govern the visible physical universe. Our understanding of them engenders us with the ability to be transformed in our thinking, they, the spiritual laws, have the power to convert our soul, our spiritual make up, and to make our simple ways of understanding nature into a powerful tool that helps us to understand the invisible qualities of God Himself. Acts 4:13 “Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.” Everything that Jesus taught revolved around spiritual principles, and He often used parables, simple physical imagery, to portrait how spiritual laws worked. We can see from the verse in the book of Acts the powerful influence that Jesus’ teaching had upon His disciples, they understood spiritual laws/principles, just as well or better than those men educated in matters of the practice and principles of the law itself. What is a spiritual principle and how can we compare it to a physical law of nature? Gravity is a physical law of nature, our discovery of it has helped humanity tremendously to understand how our physical universe works, and most of us have a basic understanding of it. The spiritual counterpart of gravity could be found in our next Scripture verse. Proverbs 16:18 “Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.” Here we see the connection between spirit and gravity, pride always precedes the fall, now that is a spiritual principle that has a tremendous effect upon our physical world, just like gravity, yet very few understand its workings, because most people do not understand that pride is a spirit. Proverbs 16:19 “Better to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.” We naturally understand that if we jump of a cliff we are going to fall and hurt ourselves, but how many of us know that if we walk in pride we are certain to fall and hurt ourselves. See, you might be spared somehow if you jump off a cliff, because natural laws deviate, but not so with spiritual laws, for they are perfect. There are no trees to cushion your fall in the spiritual realm, your only protection is to reject the spirit of pride and humble yourselves before you fall. But you see, we would do that only if we really believe that pride and gravity have the same effect, they both will cause us to fall, the only difference is that in the physical realm the consequences are sometimes mitigated by other factors, but not so in the spiritual realm, because, once again, God’s spiritual laws are perfect, they never fail. Psalm 19:11-12 “Moreover by them (our understanding of God’s spiritual principles) Your servant is warned, and in keeping them (God’s spiritual principles) there is great reward. Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults.” A humbled heart goes a long way into helping us to see ourselves from the proper perspective, and that is where the great reward is, for who can understand his errors, unless someone with a different perspective as theirs points them out to them, but if we walk in the spirit of pride we would never listen. And when we are willing to listen to wise counsel and deal with our known errors in a biblical way, them even our secret faults, God is more than willing to cleanse, because of another spiritual principle that walks hand in hand with those who walk with a humbled heart. Proverbs 3:34 “Surely He scorns the scornful, but gives grace to the humble.” To walk with a humbled spirit is to walk with God’s grace. How can a metal airplane that weighs tons, loaded with hundreds of passengers, with tanks full of fuel, and hundreds of pieces of luggage on board fly and defy gravity? Because of the law of aerodynamics; for thousands of years humans could not mechanically fly, until the law of aerodynamics was discovered, and now we can even fly into outer space. For thousands of years humans languished under the heaviness of sin, and could not rise above God’s perfect law that declared that the soul that sinned shall surely died and be confined, until the more perfect law of God’s grace was revealed on Calvary’s hill to release mankind from the burden of sin that kept us down. Not everybody flies, and not everybody is saved. Under the natural law not everybody might be able to fly due to physical limitations, but in the perfect spiritual realm of God’s grace, everybody can be saved no matter what their physical limitations might be, because God’s grace is perfectly adequate for all humans to avail themselves with. Right, pure, clean, true and righteous altogether, those are the qualities that the perfect law of God’s grace brings into the soul that understands God’s mercy and makes these qualities of grace its habitation. Psalm 19:8 “The statutes (spiritual principles) of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.” The understanding of right begins within the human heart having experienced the power of God’s grace, being humbled by the manifestation of God’s great mercy and forgiveness. Having the right perspective of our standing before God is a humbling experience that opens our eyes to the purity and perfection of Jesus’ sacrifice for us and what He accomplished for the entire human race. Psalm 19:9 “The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.” The fear of the Lord is having a clear understanding of how spiritual principles work, that they are more real than the physical laws of nature that we dare not violate because we naturally understand the consequences of such violations, that is what keeps us clean. When we understand the judgments or consequences for violating God’s spiritual principles, how true they are, we make every effort to avoid violating them, and that in essence is what makes us to walk in righteousness altogether. Psalm 19:10 “More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.” Here we see how the soul is converted by the testimony of the Lord; once we understand the reality of these spiritual laws, we naturally desire them more than any physical thing, more than gold and riches, even more than our necessary food as Job declared about God’s statues. Psalm 19:13 “Keep back Your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless, and I shall be innocent of great transgression.” Assumptions and presumptions: In the natural or physical realm we tend to believe, based on assumptions, that friends will be true, that others can be trusted to work for our betterment, that life will be normal, and if we are young, that old age is something that happens to others, not us. To assume is not a great transgression because when friends betray you, and when others put their own self-interest ahead of yours, and when life treats you like a toilet, and wait until you start getting old, Ha! Ha! All that does is make you stronger if you understand spiritual principles and are living by them. But to presume, now that is a different type of sin, for those who presume on the grace of God, which is spiritual, fall under the dominion of the sin they ignored and presumed would not harm them. So that no matter what we think we know and understand about spiritual principles, it is always desirable to keep a humble heart and an open mind, lest we fall into the sin of presumption and forfeit the grace that sustains us. Psalm 19:14 “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.” Now that is great advice, let’s take advantage of it and put it to good use.
