  • PRAY FOR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATION | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) says prayer works. Say this prayer out loud for our scientific and education communities. Top of Page Top of Page PRAY FOR OUR SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATION COMMUNITIES Written by Minister Lisa Kane 12.31.23 SAY THIS PRAYER OUT LOUD: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the scientific and education communities around the world to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the scientific and education communities around the world; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the scientific and education communities around the world, ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” Father God, I bless the scientific and education communities around the world, with open ears, eyes, hearts, and minds to see, hear, receive, and believe the living Word of God because you state in Mark 4:12 KJV “12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” I pray in hope that they see and perceive, hear and understand so they would believe in Jesus the Son of the living God! And Heavenly Father, I bless the scientific and education communities around the world with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the scientific and education communities around the world with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let the spirit of God move forth in the hearts of the people in the scientific and education communities to forgive and reconcile the nation back to Jesus, the Son of God as Paul states in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 KJV “18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” I pray that the scientific and education communities around the world are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I also pray that past generations deceived by lies would be restored to the truth going forward. I pray that the fruit of the spirit stated in Galatians 5:22-23 KJV “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” manifests within the hearts of the scientific and education communities around the world. I pray that those who work in science and education will share truth and fact from the Bible. That previous generations who were taught lies will be restored with truth in the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God. I pray that the gifts of the holy spirit stated in 1 Corinthians 12:7-12 KJV “7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” would unite the body of Christ under one leadership, the Holy Spirit and that the Spirit of God moves through each of us so that we know what to pray, how to pray, when to pray, and praise the living God in all that we do. And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen! • THE YEAR OF MY REDEEMED | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) teaches that the children of faith see Jesus and His soon return as our redemption drawing near, but the world’s concept of His return to the earth evokes fear and judgment, for they see Him as a vengeful God. Top of Page THE YEAR OF MY REDEEMED Isaiah 63:4 “For the day of vengeance is in My heart, and the year of My redeemed has come.” Only in the Bible do we find this concept of vengeance and redemption so closely tied together, and to those who are worldly, this duality is very difficult to comprehend. While we, the children of faith, see Jesus and His soon return as our redemption drawing near, the world's concept of His return to the earth evokes fear and judgment, for they see Him as a vengeful God. To understand this duality, we need to understand the concept of justice. Psalm 96:13 “For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with His truth.” If you read the entire chapter, you will notice that there is a lot of singing and blessings and praise and offerings and worship, offered to the Lord throughout the entire Psalm 96, before it reaches the last verse which we just quoted, in regards to the judgment of the world. If you have been victimized by someone, when the legal authorities show up to intervene, you are happy, for the authorities come to assist those who have been victimize and to arrest those who were doing the victimizing. However, if you are the law breaker and are the one who is victimizing others, when you see the police show up, you just want to get away as soon as possible, for if they arrest you, you will have to go before the magistrate that will sentence you with the punishment that your crime deserves. So it is that the return of our Lord will always be awaited and celebrated by those who are the oppressed, and it is dreaded by those who are the oppressors. Psalm 97:2 “Clouds and darkness surround Him; righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.” Simply put, the Lord will judge the peoples with His truth. But the truth is that we are all sinners, and we all fall short of the grace of God. Psalm 14:1 “The fool has said in his heart, ‘There is no God.’ They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none who does good.” So then why were all those folks in Psalm 96 rejoicing so much about the return of the Lord to judge all the peoples with His truth? Psalm 96:2 “Sing to the Lord, bless His name; proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.” Those who greatly rejoice about the return of our Lord to the earth, do so, because they have heard and accepted the good news of His salvation. For they know that when He returns, He is coming to deliver those who called upon His name and who have accepted God’s free offer of salvation. Psalm 97:10 “You who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the souls of His saints; He delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.” The good news is this: God loves us even though we fall short of His grace, He demonstrated His love for us by sending Jesus to die for all our sins. His unconditional love for us compels us to receive His offer of forgiveness and to love Him and trust Him in return. So that when we hear about His soon return, we dot not fret, but rather rejoice in the fact that He is coming to deliver us from this world of sin, and from the hand of the wicked one that continuously oppress us. But to those who have rejected His good news, and have chosen the pleasures of sin for a season, His return can only mean one thing, swift and complete judgment is at hand. Isaiah 63:3 “I have trodden the winepress alone, and from the peoples no one was with Me. For I have trodden them in My anger, and trampled them in My fury; their blood is sprinkled upon My garments, and I have stained all My robes.” The day of His vengeance and the year of His redeemed have to do with those who are His enemies and with those who are His saints. For He has caused His good news to travel all around the world, He has anointed His Word and revealed His love for us. Those who love Him and hate evil, He will come for and deliver them out of this world. Those who have resisted and rejected the anointed good news, will be judged as enemies who deserve to be destroyed. Isaiah 63:10 “But they rebelled and grieved His Holy Spirit; so He turned Himself against them as an enemy, and He fought against them.” This may very well be the year of His redeemed, are you ready? Here is a checklist of things that may help us identify whether we are ready for His return if it were to happen this year. Are you inwardly being restrained in your faith and the profession of it? Are you afraid or ashamed to openly declare your faith in Jesus? Matthew 10:32-33 “Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven.” You be surprised to know how many people struggle with publicly professing their faith in Jesus, normally in the maturity process we eventually grow bold and overcome those fears. But if this is the year of His redeemed, you may not have that luxury. So, you better begin to make up your mind right now to declare His name openly and without fear. For as His return nears, we have no time for timidity, since we are commanded in: Psalm 96:2 “...Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.” Today, right now, would be a good time to start proclaiming His good news from day to day. Do you acknowledge Him as the Creator of heaven and earth? Do you acknowledge Him as your heavenly Father, and Jesus His only begotten Son as your redeemer? The world’s aim is to bring doubt into our hearts and minds. The so-called knowledge of the sciences is the vehicle that the devil uses to enter into our minds with his load of doubts. We need to know what the Word of God teaches about the sciences. Colossian 2:8-10 “Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily; and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” Science teaches about the things that exist from the point of view of man’s limited understanding. We on the other hand, know the Creator, we believe in the creative power of His uncompromising Word. Do you call on His holy name? Did you know that salvation cannot be attained under any name or anything that is named, except in the name of Jesus? Acts 4:12 “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” It is all about Jesus my friends, and if this turns out to be the year when He returns to redeem His saints, let us, we the saints, never cease to profess, to acknowledge, and to proclaim His wonderful name boldly! Psalm 107:2 “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy.” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings

  • DOCTRINES OF MEN | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on Colossians 2:21-23 “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle, which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines Top of Page DOCTRINES OF MEN Colossians 2:21-23 “Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle, which all concern things which perish with the using—according to the commandments and doctrines of men? These things indeed have an appearance of wisdom in self-imposed religion, false humility, and neglect of the body, but are of no value against the indulgence of the flesh” The goal of faith in us believers, is to rid our souls of those things that keep us from walking in the freedom of the Spirit of God that dwells in us who are saved, now remember that the word for salvation can also be translated deliverance in the New Testament. 1 Peter 1:9 “Receiving the end (goal) of your faith—the salvation of (deliverance = to get rid of the things that hinder) your souls.” One of the most powerful tools that the enemy uses to keep humans in bondage is religious traditions that emanate from men made doctrines. 2 Corinthians 3:17 “Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.” So that many believers wrongly think that by abiding in religious traditions that stifle the soul and kept it from walking in God’s freedom, that they are doing the will of God, because that is what they have been taught by the doctrines of men. But this is what our Lord says: Galatians 5:1 “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” NIV Think back to when we first got saved and how many times our actions were governed by rules that in many cases had nothing to do with biblical principles, but that we somehow thought that by following those rules, that we were doing the right thing in God’s eyes, only to find out later that many of those rules were not even based on the Bible, while others were a clear misrepresentation of true Christian doctrine. As our opening text revealed to us they all had to do with, Do not touch, do not taste, do not handle. In our struggle with doing the right thing, we must honestly ask ourselves this question: What is the right thing that we are to do? May I be bold enough and tell you what the right thing to do is: If we want to be right, we should always do the spiritual thing! Colossians 3:1 “If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God.” If you look at the Scriptures that deals with the freedom that we enjoy in the grace of God, you will find warnings attached to many of them, compelling us not to abuse our freedom in Christ for selfish desires. 1 Peter 2:16 “As free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice (wickedness), but as bondservants of God.” If we do the spiritual thing, defined as seeking those things which are above, then our own self-interests will not be involved, for then our actions will be governed by the desires of Christ who sits at the right hand of God, and the motives behind our actions will always be pure. And we need to keep in mind that doing the spiritual thing will always be in conflict with men made doctrines. Why is that? 1 Timothy 4:1 “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons.” Men made doctrines are the doctrines of demons, for they all cater to men’s own selfish desires, and not the desires of Christ for men. Christ’s desire for men is that we walk in the liberty of His Spirit, free from guilt, shame, and condemnation. Demonic doctrines have as their goal to keep men under the bondage of sin, bound by the chains of fear, and under the heavy load of guilt, shame, and condemnation. How do these men made doctrines affect the churches of today of which we are a part of? Colossians 2:1 “For I want you to know what a great conflict (struggle) I have for you and those in Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh.” Why did Paul struggle so much with the faith of the Colossian and Laodicea churches? I believe that he feared that their men made traditions would keep them from realizing their full potential in Christ Jesus. Colossians 2:2 “That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ.” What kind of men made doctrines were there among them that caused the apostle Paul so much consternation? Revelation 3:14-16 “And to the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write, ‘These things says the Amen, the Faithful and True Witness, the Beginning of the creation of God: I know your works, that your are neither cold not hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.’” Many years after Paul died we see his fears confirmed in the Lord’s rebuke against the Laodicea church of John’s day, which tragically is the same condition that afflicts many of the churches of today, many of these churches will be left behind when the rapture takes place. Why did the Lord vomit them out? Revelation 3:17 “Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.” The goal of men made doctrines is to remove men’s need of God and to replace it with the religious traditions that satisfies men’s selfish needs. The Laodicea church was so deceived that they came to the point where they believed that they had no need of God, for they believed that they had their own religious traditions to prop them up. It cannot get any more demonic than that, for it was Lucifer himself who said in his heart that he would exalt his throne above the stars of God, and that he would be like the Most High, and then he was promptly cast down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the pit. Isaiah 14:12-15 But the greatest damage that men made doctrines perpetrate against the churches, besides blinding them to their true spiritual condition, is that it keeps them from receiving the revelation of God’s many hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge. That is why so many believers today have problems understanding the Word of God when they read it. Colossians 2:3 “(Both of the Father and of Christ) In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.” Since the doctrines of men are the doctrines of demons, and since the desire of demons is to be worshiped through the idols that they represent, then, those who follow men made doctrines practice idolatry, that is they become one with the idols that they worship, or pay homage to at their appointed feasts. Psalm 135:15-18 “The idols of the nations are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands. They have mouths, but they do not speak; eyes they have, but they do not see; they have ears, but they do not hear; nor is there any breath in their mouths. Those who make them are like them; so is everyone who trust in them.” How can Christians do the spiritual thing if their spiritual eyes cannot see and their spiritual ears cannot hear? In His rebuke to the Laodicea church, Jesus told them that they were blind and then counseled them to buy from Him gold refined in the fire. It is clear that the sin of the Laodicea church is the sin of idolatry, and it is what causes them to become poor, blind and naked like the very idols that they worshiped. Since the Laodicea church is prophesied to be present at the end of the church age along with the faithful Philadelphia church, and since we know that we are living in the last days of the church age, then it begs the question: Which church are we a part of? Is it possible for a believer to be a part of the Laodicea church and not know it? Colossians 2:8 “Beware lest anyone cheat (plunder you or take you captive) you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.” When Paul speaks about, according to the tradition of men, he is not referring to the traditions of unbelievers outside of the church, but to the traditions that have been introduced into the church, in many instances by so called believers masquerading as teachers of the truth, when in reality they were introducing the very basic principles of the world’s paganism into the church of Jesus Christ, unbeknown to many. And by doing so corrupting many within the church with the idolatry that brings about the spiritual blindness that is so prevalent among the churches of today. And that is what Paul was so fervently fighting against when he wrote to the Colossian church this epistle. 2 Corinthians 13:5 “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified (do not stand the test).” The greatest protection that we have against deception is that the Spirit of the Living God dwells within us, and it is the Holy Spirit who testifies about Jesus in us, the real Jesus, so let us not resist the Holy Spirit’s prompting when He warns us about so called Christian traditions that have no foundation whatsoever in the Word of God. For if you resolve in your heart that you are going to stay true to His Word, no matter how much resistance comes your way from the worldly bunch that seeks harmony with this world. Then the Lord will begin to open your spiritual eyes, and make your ears attentive to His Word, so that the treasures of His great wisdom and knowledge, which He has made available for you, will become more real to you than anything that you have ever known. Colossians 1:27 “To them (you) God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” More Teachings Found Here: Deliverance Ministr y End Times Teachings Other Teachings

  • WASH MY FEET | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on John 13:10 “Jesus said to him, ‘He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you.’” Top of Page Top of Page WASH MY FEET Written by Pastor Marcos Marrero 3/28/21 John 13:10 “Jesus said to him, ‘He who is bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean; and you are clean, but not all of you.’” For those of us who have accepted Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord, Jesus declares us to be completely clean. A little maintenance is required, which is symbolized by the washing of our feet. The idea here is that if we take a shower and step out on a dirty floor our feet will get dirty again. We are washed completely clean with the blood of Jesus, but we still live and come in contact with this contaminated world every day. John 15:3 “You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.” Two critical things that we need to know are revealed in our opening text in the action of having our feet washed: First; even though we are completely clean we need to repent on a regular basis because of our interactions with a contaminated world. Second: it exposes a hidden spiritual enemy, whom if it’s not dealt with will betray us in our time of need. John 13:17 “If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” Having our feet washed or washing someone’s else feet can be a humbling experience if done with the right spiritual understanding. When Peter saw that Jesus was washing the other disciple’s feet, he refused to let Jesus wash his feet. It was common back then to have the lowest of slaves wash the feet of the guest. Peter saw the act as too demeaning for Jesus to do. John 13:8 “Peter said to Him, ‘You shall never wash my feet!’ Jesus answered him, ‘If I do not wash you, you have no part with me.’” Wow! This teaching was so important to Jesus that He told Peter; if you do not let me do it, you are out! To which Peter replied then wash me completely, but as Jesus told him; you are already bathed by the Words I’ve spoken to you. What is so important about having our feet washed? John 13:2-4 “And supper being ended (or during supper), the devil having already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, to betray Him, Jesus knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that he had come from God and was going to God, rose from supper and laid aside His garments, took a towel and girded Himself.” Please notice that the word: supper being ended; can also be translated: during supper; so that the washing of the feet is part of the Holy Communion liturgy. The gospel of John is the only gospel that mentions the washing of the feet as part of the Holy Communion ceremony. John is giving to us insight into the spiritual revelation hidden here, that will help us overcome when we are weak and sick because of our failure to discern the Lord’s body. 1 Corinthians 11:29-30 “For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.” Worth repeating here: John 13:17 “If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” The disciples did not have a clue that there was a traitor among them. It was during the washing of their feet that the disciples received the revelation of what the devil was up to in their midst. 2 Kings 4:27 “Now when she came to the man of God at the hill, she caught him by the feet, but Gehazi came near to push her away. But the man of God said, ‘Let her alone; for her soul is in deep distress, and the Lord has hidden it from me, and has not told me.’” Why the feet? Seems like the deep mysteries are revealed by the grasping or washing of the feet. Isaiah 52:6-7 “Therefore My people shall know My name; therefore they shall know in that day that I am He who speaks: ‘Behold it is I.’ How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’” This is a prophecy about Jesus the Messiah of Israel revealing Himself to His disciples as their Savior, the promised One: ‘Behold it is I.’ And the introduction of His disciples to the era of God’s grace that they were to proclaim to all the world through His church: ‘Your God reigns!’ It was at this moment that the last Adam regained the dominion that the first Adam had lost. It is the hour when the Messiah told His disciples: Drink, this is My blood which is shed for you all! Matthew 26:27-28 “Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, ‘Drink from it, all of you. For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.’” The climatic hour when the Gospel of peace is finally revealed, through humility and not pride. John 13:13-15 “You call Me Teacher and Lord, and you say well, for so I am. If I then, Your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you.” This mighty and most powerful gospel is demonstrated by the lowliest of acts—the washing of dirty feet—Jesus had to carry all the sins of mankind to the cross so that they could die there with Him on the cross. He wore a crown of thorns symbolizing His kingship over the curse so He could do away with, not only the curses, but the consequences of them. Jesus then rose from the dead on the third day, but the curses and their consequences remained dead and buried - all of them, removed once and for all from all those who have been redeemed from the curse of the law. HALLELUJAH! Galatians 3:13-14 “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree’), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.” In this gospel of peace we do not only receive forgiveness of sins, but also receive deliverance from the consequences of our sins and our ancestor’s sins. We see in 1 Corinthians 11:29-30 that when we fail to discerned “not discerning the Lord’s body” is the reason that many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. So, what are we missing? Perhaps what we are missing is the discernment of the symbolism of the washing of the feet. Worth repeating again: John 13:17 “If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.” Luke 22:15 “Then He said to them, ‘With fervent desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer.’” if we have spiritual discernment of what He was teaching us through the acts symbolized in the Holy Communion and the washing of the disciples feet: “Blessed are you if you do them”, for the joy that was set before Him, Jesus endured the death of all the curses placed upon His body on the cross that we might be delivered from them after His resurrection from the dead. Matthew 28:9 “And as they went to tell His disciples, behold, Jesus met them, saying, ‘Rejoice!’ So they came and held Him by the feet and worshipped Him.” Jesus promised His followers that He would die and rise from the dead on the third day, so where were His apostles on the third day? Hiding! Too traumatize after seeing their Lord brutally murdered. Why was it that only women showed up on the third day on the grave site? They saw His brutal death as well, didn’t they? May I suggest that the women really believed that Jesus was going to Jerusalem to die as He told His disciples, and were mentally prepared for His death when they witnessed His death on the cross—so they were expecting His resurrection as well—while the male disciples did not fully understand the promise of His death and resurrection. Matthew 26:12-13 “For in pouring out this fragrant oil on My body, she did it (to prepare Me) for my burial. Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.” ‘Behold it is I.’ How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’ Isaiah 52:6-7 HALLELUJAH! Clearly the feet represent the preaching of the gospel which proclaims the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the blessings of His salvation to us, which includes not only salvation, but deliverance, healing and restoration as well. Psalm 23:4-5 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.” Jesus knew that His brutal death on the cross would cause trauma on those not discerning that after death came the resurrection. But the promise is that Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil. When Jesus washed His disciple’s feet He was preparing them to receive the spiritual discernment that would lead them into the understanding that death is just a shadow that cannot hurt them and it should not be feared. That is why the women came and held Him by the feet and worshipped Him, they were ready because they were expecting Him to rise from the dead. The power of this Covid 19 pandemic that we are experiencing resides in the spirit of fear that is behind it. I believe that to dispel this spirit of fear, we need to incorporate the washing of each other’s feet to our Holy Communion liturgy, especially for those who have been gripped by the stronghold of fear, whether they were infected by the virus or not; the fear of it is just as deadly. Psalm 25:14-15 “The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him (not the pandemic), and He will show them His covenant (bread, wine and washing of the feet). My eyes are ever toward the Lord, for He shall pluck my feet out of the net (of fear).” Behind every satanic plot lies the spirit of pride, followed by fear and confusion. You break the spirit of pride and everything else falls down like a house of cards. We break the spirit of pride by participating in the lowest of all acts, the washing of someone’s feet. I know that many in the church have been impacted by this spirit of fear caused by this pandemic, but this spirit of fear has been around way before this pandemic began and the Lord is exposing it now, for He is getting His church ready for His soon return. If not in the church, you can do this at home: Have communion with your loved ones and/or friends, and after partaking of the bread and the wine wash each other’s feet as an acknowledgment of the fullness of the covenant that we are under, instituted by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Himself. Psalm 51:17 “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart.” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings

  • COME NOW, AND LET US REASON TOGETHER | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like... Top of Page COME NOW, AND LET US REASON TOGETHER Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord, though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Life is a constant ending of things that previously began. I can safely say that every human that was born one hundred and fifty years ago is dead right now. And it would be a pretty safe bet to declare, that if Jesus does not return on the next one hundred and fifty years, that all humans who are alive today will also be dead then. What gives us humans the ability to transcend this cycle of life and death, is that we have been endowed with the capacity to reason, that is, to think outside of whatever current circumstance we are in, and imagine a life that not only lives, but thrives, outside of the perimeters that constantly hems us in, and that keep us bound to our present reality. Job 14:14 “If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days of my hard service I will wait, till my change comes.” It is our God given ability to reason that allows us to believe a thought that is foreign to our present reality, that a divine change will one day come, a change that is both personal and general in nature. This change has to do with the question that Job poses, If a man dies, shall he live again? Personally speaking it asks, will I live again? And since all men have died and continue to die throughout the ages, generally speaking it asks, will the all live again as well, after the change has come? So that mortal man, unlike unreasoning animals, can picture in his mind a life of immortality, an idea so at odds with our human environment, that it has to originate from an Eternal God. We see that every culture, past or present, is intuitively knitted with an idea that in the natural is extremely foreign to man, the thought of immortality; yet in spite of such overwhelming evidence, the fact that humans throughout the ages have reasoned that which in the natural seems unreasonable, still, many nations and peoples refuse to acknowledge the fact that man was originally created for a divine purpose. Isaiah 1:2-3 “Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the Lord has spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, and they have rebelled against Me; The ox knows its owner and the donkey its master’s crib; but Israel does not know, My people (humans) do not consider (they have a willful lack of understanding).” It is humanly impossible to understand the times of the end without a reasonable understanding of the fact that a change must come. So let us ask the question, why is it a fact that a change must come? Humans were never destined to live in sin forever! Contrary to popular belief humans are not mortal, not before God, for to Him all live, that makes us humans immortal, and every human knows that intuitively. But before we can enter into immortality with God, our rebellious nature has to be disposed of, we must be made cleaned first, for our God is a holy God. In our opening verse God tells us that our sins are like a stain that has to be removed before we can enter into His eternal abode, that is also a foreign reasoning that comes to us directly from God. Have you ever bathed your dog only to see him run out and do a couple of rolls in the grass or dirt? Animals do not understand the concept of dirtiness or sin, only humans can relate to that concept; where does our ability to relate to filth and to sins comes from? Since we intuitively know that a change is coming, that leads us to believe that a preparation is necessary before we translate into that change, it comes natural. Without knowing, one that a change is coming, and two, that we must prepare ourselves for that change, we become like unreasoning animals that have no concept of eternity and end up dying in our sins. Isaiah 1:6 “From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it, but wounds and bruises and putrefying sores; they have not been closed or bound up, or soothed with ointment.” What makes us humans valuable to God is our ability to reason with Him, for if we understand Him, then we know what He expects from us, and what we can expect from Him, then we can make a reasonable choice to be and abide with Him as an act of our will, based on an intelligent decision made on the merits of the facts. With Him there is love, joy, peace, health, beauty, provision, eternal protection, happiness. Without Him there is nothing but eternal pain, sufferings, and sorrows, this is not brain surgery friends! Any half-witted reasoning will get us to make the right choice. Unless we are not willing to believe, which is the case in many instances, many will rather ignore sound reasoning for the temporary joy of rolling in the mud without guilt for a season. But if they really knew about eternity, and how much is really at stake, I doubt that any reasoning soul would be willing to risk an eternity of suffering for a few moments of frivolous carnal indulgence, I am, of course, speaking here about unsaved people. Isaiah 1:16-17 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.” For those of us who walk in the light of God’s salvation, we know that it is the precious blood of Jesus that turned our scarlet sins into snow white purity, and our crimson stain into precious white wool. We already believe in the resurrection from the dead and walk in the certainty that is, the age that is to come; so far this message has been a call that is aimed at the unbelievers, as I appealed to their ability to reason outside of carnal reasoning. Next I will bring into focus the role of the backsliders during the end times, those who already heard and believed the Gospel, but somehow have been dissuaded from following the plan of salvation that God has ordained for their lives. Isaiah 1:27-28 “Zion shall be redeemed with justice, and her penitents (returners) with righteousness. The destruction of transgressors and of sinners shall be together, and those who forsake the Lord shall be consumed.” There is nothing like a close call with death to get us back into the reality of life. That is why the end time, what the Bible calls the day of the Lord, will be such a frightful and terrifying event. Joel 2:1, 11 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all inhabitants of the land tremble; for the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand...The Lord gives voice before His army, for His camp is very great; for strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; who can endure it?” Our redemption is going to be a messy business, for it will involve the beginning of the destruction of the transgressors and of the sinners that get left behind, our redemption initiates God’s judgments against all those who forsake the Lord. The back sliders that repent (returners) in the face of the coming judgments, will be delivered with righteousness and kept out of the judgment. Those who have never believed and repent by calling on the name of the Lord, when confronted with the impending judgments, will also be delivered with righteousness, since they knew by instinct that a change was coming. Acts 2:19-21 “I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Someone cynically may ask, if we will know of His imminent return, then why don’t we just live like hell now and repent when the wonders and signs are revealed before His coming? Isaiah 1:15 “When you spread (pray) out your hands, I will hide My eyes from you; even though you make many prayers, I will not hear. Your hands are full of blood.” Do you know whose blood your hands would be full of? If you reasoned that God was going to put an end to our present reality some day by ushering in a change, and then decided that when and if that really happened, that you would just somehow get on board of the salvation train and repent. Don’t you know that by your act of selfishness, those who might have known what was revealed to you, will never get the opportunity for salvation that they could of have, had you been a faithful witness to them, instead of living it up in the world. By your false witness before them, their blood is now in your hands and tribulation is the only hope left for you. Matthew 24:5 “For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.” The world has been totally saturated with stories of ancient aliens visiting humans in the past, which is nothing more than doctrines of demons that aim to prepare the unbelieving world to reject our Lord and Savior when He is revealed, by portraying Him falsely; causing those who lack Biblical understanding to flee to the mountains and mourn at His revelation instead of calling on Him to save then. Revelation 1:7 “Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.” Those of us who know the truth have been charged with the task of identifying the real Messiah at His appearing by our willingness and readiness to meet Him. 2 Timothy 4:8 “Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved (and are expectantly waiting for) His appearing.” Revelation 7:9-10 “After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, saying, ‘Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!’” More teachings found here: Deliverance Ministry End Times Teachings Other Teachings

  • I GIVE YOU AUTHORITY | HoFM House of Faith Ministries

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teachig on Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. I GIVE YOU AUTHORITY Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.” In our last lesson we dealt with this subject title, The Entirety of Your Word is Truth. In today’s lesson we are going to deal with the authority that has been given to us in the entirety of God's Word to trample down over all the power of the enemy. If you read the King James version of our opening text, you will find that the word authority is translated as power, even though it is a different word in the original Greek than the other word translated power in the same verse, over all the power of the enemy. Fortunately for us the New King James version gets the translation right, but I want to focus our attention in this lesson on the interactions between power and authority, for it is vital for us to understand the differences if we want to operate in the entirety of the Word of God. Exooseeah: Authority, from Strongs concordance # 1849. Doonamis: Power, from Strongs concordance # 1411. Now let us take a look at another verse of Scripture in the New King James version, where in the original text the word is Exooseeah, but they still translate it with the word power instead of authority. Ephesians 6:12 “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers (Exooseeah in the original text), against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.” To us it almost seems like authority and power are synonymous, but from the perspective of Scripture they are very different in practice and application, because they derive their intent from two different sources. If we look at the word authority in Webster’s dictionary this is their first and second rendering of its meaning. Authority: 1, A fact or statement used to support a position. 2, The right to give commands and the power to enforce obedience. From the biblical perspective, all authority originates from the Word of God, and it is the Word of God that authorizes us to take and to support a position that declares the facts that the Word of God proclaims, as stated in the opening text of our last lesson. Psalm 119:160 “The entirety of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.” It is also from the authority of the Word of God that we receive the right to give commands from the Word of Truth that trump all the power of the enemy and allows us to enforce obedience. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Let us look at it from a natural perspective; let’s say that a police officer stops you while you are driving, he can only ask of you that which the written law requires us to have, a drivers license, a registration, and proof of insurance. He must have a reason for pulling you over, that is also required of him by the written law. And if he finds that you are in violation of the law, he will give you a citation to appear before a magistrate, the code that he alleges that you have violated must be written on the citation with a brief explanation of what it is; failure to stop at a red light, etcetera. A policeman cannot stop you because he does not like the color of your car, or for any personal reason on his part, if he does, he himself becomes a law breaker, for he is as much under the law as we are. So that all authority comes from the written code. In the spiritual realm, the devil cannot bring an accusation against any human unless that person has first violated God’s written code. Proverbs 26:2 “Like a flitting sparrow, like a flying swallow, so a curse without cause shall not alight.” Curse means ill will words, and they can only be activated against those who have been found in violation of God’s blessed Word. The devil cannot afflict a soul without permission, for he has to bring an accusation first against a human who has violated God’s Word, and then it is up to God who is the High Magistrate who rules over His own Word to cast the final decision. Since we all sin and fall short of God’s glorious law, the devil is very busy hurdling accusations against us day and night, so God gave us an Advocate to plead our case, Jesus Christ His own Son. Romans 7:6 “But now, by dying to what once bound us (the written code), we have been released from the law so that we can serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.” NIV So that Jesus by dying for our sins has given to those of us who accept His propitiation for sin—immunity from the written code—so that we can become servants of the Most High God and ministers of His Word. All authority comes from the written code, even the authority to become enforcers of it, which brings us to the other word, Doonamis power. We cannot become enforcers of God’s power until we become one with His authority, and we cannot become one with His authority until we become one with the entirety of His Word. That does not mean that we know everything in the entire Word of God, but that we acknowledge that the entire Word of God is the seat of all authority and the final arbiter on any matter. When we think that something is right and after finding out from the Word of God that it is not, we proceed immediately to change our previous perception and accept God’s ordinances as settled law. John 1:1 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word (Logos, in all three instances) was God.” Just like there is authority and that there is power, and that both of them derive their function from God’s Word, there are also two different Greek words that are used for the word, word, and the difference I believe, brings more clarity into the functions of authority and power and their interactions. Matthew 18:16 “But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word (Hraymah) may be established.” Logos: Thought, from Strongs concordance # 3056. Hraymah: Utterance, from Strongs concordance # 4487. Let us see if we can make a connection, the Greek word used for In the beginning was the Word, is Logos, and it means Thought, Idea, and it encompasses volume and unity, like vast amounts of water in a reservoir waiting to be tapped. We can think of the law that way, a vast amount of ordinances waiting for a law scholar to skillfully apply them. The other Greek word translated word is Hraymah and it means Utterances, as in words that flow, meaning that they are released from the passive into a flowing action. This is really not that complicated, stay with me a minute and let me explain the beauty of how it all comes together and works. If you are driving over the posted speed limit, you are in violation of the written code, but if there is no one present who is authorized to enforce the written code you are not penalized. Even though there may be many present who can bear witness that you are in violation of the law. When Jesus told us that He has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, He authorized us to enforce the written code, God’s Word against the devil and his minions, but that authority has to be exercised on our part, turned into power—no body else is going to do it for us. Psalm 149:6-9 “Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand (God’s Logo-Word), to execute vengeance (Hraymah, the utterances of God) on the nations, and punishments on the peoples (demonic hierarchies); to bind their kings (strong man) with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; to execute on them the written judgment—this honor have all His saints.” God has delivered us from the written code that once bound us, and made us His saints, that is, he has given us authority over our accusers, and since that authority is ours to execute His written Word over our enemies, then it is up to us to release the utterances that crushes the enemy and all his accusations against us. If we are accused of sin by the devil, we unleash the power of God’s Word of authority against him immediately. 1 John 3:6 “Whoever abides in Him does not sin…” If we are accused of pride by the devil, we unleash the power of God’s Word of authority against him immediately. 1 John 1:8-9 “If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” The authority that Jesus gave us over our enemy, places us far above our enemies condemnation, and he does not get to set the standards against us any longer. Romans 8:33 “Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect (those whom God has declared holy)? It is God who justifies.” And the power that Jesus gave to us, for us to exercise over our enemies, flows out of the Spirit of God working within us, that loudly proclaims to all creation that we are holy to the Lord! The Logos, God’s Word, gives us the authority, and the Hraymah, power, flows out of the utterances that comes out of our mouth when we by faith proclaim and enforce the Living Word of God. • THE GREAT HARLOT | HoFM

House of Faith Ministries (HoFM) presents a teaching on Revelation 19:2 “For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; Top of Page THE GREAT HARLOT Revelation 19:2 “For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” The book of Revelation follows a two-fold path; it brings forth separately, the spiritual perspective and the physical perspective of the matter that is being presented. For example, in chapters one through three of Revelation, we are given the physical perspective of the church age, while chapters four through six, gives us the spiritual perspective of the same church age. In chapter seven we see the conjunction of the spiritual and physical presentation of the church age, as God brings down its final conclusion with the rapture of the church and the resurrection of the dead. Revelation 6:14 “Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up (the wall of separation between the spiritual and the physical realms is removed as we enter into chapter seven) …” Then we see the spiritual revelation of the ministry of the Two Witnesses in chapters eight and nine. And in chapters ten and eleven we see the days of their ministry through the physical perspective, so on and so forth: For the complete sequence read my book Man’s Final Destiny on the books section of houseoffaithministries.org web-page. The reason why I shared this is because there is a parenthesis that interrupts this pattern. It is found in chapters seventeen and eighteen, where God deals specifically with this entity whom He calls the great harlot, who corrupts the earth with her fornication. Revelation 17:5 “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” Who is this entity and what is her function that God devotes two entire chapters in His dealings with her? Number one, she is a mystery. Something that has to be revealed or exposed in order to be understood. Number two, she is a spiritual power to be reckoned with: Babylon the great is symbolic of a powerful, all encompassing, mystery religion. Number three, she is the originator or mother of all the false doctrines, and of all the abominable things that corrupt the entire earth. What is the connection between this great harlot and the devil? Revelation 17:3 “So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” The beast that this woman is riding on, is the devil himself. In this case John sees the great harlot riding the antichrist, whom the devil has fully possessed at this point in time. Revelation 17:8 “The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition…” The antichrist is the beast that rises out of the bottomless pit. His name is Abiram—which means exalted father—since according to Daniel he will exalt and magnify himself above every demonic entity called gods. Daniel 11:36 “Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god (demon/unclean spirit).” Let me take a minute to explain what is going on here. In chapters seventeen and eighteen, we see the culmination of this unholy and demonic allegiance between the devil and the harlot. The devil has never been popular with a majority of the people of the earth, at any given point in time. In order to be accepted by the populace, he cloaks himself with religious appeal, and through deceptive doctrines and corrupts the entire earth with his abominable teachings. In order to achieve that, he needed an army of demonic entities to assist him. These demons are called saints in order to appeal to the masses. For thousands of years people have worshiped the devil—the majority of them unaware—through religious rituals aimed to deceive those who practice them, into thinking that they were worshipping the real God. Thereby causing them to commit spiritual adultery through their idol worship, which is an abomination to God. Revelation 17:15 “Then he said to me, ‘The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.’” Religion and politics go together hand in glove, if the leaders of a nation can control and manipulate what their people believe, they can also control how their citizens behave! So as you can see the devil is heavily invested in the business of religion, for he is in the business of trying to control how people behave. The only problem with that is, that the devil has always hated having to share with his demonic cohorts the adulation that he feels should be only his, but without them he could not have deceived the world into worshipping him. After the devil possesses the antichrist, once he arrives here on physical earth—after being with him in the pit since the days of Moses—the devil does not need his old demonic hordes any longer, so he refuses to share with them the glory and adulation which he believes are his alone. He now, like Jesus, has a physical and eternal human body which he can present to the people. Unlike Jesus, he will force everybody to bow down to him and to worship his image, if not, he will have them beheaded, since he now presides over the governing authorities which have ruled over all the inhabitants of the world. Revelation 17:12-13 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.” The beast that you saw was, is a reference to the antichrist before he was taken down to the pit alive during Korah’s rebellion against Moses. Numbers 16:30 “But if the Lord creates a new thing, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the pit, then you will understand that these men (Dathan and Abiram) have rejected the Lord (have entered into their final judgment).” The ground opened up and swallowed all of them alive, and they all perished, they all died—except for the two men who insulted the Lord by not presenting themselves before the Lord’s Presence as Moses had required of them, that was the new thing that the Lord created that day. Numbers 16:25-26 “Then Moses rose and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. And he spoke to the congregation, saying, ‘Depart now from the tents of these wicked men (Dathan and Abiram)! Touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins.’” The reason that we can know with certainty that Dathan and Abiram are the false prophet and the antichrist, and that they are raised and released physically from the bottomless pit, is because when Jesus defeats them at His return, they are not killed—since they have already died and have been judged by God, so when they are captured, they are immediately thrown alive into the Lake of Fire which is the second and final death. Revelation 19:20-21 “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse…” The only way that we can answer the question as to why the false prophet and the antichrist were not killed by the sword as the others were, is because they were already dead and judged by God, and in possession of their eternal physical bodies. Which by the way, is the selling point that the antichrist uses to deceive the many who will follow him, the fact that he cannot not be killed even after receiving a fatal blow to the head. Revelation 13:12 “And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And is not, makes it very clear that the antichrist in not in the world right now, for he will not ascend from the bottomless pit until after the rapture takes place, when the sky recedes like a scroll and the Two Witnesses come back to the earth to finish their ministry. Until then, the great harlot will continue to do the devil’s bidding on this earth. It is imperative for us to know who the real enemy is, and that he is behind every evil thing. Do not think that what may seem to us like harmless or old traditions as something that cannot hurt us. Proverbs 7:26-27 “For she (the great harlot) has cast down many wounded, and all who were slain by her were strong men. Her house is the way to hell, descending to the chambers of death.” Revelation 17:6 “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus…” The sin of idolatry which is harlotry, is nothing to play with, or to take lightly. Those who refuse to renounce her ways and the traditions by which she ensnares so many, will find their spiritual vision becoming blurry, and their spiritual ears becoming dull. Let the truth of the Word of God enlighten your soul today and refuse to let the world mold you into its image. Learn of Him who is the truth and He will make you free.
