The Mechanic's of the Day of the Lord The objective of The Mechanics of the Day of the Lord is to equip believers with a deeper biblical understanding of end-time prophecy, particularly the events surrounding God’s final judgment and Christ’s return. Pastor Marcos Marrero seeks to clarify the prophetic cycles revealed in Scripture, connecting Daniel’s 70 weeks, the ministry of the Two Witnesses, and the timing of the rapture with God’s ultimate plan of redemption. By studying the “mechanics” of the Day of the Lord, readers are encouraged to remain vigilant in faith, proclaim the Gospel with urgency, and take comfort in God’s promise of deliverance from wrath. The book aims to strengthen the church’s hope, prepare Christians for Christ’s imminent return, and highlight God’s perfect justice and mercy revealed through Jesus Christ. Synopsis: The Mechanics of the Day of the Lord by Pastor Marcos Marrero is a prophetic study exploring the biblical foundations, timing, and meaning of the Day of the Lord. Marrero draws extensively from Scripture—particularly Joel, Ezekiel, Daniel, Revelation, and the Gospels—to explain how God’s final judgment and redemption will unfold. The book argues that the Day of the Lord begins with a massive invasion of Israel, orchestrated by God to reveal His power and holiness to the nations. This moment initiates a cascade of events, including the resurrection of the dead, the rapture of the church, the ministry of the Two Witnesses, the reign of the antichrist, and the pouring out of God’s wrath. Pastor Marcos emphasizes prophetic cycles of seven, connecting Daniel’s 70 weeks with both personal and generational patterns of sin and redemption. By examining biblical numbers, feasts, and prophetic visions, Pastor Marcos outlines how God’s judgment is balanced with His plan of salvation through Christ. The narrative culminates in Christ’s triumphant return, the defeat of the antichrist, and the ushering in of the millennial reign of Jesus. Ultimately, The Mechanics of the Day of the Lord serves as both a warning and an encouragement: urging believers to live in readiness, proclaim the Gospel faithfully, and take comfort in God’s promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Sample first pages of the Book/Manual: The Mechanics of the Day of the Lord Joel 2:1 “Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in My holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble; For the day of the Lord is coming, for it is at hand.” Italics and bold added as emphasis. Words in Italics added by me for further explanation; this applies to all scriptures in this book. What is the Day of the Lord? According to Revelation 11:18 it is the Day of God’s wrath! When God will judge both the living and the dead, and God will reward the prophets and the saints. Revelation 11:18 “The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that You should reward Your servants the prophets and the saints, and those who fear Your name, small and great, and should destroy those who destroy the earth (with the spiritual corruption of their lying wonders and all forms of delusion).” Isaiah 34:8 “For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, the year of recompense (wrath) for the cause of Zion.” It is my belief that the Day of the Lord will begin as a response to the nation of Israel being invaded by a confederacy of nations whose leader originates from the north of Israel. God will not be reacting to the actions of these nations, but rather will induce these nations to act on His behalf for Him to judge them on His Holy Land at God’s appointed time. Ezekiel 38:1-6 “Now the word of the Lord came to me, saying, Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, and say, thus says the Lord God: Behold I am against you, O Gog the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you.” A comprehensive list is given of all the participants in the above verses who will be compelled to participate in this invasion of the nation of Israel. Why is God initiating this? Ezekiel 38:16 “You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes.” The God of Israel is going to manifest Himself to the entire world as the All Mighty God when He annihilates in an instant all these nations that set themselves against the nation of Israel. Ezekiel 39:6-8 “And I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in security in the coastlands. Then they shall know that I am the Lord. So I will make My holy name known in the midst of My people Israel, and I will not let them profane My holy name anymore. Then the nations shall know that I am the Lord, the Holy One in Israel. Surely it is coming, and it shall be done, says the Lord God. This is the day (of God’s Wrath) of which I have spoken.” I believe that the day that the Lord reveals Himself to the entire world will also be the time when the resurrection of the dead will take place, followed immediately by the rapture of the church. Revelation 6:14-17 “Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, and said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’” As we read in Ezekiel’s prophecy: This is the day (of God’s Wrath) of which I have spoken. Let us read the context in which the sixth seal is opened. Revelation 6:12-13 “I looked when He opened the sixth seal, and behold there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became like blood. And the stars of heaven fell to the earth (the devil and his angels are thrown out of heaven to the earth) as a fig tree drops its late figs when it is shaken by a mighty wind.” Through the prophet Joel a great deal of revelation was given about the Day of the Lord and its occurrence. It was through the prophet Joel that the prophecy that pointed to the beginning and to the end of the church age was given as well. Peter read Joel’s prophecy about the birth and end of the church age out loud on the day of Pentecost. Acts 2:17-18 “And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; and they shall prophesy.” The first part of Joel’s prophecy was fulfilled on the Day of Pentecost, when the church was empowered to go unto all the nations of the world and bring to them the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. So that the nations could repent before God’s Day of Wrath came upon them. The second part of Joel’s prophecy foretold how the end of the church age would come about! Acts 2:19-21 “I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath: blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” The Scripture evidence that these signs and wonders in the heavens and in the earth will precede the immediate beginning of the Day of the Lord is overwhelming. And if we are looking for these signs and welcoming them we are assured that our removal will precede the judgment part; for the church will not be here for the Wrath of God, since God has not appointed us unto wrath. We can be better witness to those around us who do not know the mechanics of God’s Day of Judgment. It will be up to those in the church to declare that the end is near! 2 Peter 3:10-11 “But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up. Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness.” For two thousand years the faithful witnesses of the church have been proclaiming to the world the great news of God’s salvation through the blood and grace of Jesus Christ for all the lost. But as we look at the conditions of the nations of the world today, they are in full revolt against God and the morality of His commandments. And even His chosen nation, Israel, is in disarray, and there is even compromise in some, if not many of His churches. There is no fear of God in the land anymore and no respect for the commandments that He gave us. But the Day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night on all who do not love His appearing and are not eagerly expecting His soon return. We are commanded to be sober and to be vigilant, searching the Scriptures diligently for in them we find the comfort of His peace in our salvation. Mark 4:11-12 “And He said to them, To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, so that Seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand; lest they should turn, and their sins be forgiven them.” If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, you have the Holy Spirit within you and are qualified to understand the teaching of the manner in which He is coming to deliver all of us from the Day of His Wrath, which will be poured out upon those who have rejected the Gospel of Jesus Christ that could have saved them. Next, we are going to teach what happens to those who are left behind after the rapture of the church takes place, and the Day of God’s Wrath falls upon the nations of the world. But first let us examine the mystery related to this seven year period of what I call: the cycles of time. Daniel 9:24 “Seventy weeks (70 x 7 = 490 years) are determined for your people (Israel) and for your holy city (Jerusalem), to finish the transgression, to make an end of sins, to make reconciliation for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the Most Holy.” When Daniel was a young boy the city of Jerusalem and the Holy Temple in it were destroyed by the Babylonian army, and Daniel was taken captive as a slave. Upon learning from the writings of Jeremiah the prophet that after seventy years of captivity the exiles of Israel were allowed to go back to their own land. Daniel realized that the nation of Israel owed the land a cycle of seventy years of rest, for there are seventy Sabbaths years in a 490 year period, hence why God drove the Israelites out allowing the land of Israel to have its seventy years of rest they owed. Daniel concluded that a new 490-year period had started for Israel when the decree was given for the Jews to go back to their land. Daniel was very eager to know what this new era of 490-year duration would bring upon the people that he loved and the city of his dreams. ESTHER FREEDOM BEYOND THE LAW The objective of this message is to reveal the biblical principle of freedom in Christ by comparing the unchangeable proclamations in Esther’s time with God’s eternal law, and to show that while the law exposes sin, true liberty and victory are found in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. ESTHER FREEDOM BEYOND THE LAW Minister Lisa Kane June 20, 2024 Objective: The objective of this message is to reveal the biblical principle of freedom in Christ by comparing the unchangeable proclamations in Esther’s time with God’s eternal law, and to show that while the law exposes sin, true liberty and victory are found in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Synopsis: In this continuation of the Women of the Bible series, Lisa Kane teaches her second message on Esther, titled Freedom Beyond the Law. Beginning with Esther 3:13, the lesson examines Haman’s decree to destroy the Jews and Esther’s courageous intercession before the king. Though the king could not revoke the decree, he authorized a counter-proclamation empowering the Jews to defend themselves. This parallel illustrates how God’s law, while holy, cannot be undone; instead, Christ fulfilled the law and established a new covenant that sets believers free. Lisa then moves to the Ten Commandments in Exodus 20, explaining how the law identifies sin and reveals human inability to remain righteous in their own strength. She highlights the generational consequences of sin, the danger of idolatry, and the tendency to place routines, possessions, or desires above God. The message emphasizes that the law brings bondage, but Christ’s sacrifice—His blood upon the mercy seat—redeems believers and breaks curses, granting freedom from condemnation. Drawing on Colossians 2, 1 Corinthians 6 and 15, and Galatians 3, Lisa underscores that believers are new creations, no longer bound by ordinances or human doctrines. Instead, they are called to walk in the Spirit, stand on God’s promises, and exercise faith for healing, provision, and victory. Through testimonies and scriptural application, she shows how living in Christ’s freedom transforms mindsets, renews strength, and empowers a life of joy and spiritual authority. The message concludes with an exhortation to embrace liberty in Christ, seek first God’s kingdom, and reject the weight of man’s traditions and the law’s condemnation. By choosing to walk in the Spirit, believers can live in the fullness of God’s promises and testify of His power. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine. I'm recording this message on Thursday, June 20th, 2024. Welcome. Let us open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for the freedom that your word has given us and what you have done on the cross to save us. Thank you, Father God. I pray that the audience listening to this message hears your Holy Spirit. Move me aside. Let the Holy Spirit speak to their ears and their heart and let them listen and act upon your word and apply that word to their lives. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. All right. I'm still in the Women of the Bible series. We're going to be here for a long time. So, this is going to be my second teaching on Esther. So, this one's going to be called Freedom Beyond the Law. Let's go to our opening scripture. This is in Esther 3:13. And the letters were sent by post into all the king's provinces to destroy, to kill, and to cause to perish all Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, even upon the 13th day of the 12th month, which is the month of Adar, and to take the spoil of them for a prey. So, when I taught on Esther last week, I went in and I showed you where she was in the timeline of events. And at the end of the teaching, because I didn't get into the proclamations that Hmon, a demon-possessed Agatite who hated the Jews and was an the was an enemy of the Jews. Um, I didn't get into the proclamations and I I hinted at the end of it the freedom that we have from this. So, I thought let's go into that a little bit more this week. And um, it was so fascinating because when I got up Sunday morning, this is a Thursday and I got up Sunday morning and it was Saturday night as I was thinking and dwelling on this message, I had the confirmation there and it was such a beautiful time. So, praising the Lord. So what you just read, this is the proclamation that Hmon was able to trick the king with. The king gave him his signate ring and said, "Go write whatever proclamation you want against his people. He lied to these people." So I taught on that last week. You can go check that out. Uh it's not a precursor for this. You will understand this message without it. But if you want more information, it is there. So when he writes his proclamation, this is what he's telling. He says, "Everybody who isn't a Jew in all the provinces of the king, you are allowed to destroy to kill." Who destroys and kills? Satan. He is the thief, the killer, the destroyer, the liar. And Hmon took that role here and played the devils and and played being the devil. And he had this proclamation written in the king's signant. and and it looks and to cause to perish all Jews both young and old little children and women on one day even upon the 13th day of the 12th month which is the month Adar and to take the spoil of them for a prey. Now what happened is Esther being a Jew they didn't know she was a Jew she's the one who had to go to the king and beg for her people to live. Hmon was exposed for who he was. He was hung on gallows that was supposed to hang Morai, Esther's uncle. Go read the book of Esther. It is a fascinating quick read and it will give you an idea of what's going on here. So now that Hmon is dead, this proclamation exists. Esther asks the king to reverse it. But the king cannot, whatever is created as a proclamation cannot be reversed. That's fascinating. So now what happened is the king said to Mori and his counsel, "Go write a new proclamation." This is good. I hope you guys get this message. This is this is a good one. Okay. So here it is in Esther 8 11 and 12. Wherein the king granted the Jews which were in every city too. So this is the proclamation the Jews wrote to gather themselves together and to stand for their life to destroy to slay and to cause to perish all the power of the people and province that would assault them both little ones and women and to take the spoil of them for a prey upon one day in all the provinces of King Ahasheras namely upon the 13th day of the 12th month which is the month of Adar. So now on this 13th day of this 12th month, there are two live king proclamations acting and they are against one another, if you will. So you have this um proclamation that says if you're non-Jewish, you can go kill every Jew, old, young, male, female, doesn't matter. You kill anyone and you take their spoils on this day. Well, then the Jews wrote an anti- proclamation in the sense of if you're a Jew, you can defend yourself. And when you defend yourself, what you're going to do is you can kill anyone who assaults you and you take their spoil. So now the outcome is, and I I didn't bring the scriptures in here due to time, but the outcome is that this day came and pass. And when it came in pass, um, not one Jew was killed. However, 75,000 non-Jewish people were killed in the outer provinces and it was either 300 or 500 um, uh, non-Jewish that were killed in the Shushon Palace, which is where the king reside and where Queen Esther and Morai lived. So what does that mean? So, how can the king write a province and it not be reversed? What where does this come from? Let's go take a look at the ten commandments because they're commandments and they're the law. Are they still profitable today? What does the law do for us? So, this teaching is called freedom beyond the law. And I want to show you. So I have to show you the law here and then we can take the principle that Esther and King Aasheras did and apply it to what Jesus is doing. This is why the book of Esther is in the Bible. A lot of theologians don't even know this or understand it. So let's get into this and watch how this works. So we're going to the Ten Commandments. We're going to start here in Exodus 20. We're going to go through verses 3 through 17. Verse three, thou shalt have no other gods before me. Okay. So, if you think you don't have a God before you, Christian or non-Christian, whoever you are watching this, let me just simply ask you this. When the TV isn't on, um, you're not doing it. You're just sitting there. What do you do? You pick up your cell phone and you go to Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and you watch what entertains you. That's a form of a God because at that moment, you didn't put God first. At that moment, you are dwelling in your own world. Now, that's not to say you have to have God in your life 24/7 as an active thing. You do have your rest period. This is why God has uh created the Sabbath day, which we're going to show that here in just a minute. But had you read your Bible that day, had you prayed that day, had you put God first when you woke up, did you put God first when you went to bed? You see, a lot of people don't do that. Or how about even just pressing in? Lord, I want to find out more about this. I'm going to go take an active approach and study it. Nine out of ten times we don't do that. Why? Because our lives are in a routine. And when you follow that routine, that becomes a godlike thing. Either way, whether you're doing that or you're not, this is just one commandment out of 10. So, it could be that you have a god before you. I had a dream years ago going down the sidetrack rabbit trail here. Um there were all these uh images carved out of a mountain and I mean they were huge and there were several of them. I I don't know the number of them but one fell. It was coming to a car and I remember we were be in this bus and I was looking out the back window. I go you need to drive faster. It's coming. It was the impact of it hitting the ground, the ground shaking and rock flying everywhere. And I had this dream and we had passed this bridge, got on the other side and we were fine. But I do believe that meant deliverance of whatever image I was dealing with at the time. This was many, many, many years ago. But even so, that's something I have to be forgiven of, right? Because I had a god before me. Now look at verse four. For thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. How many times do we have a picture of Jesus either on the cross hanging around our neck or up on the wall? H thou shalt not bow down thyself to them. And by the way, this particular commandment is very important. It's talking about not making any graving images and bowing down to them. Remember in Esther when Hmon was promoted as second in command, one of the things that he liked was everyone bowing down to him and he took it as a law, a commandment. And Morortei said, I'm not bowing down to you. And Mori didn't. So this is why Mori didn't. Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them. These are those graven images. Nor serve them. For I, the Lord thy God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments. So, in other words, when you sin, you especially when you're putting another God as a more important factor in your life or your job or whatever it may be. It's more important than God himself. He's going to visit the iniquities that you have to your children, your grandchildren, and your great-grandchildren. And which means you are in a position where your great grandparents sinned, your grandparents send, your parents sin is on you. So there is a generational factor behind you older than you and to your future that hasn't happened. This is where sicknesses and diseases come in from because nobody gets nobody is or many are not going forward to be forgiven of these generational curses. You need to be forgiven of that. Go to the houseof faith ministries.org. Go to the empowering prayers section. It's in the menu bar there. And you will find there's a prayer. You scroll down regarding generational curses. Say that prayer. will break you of these curses. But this is one of the commandments that we have. And it's because we put something above God in our lives. That's an iniquity. And I'm going to tell you right now, everybody does it. What? So, what is this telling me? What's this law telling me? It's telling me I'm a sinner and I cannot prevent myself from doing that. I'll try. It's like dieting. You try, you try, you fail. You have to do it with Jesus. Oh, we're going to get into that here in just a moment. Verse seven, thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. How many, you know, in our youth, I'm sure we've done that. Or gee, damn it. You know, these are the things that we've spoken and we need to be forgiven of them. And what is the law showing us? We are sinners. We have sinned. Verse eight, remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. How many of us work ourselves unto the ground? God rested. He set a pre principle, a precedent for us to rest on the seventh day. So, we're to work six days and rest the seventh day. And we don't do that. Or a lot of people don't do that. They become workaholics. And you're killing yourself slowly but surely. And then uh verse 9 goes into that sixth day shalt thou labor and do all thy work. Verse 10, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord thy God. In it thou shalt not do any work, thou or thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man's servant, nor thy maid servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates. For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. So, we are to rest, you know, and to give you an example, we work several months in a row. We have our weekends, but we have to work on our weekends to do all of the chores around the house. But then we go on a vacation, take a two week vacation. That's not honoring the Sabbath day. That is not resting. Now, going to church, is that a Sabbath day? You go to church, you you receive more of the Holy Spirit, hear the word of God. The Sabbath day is above and beyond that. I hope you get that. As for another teaching on verse 12, honor thy father and thy mother, that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord God giveth thee. There's a big one. A lot of people hate their parents and don't want to be like their parents and don't want to have anything to do with their parents or are determined not to be like their parents. And that's okay. You can be you you don't have to be like your parents, but you need to honor them. And even if you know that they're wrong, you honor them. And what happens is they will see what's going on. But it gives you it you have the freedom to a long life. Otherwise, you cut your life short if you're you're not honoring your parents. Uh verse 13, thou shalt not kill. Verse 14, thou shalt not commit adultery. Verse 15, thou shalt not steal. These are part of all of the ten commandments. Thou shalt, Verse 16, thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor. Thou shalt not coveret thy neighbor's house. Thou shalt not cover thy neighbor's wife wife, nor his man's servant, nor his maid servant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbors. Those are the ten commandments. That's what we're told. And what is the first thing we do? We break them. We may not break all of them, but we do break a good portion of them because we're conceived and born in sin. So, every time you go back to the law, you put yourself in bondage because the law tells you you are a sinner. The only one who can redeem you of sin is Christ the Messiah. Let's go to Colossians 2:es 20- 22. Wherefore, if ye be dead with Christ, now the moment you become a believer, you become a new creation, which means you die to yourself. You die to all those generational curses. You die to the law. You You're dead from the law. You are separated from it. I hope you get this message. Look at this. Wherefore, if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, the law talks to the world. The law talks to the sinner. The law tells you you're a sinner. That is to the world. So from the rudiments of the world, why as though living in the world are ye subject to ordinances. Look at this. touch not, taste not, hand, handle not, which all are to perish with the using after the commandments and doctrines of many. How many times do we follow somebody who says, well, if you drink a little w or water with your lemon juice in the morning, your liver's going to love it. Or, you know, why go to the commandments of men? because they're not teaching you the freedom that Christ gave you from the law. You are not part of that anymore. You do not need to touch that. Oh, I hope you get this. Think of it like this. The law tells you you're a sinner. Thou shalt not kill. But in your mind, if you hate somebody, you're killing that person. You're committing murder. whether you know it or not. And by the way, you're not given a reprieve due to ignorance that you are held responsible for that. So now we're talking about the thoughts and the inward man who cannot keep the law. Only Jesus was the one that can do it. And it was his blood that had to fall on the mercy seat which is on the ark of the covenant which is where the ten commandments were housed. His blood was placed on that mercy seat and he redeemed us. He saved us. He acqui we were acquitted. He gave us the pardon that we needed. And now if you stay away from all those things, you get to walk spiritually. Your eternity has already begun spiritually. You are free to do whatever you want. It may not benefit the people around you, but you're free to do it. If you want to smoke a cigarette and you're a Christian, go for it. Now, if you're doing it in front of others, oh, that's a shameful thing. You have the freedom to do it. They just haven't learned yet that they have that same freedom. And by the way, that cigarette won't have any consequence to you. If you were a smoker 20 years ago and you became a Christian five years ago and you've had that cigarette smoke growing in your lungs, let me tell you the freedom you have. Your lungs are pink and brand new because you are a new creature in Christ because by his stripes you were healed. I had a tumble the other day. I face planted or it was more of a bo a belly flop on the concrete if you will. It's a it was a hard fall. Got my knee injured and my hands a little scraped up. I got up and when I got up I stood up and said, "No weapon formed against me shall prosper." Then I went on to say, "By his stripes, I was healed." Do you know I didn't have to take a single thing? I was a little tender, a little sore, but other than that, and when I first looked at my knee, especially, it was really red. The redness was gone. By the time I got to a bathroom, I fell at the school uh church parking lot. By the time I got to a restroom to clean it up and everything, it was gone. That's the power we walk in now in the spiritual realm. I hope you guys are getting this. Look at um 1 Corinthians 6:11-12. And such were some of you, but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the spirit of our God. All things are lawful unto me. Smoking a cigarette's lawful, but all things are not expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. Now, what happens when you smoke a cigarette? your body depends on it or alcohol it becomes dependent. So it is not beneficial in the long term of things. And let me also tell you this when you do have a serious transformation with Christ yes your insides change. You become a new creation but it changes the way you think. You have no more desires for any of that because it's built within. It's spiritual. Now, look at what he says here in 1 Corinthians 15:56. The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. See, I'm free from the law. I'm I don't have to live by that law anymore. I get to say scripture, quote it over my body, and walk in freedom. I don't have to worry about any ten commandments or anything because the love of God is now within me and I'm walking with the spirit of God quoting scripture and my life is transformed as a result. 1 Corinthians 7:23-24. You're bought with a price. You see, every time you go back to the law, you negate the price Jesus prayed for you. He's on the cross. He died for you. Rose from the grave. Don't put him back on the cross. Nail the sin to the cross. Amen. Ye are bought with a price, but ye but not ye the servants of men. Brethren, let every man wherein he is called therein abide with God. You see, the reason I get to walk in the benefits of the Lord is because Matthew 6:33 says, "Seek first the kingdom of God." I go and I minister to people. I teach here, ministering to you, the listener. I go and I lay hands on people and pray because I'm expecting the Holy Spirit to move in and meet their need. I also seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. I choose to walk in godliness. I choose to walk in freedom, not the law. I just choose to be good and do things that are good because that is the calling that Christ has on my life. Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and then all these things will be added unto me. That is scriptural. And because I walk in scripture, I'm blessed. And people get jealous and envious of it. Well, you can have this, too. You're free from the law. The moment you confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you're free from the law. And every time you face a situation, quote the name of Jesus. Jesus, you're over for my finances. Jesus, you're over this doctor's report of cancer. Guess what? You don't even have to go back to the doctors ever again. You're free from the law. You see, the doctors tell you you've got cholesterol because of this number or you have type 2 diabetes because of this number. God is the one who controls my death. I'm going to die when he wants me to die. I'm not going to listen to the doctrines of men and what they think is true. especially since they keep changing the numbers over and over again to get more and more people on the drugs and the pills that are related to it. But you get to have freedom from that. I just wouldn't listen to the doctor. I remember hearing a story years ago, years, this is 30 plus years ago of a woman who was diagnosed with cancer. Basically, the doctor told her, "Go home, set your your house in order. You're going to die." She got home and and she was very embarrassed. So, she had shut her windows, but she went before the Lord, covered, put her shades up, and said, "Lord, I I I don't know what this is. I I don't want to have this. I'm going to just choose to come to you and praise you and worship you." And he told her to dance, and the scriptures do tell you to dance. She read about David and she got up and started dancing. And every day she started dancing. And before you know it, she forgot to put the shades down because she was just praising the Lord. Didn't matter who saw her. Six weeks later, she goes in and doctor tells her, "Whatever you're doing, keep doing it because it's working." That's the freedom you have. And I hope you're grasping this. 1 Corinthians 12:13, "For by one spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free, and have been made and have been all made to drink into one spirit." You see, it's the spirit of God now that moves in your life. He's the predominant one. He's the one that sets you free from the law. This is the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit came down on the day of Pentecost. We are filled with that same Holy Spirit. We get to walk in the freedom from the law. Yes. Get that. Get that. We have the spirit. Galatians 3:27-29. For as many of you as been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek. There is neither bond nor free. There is neither male nor female. For ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ, then are ye Abraham's seeds seed and hes according to the promise. Oh, I just taught on Sarah and the promise with Abraham a few weeks ago. You can go check out those messages. Let me tell you, you are free from the law. Don't go back to men telling you how to live, men telling you what to do. Go be free and let Christ renew the transformation of you every single day as you grow closer to him. Stand in his word. Press into his word. Memorize those scriptures and quote them when you need to. Because I'm telling you, even though that enemy is out to steal, kill, and destroy, and he's prowling around you like a lion, guess what? Jesus is the lion of the tribe of Judah. And he is my Lord and my Savior. He is my friend, and he is King of glory. And I give him all the glory, praise, and honor, and strength for I walk with him. I choose to walk in the spirit. I choose to see things spiritually, not physically. I choose to walk in Christ and not the law, not the doctrines of men. I'm not going to listen to the world tell me how to live, how much water to drink, how much I should be moving or walking. No, I choose to walk in Christ. And as a result, I'm hoping that the Holy Spirit just bubbles out of me everywhere and splashes on everybody. And that is what my hope and expectation is walking with Christ. So when I quote his scripture and I pray over people, I pray in faith. I activate things in faith because God likes to work by faith. Very well. You want to work by faith. This is what your word said. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. My youth is renewed like the eagle. Psalm 103. Get in there and get that. I don't have to. Yeah, I'm going to turn 55 this year. I don't have to act like a 55year-old or be a 55year-old because my youth is renewed like the eagles. So when I do a belly flop on the concrete, guess what? I stand up because as a kid I fell on the ground then too and I healed rapidly. That's the faith we're talking about. Friends, I hope that you choose to walk in the freedom that you have with the spirit of God. Choose that, my friend. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for building up our faith and our strength in you, Father God. We thank you for your glory because you did this. And I pray that you continue to manifest and move through us. We have a revival in you that we transform inside and walk by faith. You are precious and glorious. I pray that we do not forget this message, but that we apply it to our lives. speak your word over our bodies and walk in the spirit in the name of Jesus. Amen. Amen. Amen. God bless you. I will see you in the next message. Bye-bye. Home Previous Next

THE GOD WHO FORMED YOU Minister Lisa Kane June 22, 2025 Objective: The purpose of this teaching is to reveal the truth that God is the One who has personally formed, sanctified, and ordained each of us from the very beginning—even before birth. Drawing from Jeremiah 1:4–10, Psalm 139, and other supporting scriptures, the lesson emphasizes God’s intimate knowledge of us, His divine calling on our lives, and His continuing presence and authority through His Word. The teaching aims to encourage believers to embrace their identity in Christ, walk boldly in their calling, and trust the God who created and prepared them with love and purpose. Synopsis: This message, “The God Who Formed You,” begins with Jeremiah’s calling, where God tells the prophet, “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee.” From this passage, the teaching highlights how God is not only the Creator of life but the One who molds, sanctifies, and ordains individuals for His purposes before they are even born. The lesson underscores that every believer has a divine calling, and God equips them with His Word and Spirit to fulfill it. Lisa explains how Jeremiah’s experience demonstrates God’s authority to appoint, prepare, and protect those He calls, even in the face of fear and opposition. She connects this truth to the life of every believer—affirming that God has written our names, our design, and our destinies in His book from the moment of conception. Psalm 139 reinforces that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” and continuously in God’s thoughts. The teaching also stresses the power of God’s Word placed in our mouths—just as He touched Jeremiah’s lips—enabling us to speak life, truth, healing, and authority over nations, circumstances, and personal struggles. Testimonies and reflections illustrate God’s personal involvement and protection in everyday life, reminding listeners that He is always near. Ultimately, the lesson calls believers to recognize their identity in the God who formed them, seek His kingdom first, and boldly proclaim His Word to others. By knowing that God has overcome the world, we can live with peace, confidence, and purpose, trusting in the One who knew us before we were born and continues to walk with us daily. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine and I'm recording this teaching on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025. Welcome. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word that it does not return void. I ask and pray over the listeners of this teaching that their eyes and ears and heart and mind are prepared and that they receive this teaching. they determine its validity with you, that um it is imprinted in their hearts and that your Holy Spirit works with them and bring it to remembrance so they do not forget it and that they remember who you are and what you're about and what you do to each and every one of us as our lives begin and in our and as our lives end. Thank you, Father God, for your precious word. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. and I'm glad you can join me today. Thank you for being here. This teaching is called the God who formed you. So, let's start off here in Jeremiah 1:4-10. Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, So, I'm going to stop here. This is Jeremiah. He is uh about to start the book of Jeremiah, and you can go read the whole thing on your own time. I'm going to just talk about these uh up to verse 10. The way I teach is I present to you the the word in the King James version. And if you see a bolded word in there with italicized words after it, the bolded word is the original word that the translators used in the King James version. And the italicized words are other words that the the translators could have used. And I get those other words from the Strong's Hebrew Greek dictionary. So, and I all I do is I add those extra words in that parenthesis is just to show you where the original author was going with this because we are talking through uh translation. So, I just want to clarify that. Okay. So, says then the word of the Lord came unto me saying, so now God is talking to Jeremiah and Jeremiah is recording this. We're in verse 5. Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee. And before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Okay, so we're going to stop really quick here. One of the things is I'm going to be talking about the God who formed me, the God who formed you. We are formed by God. The word formed, as you can see here, means to mold, squeeze, or determined. So he has determined us. He has molded us. He has prepared. He gave us a calling right at the outset here. There is just no uh holding back here. He's saying this is what I've called you. Now, he's telling this to Jeremiah. Now, I'm going to show you other scriptures here in a bit that's going to show you where the scriptures tell us that God is doing that to us, too. It's not just to be a prophet. But I wanted to show this to you because Jeremiah is a very interesting person. And he went through, for lack of a better phrase, hell on earth in speaking the words of God to the nation of Israel and then getting it written down and getting it preserved and his life ending. Jeremiah was called as a youth. And this is very, very interesting. He's saying straight up. This is God telling him before I formed you, before I even made the determination of you in the belly, he says, I knew, I recognized you. So, it's as if God had been sitting there waiting. I'm waiting for a prophet. Where is he? Oh, there he is. So, at the moment of conception, it was like, there he is. I knew you. This is the God that we serve. God is so powerful that even at the moment of conception, he writes a book about us. I'm going to get into that a little bit here. It's something I've taught on before, but I wanted to show and elaborate to you who this God is. He's the one who has formed us. He has prepared us. And here he's saying uh in the belly, I knew you. I recognized you. And then before you even came out of the womb, he says, I sanctified you. I made you clean. Now, I want to pause here and think about that for a moment. Why would a newborn need to be clean or a baby that hasn't even been born? Because a baby is conceived in sin. You see, Adam and Eve fell in the beginning and Jesus came back to redeem us and he's the one who had to clean us and sanctify us. So God is saying, "Listen, while you were in the womb and I knew you, I I mold before I even molded you. Before I even I determined you. I deter that's a word there in recognized. He determined. He formed. He recognized." Then he says, "I sanctified. I cleaned you." He did that to Jeremiah in order for Jeremiah to be the prophet. And look what else he says. And I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. I've placed you. I've called you to be I've given you to be a prophet over the nations. That's your calling. That's what I put on you. Question I have is what's the calling he put in your life? And and you know what? It's okay. God loves you so much that even if you didn't do what he called you to do or be, he knew. And he's just been waiting for you to come see him and talk to him. He knew it already while you were in the belly of your mother. He knew that already. He's just waiting for you to come to him. humble yourself and ask him to forgive you. By the way, he will he will always forgive you. And don't get tripped up about, oh well, there's the uh the son of predition that won't or not the son of predition that there's a sin that is not forgivable. Trust me, that's because that's on the son of predition. That's not on you. You are not the son of predition. You're not Satan. You are not part of that world. And even if you were like dedicated or committed or a curse was placed on your life, God already knew you. He looked at you in the beginning and he saw you already and he knew you. you know, to share a little testimony. My dad and and my husband and I were out to lunch after church this morning, uh, this afternoon, and we were talking about, um, how God has protected our family and kept us, and I remember one time, this is when we were living in Lake Elsenor, California. I remember sitting there, it's 3:00 in the morning, actually. I was laying there and it was 3:00 in the morning and I in California you always keep your windows open pretty much but I had a slider door there for the deck and I'm on the second floor. It is open but I remember laying there and aware that God was there. He was like right outside the window a little ways away but it was like and and I'm not talking just God. I'm saying God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. I was aware and in my mind to this day it still affects me in a way that he came to me at that point. Didn't have to say anything. I just knew he was there and that how that has impacted my life because I I sit here going, man, I must have got his attention somewhere in the future. Who am I that he came to visit me? But let me tell you something. He already knew. And he wanted me to know that he knew and that he was preparing me for whatever is to come. He's done the same for you. He knows you. He's written a book. Now look at Jeremiah's response. It's it's valid in and it's point on. He says, "Then said I, ah, Lord God, behold, I cannot speak, for I am a child." You know, it's funny. Jesus, he said, "Bring the little ones. Let them be here. If you do not bring the little ones in, then you know, you're not part of God." See, God loves children. God is a family man. Isn't that just incredible? Now your impression of family might not be beautiful because you know depending how you were raised and and whether you were orphaned or whatever has happened to you but God is a family man and then he provides you a family you know when you become a believer you become adopted into God's family which is his chosen nation of Israel and it's the church the body of Christ that is your family and sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's challenging But when you have a relationship with God, the God who formed you, he's the one that has prepared you and you you're at peace about everything. No matter someone, a loved one dies, because you know your father, you know who formed you. You know he has them. As it says in Hebrews 9:27, all are appointed to die once. Well, we're all eventually going to die. We're all going to end up on that other side right here though, right now, knowing that he formed us. What's the most important part? Share his word. Share our testimony. Share our lives. Let the people see that we have a peace upon us simply because we know he formed us. We know he has called us. That is the most important part of this. Now look at uh what God says to Jeremiah after he says that. Verse 7. But the Lord said unto me, "Say not, I am a child, for thou shalt to go to all that I shall send appoint thee, and whatsoever I command thee, thou shalt speak." And then be not afraid of those of their faces, for I am with thee to deliver thee, saith the Lord. He says, I don't want you to be afraid. And don't say that just because you're a youth. He he says very clearly, I'm going to send you. You're going to be a voice and you're going to speak my words. And then I love how he says, "Don't even be afraid or revere their faces." See, when you're afraid of a bully or you're afraid of what people are going to say, you're giving them more power and authority than they actually have. They don't have that power and authority. So, what it is, you're revering them. You're like, "Oh, look at how much power. Oh, I got to be afraid of them." No, no, no. You need to be afraid of the God who can send them straight to hell for an eternity versus sending you straight to heaven with him as an etern eternity. This is where we have to finally humble ourselves before the Lord and realize I'd rather rever God and be afraid of him than be afraid of anything else in the world. And he's telling Jeremiah this because see Jeremiah is going to go through some hardships. You can go read the book of Jeremiah. You can go find out all the things he had to do and some of it was bad. You that's your homework. You go read that. Take you about I don't know a month maybe to read. The book of Jeremiah is a long book in the Bible. And uh just know that God is with him and God is very clearly saying I am with thee. I'm near thee and I'm going to snatch you away from them. I'm going to deliver you out of them. I want to snatch you away. So Jeremiah still lived to be a lengthy time, but it was a hard life. But God knew this and he had formed him and that's where he was going with him. So he's telling him, "Don't be afraid." Then he continues on in verse 9. Then the Lord put forth his hand and touched my mouth. You see, here is a God who has created everything. He created the universe we're in. He created the the air, our bodies, how to adapt and adjust and live in this world. We're in such a way that if you had so much faith that you can never be sick, you will never be sick. You can live like that. If you believe everything, you know, then you might believe who is telling you you're going to be sick or this or culture tells you, oh, if you go from hot to cold or cold to hot, you're going to get sick. No, you don't have to live like this. See, God gave you the ability to live in healing, to live in peace, no matter what circumstance has taken place. I I do know some people that I sit there and I get mad for them for what they had to go through and they're just like, well, you know, and they they don't even they hardly talk about it or it's uh just a as a casual bygone. That is how God has transformed their lives and he gave them that ability. So here he is doing the same for Jeremiah. He put his he touched his word into his mouth. See Jesus is the author of the word of God. Jesus is the word of God. He's the embodiment of it. So here he says, "Okay, let me touch your lips." He touches Jeremiah's lips. And when he touched his lips, he put his word. He put Jesus into the lips of Jeremiah. So every time Jeremiah spoke the word of God, he was speaking what Jesus was speaking to the nation of Israel and warning them and warning them and warning them because that's what Jeremiah is all about is all the warnings. Don't stray away from God. And they wouldn't believe. And they were stubborn, so stiff necked. But that was how the Israelites were at that time. And God was working with them. He they Jesus spoke his word through Jeremiah. Continuing on, it says, "The Lord said unto me, behold, I have put my words, my cause in your mouth." See now the cause, Jesus cause of salvation, healing, mercy, redemption. He put all that into the mouth of Jeremiah. Says, "I want you to tell these words to the nation of Israel." See, Jesus loves. Jesus is forgiving. He is the merciful, graceful God that there is. And he's telling the nation of Israel through Jeremiah, I want you to repent. Come back to me. Stop following false idols. And this is where Jeremiah became that word and had to go speak that because God called him to do that because he knew him. God formed Jeremiah. God formed Lisa. I'm gonna make her a teacher of the word of God. and I'm going to make her an intercessory prayer warrior. She's going to pray into the situations the name of Jesus. And then you begin to see how God moves. But it's because he formed me. He knew me. And he is doing the same. He has done the same for you. Amen. Continuing on, see this verse 10. God is still talking. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms. So he Jeremiah is overseeing the kingdoms and the dominions and the powers because he's got the word of Jesus in his mouth and the word of Jesus has always had the kingdoms and dominions. You know Satan lied to him in the 40 days of wilderness when Jesus was fasting. You know the the devil tempted him says listen you bow down to me I will give you all these kingdoms they'll worship you. No, they the devil never has the kingdoms because the saints, Jeremiah being one of them, and if you go read Isaiah 49, we 149, we have the ability to pray over our kings and dominions and cause effective change. One of the reasons why Trump is president now is because of prayer from the church. The church said, "You know what? We see the difference between Kamla and Trump and Lord we are putting this at your throne and we speak the word of God and we pray the word of God over it and what happens Trump got voted in. That's because God already knew the situation. He had already formed Trump. He prepared Trump for this time. He prepared Kamla at for her time at this season. But she has gone a different route. Who knows? She could have been all powerful and could have been the first black American president if she had been a believer in God and God had taken her down that route. But her actions clearly say that she does not support Israel. She So I, you know, don't know if she's an actual believer, but she didn't have that blessing on her. Trump did. But remember, God makes people for and then he makes other things. He made the devil. He formed the light, but he created darkness. That's Isaiah 45:7. You can go read how he did that. So God can do anything and prepare anyone at any time for any of this. Uh to root out. Now listen, this is the authority Jeremiah's given. So he says, "See, I've set this day. I've I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms to root out." That's to tear away, to pull down, to tear down, and to destroy, lose or perish, to throw down, break in pieces, to build, repair, and to plant or fasten. Jeremiah was given that authority. So when he would speak a word, the word of God, Jesus, it would be to tear down, to tear apart, to break into pieces, or to repair, and to plant. You see, that was God's plan for Jeremiah. And this is where we have to realize that he has given us authority as the body of Christ to do the same. Amen. Let's go to Psalm 139. I want you to see something here in u the Psalms. Verse 13. For thou hast possessed my reigns, purchased me is what that means. Thou has covered or fenced in me in my mother's womb. I love that word purchased me. I love that extra translation that could be in there because Jesus is our redeemer and he paid the price for our sins. He has set us apart from the world. And he did it where? In our mother's womb. He covered us. He fenced us in. He put us in there. He's already got us covered. Even though we were conceived in sin, this is what redemption and mercy is about. God who formed us, you know, he could have ended everything and stopped back then and restarted and who knows could have hoped that Adam and Eve wouldn't do it a second time, whatever. But instead, he decided to continue on with it and send his only begotten son to redeem the people and decided to do that because he loves us so much. He wanted to get to know us. He formed us in the womb. Even before we lived our life, even before we made the decision to call on his name, he knew us. This is the God who formed us. Verse 14, I will praise thee, or throw my hands up to thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are thy works, and that my soul knoweth right well. You see his word, he put his word in Jeremiah and Jeremiah spoke his word, but he put his word, the name of Jesus. He put Jesus into us in the womb for right to for us to recognize and know right from wrong. We know the difference. This is why we were able to come in and pray and see Trump become the victor over Kamla. We were able to see that because we know right from wrong by the fruit of their actions. I love it how Trump, you know, they just bombed the nuclear plants in Iran. I love it how Trump came out and says, "God, I love you. Thank you." You see, he's putting God first in his life. You can't ask for anything more than that. Now, whatever God ends up doing with Trump and how he uses him, maybe he sets him up for his return, whatever ends up happening there, one thing I know is based on right and wrong, based on what was placed in my heart while I was in my mother's womb, I know that we're in the right right now because of the fruit of what I can see and what the Lord has caused me to know in my heart. Amen. My substance or power was not hid from thee when I was made in secret and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. You see, when you have intimate relations with someone and you get someone pregnant, that's usually in darkness or it's, you know, a very intimate time. It's a very private time. It's enclosed. This is what how it happens normally. But you see, God knew us there. We were still known by God even in that moment. He knew. He knew us because he formed us. He prepared us. He called us. Verse 16. Thine eyes did see my substance. Yet being imperfect, listen, we weren't we were in conceived in sin, we were already imperfect in the womb. And he saw us. And in Jeremiah's case, he called Jeremiah. Oh, look at this. So then he says, "Yet being imperfect, and in thy book all my members were written, described, which in continuence were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them." He didn't even have his members yet. you know, he was conceived and at the point of conception, you're just a little mass, a little, you know, it's an egg and a sperm and it starts to form inside there, but there are no legs, there's no head, there's no brain, there's no eyes, there's nothing yet. You're just a little seed in there. And he says, "And in thy book, all my members were written, described." At the moment of conception, God writes a book about you. It's entitled with your name. He knows your name. He knows whether you're male or female. He knows what your members are going to look like. He's already written your description in there. He knows at this moment when it hasn't even happened. This is the God of whom we serve. This is our God. This is how powerful he is. This is why the grave couldn't hold back Jesus. Oh, hallelujah. And uh which in continuence were fashion when as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, oh God. How great is the sum of them. He thinks about us all the time. We are mindful. He is mindful of us. He thinks of us all the time. They are continuous thoughts that he has and they're good. They're precious. If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand. When I awake, I am still with thee. God doesn't leave us. He's still there. We go to sleep. We go off into dreamland. We go into wherever place we go. Our body needs that rest, but our mind still goes somewhere else. God is with us when we wake up. And his thoughts are good over us. He's got plans and thoughts for us. And all it is is just stopping and saying, "Thank you, Lord." And asking him to lead us. He will take us there. He will open doors. He will close doors. He will protect us. He will because he's the God who formed us. Oh, hallelujah. This is awesome. Then it says here in Matthew 28, look at what Jesus says. Because again, Jesus is the word of God that was placed in Jeremiah. And then Jesus right and wrong is what's placed in our heart. Look at what Jesus says here in Matthew 28. And Jesus came and spake unto them saying, "All power is given unto me in heaven and earth." Jesus has all the power and authority. He's the one who said, "Let there be light." And there was light and it was good. This he's he's the all powerful. He's the power. He's the one who did it. He's the one who made it happen. And it was by spoken word. Says, "Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost." You see, now it's a little different here. He told Jeremiah, "I'm going to put my word in you. what you speak, you're going to tear down, pull around, pull up, uh, break into pieces, repair and build up and plant. That now he says, I want you to go to everyone, teach them, baptize them, teach them to observe all things whatsoever I've commanded you, and lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen. Still, he is with us every day, and he has overcome the world. That is so amazing. In fact, let's read that last scripture there. Verse 33 or John 16:33. These things I have spoken unto you that in me might have peace in the world. You have tribulation, but be of good cheer. I've overcome the world. See, God created this world. Jesus created it all. So, he has placed it his word in our hearts. And he tells you, I want you to do these things and I want you to go do what you need to do. This is what I'm calling you to do. I formed you to do this. And he says, "And don't be afraid of them. I overcame I overcame the world." I love that. That is so awesome. This is the God who formed us. He's the one who has established us. So if you want to know what your will in God is, first seek first the kingdom of God. Matthew uh 6:33, seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you. How do you seek the king seek seek the kingdom of God? You seek him by putting him first in your lives. Have a relationship with him in the morning, in the evening. Read the word. Pray. Ask him questions and look. He will answer you. Then he tells you to go into all the world. That is also letting people know the relationship you have with Jesus because they can have it too because he formed them in the womb just like he formed me and Jeremiah in the womb. Like you, he formed you. He prepared you. And he's telling you to go into all the world and preach the good news. Telling you that I am the good news. I came and redeemed you. I paid the price for your sins. I'm the one who knew you. You know me because you know the right I have placed in you in the womb. This is who I am. This is who you are. Let us partner up together and go show the world the testimony of what I have done for you. This is Jesus calling us into that anointing, into that walk, into that relationship with him so that we can say, "Hey, look what I have. I've got Jesus. Do you want to have peace in your life, too? Let me introduce you to Jesus." He knew you when you were conceived. What? Before you even had a body, he knew what you would look like. And he knows he has good thoughts of you. He thinks wonderful things about you. He is mindful of you. He wants to know everything about your life. What's going on? Where are you going? What are you doing? This is the God who formed you and he placed right in your heart and you can speak his words just like Jeremiah did by taking the scripture, reading it, saying it out lou out out loud and applying it to whatever situation you're in. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. By his stripes I was healed. Let no man take apart what you have brought together. These are just some of the verses that we have that take us to making an effective change with our prayers. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless your word. Your word is powerful. Your presence is powerful and we know in our heart what is right and what is wrong. Thank you, Father God, for placing your word in our mouths and helping us to know you because you know us so much more than we know you. And I pray that we begin to have that relationship with you where we know what is right and we can stay away and pray against that wrong that is out there. Father God, thank you for your paying the price and redeeming us and saving us. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. God bless you. I will see you in the next message. Bye-bye. • DEMISE OF THE NATIONS | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

DEMISE OF THE NATIONS To explain the biblical basis for God’s coming judgment upon the nations, showing both the timing (Revelation 6:16–17) and the cause (Romans 1:18–25). The study seeks to reveal how the suppression of truth, the rise of secular ideologies, and the mystery of lawlessness have led the world to its present moral collapse, ultimately inviting the wrath of God. DEMISE OF THE NATIONS Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: To explain the biblical basis for God’s coming judgment upon the nations, showing both the timing (Revelation 6:16–17) and the cause (Romans 1:18–25). The study seeks to reveal how the suppression of truth, the rise of secular ideologies, and the mystery of lawlessness have led the world to its present moral collapse, ultimately inviting the wrath of God. Synopsis: The teaching begins with Paul’s charge in Romans 1, where he declares that the wrath of God is revealed against all who suppress the truth of the Gospel. This suppression is traced throughout history—from idolatry in Paul’s day to the modern rejection of Judeo-Christian values. Humanity has no excuse, for God’s attributes and divine nature are evident in creation, yet men choose lies over truth. John’s revelation in Revelation 6:16–17 identifies the moment when this wrath will be fully revealed: the Day of the Lord, when the nations cry out in fear before the Lamb. The text draws a connection between Paul’s explanation of why judgment comes and John’s vision of when it arrives. The narrative explores the influence of Darwin, Freud, and Marx, presenting them as exemplars of the “three unclean spirits” of Revelation 16:13–14. Darwin’s evolutionary doctrine fueled racial and ethnic atrocities; Freud’s psychology dulled conscience and justified sin; and Marx’s socialism empowered ruling elites to suppress freedom and truth. Together, these demonic ideologies paved the way for today’s lawlessness, tyranny, and moral decay. Modern society reflects Paul’s warning: people exchange the truth of God for lies, worshiping created things rather than the Creator. Governments and institutions reinforce this deception, leading to wars, oppression, and indifference to evil. Entrenched systems of power prevent true change, ensuring nations persist in rebellion against God. The study concludes that the wrath of God is inevitable and soon to be revealed, as nations and their leaders, knowingly or not, wage war against Christ Himself. Yet believers are not left hopeless. Jesus promises that abiding in His Word brings truth, and the truth makes us free (John 8:31–32). Thus, while the nations spiral toward their demise, the faithful can stand secure in God’s Word and salvation. Inspired Teaching: Romans 1:18 “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress (hold down) the truth in unrighteousness.” Would you like to know when will the final wrath of God be revealed from heaven to the people of the world? Our next verse of Scripture tells us the precise moment when it happens. Revelation 6:16-17 “And said to the mountains and rocks, ‘Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’” John tells us when it will happen in the book of Revelation, and Paul tells us why it will happen in his letter to the Romans. In Romans chapter one Paul is laying down a charge against the nations of the world, and his letter is addressed to all who are in Rome, the capital of the Roman empire. Romans 1:5, 7 “Through Him we have received grace and apostleship for obedience to the faith among all nations for His name...To all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints…” In our opening Scripture Paul reveals the foundation or count number one, we might say, of God’s charge against humanity; suppression of the truth. Since the truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ has the power to save people from their sins, then those who suppress the proclamation of the Gospel of Truth are guilty of the blood of all those who end up in hell. Romans 1:17 “For in it (the Gospel) the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘The just shall live by faith.’” Of course, during Paul’s day the persecution of the saints, those who accepted the truth of God, was tremendous, for they were compelled at their conversion to turn away from idolatry and to be delivered from the demons that lurked behind the idols they had been worshiping. But there is also a futuristic aspect to the charges that Paul is laying down in his indictment of the human race, for he says that since the creation of the world this suppression of the truth has been taking place, so that there has to be a future end to it. Romans 1:19-20 “Because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead (divine nature, deity), so that they are without excuse.” The They are without excuse, are all those who suppress the truth that it is clearly manifested in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, be it in self-suppression, that is suppressing the truth within themselves, or in a greater plane, suppressing the Gospel within their own families, communities, or nations. To many who lived on the west and were raised under the Judeo Christian values of just a century ago, the thought of an era of secular humanism, void of God and morals, was a reprehensible idea to say the least, and just look where we are now after two world wars and a myriad of smaller ones. We live in a world where blood thirsty tyrants decimate entire populations, including their aged and their children along with their mothers, in instances they even use chemical weapons and their violent deaths are recorded live for everyone to see, and the world just does not seem to care. Then the very ones that are behind all the mayhem and have supplied those tyrants with their support and their deadly weaponry, are treated as heroes. What is happening to us? In the midst of so much wrong there does not seem to be a right way to turn to, why is that? Romans 1:25 “Who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.” Paul calls what is going on in our present day, in his second letter to the Thessalonians, the mystery of lawlessness. This mystery is revealed to us in our next verse of Scripture: Revelation 16:13-14 “And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” I believe that these three demons, that are finally exposed before the Lord destroys them, are the three forces, or influences, that drive our present-day leaders and their respective nations away from the Judeo-Christian traditions that they not so long ago embraced. There are three men whose influence upon the human race was pivotal to bring us into the chaotic situation that we find our world deep in today. They were, Darwin, Freud, and Marx; these three men, I believe, best exemplify the nature of the three major demonic influences that have brought so much havoc into our world today. Darwin with his theory of evolution and supremacy of the species, gave credence to the hatred that brought about man’s inhumanity to man, through the Nazi doctrine of ethnic cleansing, how else could well educated men have committed such atrocities unless they believed that they were doing the world a service by ridding it of inferior humans. One would think that their consciences would have pricked them to the point of realizing that what they were doing was so wrong. For how can one justify to oneself the slaughter of innocent people, specially woman and children? I guess we have Freud to thank for that, psychology and their understanding of it, enabled them to turn their guilt switch off, that is why after a long hard day of sending thousands of live innocent people to the gas chambers and their dead bodies to the fiery furnace, they could just enjoy a nice meal with their wives and family, and even go to a concert and enjoy themselves without a trace of shame or guilt for what they were doing. Proverbs 4:16-17 “For they do not sleep unless they have done evil; and their sleep is taken away unless they make someone fall. For they eat the bread of wickedness, and drink the wine of violence.” The first time that I heard the above Scripture being preached on, so many things finally made sense to me. The symbolism of eating something, biblically speaking, speaks of believing a doctrine with the heart, in their case, demonic doctrines, that they took into their hearts by believing them; when they did that the demons behind the doctrines followed them inside of that persons heart. Once those demons got inside of them, they got no rest until they acted out what their belief of that doctrine required of them, for the demons are the enforcers. They could not get a good night of sleep until they caused someone’s fall, we see this played out over and over again in all levels of society today. This brings us to the third force, spirit, or frog: Marxism. Socialism, which is a manifestation of Marxist ideology, dictates that the ruling class is to make all the important decisions in regards to the rest of humanity, for they see themselves as illuminated ones who have been entrusted with the knowledge that will save everyone else if they just do what they say must be done. In other words, they see people as stupid and unable to make their own choices, so they appoint themselves to make the right choices on behalf of everybody else, whether they like or not. That is why in socialist or communist countries only socialists or communists are allowed to run for political offices, you are allowed in some instances to change the collar but not the dog. We also see this in Islamic nations that allowed elections to take place, their political leaders change, but not the religious rulers that are the ones that really control all the power. We may not realize it, but that is what many of the western democracies have become, where we are forced to endure entrenched institutions like our judicial system for example, who continuously exercise their power to change legislation that does not fit within their anti-God objectives, and in some instances they legislate from the bench the things that even the legislators themselves are unable to pass. Here in America we see this also more and more from the executive branch of government, when their agenda is rejected by the legislators, they are somehow able to implement their agenda through executive orders, thereby defying the will of the people that elected the legislators to oppose such agenda. And, this is new, in many instances the executive branch refuses to enforce the laws that they disagree with. So they make it impossible to bring real change, for it does not matter who gets elected, things never change for the better, they just keep getting worse for the real people that have to follow the rules that they make for the rest of us and that do not even apply to themselves. That is why the wrath of God will soon be revealed from heaven upon all the nations of the world, and that is why all the nations and peoples of the world will be running for their bomb shelters when the see the glorious Lamb of God coming, for that is who they have really being fighting all along. But we do not have to drink in their poison, for we are partakers of something that is far superior of what this world has to offer. John 8:31-32 “...If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Previous Next Home

  • COMPASSION | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

COMPASSION The objective of this message is to teach believers the biblical mandate and spiritual power of compassion. It emphasizes that compassion is more than simply being “nice”—it is an act of obedience to God, rooted in forgiveness, mercy, and love, and modeled by Jesus Christ. The teaching seeks to equip believers to extend compassion not only to those who are easy to love, but also to those who do evil, demonstrating God’s heart and opening doors for salvation and transformation. < Back COMPASSION Minister Lisa Kane February 1, 2024 Objective: The objective of this message is to teach believers the biblical mandate and spiritual power of compassion. Synopsis: In this message, Lisa Kane opens with Zechariah 7:9 to show that compassion is both a command and an actionable response of mercy toward others. She contrasts being “nice” with true compassion, which requires intentional forgiveness and obedience to God’s Word. Drawing from scriptures such as Micah 7:18–20, Psalm 78, and Jude 20–23, she explains how God repeatedly shows compassion despite humanity’s rebellion, and how believers are called to reflect that same mercy in their relationships and prayers. Lisa stresses that compassion is central to intercession, particularly for leaders, nations, and even those engaged in evil, because Jesus loves them just as much as He loves His followers. She provides examples from the life of Jesus (Matthew 9:36, 14:14, 15:32), highlighting how compassion moved Him to heal, provide, and guide. The message also explores the consequences of unforgiveness, the blessings of obedience, and the urgency of praying compassionately for others so they may come to salvation before the end of the Gentile age. Ultimately, this teaching calls believers to embrace compassion as the foundation of forgiveness, to intercede with love for others—including enemies—and to allow the Holy Spirit to cultivate compassion within them. It closes with a prayer for believers to live out compassion through word, deed, and heartfelt intercession, demonstrating Christ’s mercy in a hurting world. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine. I'm recording this message on Thursday, February 1st, 20124. Welcome. This message is called Compassion. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your blessings and your favor upon your word. And we pray that we hear your word, apply your word, live by your word. And we pray that your compassions, your mercy, and your love overflows the cup within us, Father God, and that it just pours out on those around us and that we minister to those with love and compassion. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. And amen. Amen. Let's open uh let's go to our opening scripture here. Compassion is what this message is called. Zechariah 79. Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts saying execute true judgment and show mercy and compassions every man to his brother. Now I do have another message prepared that I was going to do today and the Lord speaking through my father basically. So we need to to talk on this message. One of the things that I've noticed and observe and this is what my father and I were talking about was as Christians get together and we talk about society in general or government or things of this nature. I heard a pastor just say the other day, you know, we need to be nice. Well, being nice is one thing, but being compassionate is another. And this really made an impression on my heart because we should be praying in forgiveness, which is what I've been teaching. You can go look at the empowering prayers. We added 13 new prayers to that prayer list and how you can put your name or put something in there and just pray that prayer and watch the spirit realm uh move on your behalf because you're forgiving and you're letting go. Well, we need to pray and have compassion for those even doing evil. We don't want to have compassion on them, believe you and me. But the key here is that Jesus loves them just as much as he loves me, just as much as he loves you. So, this is why we need to have compassion. So, let's go back to that opening scripture now and take a look at it in depth. Says, "Thus speaketh the Lord of hosts." So, this is from the father. This is the Lord telling us what how to have compassion, execute true judgment or pronounce sentence and then show or to do make mercy or kindness and compassion which is to love, mercy, pity every man to his brother. Now I want you to see that this is an actionable verb for you. says to do or to make mercy and compassions means you have to take the initiative whether you want to or not. It's called obedience and that's what we have to do. That is what the Lord is asking us to do. Now of course he's talking to Israel there but he's talking to everyone and in any time frame and we we live in what's called the fullness of the Gentiles. We are in the grace period and it is the Gentiles that are teaching and preaching uh to the world the redemption of our Lord Jesus that he pardoned everybody's sins and because he has done that we're to share the good news so that everybody knows everyone's sin is forgiven them. This is what's so powerful and if you really want to get technical I taught a couple of messages ago about the Holy Spirit and blaspheming the Holy Spirit. So go back and look at that teaching. I I don't want to drift off in that direction and repeat myself here. I want to show you what it is to have compassion for these that we see doing evil. You know, we're not any better than them. The fact is is that we just humbled ourselves before the Lord and we're just going to the Lord, but we're still in the flesh, but he has forgiven us. And that differentiates us from them and their actions are still sinning. And some people who haven't pressed into the Lord, but have called on the Lord, aren't forgiving and aren't living in forgiveness either. So, you're bringing yourself into curses from God and his heavenly realm simply because you're not choosing to forgive and let go. Well, we need to be doing this and we need to be doing this for the leadership around the world. Nobody's perfect. And even if you were a leader, I'm sure we can find something wrong with you. It's just the reality of it. Go look at the um revelation at chapters 2, three, or three and four anyway, right in that area. And look at the seven letters to the seven churches. Every single one of them except for one. They all say, "I still have something against you." So you did this, this was good, this was good, but I still have this against you. So with that in mind, let that generate the compassion because you should be recognizing that Jesus loves you and he's forgiving you. Okay? If he's going to do that for you, then we need to to do it for others. Otherwise, he's not going to do it for you. And he's clear on scripture with that. Let's go to our next scripture. Micah 7:18-20. Who is a God like unto thee that pardoneeth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? He retainth not his anger forever, because he delightth in mercy. He will turn again. He will have compassion upon us. He will subdue our iniquities, and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. Now obviously this is talking about Jesus prophesied by the prophet Micah but show look at what he shows us. This is this is powerful. He is saying pardon it. He lifts us. He bears our iniquity. He took it on the cross. He was a man who knew no sin who took sin on the cross and God turned his face against him. I you know we don't understand and we can't comprehend what that moment must have felt like. But one thing we know for certain is that Jesus did it because he loved us. And that is something we have to keep forefront in our mind. And he passes. Look at this. It's a crossover, the transgression. So here here's another I just finished teaching on another Passover shown uh for the end times in the wedding part two. Now watch this. When you are saved, the blood of Jesus covers you. It it covers the lentil and the doorpost of you. So all the spirit of destruction, this the curses that come against a non-believer, they are crossed over, passed over us. They cannot affect us. They cannot get to us. Isn't that incredible? And he's showing it here in Micah. He says, "Who is this God?" And he passes over the transgression. And look at that transgression. Revolt, rebellion. Oh man, if you're not forgiving, let's say Biden or Trump, whichever side you're on. If you're not forgiving them, you're in rebellion because God told us to forgive them. He forgave you. You need to forgive them. And this is where the compassion comes upon. I'm going to show you what Jesus did with compassion in a little bit, but I want to show you. I want to go into the rest of this. So of the remnant uh which is the remainder residual portion of his heritage, he retainth not his anger forever because he delightth in mercy. He wants to give you mercy. He wants that for you and he wants you to accept it. It's up to you whether you want to accept it or not. And I'm praying that you do because we need to have compassion for those around us because if he loved us, he loves them just as much as he loves us. Hallelujah. And look at that second verse. He will turn again. This is God turning back, retreating from the destruction. He's going to have compassion, which is that love, mercy, pity upon us. Look at this. He's going to trod down and disregard our iniquities. And then he's going to cast them out and the sins, the offenses into the depths of the sea. Boop. He just throws it all out. That's incredible. That is absolutely so powerful. It's incredible. But look at verse 20. Thou wil perform the truth to Jacob and the mercy to Abraham which thou has sworn unto our fathers from the days of old. God keeps his promises and he promised Abraham that he would do this. So he's saying, I'm going to give you truth which is stability and certainty with kindness and favor because he promised it. That is for us. That is the compassion that he's showing us. Now, can you be like Jesus? Can you be like God? Let's look in Psalm 78. The wrath or the anger or the rapid breathing of God came upon them and slew. He smite with him dead. He smite them with deadly intent. That's what that word slew means. And the fattest of them and smokeote down he bent them at the knee the chosen men of Israel. Go look at Israel's history through the Bible and you will find the leadership that was evil and they were dispersed, broken apart. God slew, smite many of them and then kept a remnant because he was trying to show them this is what happens when you do evil. This is what happens when you do good. and he was showing. So it kept going back and forth until finally he dispersed Israel throughout the entire world. Continuing on verse 32, for all this they sinned. They missed the and they still continue to miss and believed not which that believe there means to build up support. They didn't believe in their support for his wondrous works which that separated and distinguished them. I mean he made a very clear distinguished type of lifestyle from generation to generation based on good kings and evil kings. He showed the history. He showed the consequences. It's all there. Do you want to go and look at it and find out what the truth is? Do you want to continue to accept evil? Do you want to be deceived? I bet you if there was a remnant of prophets uh bes or besides the prophets of the priest and just even ordinary people that were going to God praying for their leader. There might have been a different outcome for each one. And you can take a look at individuals. Look at Nehemiah. Look at Ezra. These are men of God, prophets that went before the Lord and humbled themselves before the Lord and asked for forgiveness. And Jesus hadn't even showed up yet. Yet God forgave them and gave them Jerusalem back. They rebuilt the city, the temple the second time. And as it rebuilt the second time, it was sadness for those that had seen the first temple, but praise and glory for those that didn't see the first temple, but that God was there to redeem them. And they knew. And this it was all there. It was all there. And yet they still went scattered abroad. Verse 33. Therefore their days which is the hot warm hours sunrise to sunset did he consume or to end to finish in emptiness vanity and their years revolution in time in trouble pan and basically they're saying you know what here you've been going day by day by day by day doing the same thing over and over again which is emptiness is vanity you keep doing it you're consuming yourself with that when if you just humbled yourself before the Lord had a little compassion showed compassion to others because Jesus showed compassion to you. Your life would be different. Now the question I have for you is do you want your life different or are you content with your life? Are you afraid that ch that God is going to change your life into something that's misery? I promise you it is not misery. Let's continue on in Psalm 7 78. We're in verse 34. When he slew them with deadly intent, then they sought to follow him and they returned and inquired early after God. Now, here's what happened. He killed off some of them. And then all of a sudden, everyone realized this is Israel. There is a God. I'm sorry, Lord. And they they came back to God and called on God. But when they had good times, they didn't even think of God at all. But they inquired of God every time they had a a panic, destructive issue they were facing. But God, that's how that's how he got his his attention. Are you facing panic, destructive forces at you every day? Uh life is hell on earth. You are going through torment. Well, guess what? You are free if you humble yourself before the Lord. Amen. Amen. Let's continue on. Because see, they inquired early after God. Verse 35. And they remembered or Mark made mark and mentioned that God was their rock, a cliff, and the high. He was elevated God. their redeemer, which by the way, that word redeemer means next to kim buy back a relative's property. The the Jubilee is an example of this, and they had given it up. But every 50 years, if during that 50 years, someone who had their land had to sell it because they had to live. Well, at the end of 50 years, the person they sold it to was supposed to give it back to them. Everything was supposed to restart. It's not a concept that we today are familiar with, but that was what God was teaching the Israelites to do. And by the way, they failed at that. And they didn't like it because, well, they didn't want to give it back. But God is saying, have compassion. Do what you're supposed to do. Be obedient. And then watch God move in your life. And he's going to bless you and bless you richly and abundantly. Not just financially, but man. Amen. You can have no money but have still joy in your heart. Be at peace and comfort in your days because you are with God. That is for you if you choose to want it. By the way, that also includes financial blessings too. God will never let his anointed, his beloved, anyone who is serving him, that remnant, he will never let you in uh in anywhere of a financial destitute situation. He will never he will never let you get into that situation. Amen. Let's continue on here. Verse 36. Nevertheless, they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues. They weren't serious. They remembered him. They marked him. They went to him. But their heart was not filled with compassion. Verse 37, for their heart, their feelings, their intellect was not right, wasn't erect. It didn't stand with him. Neither were they steadfast. They didn't build up or support in his covenant. That covenant, by the way, means cutting, passing between two pieces of flesh. Remember when God put Abraham into a deep sleep, Abraham had cut up two pieces of flesh, plus the birds and whatever he had around there and a smoke stack, God walked through him. That's how you did a covenant. But he put Abraham to sleep. He says, "Nothing you need to do, Abraham. Nothing you need to do. I'm going to make a co covenant with you. Now, if you want, I want you to come serve me. I want you to believe in me. I want you to have compassion like me. but I will save you if I have to go to hell myself to get you. And that's exactly the promise that God has for us. And by the way, he does do that. There are many people who testify that they had died, went to hell, and then God got him out of hell. You see, and then brought him back to life because God is talking to them. The Holy Spirit is trying to get their attention. And sometimes you have to do that with the fear of the Lord. Jude's going to show that us to us here in a few minutes. But look at verse 38. But he being full of compassion. This is God full of compassion. He's merciful for gay. Look at that. He put his covering over the iniquity, our perversity, our faults and are d and destroy, decay, ruin, cast off them not. He didn't destroy them. Yeah. Many a time turned his anger away. And he did not stir up or wake his wrath or all of his wrath, his feet or anger. He chose to have self-control filled with compassion. Now imagine if you did that. Imagine if I did that. Imagine what the world would be like if there's a hundred of us doing that. A thousand of us. A million of us. Imagine what the world would be like. And yet we still feed on milk instead of the meat of the word as Paul says because we do not submit and put that wrath, put that anger down and humble ourselves and have compassion and forgive. Oh ho ho, this is awesome. Verse 39, for he remembered. You see God marked and mentioned that they were but flesh. He remembered there a wind a breath that passeth away that walks and departs and cometh not again. He remembered what condition we're in. We're in the flesh. He remembered it. And out of that, he said, "I'm going to have compassion on that." This is why he sent his only begotten son, Jesus. Because he loves us so much. And he's asking us to have that compassion. So, if you're a teacher or a preacher, you're up on a stage and you've got a following or you're on the internet, you have a following, you need to be teaching compassion and forgiveness over those are enemies, over terrorism, over Hamas, Hezbollah, any anti-semitic person. You need to be showing mercy and compassion for them because what if you forgave them and Jesus forgives them and then the Holy Spirit comes in and works in their heart softening it and they repent. There was that testimony of over 200 men who had a dream, 200 Hamas men who had a dream of the same man. And they went to the missionaries next door and asked, "Who is this man?" And they said, "Well, that's Jesus." And they said, "Tell us more." And they believed. They repented. Now, imagine if our government leadership would repent. Now, if they don't, what if we're praying over the upcoming elections and we're asking because we're humbling ourselves before the Lord and the Lord gives us anything we ask for. What if we ask for a godly, righteous person to replace that person? What then would our government be like? Listen, I know that God's end is coming and I know that he is doing the things that he's doing, but that doesn't stop me from being obedient and praying for change, a better government, a a government that serves us as if they serve the Lord. Amen. We can do that. And that is what our calling is. God's going to do his thing no matter what. Okay? But I promise you, if you're obedient and doing your part, it's working right. And we can see a lot more people saved, which is the the goal of the time we're in. As I said earlier, the fullness of the Gentiles, that's coming to an end. That completes when that complete. We need to get as many saved, as many into the bridal party, as many into the supper feast with the Lord. We need to into the wedding party, into the wedding feast. Get as many as we can. That means we have to pray hard and fast hard for those that are stubborn. They're stiff necked. But if we're praying, we pray and ask the Holy Spirit and the strong angels to go and soften their hearts. He reaches them at the level that they're at because it's not by might nor by power, but by his spirit, says the Lord. Amen. Look at how Jude says this. This is very powerful. This is the the message of the gospel here that I'm showing you. And this is what we're to do. Now look at Jude. Uh there's only one chapter verses 20- 23. But ye beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, your persuasion credence, praying in the Holy Ghost. You see, we're to pray in the spirit. And notice what we're praying in faith. What is that persuading credence? You know what? I pray for people that are blaspheming the Holy Spirit. And I know that the Lord said he's not going to forgive. And I said, 'Lord, and I'm being kind of like Moses. Wait, Lord, forgive him one more time. Let's hope that they can be saved. That's what I'm doing. One more time, Lord. And I do it every day. One more time, Lord. Please, let's let's try to get them. Holy Spirit going. Don't give up on them. That's the compassion that the Lord has placed in my heart for those people. And that's what I've been called to pray for. One of the things I pray for. Are you praying for these people? Just maybe your brother-in-law, sister-in-law, your daughter-in-law, your daughter, your children, your your spouse. Maybe, just maybe, God will change them if you just simply say, "Lord, forgive me and I forgive them and I ask you to forgive them." And boy, the spirit of God will break through. That is a promise. And he's telling us here, Judah is saying, you're building yourselves up on that faith. You're persuading. You see, you're persuading him in your prayers. What? That we need to save them, Lord. That's your goal. I'm here to pray with you. I'm joining with you. You're persuading him. Amen. Verse 21. Keep. You got to watch. You got to guard yourself in the love, which is the affection and the benevolence of God, looking for the mercy, compassion of our Lord Jesus unto eternal or perpetual life. This is what we need to be walking in. that compassion from God. He's telling us straight up keep watch guard over yourself. Let yourself have that compassion because that is what God is calling us to be. And it's a strong fight because there is prophecy by Jesus that says love will grow cold. So we are self-driven in this time and age that we're in. But God, you see, if you're humbling yourself, the spirit of God is going to move. And if we had a day of Pentecost back then, we can have another day of Pentecost now. Amen. Amen. Verse 22. And some have compassion, mercy by word or deed, making a difference, separate thoroughly, and others save, deliver, or protect with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment spotted for the flesh. Now you see, he's showing a distinguish between the two. You're going to save some with your actions. Taking advantage of forgiving, saying, "I forgive you. Don't worry about it. You're you're good. You're okay. And that way you bring peace and comfort to them. But then there are others. You got to save with fire. And Judah's telling us this. You've got to kind of frighten them and the Holy Spirit does that. I know a person who came to me one time years ago who said he had a dream the devil was chasing him. And I said, "Well, then God has your back and let's pray that you're walking in salvation and mercy." But that Holy Spirit had to get him from that kind of a dream. There's a distinct difference. And see, this is you walking in the spirit of discernment. This is you walking now with the right words of mercy and forgiveness for the Lord. Amen. Amen. Amen. Hallelujah. This is you praying and you can have the victory of your loved ones. I know you have loved ones that you struggle with. Every one of us have loved ones like that. Every one of us have friends like that. Sometimes we fall apart, drift apart. But God and prayer, are you praying? Are you praying? It's time to take the time to pray and to distinguish the difference and to watch the Holy Spirit move in their lives. And you will see it cuz they're going to come to you out of the blue. They come to you. And I've seen it just from personal experience. Amen. Let's go look at 1 Corinthians chapter 3. We're going to read verses 11 through 15. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid which is Jesus Christ. You see all of this is based on Jesus. Jesus says I'm the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the father except through me. And Jesus says that everything he did he did because he saw his father do it. So he does what his father does. Now if I do everything that Jesus did, I'm doing everything the father did. And I'm walking in alignment under the three and with the Holy Spirit, the four of us. And we're moving through the spirit by praying. And the Holy Spirit is going to tell me what to pray for. And he's going to show me. And as I pray and I take it and I proved to God in faith, listen Lord, I fasted for this person. I atone for them. And I forgave them. And I know you have forgiven them. So Lord, I'm expecting victory. I'm expecting a breakthrough. And I'm telling you, Lord, that accuser, he lied and he has no forgiveness. And you see, this is what you do when you go to the courtroom of God. This is my next teaching I'm going to have here, hopefully that I get to get out. But you get to go back up to God and say, "He lied. I'm taking back my loved ones that he lied to, deceived, and stole from the kingdom of God." Well, I'm in the kingdom of God, and I'm marching out. I'm taking them back because he belongs to the Lord. Do you love your loved ones and have that much compassion to go fight for them? Oh, now that's a serious question. Let's continue on. Now, if any man build upon this foundation, gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble, and every man's work, his toil as effort, shall be made manifest. For the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed, or to take the cover off by fire, and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is. If any man's work abide, it stays. it it dwells there which he hath built upon it survived the fire in other words which he hath built thereupon he shall receive or take his reward if any man's work shall be burned consumed holy he shall suffer loss to injure experience detriment but he himself shall be saved delivered protected healed preserved yet so as by fire you see our goal here as believers in Christ is to get as many people saved as possible have them confess the name of Jesus. Romans 10:9 says that if you confess Jesus with your mouth that he is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. We need to get as many doing that. Now, some are going to walk away. They're going to choose to go live their own life. They're going to build their kingdom up with hay and stubble and wood. But when the fire comes to them, they enter into judgment before the Lord. All that's going to burn away and it's going to mean nothing. But did you see what Paul says here, but he himself shall be saved. Yes. So by his fire. And then there are others like me. I hope that spending time with the Lord and taking the initiative to go and pray for these people and let the spirit of God move. Well then whatever gold and silver I put there, it will handle it. It'll handle the fire. And I when that judgment goes through, those things will be sitting there around me. And I thank God for that. But the most important thing I thank God for is his compassion on me and for what he has done for me and what he can do for you. Because this is the compassion that we need to have for our loved ones to show them that God is real and that he saves. I want to show you uh three different scriptures, many many more of Jesus having compassion in that moment. Look at this. Look at his example. Matthew 9:36. But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion, which means to have the bowels yearn on them because they fainted and were scattered abroad as sheep having no shepherd. Here's one example. Look at this example. Matthew 14:14. And Jesus went forth and saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion toward them and he healed their sick. This is a different event in history here. He had compassion. Here's a third one. Then Jesus called his disciples. This is Matthew 15:32. Then Jesus called his disciples unto him and said, "I have compassion on the multitude because they continue with me now three days and have nothing to eat. And I will not send them away fasting unless they faint in the way." He, this is when he went and broke bread and the fish and fed the 5,000 and the 7,000. You can see these are different. He had compassion on the people. He has compassion on each and every one of us. The question is, do you have compassion? Do you really want your loved ones saved? You might hate them right now and it's simply because you hate them because of the circumstance and the situation whatever you find is there but because of the compassion that you should have because the Lord has given it to you that is what should go forth for you from you forgiving because you have the compassion on them. We need to have compassion on the leadership around the world. We need to have our compassion on pastors who mess up. We need to have compassion on our neighbors who mess up. We need to have compassion on ourselves because we mess up. So compassion is the driving force toward that forgiveness. It's a yearning within our soul that we need to release. And if you can't have that, all you have to do is say, "Lord, help me have compassion because I want to forgive. I want to let go." And you know what? It gets easier and easier with time. And the Holy Spirit will manifest compassion within your heart and your soul. If you truly want to pursue that, he will do it. And I pray that you do. Amen. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your blessings upon this word. And Father God, we thank you for your anointing, your gloriousness, your faithfulness. And Lord, we pray and ask for the spirit of compassion to be within our souls and that we speak compassion. we show compassion and that we do it with our acts, with our deeds, and we do it with our heart and we do it with prayer and we do it with love, Father God. And that the mercy that you have goes forth trailing that compassion through the Holy Spirit and through the strong angels breaking forces down, breaking walls down, breaking hatred down, breaking anger, bitterness, and breaking unforgiveness. Father God, thank you Lord for the victories that we're going to have here in our loved ones. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. God bless you. I will see you in the next message. Bye-bye. Previous Next Home

  • THE MIGHTY ONE IS COMING, HE WILL SAVE US. | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE MIGHTY ONE IS COMING, HE WILL SAVE US. The objective of this teaching is to exhort believers to remain steadfast, obedient, and grounded in God’s Word as we approach the imminent return of Jesus Christ, the Mighty One who will save us. It seeks to expose the dangers of lukewarm Christianity, warn against the compromises of the Laodicean church, and remind the faithful that only by clinging to the truth of Scripture and the guidance of the Holy Spirit will we be prepared for the Day of the Lord’s wrath and ultimately be gathered into His everlasting kingdom. THE MIGHTY ONE IS COMING, HE WILL SAVE US. Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of this teaching is to exhort believers to remain steadfast, obedient, and grounded in God’s Word as we approach the imminent return of Jesus Christ, the Mighty One who will save us. Synopsis: This message, rooted in Zephaniah 3:17, highlights the hope and assurance that Christ—the Mighty One—will soon return to save His people. It explains that the prophetic warnings given to Jerusalem in Zephaniah’s day carry a dual meaning, applying also to the end times and the state of modern Christianity. The text warns of a rebellious and polluted church, paralleling the Laodicean church in Revelation, which stands on its own traditions and wealth rather than the power and correction of the Holy Spirit. Such religious complacency fosters idolatry, compromise with the world, and the preaching of “another Jesus.” The result is a faith that denies the active involvement of God and mocks His promised return. Zephaniah’s prophecy is applied to today’s church, revealing that many leaders have corrupted the sanctuary, polluted worship, and abandoned the authority of God’s Word. Yet, God remains faithful—He is in the midst of His people and continues to call them to repentance, humility, and righteousness. The Day of the Lord is described as imminent, terrifying, and inescapable—a time of wrath, devastation, and judgment from which only the faithful will be rescued. Believers are called to stay true to God’s Word despite ridicule and persecution, resisting the world’s influence and the compromise of lukewarm religion. Finally, the message closes with hope: those who endure will be vindicated. God will restore, gather, and exalt the faithful who sorrow over the condition of the church. In a divine reversal, the very ones who are now shamed for holding firmly to Scripture will be honored and praised among the nations when Christ returns. Inspired Teaching: Zephaniah 3:17 “The Lord your God in your midst, the Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.” There has never been a time in the history of the Christian church when so many of the signs that point to the end of times have been revealed, and when so many of the end time prophecies that precede the Lord’s return have been fulfilled. We are not only the generation that will witness the glorious return of our Lord to save us, but we are right in the end of the time that has been allotted to that final generation. The return of our Lord is imminent! It is implied in our opening text that before our Lord returns, that it would be a time of great turbulence and upheaval, for we are told that at His return He will quiet us with His love. Let us take a sober look at how the events that are taking place all around us right now fit within the prophetic scenario that is given before the return of our Lord. Zephaniah 3:1-2 “Woe to her who is rebellious and polluted, to the oppressing city! She has not obeyed His voice, she has not received correction; she has not trusted in the Lord, she has not drawn near to her God.” When Zephaniah first uttered his prophetic words, they were meant as an indictment against the city of Jerusalem and the people of Judah. But it is very clear within the context of his prophecy that there is a double meaning to his prophetic vision that clearly is applicable to what the prophet calls the day of the Lord’s fierce anger, that foretells about the end of time, as we see in the opening verses of his prophetic vision. Zephaniah 1:2-3 “I will utterly consume (make a complete end of) everything from the face of the land, says the Lord; I will consume man and beast; I will consume the birds of the heavens, the fish of the sea, and the stumbling blocks (idols) along with the wicked. I will cut off man from the face of the land (ground), says the Lord.” It is clear from the sweeping judgments against man, beast, sea, ground, air, idols, and the wicked, presented in the opening of this prophecy, that God was clearly foretelling something more than what their present condition required. He was also speaking about the Day of the Lord’s wrath during the time of the latter days, our present day time. So that when He said in the previous verse: Woe to her who is rebellious and polluted about the city of Jerusalem of Zephaniah’s day, that He also had an end time entity in mind as well. It is very possible that the Lord is referring to a large portion of end time Christianity, what He calls in Revelation the Laodicea church. Revelation 3:15-17 “I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. Because you say, I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked.” It is clear from the context that our Lord’s focus is against Christian religious organizations of the end times that seem to be standing in their own merits and traditions, rather than having a continuous need for the Lord to be their entire focus; refusing the correction of the Holy Spirit, and not fully trusting in the Lord as their redeemer, having need of nothing. When a church entity becomes organized to the point that their bylaws and traditions take precedent over the guidance and counsel of the Holy Spirit, that church entity is in rebellion to the will of God for her and by her rebellion becomes polluted; it ceases to be a house of deliverance and becomes a house of oppressing legalism. If we think of the two thousand years church history as training and preparation for an event that will surpass every other event in human history, the coming of the Mighty One, then we can see why it is so important that the church be obedient and prepared, for we do not know how events will unfold before His return, so that we need to be in tune with His Word and with the revelation that the Holy Spirit brings to get us ready to be taken up with Him in a moments notice. Zephaniah 3:4 “Her prophets are insolent, treacherous people; her priests have polluted (profaned) the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law (did not stay true to His Word).” In the book of Revelation, the difference between the Philadelphia church that gets taken up in the rapture, and the Laodicea church that gets left behind, is that the Philadelphia church kept His Word and did not deny the Lord’s name, obviously the Laodicea church had need of none of those things, for it could stand on its own religious merits. Zephaniah 3:5 “The Lord is righteous in her midst, He will do no unrighteousness, every morning He brings His justice to light; He never fails, but the unjust knows no shame.” The Lord makes it very clear that even though the Laodicea church is in disobedience, that it still belongs to Him for He is in her midst, and after all, He promised His church to never leave her nor to forsake her; so if He were to abandon her that would be wrong, and He will do no unrighteousness, even if they continuously flaunt their disobedience in spite of His daily warnings against her, but they seem to know no shame. Who are these people? It is hard for me to reconcile the Christianity that I know with some of the people that are described as Christian ministers during the end of time in many of the end time prophecies. But Zephaniah gives us some great insight that will help us identify who some of these people might be, for they will be sharing some of the same qualities that the prophets and priests of his days had. Zephaniah 1:4-5 “I will stretch out My hand against Judah, and against the inhabitants of Jerusalem (for our present day interpretation this prophecy is against the Laodicea church). I will cut every trace of Baal (the false lord, or the other Jesus that they preach) from this place, (along with) the names of the idolatrous priests (Christian ministers that practice or follow pagan traditions along) with the pagan priests—those who worship the host of heaven on the house tops (astrologers); those who worship and swear oaths by the Lord (clearly referring to Christians), but also swear by Milcom (or Molech, to whom infants were offered as sacrifices during Zephaniah’s time, our present day abortionists).” We can clearly see that in end time Christianity there will be different churches, that to different degrees, will preach another Jesus, along with a different gospel that is influenced by the spirit of paganism, and that many of them will be supporters of abortion rights. And this is what they will acknowledge by their actions, the actions that will eventually bring God’s judgment upon them: Zephaniah 1:6 “Those (these are they that) who have turned back from following the Lord, and have not sought the Lord, nor inquired of Him.” Zephaniah 1:12 “And it shall come to pass at that time that I will search Jerusalem with lamps, and punish the men who are settled in complacency (lukewarmness, the Laodicea church), who say in their heart, ‘The Lord will not do good, nor will He do evil.’” If religion has a goal, it is that of pushing God out to the back so that it, religion, can become the final arbiter in any given matter. In order to do that it has to neutralize God first, to the point where God becomes a bystander, a simple observer, and therefore it falls upon religion the sacred duties of deciding what is right and what is wrong. However, this is what God says is going to happen to religion when the time for God to act finally comes: Zephaniah 1:13 “Therefore their goods shall become booty, and their houses a desolation; they shall build houses, but not inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards, but not drink their wine.” What it finally boils down to is the fact that religion cannot sustain itself in the day of God’s wrath. For the day of God’s wrath is a day when the truth is revealed, and religion is built on a myth, the myth that God is not active in man’s affairs, and that He will not involve Himself in the everyday workings of His creation. This is why the belief that Jesus is coming back soon for His church, to set up His everlasting kingdom, is laughed at by many within the Laodicea church today. But how is this for their wake-up call! Zephaniah 1:14-16 “The great day of the Lord is near; it is near and hastens quickly, the noise of the day of the Lord is bitter; there the mighty men shall cry out. That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of devastation and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, a day of trumpet and alarm against the fortified cities and against the high towers.” If I can encapsulate the flavor of what the prophet is telling us, this is how I would do it: That the day of the Lord is COMING SOON! And that the day of the Lord is REAL! And that the day of the Lord if going to be a BAD DAY! The day of the Lord is a day from which we will need to be RESCUED! The only way that a reasonable person, a person that calls himself a believer, cannot understand the clarity with which the Scriptures describes the end of times, is if such a person just decides that God does not mean what he says in His Word. In other words, they do not keep His Word, because if they do they would have to do away with all of their idolatries and man made doctrines. But as usual there is hope for those of us who put our hope in Him, and who trust on the veracity of God’s Word, and not on the corrupted religious traditions of men and demons by which so many unwilling Christians are enslave into their idolatry. Zephaniah 2:3 “Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, who have held up His justice (Word). Seek righteousness (not religion), seek humility (realize that we are always in need of Him and His grace). It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger.” There is a price to pay for being an ardent adherent of God’s Word, there is no doubt about that. We are ridiculed constantly for the fervency with which we believe the inerrancy of Scripture, many a times from our own quarters. We are defamed in many instances, not just by the world, but by Laodicean Christians that believe that our stance against compromise with the world is a hindrance to their version of Christianity being accepted by the world, even though we are clearly warned in Scripture against being loved by the world or us loving the things that the world stands for: 1 John 2:15 “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in Him.” But you see, once you start denying the parts of Scripture that hinder what it is that you want to accomplish in what you yourself believe, then what is there to keep you from removing anything else from Scripture that does not conform with your relationship with the world? Here is the reason why we need to stay true to the Word of God. This is what God promises those who endure the afflictions of their ridicule and ostracizing for our staying true, in spite of their persecution and defamation, to the Word of God. Zephaniah 3:18-20 “I will gather those who sorrow over the appointed assembly (the condition of the Laodicean church), who are among you, to whom its reproach is a burden. Behold, at that time I will deal with all who afflict you; I will save the lame (those whose ministry was hindered by their slanderous accusations), and gather those who were driven out (kicked out of their churches for exposing their compromise); I will appoint them for praise and fame in every land (place) where they were put to shame. At that time I will bring you back, even at the time I gather you; for I will give you fame and praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I return your captives before your eyes, says the Lord.” Those who compromise the Word of God today, do it to gain the praise and fame of the world, and in a twist of irony, that is exactly what God is going to give to those who refuse to compromise the Word of God today, in the world that is to come. • SPIRIT OF LEVIATHAN | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

SPIRIT OF LEVIATHAN To reveal God’s prophetic timeline and emphasize the importance of recognizing and defeating the spiritual stronghold of Leviathan in preparation for the Third Great Awakening and end-time revival. SPIRIT OF LEVIATHAN Pastor Marcos Marrero July 8, 2024 Objective: To reveal God’s prophetic timeline and emphasize the importance of recognizing and defeating the spiritual stronghold of Leviathan in preparation for the Third Great Awakening and end-time revival. Synopsis: The speaker shares a powerful testimony of divine encounters beginning with a dream on September 2nd, in which repeated numbers and visions pointed to a prophetic countdown of Jubilee and restoration. This led to a series of life shifts, including a move on December 31st, and culminated with a fresh word from the Lord on September 25th declaring, “The new has begun.” He connects these experiences to a larger prophetic framework, including Chuck Pierce’s timeline, identifying this season as the doorway into what may be the Third Great Awakening. Drawing from Isaiah 26–27, the teaching warns of the Leviathan spirit—a serpent-like force that blinds believers, manipulates human DNA, and hinders true worship and revival. Scriptural parallels with Job and the tabernacle illustrate how Leviathan entwines itself within humanity, blocking spiritual illumination and breeding pride. The message emphasizes that God is raising up His people, armed with His mighty sword, to expose and defeat Leviathan. This will unlock unprecedented deliverance, healing, and restoration in preparation for the end-time harvest. The call is urgent: believers must reject fear, pride, and unbelief, embrace their new creation identity in Christ, and step boldly into the season of awakening and revival that God has initiated. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: There's been such an anointing. Oh my god. I can't even talk to my wife about the Lord without crying all these couple of weeks. It's just been It just been uh awesome. Uh I'm excited. The reason why I'm so excited is uh September 2nd, I think it was of last year. I was laying down in in my bed and I was dreaming seven times 749 and then count 50. And it just went on all night long. One of the things that just bugs you, bugs you, bugs you all night long. That's all my mind could do. And then right right when the sun was rising up or it was morning, it was like a big old light just flashed with my eyes closed and it was a big old flash card and it said day two. And I had no idea what that was. But then I knew that I was supposed to start counting from the day before, which was either September 7 or September 2nd. 50 50 is Jubilee. By the way, when Jesus came, he says um I came that set the captives free to open the eyes of the blind. And he says, "And to proclaim the year of Jubilee." Jubilee means when everything that has been taken away from you, that has been stalling from you is restored. And then after that, then the Lord says, "Okay, now you wait 70 days." And then I added up and 70 days came out to December 31st. and he wanted me to disengage from everything. And little did we know that in December 24th we found out we were moving and we were out within six days we were out that December 31st we moved. Then all of this year has been a year of of just waiting and waiting and waiting. And then uh on September 25th of this year I'm driving and the Lord says the new has begun. And I got all excited. I didn't know why. And then there was a prophecy that Chuck Pierce gave that began the time set for this year's and it's from September 5th to October 12 which it was yesterday there was a new positioning in the heavens. God is moving things. And then all of a sudden today, the Lord said, you know, remember when I when I told you day two, he says, well, when I told you the new has begun, meaning it's day three or the third awakening, in case you you don't know the history, this nation in the last 500 years have experienced two major revivals which are were called the first awakening and the sec second awakening. So what I believe is going on in the spirit right now, we're ready to enter. I mean, today the 13th, beginning yesterday, the 12th and and it is no coincidence. He had asked me to teach two weeks ago and before even knowing that I'm just getting ready to teach and and the Lord has just given me this revelation that in the spirit at least the door has been open. Now remember when the uh Israelites came into the promised land to go through God had already removed the protection of the enemy, but they did not enter into it because of a bad report. 12 spies went out, 10 gave a bad report, and because of that, they had to wait another 40 years. Well, I don't want to wait another 40 years. I ain't got 40 years. I'm 59. That'll be a be 99. I can't afford 40 years. I want to go now. And and so I believe that that's been my heart. And so, that is what's going on. Now, what I'm going to be teaching on tonight is about the spirit of Leviathan. And I think it goes with what we're talking about. Because Leviathan is a spirit in the Bible, which is what keeps the church blinded. And you know who's the church? Us, the believers. It keeps us blinded. And because of that, then we suffer loss. I got notes. I have I made 10 notes. I I don't know if there's any. If everybody got one, I hope you did. You can follow along. Okay. Isaiah 27:1. And I want to see if I can get through all four pages. So, I'm going to go in in Isaiah 27:1. It says in that day the Lord with his sword and great and strong sword shall punish Leviathan the piercing serpent even Leviathan that crooked serpent and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea. Now I want you to open your uh uh your Bible to Isaiah 26 and I want you to see the context of this prophecy. In Isaiah 27:1, God says, "In that day, the Lord will punish uh in the NIV says, "In that day, the Lord will punish with his sword, his fierce great and powerful sword, Leviathan, the gliding serpent, Leviathan, the coiling serpent, and he will slay the monster of the sea." Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus, as we come into your presence right now, Father God, I pray your covering over us, Father God, I pray that with the sword of the spirit, which is your great a mighty sword that you will cut down right now, Father God, the course, the whole darkness and blindness and and that keep us bound, Father God, to the old ways. I pray that you will bring revelation that your light will shine into our souls tonight, Father God, and drive away every spirit of fear, every spirit of contentment, every spirit of disbelief and unbelief, and every spirit that will hinder us from receiving the revelation that you have for us in this last day in Jesus name. Amen. Now if you look at uh in Isaiah 26 verse 19 it says but your dead will live their bodies will rise. What is that talking about? The rapture. It's talking about the rapture. The the this chapter 26 is talking about uh when Jesus will will come. It says but your dead will live. Their bodies will rise. You who dwell in the dust mean those who have been dead and buried or being cremated and their dust is some place. He says wake up and shout for joy. Your due is like the dw of the morning the earth will give birth to her death. Speaking about the resurrection. So when Isaiah 27:1 says in that day he's talking about the end times. He's talking about today the heading for this uh uh uh for this chapter is deliverance of Israel. Okay. Was too loud? Oh, okay. Anyway, he's talking about in in in in Isaiah 27 the deliverance of Israel. So, what I believe is that with the end time, right before the rapture comes, God is going to bring the greatest revival that has ever been seen. Because, you know, there's a lot of people that love God and and they want to be with God, but they're so bound by sin. They're so oppressed. Some believers, their minds is so cast down. Their souls are so oppressed and cast down, they cannot even worship or praise God. So God in the end time is going to bring a revelation, a a a lighting up to where we're going to be able to worship God in spirit and in truth and with power. And the word of the Lord will go forth with such power and authority that there's going to be deliverance that people are going to be walking around like Peter and their shadows is going to fall on derelicts that are their mind has been gone and God will bring restoration. Why? Because Leviathan is the spirit that God says, I am raising up a large sword. Hallelujah. And that sword is going to be of my saints and they're going to bring judgment upon this serpent. Okay? Now, who is Leviathan? And and you know, uh uh Leviathan is mentioned in the Bible, I think, six times because he's the number of men. Leviathan represents the strongest demonic spirits that has ever been unleashed against all of humanity. All of the infirmities that we humans suffer and cause other humans to suffer are the direct result of this demons this demon's influence on humankind. This is I believe the the power that messes up all humanity because as we will read on he resides in the waters or in the sea and the sea is always symbolic of humanity. The sea of humanity. All humans are affected by this awful creature. And I believe that the end time revival will begin by God judging him. And look at if if if you see there, Isaiah calls him a dragon and a serpent. Both of those names are applied to Satan directly. He's a serpent. He's a serpent that beguile Eve. By the way, that's where we that's where he came in. Leviathan came in into Eve like he was coil around the tree. her genetic tree uh Eve has passed down that vile creature to every human that's alive today. The only one that wasn't affected by that was Jesus. And that's because Jesus even though it was conceived by a woman, the blood that that that con which is in the semen that the blood that bring conception, it was the Holy Spirit. So that's why when Satan was coming or or Judas was coming had betrayed Jesus, Jesus could say uh the enemy is coming but Satan has nothing in me. But we do know that Satan has something in us. And that is what God wants to deliver out of us this spirit that causes everything that brings troubles into us. So he calls the spirit a dragon and a serpent. And then he calls him the dragon that is in the sea, meaning he's in humanity and he's hidden from the natural view. He affects everybody, but nobody knows uh about it. Notice what it says. The piercing serpent and the crooked serpent is talking about his nature and his working. Uh a serpent, what does a serpent does? Serpent coils itself around. But that is magic. We all know that. But what about the piercing? What does it mean by piercing? Piercing it if I is when you uh let's say like uh uh the female egg when she's about to get fertilized, there's a piercing that breaks into that egg. And as soon as the piercing goes in, it crystallizes and the egg become fertile and it begins to to multiply and give life. Basically what he's talking about this serpent because you see the uh our genetic code when they began to figure out the DNA system they could see the parts but they couldn't match they didn't understand how they could make sense of and it took years and years and years and then finally somebody came with a revelation that if you take the genetic code instead of just trying to put it lineal like that that if you coil it then it makes sense. See, in order for the parts to fit, you got to follow a coal coil or like a wreath. That's what the genetic code is. So, what does a snake take shape of? Of a coil. So, that means that Leviathan gets not just into our soul and not just into a different part. He become the very part of our genetic makeup by coming and piercing himself or his influence into our genetic code. This is why there's birth defects because any genes that he can can transform or pollute becomes deformed becomes faulty. As a matter of fact, the reason why many many many especially Christian can overcome their sins is because their genetic code is predisposed to that certain thing. I mean it is in your genes. It is there and there's nothing that we can seem to do about it. You work hard and you try to do all of these things but the thing is wrap itself around or it coil itself around you to where you just h have been transformed. Basically what it says is you become the person that God never intended for you to be. And so this is why I believe that in this end time God is going to deal with a serpent because you cannot deal with humanity until you deal with a serpent. because the serpent is in the sea. It's in the humanity. Now this uh snake is so terrible as if we could call it that that in Job 41, God spends the whole chapter 40 34 verses from Job chapter uh uh Job 41 from verse one to verse 34 God spends 34 verses telling about him. But I want you to see this because this is the key. In verse one, he says, "Can you pull in the Leviathan with a fish hook or tie him down his thong with a rope?" In other words, God brey by the way, Job is the oldest and most complete manual on deliverance. If you look at the um uh the human soul is made of nine compartments as if it were nine nine uh divisions or nine is one soul but it's like a complex it has different parts in it and I believe it has nine parts. This is why in in in uh Galatians 5:22 and 23 there are nine fruit one but nine different manifestations of that fruit. Love, joy, peace, uh long longsuffering, gentleness, kindness, self-control, faith, and um and what's the last one? Meekness. So our soul is designed to have each one of those spirit fruit operating in it which is what Leviathan does. He takes away the peace. He takes away the joy. He takes away love from us. He takes away the ability to wait patiently on the Lord. He changes our personality. The spirit of God that was breathed into uh uh Adam made him a good and gentle and kind person. And today we see wrath and anger and fear and all of the things. Why? Because the genetic code has been transformed. By the way, that's what Satan was up before the flood. That's why God destroyed all of humankind because of the genetic messing up with the genetic system. But then God gives revelation to Job. Uh the reason why I was talking about that is there's nine fruit of the spirit. There are nine gifts of the spirit and there are nine spiritual blessing. There are 27 books in the New Testament. Three times 9 is 27. That means that everything that we need is in the New Testament. It the the Old Testament is fulfilled in the New Testament. That's why our souls can now be set free because we have this revelation from God. But uh uh the uh um the soul has been so perverted. And so the oldest book of the Bible when God is dealing with Job, what happens to Job? Nine times is Job confronted. First it comes to one friend and he says you sin. It's your fault. That's why God is judgment. The next friend come in, no your children sin and they're the ones. So that's why God got judgment. And then the third spirit comes up which represents itself speaking through Job's friend. And there's nine direct attack on soul. The last one, the ninth one is a new person that comes in that wasn't there Elihoo. And he represents Satan himself. He sounds like God. Everything he said is just like God. That is, I believe, Leviathan himself who actually replaces God in the human soul. So we have a God in our soul which is not the God. And even when we're born again and our spirit is born again, our soul now is controlled or manipulated because his spirit hinders what God wants to do. And so in the book of Job where Job, a righteous man, because this is for Christians, the minute that you accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as your savior, you became righteous. You became holy. You became a saint. Immediately you were saved because God knows our condition and he doesn't judge us in our sins anymore. Romans uh 7:20 says if I do the things that I don't want to do, it's not me who do it but sin that lives in me. So God understand that there our genetic code has been messed up and we've been predisposed to sin and God is saying let me have a hold of you and I'll bring a revelation. I'll bring Lord into your soul and I'm going to drive that spirit that has replaced me in the parts of your soul. And that's what God is dealing with Job. God brought Job through all of those suffering and these men suffered tremendously. And then he God asked him this question. He says, "Can you pull in the Leviathan with a fish hook or tie him down?" God was saying, "Can you get him out or at least shut him up?" Job, since you're so righteous and so holy, you're bragging how you've been uh uh uh you know, attacked and all the things, can you get Leviathan out? and you get rid of that nature that is in your soul or at least shut it up so it doesn't bugs you no more. So God is speaking about deliverance and as we just read it is during our day the day of the resurrection the day of the rapture when God is going to unleash his mighty and fierce attack uh against him. Leviathan on the Strong's concordance means a wreath, animal or a serpent. It means to twine, to unite, to remain, to cleave or to join. And then he is also called uh the constellation of Orion is is named after him. In other words, he's his he's his name that uh since he's a dragon and a serpent, the dragon in the sky. There's a constellation is the constellation of Orion, which usually goes by the name the constellation of the dragon or Draco. And so this is what what God wants us to see. And then like I said in in the uh in the sea everything represents the humanity. Now, one of the stars, the constellation of Orion, has seven major stars. And one of those stars, each each star represents a demon, by the way, because remember, the dragon has seven heads. We'll get that towards the end. But Leviathan has seven heads. So, in the constellation of Orion, there are seven major stars, and that represents the seven heads of Leviathan or the seven manifestations. And God asked Job in Job 38:31, it says, "Can thou bind the sweet influences of the plagus?" And this is in the original King James translation, or lose the bands of Orion, which is Leviathan. And what I want you to see here is that the way the Leviathan comes in is by influence. The piercing that he's talking about, he pierces right into that area of our soul where our mind and our will and our emotions and he begins to exert because to twine. See, his nature is to entwine. And untwin means the two become one. Like when a man and a woman get married, God says the two become one flesh. They are coiled around. They are wrapped around their own twine. And so by coiling himself around our our our nature, our DNA, he begins to exert pressure, but it's not forcible. It's well, one of the one of the heads is not it's an influence. He begins to influence. That's what he did with Eve. Well, doesn't it look good? Wouldn't it be good for food? He begins to influence her way of thinking to where she said, "Wow, yeah, that's right." How many of us got some revelation at some time? Oh yeah, man. That's great. He left the keys on the car. He probably wanted me to take it for a ride. Why not? You were influenced to get into that car and before you know it, you know, you're on the back of it, then put a handcuff on you and you got to do a couple of years. A lot of us are influenced like that. And it didn't begin with evil. We didn't intend to do evil. It was a sweet influence. Oh yeah, man. She looks fine. I won't go there. But he is a spirit that wraps himself around our soul, our very DNA, our very nature. And then he begins to exert influence since he's stronger than us because God asked Job, "Can you pull him out?" Job definitely couldn't pull him out, but God did because Job said, "I heard, but now I seen." And when Job saw it, that's when he got delivered. I know that that thing is big and strong, but God, you're a lot bigger than he is. Glory to God. You are able to deliver me from this. And then when Job went in and prayed for his friends, he was restored. And the three daughters, Jamaima, Karen, Capush, and I don't remember the name of the other one. Each one have a meaning. And the names of the daughter of Job, the only three that are named of the 10 children that God gives them, one means is being stripped off like down, taking all of the bark off your tree. Talking about deliverance, being stripped off. Then he's talking about God bringing restoration. God took Job's DNA strand that had been polluted. God strip it off of that coiling thing that was around him and ripped it out. And it all came when Job was able to see. I heard of you, but now I sing. And God is calling his church in this end time to see. To see that I don't care how big that enemy is, how strong he is, and how bound he's had you or messed you up. That God is stronger. God is bigger. God is more powerful. He is the one that is able to strip that from you. Amen. Now, how can we do it? I mean, if Job, a righteous man that was so blessed in Ephesians 2:6, we're told, "And God raised us up with Christ and seated us up with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus." What that means is that Leviathan operates in the second heaven. He is that one that sets himself to block our prayers from coming up to God. He is in the way to hinder. But when Jesus Christ went onto the cross and he took every sin, every every wrong thing that we humans have ever done because of that sweet influence, because of this genetic uh uh makeup that that has corrupted us. That's why God said there is not one righteous. No, not one single one. There's no one who does good. Why? Because our nature has been transformed. This thing has coiled itself around our very own DNA to where we're predisposed to do wrong. That's our predisposition. But he can only operate on the second realm. But Jesus Christ when he went into the cross, and by the way, the cross represented a connection between heaven and earth or between the second heaven and the physical he the physical earth that we're in. And it was right in that middle that Jesus Christ defeated every foe, every principality and power, stripped them all of all of their power. And then Jesus was able to take a man, a physical man, even Abraham and and and all of those righteous peoples of the Bible, they were down in in in paradise, which was at the center of the earth at that time. And it wasn't until Jesus died on the cross that he went down. He preached to the spirits down there. Ephesians tells us then he led captivity captive. He took the train of all the souls that were in that paradise. They could go now go to heaven. Why could they go to heaven? Because Jesus Christ took the accuser of the brethren, shattered his teeth. He when when he rose up, he kicked him in the mouth. And and uh I think it's Psalm three, he says, "The Lord shatters the teeth of the wicked." He just destroyed his power. And so now we by being born again are on the third heaven. And from down here, we cannot fight him. But from up there we can because you see we're seated. Seated means a place of authority. I am seated now on a place of authority. Jesus says I give you power over I give you authority over all the power of Satan. And he says and and you going to be able to to to trample on snakes that's Leviathan and on scorpions. And he says nothing shall by any means harm you or hurt you. Why? because we have been seated far above principalities and power. And then you say, "Well, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait, wait. I still have my my human nature." Well, look at 2 Corinthians 5:17. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. That means that Jesus Christ changed your DNA. Hallelujah. He gave us a brand new strand of DNA. I don't have to be predisposition to the old things anymore. He has changed my nature. As a matter of fact, read on. He says, "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. Old things have passed away. Behold, take a look. Look." Like Job said, "I heard of you, but now I seen." Behold means look. He says, "Look, look. All things have become new." Anyway, the word for new creation in the Greek means original formation. Our DNA was originally formed to do the will of God. Hallelujah. Our DNA originally was designed to worship God. When when when the cool evening, it would come, Adam and Eve will go like little kids running to daddy God, and they would have a great big old time with him. They were still human. They were still naked, but there was no lie that worked his way into their DNA until the coiling snake on the tree came in and perverted the word of God. And that is when he came in. But when Jesus Christ climb up on that tree and he was nailed himself to that tree, he took our old nature. He took that old Leviathan and he destroyed him. And now we have the new nature. But we need to understand that that new nature is in the spirit. Man has to be brought into the place of everything. See this is why Leviathan is so dangerous because Leviathan blocks blocks our entrance to the holy place. Let me look at my notes. I I don't want to lose anything here. I don't want to get ahead of myself. But let me go. I tried to put as much as as as we could there so that if I don't get through the whole thing at least you can have the notes. Uh I want to read Psalm 425-7. He says why are you cast down oh my soul and why are you disqued within me? Now remember our soul is the part that responds to our physical nature. Our soul uh uh we have spirit, soul, and we're in a body. The soul is connected to our physical body through these senses. Our eyes, our ears, our nose, our mouth, our sense of touch. All of those are connected to the soul. Our soul, that's our personality, gets this information of this physical world. Because the soul and the spirit are both spirit through the human senses. But our soul in his upper part is connected to the spirit of a man and and the spirit of a man is the one that is born again and that is seated in the right hand of the father with Christ Jesus. And the way that our soul connects to the spirit is through intuition and through worship. And so a Leviathan can come in and block our worship to where we cannot come to God. Then our spirit can have everything that God has for us, our healing, our provision, our protection, the plan, the future, the wisdom of God. But yet, if there's something blocking it, and that's what Leviathan does. Uh uh what do you call a uh you know, Roman uh what do you call it? Mythology. In mythology, Leviathodan went by different name. Neptune, Poseidon, different names. He was always involved with with with the sea. And in mythology says that every time there was an eclipse of the sun is because he would wrap himself around and block the sun. And you see the sun or the light for us is our spirit. the the the scripture that you quoted when you were praying. Proverbs 20:27, the spirit of a man, that's our human spirit, is a candle of the Lord and he searched all of the inward parts of the heart. He looks inside. So in order for me to know what is it that is in me that predisposes me to do certain things that I don't want to do, I need to have a time with God. My spirit needs to worship God, needs to come in communion to God, needs to get the revelation from God. And then my soul has to have a good connection with my spirit. In other words, God takes my spirit which lives in the same place where the soul lives in the heart and like a flashlight he begins to search. H I see something dark over here in this corner. And then in our soul there's no knobs any of the doors. All of the knobs are on the inside. Revelation 3 uh 20 Jesus says, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." So he comes in who's there? He wants to know because what's in that dark room is affecting your life. It's affecting your walk. And that's what deliverance is all about. Bringing light because the Lord is light. Where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. The spirit of the Lord brings light. And the light makes all of the creatures of darkness flee because darkness cannot comprehend or overcome the spirit of the living God. So we have to have a good communication with God through our spirit and there had to be a connection between our soul and God in order for this thing to be exposed for us to be deliver of this thing. And uh so that our human makeup as if it were can be brought into um be set free from the influence of this demonic creature in Psalm 42:57. Now remember the soul is the one that's in the middle. This is the spirit man speaking to the soul. Why are you cast down, oh my soul, and why are you disqued within me? Hoping God, for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance. Oh my God, my soul is cast down within me. This is a spirit of the Psalms of Kora, I believe, who's writing this psalm. And his spirit is crying out to God, there's something wrong with my soul here. I'm alive with you. I'm praising you, but there's something wrong with this soul. All you giving me, Lord, it's all messed up. But then he said, "Therefore, I will remember you from the land of the Jordan." That's the river Jordan where you get baptized and from the highest of Hermon. That's your spiritual high and from the hill of Miser. That's our lower part. And then he says this mystery. He says, "Deep calls unto deep at the noise of your waterfalls. All your waves and billows have gone over me." The deep calling into deep is the spirit of God speaking to your spirit. God is saying Leviathan is a monster of the sea. That means he's in your humanity. He's signing into that. But God says, "I got a few tornadoes of my own. I got a few water spouts. I can come up in there and vacuum that thing right off of your heart. I can just go in there and go and pull all that out." That's what God is saying. But how did it happen? Deep. called onto deep. The spirit of God in in capital letters speaks to our spirit. And as he begins to speak to our spirit, the revelation becames to to be made known. And uh I have some notes there as to being baptized. What is it that is commanded? Two things Christians are commanded to do. Take communion. It means the bread and the wine represents the blood and and the broken body of Jesus Christ. And the other thing is to be baptized. What does baptismal means? Death by water. Where does Leviathan dwell? In the water. When you're baptized into you. See, you cannot get saved until you're baptized into the Holy Spirit. The the baptismal of the Holy Spirit is different. I'm not talking about that. He says we the way that we have said we have all been baptized into one spirit. Baptismal simply means let's say that I'm a drop of water and I go and I take that drop of water to the Pacific Ocean and I dropped it. Can you ever again find that drop of water? No. It becomes part of the whole ocean. That's what God is saying. You were a little piece of water someplace. And when you were baptized in Christ, you were placed into See, we were all baptized by Adam and Eve. We're all descendants of them. Everything they they had, good or bad, has come down our way. And then Satan has done his best to mess it up so that I'm sure Adam and Eve will be surprised to see what their children look like because boy, they we should mess it up. But the same way that we're all baptized into this waters, the deep waters where Leviathan dwells, God has called us from the that deep. He was called us out of that deep into his deep deeper. That's his spirit. You see, when you were baptized, when you went into the water, you declared that you were self dead. Death to sin, dead to the world, death to Leviathan. And therefore when you rose up now your spirit is seated in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus. And then now God wants to bring changes in our life. Now Job 41 15 and 16. And this thing is so so big I could have went uh verse by verse but I knew that I wouldn't have that much time. So I condense it to four pages. And then tonight I'm condensing it even more so that I can get to the end of it. Uh Job 41:15 and 16 says, "His rose of scales are his pride. Shut up tightly as with a seal. No one I mean one is on air to another that no air can come between them." You know what that means? This demonic spirit that formed this alliance of Leviathan. He's a seven-headed monster. He's the king of all of the children of pride. By the way, anybody that is operating in pride is is a servant to that because Job says that. You can read in that chapter two. He's he's the uh the father. Everybody who seems to pride, he controls him. I don't care how godly the person is or how great he thinks is in the Lord. Pride comes before the fall because Leviathan is destined to fall and so will all that are proud. But what he's talking about here is that his scales or his demonic shields are so tightly connected to one another that no air can come through. Well, the word for air in both the Hebrew and the Greek in which the old and the New Testament are written speak about spirit, wind, speak about breath. So if he's able to encamp himself between you and God, nothing from your spirit can penetrate him. That's what he's talking about. And that's what he does. Wherever Leviathan comes in, you did you know uh many people, especially the guy that was writing the book that that actually Fred gave me copies of all of that the stuff that I was reading. I've been going through my garage and I got everything so organized. finally opened all the boxes from our move and I know where everything is at so I've been able I've been reading a lot but uh uh he that that snake comes in so tightly that nothing can penetrate and he says that when there are revivals many revival that have started in churches as soon as pride comes up he comes in and he blocks he has destroyed many many many revival working through the people that God was moving through to through the anointing that God was moving through bringing pride. Wow, look at myself. Look what I did. I lay hands and they came to life or I did this and and and you know and that spirit of pride is what terminates and churches go through this. the Holy Spirit will come in because of some prayer or because of some fasting or because something that some of the leaders did and then the Holy Spir Home Previous Next

FALSE TEACHERS WILL BE JUDGED The objective of Pastor Marcos’s message is to expose the dangers of false teachers within the church, explain how their deceptions arise, and affirm the certainty of God’s judgment against them. The teaching warns believers to remain anchored in the truth of God’s Word, discerning between genuine anointed ministries and those corrupted by covetousness, deception, and compromise. FALSE TEACHERS WILL BE JUDGED Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of Pastor Marcos’s message is to expose the dangers of false teachers within the church, explain how their deceptions arise, and affirm the certainty of God’s judgment against them. The teaching warns believers to remain anchored in the truth of God’s Word, discerning between genuine anointed ministries and those corrupted by covetousness, deception, and compromise. Synopsis: In False Teachers Will Be Judged, Pastor Marcos examines 2 Peter 2:1–3, where the apostle warns of false prophets in Israel’s past and foretells the rise of false teachers within the church. Pastor Marcos explains how these individuals often begin with sincere intentions but fall prey to selfish ambition and covetousness. In secret, destructive heresies are introduced—eventually denying Christ Himself. The judgment against them is described as “swift destruction.” Pastor Marcos clarifies that this does not always refer to physical death, but more specifically to the removal of God’s anointing from their ministries, leaving their works empty and lifeless. Though they may continue outwardly, their ministries become tools of deception, spreading the lies of the enemy rather than proclaiming truth. Drawing from biblical examples—including fallen angels, the flood generation, and Sodom and Gomorrah—Pastor Marcos emphasizes that God’s judgment has never been idle. Just as Lot was delivered from destruction, God knows how to preserve the righteous while reserving the unjust for judgment. He further warns that ministers who distort Scripture for personal gain show a lack of reverence for the authority of God’s Word and risk blaspheming the truth before the world. Ultimately, Pastor Marcos exhorts believers to avoid ministries that appear alive in worldly terms but are spiritually dead. Instead, Christians are called to walk diligently in godliness, virtue, and self-control, making their calling sure. While false teachers follow the path of Balaam for the “wages of unrighteousness,” those who hold fast to truth will receive abundant entrance into the everlasting kingdom of Christ. Inspired Teaching: 2 Peter 2:1 “But there were also false prophets among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord who bought them, and bring on themselves swift destruction.” When the Holy Spirit revealed the above verse to Peter, it was probably not very difficult for Peter to understand the meaning of it, for it simply reveals human nature at work when placed in a position of authority. But there is also a deeper meaning to the above verse that reveals to us how the enemy takes advantage of our human natural desires, and then turn what initially were well meaning teachers of the Word of God into carriers of destructive heresies. The first part of the revelation is that of the pattern, there were false prophets in the past so there will be false teachers in the present. The second part of the revelation is, that the introduction of the destructive heresies will take place in secret or unbeknown to them. The third part of the revelation reveals how the devil takes advantage of the misleading doctrines to turn them into the antichrist’s doctrine, which is to deny that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. And the final and fourth revelation is the judgment that the Holy Spirit brings upon those who peddle heresies. The end result for them is swift destruction, and this is not necessarily what we think of when we picture what their destruction would eventually be like. For us humans the word death always implies a cessation of labor, for after all, when a person becomes deceased they no longer exist in our present realm, so that for the living they are no longer a personal issue. But for the spirits that do not die, death is not an issue, so that when the Bible refers to unclean spirits and their demonic doctrines being judged, the word used for them is the word destruction, for when their laborious works are destroyed, their works are no longer an issue, even though the demons behind such doctrines might still be around. This is why the demons would say to Jesus, Have You come to destroy us before our time? When they referred to Jesus destroying them, it was their works that they were referring to, for that was what Jesus was destroying. For they knew that their final personal destruction, that is when they are imprisoned forever, would not take place until the final day of God’s judgment takes place. 1 John 3:8 “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” The first appearance of Jesus was to destroy the works of the devil, and His second advent will be to destroy the devil with all of his cohorts. The swift destruction of the false teachers has more to do with the anointing being removed from their ministries that started teaching under God’s anointing. Due to their selfish ambitions getting involved within their ministries, they allowed into their ministries false teachings that brought about the swift destruction of what little anointing they had. 2 Peter 2:2 “And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the way of truth will be blasphemed.” If their swift destruction implies the removal of their anointing, then they will continue on with their ministries, but instead of them proclaiming the truth of God’s Word, their ministry will become one of opposing the truth and the propagation of the devil’s lies. Now, why would well-meaning ministers turn away from the truth of the Word of God and turn their ministries into peddling the devil’s lies by blaspheming the truth of the Word of God? 2 Peter 2:3 “By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.” The Holy Spirit reveals to Peter that even though these false teachers have been around a long time, it does not mean that they have not been speedily judged, for as Peter wrote, Their destruction does not slumber! Covetousness has to do with self-gain that often leads to the exploitation of others through the mischaracterization of God’s Word. Which leads us into what prompted Peter to start the second chapter of his second epistle. Let’s take a good look at the verse that preceded our opening Scripture. 2 Peter 1:21 “For prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.” If I know that the Word of God did not come about by the will of men, and I do, then how could I ever miss use it or abuse it for self-gain? The meat of what I am trying to say is this; a minister that starts ministry with an honest heart and then, for some reason, turns away from the truth for self-gain, does not have a proper understanding of the veracity of the Word of God to begin with. For if they did, it does not make any sense why they would risk judgment. When we are not sure that there are consequences to wrong actions, it makes it easier to fall into the sin of misjudgment. And that is the primary reason why the Lord removes the anointing from the ministry, to let their leaders know that they are abusing or misusing His Word, in the hope that they will come to their senses and repent by turning their ministries back to the foundation of God’s Truth. Unfortunately, many ministries get themselves into debt, by trying to appeal to the masses by worldly means, and by the time that they realize that their problem is that the anointing has left them, it feels like it’s too late for them. For if they give up their misleading ways, that will mean the loss of all that they have worked so hard for, and that is a choice that many are not willing to make, so that their ministries becomes more like a carcass, or what could be called, the night of the living dead. Revelation 3:1 “...I know your works, that you have a name that you are alive, but you are dead.” So how do we keep ourselves from getting snared by ministries that have the endorsement of the world, that they are alive, when in reality every anointed believer knows within their heart that they are dead? 2 Peter 2:9 “Then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment.” Peter, from verse four to verse eight, lists a litany of past judgments that the Lord brought upon those who chose to rebel against His Word; he mentions the angels that sinned and God judged, the ancient world that before the flood rejected His Word and was utterly destroyed, the destruction of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, and how righteous Lot was delivered from the destruction, then Peter adds, Then the Lord knows how to deliver the righteous out of temptation. Without faith it is impossible to please God. We need to believe that there are consequences for those who pervert and compromise the Word of Truth, and if we truly believe that, then we will not be partakers of their self-willed ministries, even if we have to endure their rejection for us and not be willing to fit in with them. For if we are accepted by the Lord, and we know it, then we do not need their acceptance. 2 Peter 2:15 “They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness.” There are many perks offered to those who support ministries that deviated from the truth of the Word of God, from status within the community of believers, to real benefits that profit those who are in the ministry for personal profit. In the first chapter of his second epistle, Peter also offers a litany of the good things that we are commanded to do, like walking in virtue and self-control, as we follow the great and precious promises that our Lord has given to us, for us to follow, as we walk in His godliness, and then Peter reminds us of the real benefits of following the Truth of His Word. 2 Peter 1:10-11 “Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call an election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” Previous Next Home

UNDERSTANDING THE BOOK OF REVELATION PART 1 Equip believers to approach Revelation with faith and clarity—free of preconceived notions—by outlining a simple framework (timeline + dual realms) that shows how God’s activity in the spiritual realm drives events on earth, so the church can persevere, stay loyal to Jesus and His Word, and be ready for Christ’s return. UNDERSTANDING THE BOOK OF REVELATION PART 1 Pastor Marcos Marrero May 3, 2009 Objective: Equip believers to approach Revelation with faith and clarity—free of preconceived notions—by outlining a simple framework (timeline + dual realms) that shows how God’s activity in the spiritual realm drives events on earth, so the church can persevere, stay loyal to Jesus and His Word, and be ready for Christ’s return. Synopsis: Opening in worship and prayer, the message declares trust in God and asserts that we stand on the threshold of “great wonders.” Revelation 1:1–3 frames the study: there is a promised blessing for those who read, hear, and keep its words. The teacher argues Revelation isn’t inherently difficult; it becomes clear when we (1) let go of rigid, inherited interpretations, (2) read the whole Bible’s storyline, and (3) recognize that Revelation alternates between two synchronized perspectives—what happens on earth (physical) and what happens in heaven (spiritual). Like Job’s story, unseen heavenly decisions produce visible earthly outcomes; building a timeline helps align the two. Revelation 1 introduces Jesus—the glorified Son of Man—whose radiant presence underscores His deity and lordship over history. The book’s theme is His coming: first in the clouds to gather and judge, then in glory to reign for a thousand years. The message situates Revelation within God’s dispensational dealings (innocence, conscience, human government, promise, law, grace), noting that final judgments will address three arenas: the nations, Israel, and the church. Historical touchpoints (e.g., Israel’s restoration and the church’s renewal) signal we are in the final generation. Chapters 2–3 provide the church-age timeline through seven churches, with special focus on the last two as models for today. Philadelphia is commended for holding fast to Jesus’ name and Word despite weakness; such faithfulness is promised protection “from the hour of trial” coming on the whole world. Laodicea, by contrast, is lukewarm, self-sufficient, and spiritually blind; Jesus lovingly rebukes, calls for repentance, and stands knocking, urging renewed fellowship. Trials refine faith like gold; believers are exhorted to persevere, reject compromise, and keep their hope fixed on Christ. The message closes in prayer, asking God to ready His people, deepen their love and holiness, and make them bold witnesses so many will embrace the truth and be prepared for the Lord’s day. Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above: My trust is in you, oh my God. My trust is in you. Praise God. I really felt the anointing tonight. I was worshiping. Praise God. Thank you, Lord. Did you know that we're on the threshold of seeing great wonders take place? I think that once this u door is open, we will look back in in the days like today and say, "Wow, what a different world it is from what it is now to what it is then. Hallelujah. Father in heaven, in Jesus name, we thank you for tonight. As we begin this uh lesson, Father God, and in the book of Revelation, I pray that you would uh grant us ears to hear. Open our spiritual ears, Father God. And open our minds and our heart that we may receive and understand, not just be hearers of the word, but doers, Father God. And I pray, Father, in the name of Jesus, that uh you will give us the ability, Father God, to to be encouraged and strengthened by the fact that your word is true, Father God, that as we come to this final book of the Bible where all of the loose ends are tied in and where everything makes sense and comes together, Father God, that our faith may grow stronger and bolder, Father God, that we may prepare, Father God, for the events that are soon coming upon this world in which we're living in. And that like Paul says that they will not catch us as those who sleep. He said those who sleep, they get drunk at night, but that we may be wide awake, Father God, and ready for the great wonders that you said that you promised that you would do in the last days. Thank you now for this opportunity to teach your word and thank you, Father God, for we open our hearts to receive it in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Praise God. Thank you, Jesus. Praise God. I don't want to stop worshiping. I was enjoying it. Praise God. In uh Revelation chapter 1 verse one, we read the revelation of Jesus Christ which God gave him Jesus to show his servants things which must shortly take place. And he sent and signified it by his sen to his servant John who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ to all things that he saw. And then this is the part I want you to pay attention. Verse three, blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep those things which are written in it for the time is near. There is a blessing. This is the only uh book of the Bible that I know of where specific blessing is given to the people that read it. The reason why is because the Bible says it is true knowledge that the righteous is delivered. Knowing uh what's going on when things began to happen can make the difference between life and death. And so we have a great blessing that comes um uh through reading the book of Revelation. Now the book of revelation it is hard to understand simply because we have made it hard. We we need to understand that we have made the book of revelation hard to understand because um when you are looking at something that you don't know what it says and you have to understand the prophecy that was given in the old time. uh in order for us to understand them, we have to get closer and closer to the events. In other words, the closer we get to the end time, the more the things are going to make sense. So, the people that live centuries before us who didn't have the revelations and and the ability to know the things that we know now uh uh deal with what they knew, how they knew it. And the problem with that is that uh when a new revelation comes in, if your mind is set in an old way, you're not going to receive it. And so it is easier to teach the book of Revelation to somebody that doesn't have an opinion on it than it is to somebody that already has it on his mind. I struggled this for years. If you get the book, I I have a testimony there at the beginning of how uh I came in into having to put away all of the old things that I had learned about the book of Revelation and allow God actually empty my mind and says, "Okay, Lord, you show me." Because if he come with any preconceived notions, you're you're going to miss it. And this is how my mind was open uh to receive the revelation. Now let me give you a few points before we get into a few of the details. In order to understand the book of revelation is not hard. It's just it it is the the closing chapter of the Bible as if it were. So in order to fully understand the the book of revelation, you have to understand what the Bible is about. You know, for those of you back in the 70s when you had the book Roots that came out and it was like a series, you know, or now like they have Rocky four or Rocky five or Rocky six. You go see one of those movies and you miss the first three or four, you miss half of the movie because you you didn't connect to the other part. So that's that's the idea of the book of Revelation. You need to understand that from Genesis all the way to um third John and Jude before you get to Revelation everything there is going to come together and make sense. And so we need to have a general knowledge of of what happened on the past. Now the second thing that you need to understand that will make this this will make all of the difference on the world to understand in the book of revelation is that the book of revelation is giving us the description of things that are taking place in two different dimensions at the same time. This is very important we get this. If we get the basic we'll understand it. Now, if you see a movie, for example, the movie Pearl Harbor, and and the screen plate is is is writing as to what's happening in Pearl Harbor, but at the same time, they're telling you what's happening in Tokyo and what's happening in Washington. Now, we cannot be in three places at the same time. So if you're going to watch a movie about an event that's taking place in different places, the screenplay writer, what he will do, he will focus on one area first and then he'll make it to know in a way that when he goes to another scene, they let you know that it's taking place at the same time of what you just saw. In other words, so you can see what was taking place here and what was taking place there at the same time. But since we're human and we're limited to just one scope at a time and that's how we you need to uh that's how we need to understand the book of revelation. God is given us what is taking place on the earth. So he's given us a physical revelation but at the same time he's given us what is taking place in the spiritual realm and this is a spiritual revelation. So once you understand that things happen in the spirit and then when things happen in the spirit they have a consequence or a result that takes place here on the earth then you'll see that the book of revelation makes all perfect sense because God is letting you know what's happening over here is because of what's happening over there. A great way to understand the book of revelation is by reading the first chapter of the book of Job. Job, for example, is happy. He has uh 10 children. He's he's wealthy and everything. And then the book starts by saying that one day the sons of God went to the presence of God. And Satan showed up and a discussion took place between Satan and God. And they were discussing Job and his life. Now Job is here on earth and he has hasn't got a famous idea what's happening in heaven right but what happened in heaven had a direct effect upon Job because God said okay you can take away his property and what happened all of the sudden thieves come in and still whirlwind comes in all kinds of things is happening so you see this is how the book of revelation it is written God is giving us a revelation of what's happened what's happening on the um on on the spiritual and then we see the consequences or the result of what's taking place in the spiritual and the physical. So the key to understanding the book of revelation is that the revelation is twofold. We are given the things that are happening at the same time in two different dimensions. Now, so how do we understand it? And and if you got the book, I got it uh there. But the way the revelation, the Lord gave me the revelation is in order for you to understand things that are taking place at the same time, you need to make a timeline. In other words, I need to know because I need to uh uh align it together. When was it that Job lost uh uh all of his good? That's when God said to Satan, "Okay, you can you can take his goods." Then Satan goes back to God and God says, "Well, what did I tell you? You took away all of his goods and and and he didn't deny me." And then he said, "Well, you can take his children." And then they come in take his children. And then after that, Satan said, "Well, skin for skin, you know, I mean, he he's after his own flesh." So he says okay you can't attack his flesh but you can't take his life. So you see you can make a timeline of the things that happened to Job in accordance to what was happening in heaven. So we need to make a timeline. We need to understand how the book of revelation gives us a timeline. How do you make a timeline? Through a chronology of events. So basically if I can understand because I am a physical person. I live in a physical realm. If I can understand the physical chronology of events that are taking place and I can align it with the spiritual chronology, then I can make sense of things. You see, this is when the the book of Revelation will come alive to you when you're able to connect them together. Now, as we begin, uh the book of Revelation begins with an introduction. And the introduction goes from verse one to verse 7. We read the first three talking about Jesus. Then John says that um uh that he's writing this letter to the seven churches which are in Asia. That's on verse four. And he blesses them. He says, "Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come in from the seven spirits who are before his throne and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To him who loved us and washed us from our sins in his own blood and has made us kings and priests to his God and father. To him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. These six verses compile the whole history of the Bible. Notice that it said from him who is, who was, and is to come. That's God. And from the seven spirits, that's the seven dispensation that have been covered by God. And then from Jesus Christ, the faithful one, the one who washed us by his blood and made us king and priest. So this is a a a the sixth verses is talking about the six,000 years. This is this is very important because we're dealing with timeline. Remember, we need a chronology of physical events that we understand. So we can align it with the spiritual chronology. Why? Because when we make the proper alignment, we'll know according to the book of Revelation, where are we living in? What part of the book of Revelation are we in today? That is what makes us blessed. That's what gets us ready. And we're going to find that out because we're going to follow it a step by step by how it does. Now, not notice, and this is the key. Seven is always the day of rest. As you know, there are uh uh 6,000 years, six days of work. And then on the seventh year, we enter into the kingdom rest, which is what the book of Revelation will focus on, entering into the day of rest or the thousand years reign of Christ. If you read at the end, I think it's chapter 21 or 22. Six times, the writer says, "And he will rule for 1,000 years." There's going to be a 1,000 years rule. And we're going to be with Jesus with our race, physical body. Notice how it says there, the first born from the dead. Why would Jesus be called the first born from the dead? Jesus is different than everybody else in the fact that Jesus already has his glorified body. We are kings and priests with him. We're sitting together right now with him in heavenly places, but our physical body is still here on the earth and it's still corrupted and it's still uh uh frail and it still fails. But when Jesus Christ blows that trumpet and we're resurrected, we're going to be like him. When we see him, we're going to be like, we're going to get a new body. He's the firstborn from the dead. Meaning, he has the first human physical body that has been transformed. And it doesn't run on blood anymore. The kingdom of God doesn't have flesh and blood, but he has flesh and bones. Because Jesus said when he rose, he said, "Touch me and fill me." You see that I'm not a ghost. I got flesh and bones. But he had no blood. his blood which is where the life was offered in the throne in the holy of holies in heaven and that is a guaranteed of a new life for us before God because the blood was poured on the mercy seat and the mercy seat was above the law of God and the law says all the sinner shall surely die so the blood covers that now our life is guaranteed by the very blood of Jesus this is why once you're born again you're already guaranteed in God that you're there we're not there yet he's coming he's going to transform But that is the blessed hope or the Bible calls it. And notice that that comes in at the end of the sixth day and into the seventh day. Now notice verse seven. Now I don't deal with this in the book because in the book I'm dealing with the framework. But here I got the freedom to to set things up better. In verse seven, this is what the book of Revelation is about. Behold, he is coming with clouds, and every eye will see him, even they who pierce him, and all of the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him. Even so, amen. The theme of the book at the beginning is Jesus's coming. And you'll see that he comes first in the air or the clowns at the beginning of this seven-year period and then he'll come at the end on a white horse. And then that's when he will take over rulership over the earth and he'll rule it for a thousand years. But for seven years he's going to judge three basic uh entities of people. When see everything God created is in seven. We need to understand that seven is always rest and in the beginning. When God created Adam and Eve, they were created and this is all in the book. When you read it, if you have it, you'll see it. When God created Adam and Eve, they were on the state of what is called innocence. Innocent. They were like children. We're we're all like that. When you're a kid, you're a child, you run around naked, you don't know. You're innocent. you have no concept uh a self-concept of of shame or guilt or anything else. Then when they parttook of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, they became self-conscious or selfaware. Immediately they realized that they were naked and they felt shame. This is called the the dispensation of conscience. Conscience went all the way until the day of the flood. If you read when God judges the world, he says that every thought of every human on the face of the earth was constantly evil. The conscience was gone. I mean, man was so because so much demonic infestation was at that time. So, the dispensation of innocence was judged when God said to Adam and Eve, "Get out of the garden and you can never come back in." See, we can never go back to heaven in the state of innocence. We go to heaven in full knowledge now of good and evil. We know about evil because we here and we know how bad we are. We know if we you push the right buttons or the wrong button that that we can. So, so we're very much aware that the only way we make it to heaven is because of his grace and because of his mercy and because of one day he's going to kill this body of flesh. You see, when Jesus appear, you're going to shade like a leaf. You're going to be so scared like you never been. The very first time you glimpse any type of holiness or anything, Daniel, whoever it was, they fall down to the ground shaking like dead. Our physical bodies are so corrupt that any glimpse of any holiness causes us to fall apart. I mean coming on glue. That's what Isaiah said. He beheld the Lord and the Trinity of glory said, "Behold, I am undone." Is is on glue. you know the atoms are held together by by this thing and and and when you see the holiness of God you just fall apart. That's what he was talking about. So we need to understand that then God judge innocence. God judge conscience. Now the Bible tells us in the New Testament that our conscience or our mind is emnity against God. This is why you say, "I am healed." And there's a little voice on the back of your head say, "No, you're not." You say, "Oh, I I worship you, Lord Jesus." And no, you don't. You're a hypocrite. And this is why we always have this battle. Unless you have the mind of Christ. Hebrews says, "Sprinkle in your mind with the blood of Jesus." When that turkey says, "No, you're not." I said, "Yes, I am." And guess what? You're not going where I'm going. I'm going to heaven. and thou's going to stay here in this hell. You're not coming with me. You tell that that that that mind that opposes you or that mind that resists you. Why? Because we have the mind of Christ. And the mind of Christ is that he loves us. He gave himself for us. He who knew no sin became sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. And when that trumpet blows, everything negative, everything contrary, everything against is gone, dead, burned. It says we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ to be tested by fire. Every word, every thought, every deed, every action, every reaction, everything that ever happen is going to be judged is going to be burned by fire. And the only thing that's going to survive that fire is called jewels, silver, and and gold. Things that can be refined. What is that? Faith, hope, and love. Corinthians 1 Corinthians 13:30. There are three things that remain. Faith, hope, and love. And the greatest is love. He that loves us and gave himself for us. That's what the introduction says. He who loved us and gave himself for us and washed us with his blood. That remains hallelujah cannot be taken. Now why is that important? Now notice in verse seven that he says and all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of him. Now you figure you'd be glad to see Jesus coming. Well, that depend which Jesus you're waiting for. If you're waiting for the little Jesus in the manger hidden some place and this wimpsy little guy, he comes back. He comes as a judge. Here comes the judge and he's going to rule. He's going to do away with sin. That's what he's coming. So that's why he says the the the the nations of the world will mourn. Now look at hold your place there and go to Revelation chapter 6 and look at verse 14. Now why this is important because this is the result of when the sixth seal was open. Revelation 6 verse 14. He said, "The sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave, and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountain, and said to the mountains, and to the rocks, "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the lamb. For the great day of his wrath has come, and who is able to stand?" So you see that right there on the first seven verses we just read, we're being introduced to the return of Jesus Christ in chapter 7. So this gives us a key. And you see if you listen to to what the regular teaching is about revelation, which I listened to for years, they try to make it all a chronology like you have chapter 1, two, three, and then four follows and then five and then six and then seven. So in that mindset, nothing fits. But if you take chapter 1, two, and three as the physical revelation, as I'm going to show you now, and then you take chapters four, five, and six as describing the same period of time, but from the spiritual view, when you come to chapter 7, they all come together and they make perfect sense because God first give you the physical revelation of what's taking place. He begins with the physical because that's where under that's what we understand. And then he moves on next to the spiritual revelation and he tells you, you want to know why things are happening in the physical like this? Because of what's taking place in the physical. And then in chapter seven, everything comes to place. And now look what happens. Look at verse eight. Verse eight. I am the alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end sayaith the Lord who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty. This is the the the completion of the revelation. So that we have on the first introduction a many prophetic Bible or or account if I could say of the event that are going to take place in the book. Now to begin with the framework, how do I know now with this knowledge that some chapters are written to the physical revelation and some are written to give us a spiritual revelation. How do I know which chapter is talking about what, right? Because that's the first thing we have to establish. Okay, now look at this. John begins to speak and he says, 'I John, this is Revelation 1:9, both your brother and companion in the tribulation and kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was on the island that is called Patmos for the word of God and for the testimony of Jesus. Now notice that John is saying, I am in a physical place. I am in a Patmos is there. You can go over there to uh Turkey right now. Patmos is an island that is off of Greece and off of Turkey and you can take a boat and you can go there. They even have a monastery where it's supposed that that John was there. Now he says, "I was in the spirit on the Lord's day and I heard behind me a vo a loud voices on a trumpet." Now notice that John is in a physical place and he is going to be given a spiritual revelation. That means that he's going to be shown something spiritually. And what is it that he's going to be shown about the Lord's day? See, people read that and say, "Oh, the Lord's day, Sunday." That didn't begin until 300 years after John died. They their their Lord's day back over there, they met on on Saturdays on the on the synagogues and they worship every day. That's why Paul says, "You can worship anytime you want to." This definition of what we call today the Lord's day. This is something that tradition didn't make up until 300 years later. So the Lord's day that he's talking about is the day of the Lord, the end of time, the seven-year period when God brings the completion of all of these things. You see, God already judged um uh innocence because we can never go back in innocent. God already judged conscience when he flooded the world. But did you know that when the human governments led a rebellion against God and they built a tower by a man named Nimrod, God did not judge them. You know what God did? He confused their language and scattered them. God had told them, "Scatter yourselves." The reason why they had to scatter themselves around the world because after the flood, the oceans were very, very low and all of the continents were still connected by land bridges. And God wanted them to spread out and cover the entire world. They wanted to make a name for themselves. So they stayed in one place. So what God did is confuse their language, judge them and cause them to scatter themselves. So the the human governments or the kingdoms of this world have never been judged yet. Then God came to Abraham and said since man cannot save himself in innocence, man cannot save himself because of his conscience is so messed up and he cannot save himself by the laws that he makes. So God introduced something that was called the promise. God made a man Abraham. He was his parents were moon worshippers. They were in a place where Iraq is today uh around that area. That's where Abraham was. God says to Abraham, "Get out of this idolattors and I'll bring you out. I'm going to make a covenant with you." Now, Abraham took his dad with him and everything. So, God had to wait until he died and all of the things. Finally, God brings him into the promised land and God enters into a covenant with his men. God makes a promise to a man. He was like a friend with Abraham. He says, "Out of your seed, all of the nations of the world are going to be blessed." He says you are going to have a son and through that son of yours I'm going to bless the entire world. Now out of a out of Abraham came two dispensation. One was physical and one was spiritual. This is why it's so important to understand this from that nature because God took Abraham and says I want you to look at the sand of the seashore. Your descendants is going to be like the sands of the seashore. That's the physical generation. Go to the beach, you got sand. You get sand everywhere. And then he takes him out at night and says, "Now look at the stars. See if you can count them. Your descendants are going to be as the stars in the sky." That's the spiritual. Israel or the Jewish nation are part of the physical promise that God made to Abraham. We the descendants of Abraham in the spirit are the heirs of God according to Abraham in the spiritual realm. So then God listen to this God has already judged innocent and God has already judged conscience but God has never judged the human governments. God has never judged Israel and God has never judged the church. And how is God going to judge them? According to his promises, according to his word. So at the end time, listen to this, God is going to bring together all of the nations in the world of the world into one form of like one world government. Why? Because that's what they were when they first rebelled against God. And they were building a tower going up to heaven. And you today you have a United Nation that has a tower and that's where they all sin. But then God said to Israel, because you violated my Sabbath, because you see everything there, everything in the Bible points to the thousand-year day of rest. Hebrews chapter 4 says they did not enter the rest because of unbelief. And he says you be careful or the same thing can happen to you. Everything in the Bible is you got to make it to the day of rest. Whatever it takes, hang by your fingernails if you have to make it. Keep believing on Jesus. You got to make it into the day of rest. So you see the Israelites because of failing to keep the Sabbath day, God through Daniel says, "I'm going to judge you for 70* 7 490 years. Since you did not give the land rest every seventh year, the Jews were supposed to not plant. They were supposed to trust in God to give him food. You know, if you're a farmer, you know, if you don't plant, you don't eat. So God says, "On the sixth year, I will give you plenty of crops so you don't have to work on the seventh." Because they violated that. God took him 70 years. That's what Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar was about. Took him out of the land for 70 years to give the land 70 years of rest that they had cheated God for 490 years. They had not kept the Sabbath. So God took him out of the land for 70 years. That's why when Daniel is in Babylon and he's reading the promise, he reads the book of Jeremiah where Jeremiah says, "God after 70 years is going to send them back." And Daniel gets all excited. And then the angel tells Daniel, God has appointed a judgment for your people for 490 years. But listen to this. After 483 years, Messiah is going to come and he's going to be cut off. And that's why Jesus came. Exactly 483 years after the Babylon captivity and he got cut off and died. So that means there's seven years that Israel was never judged for. Guess what? When the nations of the world came together, what was their first act they did? They voted in to bring Israel back as a nation. So, in 1948, May 15, I think it was, Israel became a nation after being out of existence for 2,000 years. Now, God has the nations of the world coming together and it has Israel back in the land, yet unbelieving, but yet they're there in the land. And the third thing is the church. Did you know that the church through the middle ages lost all kinds of their God has always had a remnant but the church itself did not have no spiritual awakening until when he began the reformation when they got out of that religion part of it but in 1906 right here in the city of Los Angeles in a place called Asusa street God poured out his spirit that was heard all over the world people from all over the when it took 30, 40, 60 days to travel across would come to that little place in the Susa street uh street to experience the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. And ever since that time, God has been restoring his church back to the apostolic days. Why? Because God always brings something to the place where it was when it first broke down. You see this in Peter. Peter, how did he get saved? He was fishing. He couldn't catch anything. The Lord said, "Throw the net on the other side." He said, "Man, I've been fishing all night because you said, "But because you say so." He threw the net. He recognized it was a miracle such proportion. He repented. Now Jesus, he he he uh he betrayed Jesus. He gone back to fishing. And what does the Lord does? He appears again to Peter. And what does he say? Throw the net on the other side. He's bringing Peter to the place where he got saved to his first love. Peter, you have to come back to this place for me to restore you. Peter throws the net, recognizes that it's in the Lord and what is it when it comes to your there's a fire. That's where Jesus that's where Peter betrayed Jesus. There was a fire at night. He was warming up. Some girl ask him, "Peter, aren't you one of those people?" No, no, no. So, you see, Jesus brought him to her first love, brought him to where he fell. And he said, "Now, if you love me, feed my sheep." You got to hang in there, Peter. You got to keep going. So, you see, God has a way of bringing everything back to the original state before he judges it. This is why we're living in the last generation. We are the only generation since Jesus came and died and rose from the dead that has seen both all of the nations of the world together. Israel as a nation and the church back to his apostolic roots. As a matter of fact, they're saying that the church didn't really wake up to his apostles until 1990 when John Akers and all of those uh men started coming back and preaching that the that the uh that the ministry is the five-fold ministry. The apostles are like the thumb. A hand without the thumb can't grab nothing. And that we needed the apostles. We had the teachers, the evangelists, the pastors, and the prophets, but we needed the apostles. And that's where we are today. And so, you see, if you look at it, this is where God is bringing in God. What you're going to see here on fall is Revelation is the judgment of the kingdoms of the world. That's why the verse that we says there, the kings of the earth all freaked out. the judgment of Israel, seven-year judgment, and the judgment of the church. Now, the judgment of the church goes first. That's what Peter says. Peter says uh uh Peter says that u uh uh judgment begins at home. It begins with the church. Now, let's look at this verse 10. He says, "I was in the spirit on the day of the Lord and I heard a trumpet." So uh Jesus spoke to him and said I am the alpha and the omega the first and the last. What you see write it in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia to Ephesus to Smyrna to Pergamos to Tatia to Sardis to Philadelphia and to Leo Dea. So if you notice right here, we are going to be given the first timeline because you can go now to history and you can see that these seven churches which by the way existed at that time and were seven different cities but if you look at the judgment and which we're not going to do that but if you look at how they deal with them that this has been Christian era as a matter of fact one of the churches He said you will have judgment for 10 days. It is a historical fact that the church was persecuted straight by 10 different emperors. 10 different emperors for a period of 200 years persecuted the church. And so we know that that was the church. So but here's the key that we need to know. What is important to us is the last two churches because the last two churches represent us. We are in the last two churches. But before I get to that, I want to show you how I know that this revelation I can understand it through the physical scope. Now pay attention. Look at this verse 12. • THE NATIONS SHALL SEE | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE NATIONS SHALL SEE To encourage believers to prepare their hearts for the unfolding of God’s wonders in the world, recognizing that while unbelievers will respond in fear and shame, the faithful can take refuge in God’s promises and see Christ’s return as their great hope and salvation. THE NATIONS SHALL SEE Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: To encourage believers to prepare their hearts for the unfolding of God’s wonders in the world, recognizing that while unbelievers will respond in fear and shame, the faithful can take refuge in God’s promises and see Christ’s return as their great hope and salvation. Synopsis: This teaching, drawn from Micah 7:16, reflects on the prophetic declaration that nations will be ashamed when confronted with the majesty and power of God. The message connects contemporary signs and prophetic voices with Scripture, suggesting that times of great wonders may soon be revealed, not only to the church but to the entire world. Believers are exhorted to “enter into the Rock”—Christ Himself—by trusting in God’s promises as protection from the terror and deception that will accompany these events. In contrast, unbelievers will seek refuge in fear, misled by the enemy’s lies, and will ultimately face the judgment of the very Rock they rejected. The lesson warns of the enemy’s strategy to distort the truth of Jesus’ return, even portraying Him as an alien invader, preparing the world to unite under the Antichrist. Yet for Christians, the Word of God provides assurance: Christ’s return is not for condemnation but for deliverance, reward, and eternal joy. Through personal testimony of a vision of the rapture, the teaching highlights the awe, fear, and joy of encountering Christ’s glory. Ultimately, it affirms that while the world trembles at His majesty, the faithful can rest in His eternal promises, knowing He comes as Savior, not Judge. Inspired Teaching: Micah 7:16 “The nations shall see and be ashamed of all their might; they shall put their hand over their mouth; their ears shall be deaf.” As I prepared the prayer page for January of 2014 the Lord began to impress on me that this year will be a year of wonders. I pondered whether it would be a year of wonders for us personally, and by that I mean, us the church, or whether it would be a year of wonders for the nations as well. It seems that many others have received the same message about 2014 possibly being a year of wonders, which leads me to believe that this year, wonders may be revealed not only to the church in general, but to the people of the nations of the world as well. One of the things that I read about that have many talking about the year 2014 had to do with a Jewish Rabbi in Israel named Kaduri, who claimed that Messiah had revealed Himself to him. He said that Messiah told him that soon after the former prime minster of Israel Ariel Sharon died, that Messiah would return, then he wrote in a piece of paper the name of Messiah, sealed it in an envelope, then gave instructions not to open the envelope until a year after he, the rabbi, had died himself. I believe the rabbi died at the ripe age of 108 in the year 2007 or 2008, a year after he died they opened the envelope according to his instructions, and to everyone’s surprise he named Jesus as the Messiah who appeared to him, which to say the least caused a lot of controversy at the time. At the beginning of this new year of 2014, the news came that the condition of the former prime minister of Israel, Ariel Sharon, who has been in a coma for about seven years, had deteriorated considerably. That got a lot of people talking about that this may be the year when the Lord reveals Himself to the nations. I confess that I had not heard about the Rabbi’s prophecy until I read about it in the internet a couple of days ago, on the sixth of January. The things that I want to deal with in this lesson are the implications that an open manifestation of worldwide wonders would have upon us believers, what these wonders could possibly be, and how they would affect us as individuals. Isaiah 2:10 “Enter into the rock, and hide in the dust, from the terror of the Lord and the glory of His majesty.” As the Lord was impressing on me that this might be a year of wonders, He gave me the above Scripture, which I opened with in the prayers that empower page, on the prayer focus for January of 2014, and I wrote that this might be our theme for the whole year: Enter into the Rock. And as I was meditating on Isaiah’s counsel to enter into the Rock and hide in the dust, the Lord revealed to me that the dust was a reference to hide within the multitudes of His many promises. As when the Lord promised Abraham that his seed would be like the sand of the seashore. So that the way that we enter into the Rock and hide from the terror of His majestic wonders is by taking shelter within the many promises that He has given to all who keep His Word and who have not denied His name. It is interesting that Micah reveals what is going to happen to those who do not embrace God’s Word or revere the name of Jesus when the heavenly wonders begin to unfold. Micah 7:17 “They shall lick the dust as a serpent; they shall crawl from their holes like snakes of the earth. They shall be afraid of the Lord our God, and shall fear because of You.” It is also interesting what the book of Revelation says is going to happen to the unbelievers of this world when the majesty of the Lord is revealed from heaven. Revelation 6:14-17 “Then the sky receded like as a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved out of its place. For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?’” Kind of ironic that while the believers are trusting God’s promises, and by so doing are entering into the Rock of their salvation, the unbelievers are running to the caves and rocks only to find themselves crushed by the very Rock that they have rejected and the promises that they have ridiculed. Micah 7:18 “Who is a God like You, pardoning iniquity and passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, because He delights in mercy.” I just read about a poll today that said that more Americans believe on aliens today than those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. And it is not surprising to me, since so many books and television programs continuously try to explain those things from the past which science cannot explain by attributing it to the workings of ancient aliens. What is the devil’s goal in all of this? For a while now I have been asking this rhetorical question of those of you who read my writings: When the majesty of Jesus is revealed in the sky will you see Him as your Savior or as your judge? Guess how the devil wants people to see the return of Jesus? The devil wants you to see Jesus return as a ferocious alien who is coming to take over the earth and to subjugate all the people as slaves to do His will. It was former US president Ronald Reagan who told the general assembly of the United Nations how petty our human differences would seem if all of the sudden the entire world was threaten by alien invaders. Just how do you think the antichrist rises to power and unites the entire world behind him to fight against Jesus Christ? Scripture teaches us that he cannot be revealed and take over the world until the true believers are removed from this earth. 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8 “For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming.” The goal of the enemy is to pervert the teachings about the soon return of Jesus to rescue us, to the point where believers are mislead as to who the real Jesus is, and as to what His intentions are, and the devil will do this through the power of fear, when the mighty wonders are revealed. After all, this is what is written about then; Isaiah called the wonders: The terror of the Lord and the glory of His majesty. Micah said, They shall be afraid of the Lord our God and shall fear because of You. But here is one of the many promises that we can envelope ourselves with and be protected from the spirit of fear: 1 John 4:18 “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.” The question that I often ask about how we will see Jesus when He returns, as a Savior or as a judge? Is rooted in the Scripture above. I know that Jesus has forgiven me all of my sins, past, present and future. I know that I have already been judged and have passed from death into life, so that I fear no torment. I know as a matter of fact that when Jesus returns, He is coming to take me to a place that He has prepared for me. I know that He is coming to welcome me into His joy, and I know for sure that He has good plans for me. How do I know all of that? That is what He promises me in His Word! And not only to me, but to all who are willing to believe in His Word. 1 Corinthians 13:7-8 “(Love) Bears all things, believes all things (in the Word of God where the love of God towards us humans is revealed), hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails…” Micah 7:19 “He will again have compassion on us, and will subdue our iniquities. You will cast all our sins (past, present and future) into the depths of the sea.” John 5:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.” John 14:3 “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” Matthew 25:23 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.” Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” In 1989 I experienced a vision of the rapture, you can read the entire vision in the introduction pages of my book Man’s Final Destiny, available free in the books section of www.houseoffaithministries.org . When I saw the wonder of Jesus revealed in the sky as He was heading rapidly towards me, my body became unglued, I cannot sufficiently explain the terrible fear that I felt as I first looked at Him in His glory. Every cell in my body was trembling so violently that I felt like my entire body was coming undone, and yet in the midst of the great and terrifying fear that my physical body was experiencing, the real me, my spirit man, rose from deep within me and shouted at the top of his voice: HALLELUJAH HE KEPT HIS PROMISE! I will never again experience, until Jesus returns for me in the rapture, such great joy and such dreadful fear as I experienced in that vision. I’m just sharing this so that you can see where I am coming from. John 6:63 “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.” There is nothing that we can do to prepare our flesh for its inevitable encounter with the glory of Jesus, for the flesh of those who are being rapture dies the instant that it beholds His glorious and wonderful majesty, for no mortal flesh can withstand such glory. But for those of us who fully embrace the promises of God deep within our hearts, at His revealing, our spirit man will be clothed with a new, immortal, and eternal physical body, that will never cease to give Him the glory, honor, and the praise that He deserves. We do not yet know what kind of wonders will be revealed from heaven this year, and we do not know what lies the devil will infuse into the world as he tries to deceive the elect if it were possible. But we know this: THE WORD OF GOD AND ALL ITS PROMISES STANDS ETERNAL IN THE HEAVENS. 2 Corinthians 5:1 “For we know that if our earthly house, this tent, is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.” Previous Next Home

  • DOMINION | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

DOMINION Equip believers to exercise God-given dominion by operating in Christ’s authority and grace, not human strength—rejecting presumptuous warfare, rooting out iniquity/idolatry, and embracing a Spirit-led identity—so they can contend decisively with the enemy and contend for real breakthrough. < Back DOMINION Pastor Marcos Marrero February 9, 2007 Objective: Equip believers to exercise God-given dominion by operating in Christ’s authority and grace, not human strength—rejecting presumptuous warfare, rooting out iniquity/idolatry, and embracing a Spirit-led identity—so they can contend decisively with the enemy and contend for real breakthrough. Synopsis: The message opens with a prayer for a spiritual breakthrough and a testimony about learning to teach only what the Holy Spirit gives. From there, it frames dominion biblically as “treading down” the enemy, contrasting authority (exousia) with power (dunamis): authority—like a traffic officer’s badge—outweighs raw power because it’s backed by God’s government (Lk 10:19; Ps 149). Three dominion-leaks are exposed: Presumptuous sins—launching into spiritual warfare from pride or self-effort, which cedes ground to the enemy (Ps 19:13). Iniquity/idolatry—compromises with cultural traditions that dilute consecration and blunt spiritual authority (Ps 119:133). Sin as “missing the mark”—living under law empowers failure, while grace empowers obedience and victory (Rom 6:14; “Grace, grace” to the mountain). Practical counsel follows: wait for God’s timing before confronting higher powers; cleanse idolatrous mixtures; wage warfare by executing the written judgments of Scripture in Jesus’ name; and adopt a deliverance mindset that is decisive rather than drawn-out. Identity is central: “By the grace of God I am what I am” (1 Cor 15:10). As saints align with who God says they are, temptations and accusations lose their hold, and setbacks become set-ups for advancement (Titus 2:11). The message closes with a call for corporate agreement to confront local principalities under the Lord’s commission, expecting breakthrough to manifest first in the spirit and then in the natural, followed by prayer. Inspired Teaching: what the Holy Spirit is speaking into my ears, Father God, to speak out. I pray that you anoint our ears to hear, our heart to understand. And Father God, thank you for favor, dear Lord Jesus. We've been battling and battling and battling, Father God. We're ready for a breakthrough. We want a breakthrough tonight, Father God. It doesn't have to show up in the physical, but we want it to take place in the spiritual tonight, Father God. We want those giants, Father God, to be decapitated, Father God. We want whoever is holding the anointing and the finances and and the the release of the good things that you have for us. Whoever is holding him now, we cut those hands off, Father God. We cut shop those heads up, Father God. And we proclaim a release in the spirit tonight, Father God. A release of the abundance of your grace and your mercy and every all the provision that you have already prepared for us in Jesus name. Amen. Amen. Praise God. Uh something strange about the message tonight. Right in the middle of it as I was preparing it, the Lord stopped and when he stopped, I stopped. And then I said, "Well, maybe the Lord will give me the rest of it in the morning." And so I got up this morning and as you can see, we got half a message. So the other half the Lord will work at us as he sees fit. Okay. I I got to tell you a story. This is really uh uh about the teaching. When I got saved, I definitely had the anointing for teaching. His grandpa was a true teacher of the word and love way that uh that he did all that stuff. And I aspire man. I wanted to be a teacher like him. That was like, you know, my desire and I knew I had the calling. And so, but I was so afraid that I was going to say and write and so I would take his tapes and lesson two and every lesson that I ever taught was what he taught up to the jokes and everything. I wouldn't teach anything else. I was just afraid that I was going to mess up. And that worked for a little while. And then finally uh as as I got grounded a couple of years went by then the Lord began to say you know what you got to speak what I tell you and and then you know man and I thought it oh man I might say something wrong or whatever. So anyway the anointing stopped the anointing stopped and for a year I went by and and always had teaching opportunities. We were doing the different things and uh and just things wasn't working. And then one day the Lord clearly spoke to me. He says, uh, you know, if you want the anointing and the teaching, you have to teach what I give you. And if you make a fool of yourself, you have to be willing to do that. I mean, everybody that serves me had to be willing to do that. You okay? Okay. I thought it was my teaching. Okay. I'm okay here. We're gonna have fun tonight. Uh, so, but anyway, this is this is what happened. Joe Herrera who had a a class that he taught on Monday nights is called Keys to the Kingdom. He invited me to speak and the minute he invited me to speak, the Lord spoke to me and said, "You're going to speak what I tell you to speak and and what I choose." So I said, "Fine." And you know, it was a thing with pride with me. I have to have everything together and everything. So a week goes by, I don't hear nothing from the Lord. Four days go by and so I'm teaching that Monday night and I have nothing, right? And finally that Monday afternoon I get there in my Bible and I pray and says, "Okay, Lord." And once I cross that line, I said to myself, I'll stand up in there. I'll make a fool of myself if I have to, but you know, I'm going to give something that the Lord gives me. As soon as I said that in my heart, the Lord said, I want you to write this. And he gave me three letters. It was joy. J O Y said that's what you're going to teach them. I remember it. I mean, this is so that that is the day that I got hooked to to to being anointed to teach. I stood up and she'll tell you my was there. He was visiting and there was quite a huh her son was and her son was there too. I stood up in there and as I began to say whatever was a joy, the Holy Spirit just came. I mean, possessed me. I had never have felt anything like that. And I began to speak on my Cuban 150 words per second type of speed. And it just like started coming out. And I swear to you, I was like, move back. I was standing here. And this was me over here. And I was rambling and I'm standing. I said, "Man, this is strange. Here I'm speaking. I'm thinking and I'm speaking, but yet I'm like up in here." But there was such an anointing and everybody that was up in there, their mouths just were like it was like the anointing just fell on everybody and on that teaching and from that time forward it felt it, you know, I never done drugs. So I don't know what that feels like, but I know what it feels to shoot something in you because I felt it that one day. From that time on, I says, "Man, this is what I want." And so, you know, every now and then, you know, we always have the anointing. And I've always pray before I prepare and and never know where I'm going and allow the Holy Spirit to take me. But this is one of the few times lately to where the Holy Spirit says we're going to do a half part uh on my own. So anyway, let's begin the Psalm 1913 and Psalm 119 133 and then Romans 6:14. If you have the page there, they're all from the uh New King James Version. But look at uh Psalm 19. He said, "Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless and shall be innocent of great or much transgression." We're going to be talking about dominion. And says there that presump presumptuous sins give the enemy dominion over us. He says, "Keep me from presumptuous sins so that the enemy will not have dominion over me." Okay. Psalm 119 133 said, "Direct my steps by your word and let no iniquity have dominion over me." There's a second thing that can give the dominion that we have to the enemy, iniquity. And iniquity, I spoke on that the whole night last week, but we'll touch in it. In Romans 6:14 says, "For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law, but under grace." On the uh the definition for dominion means to tread down or to trample down. We have a mentality uh or at least I I had for many years that God somehow um put you in charge of something and it's like uh going to Margaritavville to where you sit by the beach with your coconut umbrella type of thing and you kick your feet back and you watch the the sail ships go by. You know, this is our idea of of when God gives you something. But that's not the idea. If you go to Adam and Eve, when God says, "Let us make man in their own image and let them have dominion." The word dominion means like you build you up a high tower, a watch tower, all that you can see the thing that you've been given dominion. And then you get up in there and then you keep an eye on what the Lord has given you. That's what dominion means. And every time some little critter that doesn't belong there in your terrain starts coming in, you get down and you trample down on that thing. You kick that thing out. See, the the idea here is that God says, "I am putting you in charge." It was um who was it Patton? The one that says when you're in command, command. When you're in charge, do it. You know, don't don't pussyoot around and think, "Well, maybe I'll do this." No, when you're charged, do it. You given a job to do it, do it. That's the heart of dominion. Dominion is doesn't mean, see, nothing gets the Lord more out of it than being lukewarm. And you see that in Revelation, in Revelation chapter 3, the letter to the Leo Deaya, you're lukewarm, so I spit you out. I can't use you. At least if you're raking mad against me like Saul was, I can take that energy and turn it around. You know, at least you're moving. You may be going the wrong way, but at least you're going somewhere. I can turn you around. But if you're just sitting there like a clamp, you know, there's nothing that God can do with it. So the idea of dominion is a a a being in charge and being aggressive and being motivated to do something. Okay? And the thing is that we fail to see that Satan and one-third of all of those angels that fell and follow him are very highly motivated. Those guys don't stop. Have you ever been harassed by the enemy to where he gets in your ear, gets in your case? He just doesn't give up, does it? He doesn't care that you're going to sleep. He doesn't care that you're thirsty. He doesn't care that you have to go to the bathroom. He doesn't care that you got to go. No. He's in your mind. He's in your ear. And he's just there, there, there, there, there. He won't give up. Why? Because he's treading down on us. He has dominion on this area that we're dealing with. And he doesn't give up. You know, I had that that uh revelation when we got back from the trip that one time and I came up into this place. I had the big double sword in in my hand and I looked up and as soon as I saw the the glory of the Lord was like a manifest diamond. I said, "Lord, how beautiful you are." And immediately Satan started jacking up like you know I don't belong there. I can't be shut up. I mean he bugged me. I just said shut up and immediately everything went silent. And so I look again and see this glory. Lord, how beautiful you are. He started again. I said, "Shut up." See, Satan is the accuser. He's, you know, remember the movie The Old Terminator? The guy tells the woman, "He's not going to stop until he kills you. He's just going to go after you." That's what he does. That's what he's programmed to do. We need to understand that. That's how Satan operates. That's how the demons operate. These things are highly motivated to get you to destroy you. And so what God is saying is we have to be highly motivated to destroy him. The Bible says that Jesus came that he might destroy the works of the devil. And you know Jesus was highly motivated. Jesus was highly motivated. He did not spend one single minute of his time wasting it in in watching some Super Bowl or some commercial or something. He was focused. This man came in for a purpose. He says, "I have a cross to go to three and a half years from now." And man, I'm going to go there, but I'm going to kick as many devils out of people as I can before I get there. And when I get there, I'm going to destroy them all. And then I'm going to send the thing in place. The first thing we have to understand that dominion has to do with the exercising of authority. It has to do with trampling on in in in the vision before the one that I just explained to you. I went into three different rooms uh one room at a time and they were all filled with people. And as I'm in there and I'm saying because I'm in this place is more real than where we are. I'm looking at and I'm marveling. I'm saying man what is this place that I'm in and who are these people? a minute the Holy Spirit who was in me speaks from me. He says, "Those are not people. Those are demons." And I say, "Huh?" And and then he he speaks to me. Yeah. You're going to destroy them. I mean, they was led up in this thing. The Holy Spirit says, "Do this." Bam. This baby like 18 months old stood up looking. It's not fair. It's not fair. The Holy Spirit says, "Tell him that it's none of his business." He said, "You got a problem with it? Take it with God." I said, "You have a problem? Take it with God." I took it an 18 months a little and just crushed him right down to the ground. The the voice told me, "That's not a baby. That's a demon." And you're going to crush it. I don't care what form it takes. So, in spiritual warfare, dominion is not a fancy like touch and that thing to where you do the thing. No, in spiritual warfare, we have the authority. We have the power. He raises up his head, you squash him, and that's it. next do the same thing. This is the idea spirit. But you see, we don't have that mindset. We don't have the mindset. This is why deliverance in the places where you sit there and you battle with the demons for 12 hours. I don't see that in the Bible. I don't see Jesus doing that. I don't see Paul doing that. These people couldn't have done all they did if they would have spent 12 hours on the living room on a person. You see, it comes simply by the ability to exercise dominion that we have. You know, so amazing. We can tell Satan who is, you know, as far as our person that that can cause th this dude had had the G to stand up to God. I mean, you got to be pretty up there. Well, Jesus said we have authority over him. Over him. We have authority over him. And that authority is not so that we can reason or or box him in very nicely and say, you know what, I'm going to draw this line. You're not going to cross it. No, that authority is to crush. That's what Jesus did. Jesus crushed the head of Satan. He cracked his skull when he when he crushed it. I think it's Psalm three that says the Lord shatters the teeth of the wicked. You know the picture is here as hell uh knows that that the soul of Jesus is going to come down because he just died on the cross. Him and every demon are blocking this door with all of their might. They're not going to let him in here because he's a higher ruling spirit than any spirit because he's eternal spirit God. So they're blocking the door. Jesus just comes in and kicks the door down. And as he kicks it, he shove his heel right through the mouth of every demon, including Satan. And that's why I said he shatters the teeth of the wicked. The Satan cannot bite you. He's snake without fangs. He has been defanged. So we have to understand that that is at the heart of dominion. But the opposite is true in the scriptures that we just read that if we deal with presumptuous sins, that means uh we're not walking in understanding. What happens is the enemy can take advantage of the advantage. Also, if we do not deal with inequity, he can have dominion over us and also sin. And and notice that he puts in Romans 6:14, you're not under law, but but under grace. So let's begin now with with understanding how this work. Luke 10:19, Jesus says, "Behold, I give you the authority to trample." That means to tread down. That's that's what dominion is. I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Now notice that when Jesus is talking about he's not talking about the creatures that crawl along the ground. This is a picture for us of the spiritual realm. What is a serpent? A serpent hides on the dirt. A serpent it coils up. A serpent can can bite you, can poison you. A serpent can kill you. Corp the same way. So when Jesus is talking about I give you authority, he's not saying I give you authority like these people down in Texas some place over there do. They have a service and they got bunch of snakes and they all handle the snakes and stuff like that. That is not what he's talking about. He's using a physical reality to demonstrate a a a spiritual principle that snakes and scorpions talking about demons talking about principalities and power. And Jesus says, "I give you authority." The word authority is exosa. Exosea means an an ability that comes through privilege. In other words, uh it it is not because of you. It is because of the person that allows you to have that ability or privilege. you know, uh you you can go to a a a ball game and and you buy what you just can't afford, the $6 seat that you're way up in there to where you see the I went to see Karim Abdul Jabar one time to play at the forum and we were right against the wall and it looked like ants running around in the thing and I had good vision back then now I probably wouldn't be able to see it but I mean it it means that you have been given the privilege to move right out to the front right next to the front. That's what exosa means. Meaning you are enabled by privilege. The privilege has been given to you to do this. Now this is different because he says over all the power the power of the enemy is the word uh uh dunamis. The word dunamans means strength or or power. And he says that nothing shall by any means hurt you. Now the difference between authority and power is that authority is bestowed and power is inherited. Now this is very important that we understand this. If you grasp this principle, you will understand this. For example, I'm 222 pounds. Was it 220 this morning? Anyway, I can get a hold of somebody that's 100 pound and he can move a little faster. He can move a little stronger, but if I get on top of him, I got 120 lbs that I can move my weight on. So, you see that is inheritant in me. There's a power that is inherent in me to go against an Now, if I go against a guy that weighs 400 lb and a 6'8, imagine that's going to do to me. So you see power is something that is in you already. Okay? And you can move, you can throw your power around, but your power is limited to what you have. And if you come against an enemy that is more powerful than you, then you're in trouble. You understand that? Also, you can come against a karate dude that only weighs 100 pounds and he can take your 220bs and flip them all over the place. I got into a fight with with a guy in Cuba once. four friends and then he got angry about something and said, "Well, I can beat you." And we got into it. It was pretty big. He uh he weighed probably 120 pounds more than me. He was a pretty big guy and he run out of breath real fast. So I said, "Well, you want to get it on? Let's get out." You know, all the guys were. So we stand in the middle of the room there and we started going and man, I'm quick. I'm I was 122 to 30 pounds at the time and I used to play tags and I was quick. I mean I got up in there, hit him in the face and back off. I run to get behind him so he kept turning. Within 10 minutes he was he couldn't even keep his hands up. I just slap him all around. Slap him all around. I took advantage of this weakness. And that's the problem when we're operating in our own power. Satan is not only more powerful than we are because he's a spirit. He's more knowledgeable than we are because he's been around for 6,000 years. But not only that, he knows our weaknesses. Any time that we try to exercise dominion that is inheriting in our own power, he's going to get us because he's crafty. As a matter of fact, that's how he gets a lot of people. He gets up in there. Oh yeah, man. you you got it all together. You got this and before you know it, you and everything the enemy is telling you, you don't even know. You think it is you who's doing it. But he's the one that's manipulating. But see, authority is different. Authority is different because authority is not something that is inherited in you. It's something that is vested in you. I got a little example there that might help you. Here's a 100 pound police woman. Okay? She doesn't have no strength, physical strength. She doesn't have no power. She don't even have a gun. She's a traffic cop. Okay? But she has a uniform on that says she's with the police department. And here comes this big old 350 lb bley guy driving an 18-wheeler and he's coming like 60 miles an hour down the road. And here's little police woman over there stands up and say, "Huh?" Now, who's got the power and who's got the authority? The guy has the power. He's driving an 18er that can squash her, can squash a tank, can squash anything that gets in his way. That's inherited. That's what an 18-wheeler does. But see, she has the authority. The authority doesn't come inherited on her power. the the authority that she has comes because she's representing she's representing a government. She's representing a city. She's representing a state. She's representing a nation. And if that power violates that authority, he gets into trouble because all the world's going to come upon him before you know it. He'll have 150 cops, tank helicopters, and tanks. If you have to call a nuke pump, they can nuke him. That is the authority that we need to understand. that we have authority, not power. Authority is we have been privileged with ability. That ability is the word of God. As a matter of fact, Psalm uh uh I don't have it here, but we can look at it real quick. Psalm 149. If you look at Psalm 149 verse 9, it says to execute on them the written judgment. This honor have all the same. It's talking about verse seven, to execute vengeance on the nations, punishments on the people. A to bind their kings with chains and their nobles with feathers of iron, to execute on them the written judgment. This honor have all. He's saying all of us, all of the saints of God have the honor, that is a vested privilege, an ability to execute vengeance on nations, punishments on people. We have authority to bind kings with chains. We we can bind their nobles with feeders. And it says all of this come because of verse n to execute on them the written judgment. You see, we have authority that is backed up by the word of God. And that authority vests us with a privilege. Satan can come down the road and he can bring a hundred millions of his demons all with tanks and fire and bring dragons and everything. The word says that you can execute whatever God has written against him. That is our vested authority of script in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus. Then we just read in Luke where it says nothing shall by any means hurt you. Well, if Satan is coming to hurt you, he's violating the word of God. So I can execute upon him upon his kings, upon his princes, upon his nobles, upon the nation that is backing him up. I can execute the written judgment that is in the name of Jesus you cannot hurt me and I can be a little nothing and he can be all this big old thing but see I have authority he may have power but I have authority I can exercise that authority why because I have dominion to tread down on him but now there's a catch like there's a catch with everything and the catch is that presumptuous ious sins can cause us to give up our dominion. So that's inequity and so that's sin. So let's um deal with one of them at a time. Let's do deal with presumptive sins first. What is presumptive sin? Presump sins is when we engage in warfare against the enemy in our own strength. Selfish motivation will always give the enemy dominion over us because we are operating by our own inherited strength. You see this is at the heart of of uh what u selfishness is. Now don't you think Jesus had authority over Satan? Why is it that Jesus had to be filled with the Holy Spirit to exercise that authority? He's the son of God. Isn't that what Satan said to him? If you're the son of God, you can't turn these stones into bread. I mean, you're hungry. You haven't eaten anything for 40 days. You have power within your own strength. Why don't you do that? Isn't that what the trick was with with uh Eve? They didn't God say this? And then she began to contend with him. What did Jesus say? It is written. See, every time that Jesus says, "It is written," he's saying, "I'm not dealing with you on my own strength, even though I'm the son of God, and even though I have all of this power and authority, I'm dealing with you according to what it is written in the word." The word says, "Thou shalt not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceedth." So, what Jesus was saying is, I'm not here to do my own thing. I'm here because God sent me. You see, I believe that many of the ministers that are into ministry today are not there because of the will of God, but rather because of the will of men, the will of other men on them or their own will. And so, because of that, they're operating in power that is inherited in the self rather than in the authority and the anointing of God. You say, "Well, now you're you're saying a lot there. I'm not judging anybody. What I'm saying is if we're operating under that authority of God, then we will have power of the enemy. You see, if the ministers that operate here in the city of Wington were operating on the the authority, they would be able to stop the train wreck that is going on in this city right now. If this nation of ours was operating under the authority of God, we wouldn't have 40 million babies being aborted in the last 25 years. we wouldn't have all of this um uh uh uh drive by murders. You know, you talk about all of the violent in Iraq. More people die in our cities every day from uh violence, you know, and this is uh you know, something that you just look at a paper uh how many dead bodies, you know, that Anna Nicole Smith just like 39 years old. Uh there's curses upon our people. The the Kennedy family has a curse. Everything just comes down the line. Why can't we break those curses? Well, because if we're operating in our own strength, and I believe that that's what the problem with the church is. The church is operating out of its own strength. The church wants to bring its own perception of the kingdom of God into the earth. And as long as we do that, guess what? We're operating in our own power. So power against power, we lose. Because Satan is more powerful, more knowledgeable than everything. is only when we operate under the authority of the word of God. This is why I believe that it is so important for us to wait on the Lord because we didn't break it and we're not going to fix it. Okay? We just got to operate within a broken system that only God can fix. So, what we got to do is we got to say, "Okay, Lord, how do I fit here? How do I uh uh place myself in a position to where you can use me for whatever benefit you can use me for? And then as we do that and allow the the Holy Spirit, then there's a vesting. You see it if if you go back to the history, Adam, God gave him coats, skins of animals to Adam and his wife. And that authority of Adam was handed down was handed down from generation to generation when Seth who is the one that is said um not uh yeah said the the son of Noah no Shem when Shem the son of Noah to whom that vestage of Adam was given to him the authority Nimro led the rebellion Shem had the power to go on to kill Nimra even though Nimro was a mightier warrior that ever arose. Even though Nimra built cities and and and kingdoms and everything, he had the code of authority. Even though it was this broken down authority of Adam that came out of the even the sinful of and he was able to go in and bring the judgment of God upon the great mighty Nimrod. This nimrod was so powerful. There isn't one single day of your life that you're not touched by what this Nimrod man created. I mean this nimrod is all over the place. You see it on every nation. We watch movies and you know I went to h Key West. I go to the places you see this uh obelisk erected to him. Everywhere you go. We went to uh Louisiana was some old cemeteries from the 1600 and there you see it. Everywhere you go this is all you see. This man was so powerful has such an influence in the whole history of the world. This one man with the old raggedy clothes that he inherited from Adam had authority over him. Why? Because authority always trumps power. See, all authority comes from God. All authority comes from God. God is the ultimate backer of all authority. And when we operate on that authority of God, no matter how broken down, how messed up, how raggedy it is, it is greater than the power of the enemy. So presumptuous sins always have to do with selfish ambition. We have do this presumptuous sin always have to do with selfish ambition. Okay. I cannot go on and and you know I've been waiting now for a year and take on on whoever the principality is over the city that I'm living now in Lake Elsenor which I I've done that three times since I've been there and it was in the last couple of weeks when the Lord brought me up to the level. I want you to challenge his principality that rule over a city and challenge. You cannot do that presumptuously. How do I learn that? Maybe I shouldn't tell you. But you see, you cannot get up in there and declare war against a principality unless God is authorizing you to do it. This is what I'm saying. And what I've been telling friends, this church has been authorized to do that. Okay? It's been on the preparation of this three years. Now, I believe that the time has come for the people within this church to come into a a a an agreement and say, you know what, we are going to challenge the principalities of the cities. And the reason why it's going to work this time is because we're going to challenge the principalities, not presumptuously because we just think this is what God, you know, doing. No, because God is saying the time is here, the time is now. See, the key is waiting for the Lord to open the door. When the Lord opens the door, that's when you go through it. Amen. Now, the second is iniquity. And we dealt with this at length last week. Uh iniquity, idolatry is the root of all iniquity. And in spiritual warfare, one must rid oneself of all idolatry. The reason why Satan contaminates things is so that they become powerless against him. You have to understand that if Satan can contaminate your authority or your power, then he can he's able to survive whatever we're coming against him. For example, if you uh uh prepare a glass full of poison and and then you can dilute that poison, then the poison is have the effect that is supposed to have it. This is what Satan has done against all of us Christians. He has deluded our author our authority because of idolatry. See, idolatry is at the root of Nimrod. Nimrod uh uh who is the baby that is worshiped at Christmas. Who is the uh the the the sun god that they worship in Easter? He is behind the Valentine's the cupid. He's behind the the the dead when the loia muertos or or the Halloween all of the thing is behind all of that. And this religion has permeated society such a great and vast way that our dominion over the enemy has been compromised. So that when we say to Satan, we bind them in the name of Jesus, there's nothing there. And the reason why there's nothing there because we have compromised. You see, idolatry is is harlotry. It's just like uh uh you know you're married to somebody but you're sleeping with somebody else and then you go up in there and and you're showing your wife oh yeah where and everybody out there looking knows that you're sleeping with somebody else. Well what what is to say you have not the respect of the people. I mean, I remember this as a boy growing up in Cuba, seeing um you know, things that you shouldn't see. It's a very small town and and words gets around and seeing a woman and a guy that were married to other people and then you see them on a social setting when they're together. You had no respect for those people. I look at I said, I can't believe that I remember that even as a young man burn my bones. You know, I just get so upset about she knows about it. We had hell for eight years when we first got married. I was so jealous. I mean, I was really messed up by seeing these things. But imagine, put yourself in the position of God. Here you are in the public church in the place and you're going to tell Satan, "I'm going to tell you where to go. Say, I'm going to cast down the spirit of divorce and I'm going to cast out the spirit of drug addiction and I'm going to cast out." And then yet we're in bed with this idolatrous thing that we're sleeping with, you know, with this tradition of men that were there. And and so because of that, there's no authority. There's no power. You're a joke. You know, you get up in there and the demons are sitting on the front row eating popcorn like that thing says. You know, they're just laughing up out loud as you're binding the spirit of the B. You know, I heard so many preachers bind the Bors and the spirit this and the spirit of that man. I there's so many spirits bound. I don't know. There's no room in the whole universe to put them. You know, we have bound so many of them. But yet the effect is not changing. Well, why? Because of idolatry. And uh uh and then you know that's what iniquity is inherited. And it is in our DNA. By the way, I believe that that idolatrous system is so is into our DNA. We so desperately want to bow down to something, worship something. We so desperately want to give into something. And for some reason, we just give it to anybody but to God. For some reason, God, you know, it's like our father. We we may love as your father and everything, but he's the last person that we can go through. We can tell everybody else in the world, you know, I remember I d Previous Next Home

THE PROVEN WORD The objective of this teaching is to demonstrate that the Word of God has been tested, refined, and proven to be true across history and personal experience. By tracing God’s promises from Genesis through Christ, and by showing their fulfillment in Jesus, the lesson aims to strengthen believers’ confidence in Scripture as a shield, a guide, and a source of eternal life. Ultimately, the goal is to encourage faith, trust, and obedience to God’s proven Word over the uncertain philosophies of man. THE PROVEN WORD Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of this teaching is to demonstrate that the Word of God has been tested, refined, and proven to be true across history and personal experience. Synopsis: The Proven Word emphasizes the certainty and reliability of God’s Word in contrast to the uncertainties of life and the failures of human wisdom. Beginning with Psalm 18:30, Pastor Marcos shows that God’s Word is perfect, proven, and a shield for those who trust in Him. Humanity’s natural fear of death and judgment is addressed through the promises of eternal life in Christ, who delivers us from sin, death, and the spirit of worthlessness (Belial). The teaching traces the refining of God’s promises through history: from the Garden of Eden to Abraham, from Jacob to Judah, and ultimately to Jesus, the Lion of Judah and the Lamb of God. Pastor Marcos highlights how every prophecy was precisely fulfilled in Christ, making Scripture a proven testimony to God’s faithfulness. Believers are called to recognize that while worldly philosophies fail, God’s Word has never been proven false. Through Scripture, God arms us with strength, enlightens our path, and sets us in high places spiritually. The message concludes with a call to personally trust in the Lord, for those who call on His name will be saved, delivered, and restored. The proven Word not only assures salvation but also transforms life, providing a shield of protection and an eternal foundation in Jesus Christ. Inspired Teaching: Psalm 18:30 “As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.” There is a saying that in life nothing is certain but death and taxes. Whoever came up with that saying did not read our opening text. Can you imagine being protected by a shield that has been proven to always been perfect? That means it will never fail you no matter what. Let us begin with the most important of all the things that we have: life and by implication our fear of death. Psalm 18:4 “The pangs of death surrounded me, and the floods of ungodliness made me afraid.” Can we trust our lives to the Word of God? Can the Word of God deliver me from fear and angst? Every person that is born will die someday, for according to God’s Word it is appointed for men to die once, and to be judged after we die. So that we are all continuously surrounded by the pangs of death and the fear of judgment. We are conceived and born in sin, so that our natural fear of death resides in the reality that we all fall short of the glory of God. Hebrews 9:27 “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.” How does the Word of God assure me of a pleasant and eternal life after I am dead? Romans 8:11 “But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” How can I be sure that He will forgive me since I know that I still fall short of His glory even after He became my Savior? Romans 8:10 “And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.” The floods of ungodliness made me afraid, the word ungodliness in the original Hebrew text is the word Belial and it means a spirit of worthlessness. When we got saved, the spirit of Belial was replaced by the Spirit of God’s life and righteousness. Seeing that Jesus paid such a high price for us—His precious blood—we are not worthless anymore. Hallelujah! Ephesians 2:1-2 “And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit (of worthlessness, Belial) who now works in the sons of disobedience.” There is ample evidence then, that Jesus has redeemed us from the pangs of death, and from the floods of ungodliness that once made us afraid; as it is written: They that call upon the name of the Lord will be saved, redeemed, healed, delivered and restored! Psalm 18:3 “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.” The word of the Lord is proven. From the very beginning God gave us His Word of promise, the word proven means to be refined. We know that the Bible was written over a period of fifteen or sixteen centuries, and that some of the original promises were given to mankind thousands of years ago. In the Garden of Eden God promised that the Seed of the woman would crush the serpents head. God chose Able instead of Cain, after Cain killed Able, God replaced him with Seth, which means appointed, and God continued the promise through the line of Seth to Noah. From Noah’s three sons, Shem was chosen to be the line from which the Word of the Lord would continue, that is why there is so much anti-Semitism today, for the Jewish people and the nation of Israel from which came the Scriptures, are the descendants of Shem. The world hates God’s Word and that is why they hate the Semites. From the line of Shem, Abram was chosen, and God entered into a covenant with him and named him Abraham, although Abraham fathered multiple children, Isaac was chosen to continue the line. Isaac had two sons, Jacob and Esau, but God continued to refine the line and chose Jacob, who had twelve sons; God chose Judah one of his twelve sons, and said that His Promised One would be called the Lion of the tribe of Judah. About four thousand years passed from the Garden of Eden, where the promised was first given, to Gethsemane, where the King of Life chose to become the Lamb of God that takes away the sins of the world. Mortal men had no say as to how such refining would take place, even the wisest of the wise could not understand, or even presume to know, how our Lord would bring about the fulfillment of all His great and precious promises, but He did, praise God He did! 2 Peter 1:17-19 “For He (Jesus) received from God the Father honor and glory when such a voice came to Him from the Excellent Glory: ‘This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.’ And we heard this voice which came from heaven when we were with Him on the holy mountain. And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.” The odds of one man fulfilling by chance all the promises that God made concerning His Anointed One’s first coming are astronomical, an impossibility to be certain, that is what Peter as an eyewitness is telling us, and he says, you better pay attention to it if you want truth. There is no doubt whatsoever that the Word of God has been proven, it has been extremely refined and points us to a very precise person, and that person is Jesus Christ our Savior and Lord, who is our perfect shield and our total enlightenment. Psalm 18:35 “You have also given me the shield of Your salvation; Your right hand has held me up, Your gentleness has made me great.” Psalm 18:28 “For You will light my lamp; the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness.” Why in the world would someone put their trust in the manmade philosophies of this world which are proven wrong on a daily basis? Every major prediction that science has made, since they started to make them, are wrong. They do not come true and instead the opposite takes place. Man is always proven wrong; that’s a fact of life. Psalm 18:31 “For who is God, except the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God? For years, since I started to teach from the Word of God, I began to notice how precise God’s predictions are. No matter how impossible a prophesy or a promise may seem at that time, if God said it would be thus, all you have to do is hang around a while and you will see thus. And what that has done for my life and my faith in the Word of God is amazing. It has transformed my life and the way that I perceive things. And even that, is what the Word of God promises to those of us who by faith are willing to believe in the certainty of His amazing promises. Psalm 18:32 “It is God who arms me with strength, and makes my way perfect.” In our present state of mortality, our perfection is not revealed in us as a physical reality yet, but rather, as a spiritual certainty that cannot be altered, For He who promised is faithful and will cause it to be so. I am what I am, not because of who or what I am, but because of who and what He says I am as long as I remain planted in His Word. Psalm 18:33 “He makes my feet like the feet of deer, and sets me on my high places.” In our last lesson I wrote about the choice that we all have. We can make choices based on the circumstances that surround us, or we can affirm the path that God has ordained for us in the high places, which is speaking about our spiritual journey while on this earth. Psalm 18:43 “You have delivered me from the strivings of the people; you have made me the head…” If you can make this verse personal is an indication that you are walking under the blessings of God to Abraham and His seed, and not under the curses of this world. Deuteronomy 28:13 “And the Lord will make you the head and not the tail; you shall be above only (spiritual path, high places), and not be beneath, if you heed the commandments (and are willing to believe the promises) of the Lord your God, which I command you today, and are careful to observe them.” What an exciting reality it is to live in all the promises of God to us. And they all hinge in this simple act of faith on our part, He who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved! Psalm 18:3 “I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.” If you have not yet made the choice to call upon the Lord, why not make it now? He is the God who never lies, and He is the only God who can deliver you out of the hands of all your enemies. Is death your enemy? The words of Jesus are Spirit and they are life! Would you make His Word your life today? If you do give Him praise. Psalm 18:46 “The Lord lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let the God of my salvation be exalted.” Previous Next Home
