SPEAK
Minister Lisa Kane
8 जनवरी 2023

Objective:
The purpose of this message is to teach believers the power of speaking the Word of God. By examining Ezekiel, John, and Revelation, the message highlights how eating (absorbing) the Word and then declaring it brings life, blessings, and protection. It calls Christians to actively confess the promises of God, speak blessings over themselves and others, and remain rooted in Christ as the ultimate living Word, especially in light of prophetic times.
Synopsis:
The message opens in prayer, dedicating the teaching to the Lord and inviting His blessing. Lisa Kane introduces the theme “Speak” with Ezekiel 3:3, showing how Ezekiel had to eat the scroll before he could speak it. This principle is paralleled in John 1:1–5 and Genesis 1, where the spoken Word of God brings creation and life.
The sermon emphasizes that God’s Word must not only be read but ingested—internalized—so that it can be spoken with authority. Lisa testifies from her own life how a remembered psalm she sang as a young believer eventually became a lived reality, demonstrating the prophetic power of one’s own words over time.
Revelation 10 illustrates both the sweetness and bitterness of prophecy: while God’s Word brings life, it also contains warnings of judgment and tribulation. Lisa explains that our spoken words—whether blessings or curses—shape our lives, households, and communities. Speaking blessings brings God’s protection, provision, and peace, while careless or negative speech invites struggle.
The message stresses that Israel’s restoration fulfills Ezekiel’s prophecy, showing the importance of spoken promises unfolding across history. As priests in Christ, believers are called to speak blessings over their homes, neighbors, and even enemies, interceding so that God’s goodness transforms situations.
Lisa ties this to the gospel message in Romans 10:8–11, urging listeners to confess Jesus as Lord with their mouths and believe in their hearts for salvation. She warns that in the coming tribulation, the current salvation message will cease, replaced by a different revelation, making repentance urgent now.
The sermon concludes with a strong call to action: speak blessings daily, declare God’s goodness over your life and surroundings, and watch His Word set boundaries of protection and provision. Believers are reminded that the bride of Christ is not appointed to God’s wrath, and those who confess Christ today will walk in His blessing and safety.
Inspired Teaching - Written and/or Transcribed from Video Above:
Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on January 8th, 2023 and this message is called Speak. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we bless this message. It will be good and people will receive and understand and apply it to their lives. And I ask for your blessing on it as well so that they receive and apply it as well. And this message then is doubly blessed because I blessed it. You blessed it. Thank you, Father God, for your blessings. Thank you for your goodness, your holiness, your wonderfulness, Lord. And we lift you up and give you this message. This is yours. In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Okay. So, before I get started here, just so you know, this is 2023, so we are starting off a new year here. What I did is I uploaded four messages from the past that were not on our website, and two of them are from 2004. And two of them are from 2007. Now, two of them are only audio. But oh my word, I'm listening to these this week and I was blessed. You're going to be blessed. Check it out. They're under the live video messages at this time. We want to feature them. I will put them in their permanent home on the website in probably a few weeks. But anyways, I'd like for you to check those out. You are going to be blessed. And they're by Pastor Marcos Morero. All right. So, this message is called Speak. Let's go to our opening uh scripture here. Ezekiel 3:3. And he said to me, "Son of man, feed your belly and fill your stomach with the scroll that I give you." So I ate and it was in my mouth like honey and sweetness. Okay. So in in order for Ezekiel to become a prophet, he had to eat the scroll, the living word of God. So so he had to eat it so he can speak it. So I got very excited about this message because I want you to realize that you and I've taught how to be a priest but even so to be that walking testimony you have to eat the word of God and you have to speak it to apply it to put it in action. So let us see how this goes. So Ezekiel was this way. He had to eat it and then he had to speak it. So he says and you know he said you got to eat the scroll. The scroll is the living word of God. How do we know this? Let's go to John. I want to make sure and give you the foundation of the scriptures here. John 1:es 1-5. In the beginning was the word and the word was with God. And the word was God. You know, pause there. In the beginning was the scroll and the scroll was with God and the scroll was God. So you see how Ezekiel applies to this. Let's continue on. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him and without him nothing was made that was made. In him was life and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness and the darkness did not comprehend it. Okay. So, now you have Ezekiel and you have John. John wrote his gospel uh about 2,000 years ago. Ezekiel wrote his about 3,000 years ago, give or take. I might be off by a 500y year mark there. I didn't look up the dates, but what I'm showing you here is that we're applying the living word of God and how we speak it. So, Ezekiel spoke it, John speaks it for Revelation. He becomes a prophet for Revelation. So, John is a prophet as well. and he ends up speaking the scroll. So watch how he says though he says it's in the beginning. And so we have to go back now to the very beginning because we have to see how the word became because once we understand that we can see the example set for us because we're inheritors with Christ. We are adopted and because we're a part of Christ, we get to speak the word and we get to apply it to our lives. Blessings or cursings? Let's go back to the beginning. So, we're in Genesis chapter 1. We're going to look at verses 1-4. In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. And God said, "Let there be light." And there was light. And God saw the light that it was good. And God divided the light from the darkness. Jesus is the embodiment, and I've said this multiple times now, of let there be light. He's the numa, the spoken word. He became flesh. So Ezekiel absorbed him. John absorbed him. And what we've absorbed, seeing what they've absorbed is they absorbed the spoken living word of God. They ate it and they spoke it and it became actionable. Oh, you guys are going to love this. Let's go to Psalms. Psalm 53. My voice you shall hear in the morning, oh Lord, in the morning. I will direct it to you and I will look up. The reason I bring up this scripture, I want you to hear this testimony. This is my testimony. I'm so excited about this message. Okay. When I was a young adult, married, had a child already and um in my mid20s. And in at that time, you know, I was on fire for God for some time, sometimes I wasn't. Sometimes I was in church, sometimes I wasn't. I was going up and down like a yo-yo. One day I had prayed and asked the Lord, why am I doing this? this is you know disrespectful because you know how can you love something sometimes and not other times. You see what I'm saying? So it was very disrespectful for me. So I prayed that prayer but at the same time during that time I was remembering songs and I was remembering scripture and this was one of those scriptures I remembered and I kept singing it over and over again and I had to delve into because I didn't go look it up. You know back then it was a little different for resources. So no I didn't go to my Bible and just look it up and no there was no website to really go search for it. So I just try to remember and I remember it and I remember it and I will sing it. Sing it. Sing it. Look at that scripture again. Look at this. Says in the morning I will direct it to you and I will look up. My voice you shall hear in the morning when now in the last 101 15 years of my life I've been commuting to and from work uh an hour plus each day. And when I start my drive now I uh used to commute with my husband and carpulled. So it was kind of more of a quiet drive. We just talked and talked about daily things. Well, since co he's been working from home, so I do this drive by myself now. So, what I started doing is I do my praise and worship time at that time. And because I'm driving to work 6:00 in the morning, there's the sun peeking over the mountains. When I reach the top of Ortega Highway at, you know, 6:30 in the morning, I see the sunrise coming up, give or take about that time. And he I had this epiphany. That song, that psalm that I sang, spoke with my mouth became true. It is a prophecy that I placed on my life. Didn't even know it. And look, today I get to say, you hear my voice in the morning. And you know what? I wasn't a morning person back then. I am now because you know I got to get to work in early in the morning. But isn't that amazing how you can see the power of God work in your words and you don't even know it. It may not even take it could take hours. It could take days. It take in my case it took years to see this but is absolutely incredible. Let's continue on with this. Now in Revelation 10:es 8-11, then the voice which I heard from heaven spoke to me again and said, "Go take the little book which is open on in the land in the hand of the angel who stands on the sea and on the earth." So I went to the angel and said to him, "Give me the little book." And he said to me, "Take and eat it, and it will make your stomach bitter, but it will be as sweet as honey in your mouth." Then I took the little book out of the angel's hand and ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth. But when I had eaten it, my stomach became bitter and he said to me, "You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings." Okay, so you that's John. He is now he had to eat the book, the scroll. Ezekiel had to eat the scroll. Ezekiel prophesied many different things over the nation of Israel. John now is prophesied over people's time, everybody else. And the reason it's bitter is because he's also prophesying the seven-year tribulation that is coming. And that time that's coming is horrible. I do not wish it on anybody. I don't wish hell on anybody. I really hope that everybody repents and gets back into, you know, pray and and seek God because I'm telling you right now, you do not want to go because these are prophecies that John made and it was bitter. It made his stomach sour. But he had to say these are the prophets that had to speak these words that God told them to speak. So they spoke and these words are over us today and they are applicable. Now what I'm also trying to teach in this message not only to show you these prophets prophecies that are over us that are going to come to pass but to show you how your spoken word becomes a prophecy over you because you are a servant of the most high. You are a believer in Christ, you've acknowledged that Jesus Christ is the son of God. And by the way, those that don't acknowledge, your spoken words are over you as well. So if you're a cursor, somebody who curses all the time, those spoken words are over you. Imagine the frustration that you're living with when you don't have to when you can speak your blessings over your life. You know, and I want you to understand something. I'm not saying that you're going to be rich if you speak richness over you. I mean, you could be. God does anything and everything. You You got to understand that. But, you know, I've prayed for the lottery. I've not won it. But, I have a roof over my head. My house payment is paid every month. I've got food on the table. I've got extra blankets when it's cold. And I've got clothing that's applicable to who I am. I am not for need. You see, that's how the Lord works. That's how he blesses. He provides. I mean, he if he takes care of the birds, as he says in the gospels, he's definitely going to take care of you. So, I may not be speaking prosperity, if you will. But I am speaking blessings, but I understand and know that the seven-year tribulation is coming, which is hell on earth. And I know these things are coming. And as long as I acknowledge both, I'm not living in a fantasy world of richness here. I'm living in the reality of it. So I want you to understand though that even in this you know I got blessed with a huge raise uh last year and the year before which compensated for the financial economic situation we're in right now. It didn't impact me and my household at all. Ain't that amazing? You can see when the Lord is blessing you because you're speaking the blessings on your life that you are in good standing and he will cover you. And it is a miraculous thing. In fact, your borders, your boundaries are protected and the devil can't get to you. Go read Job and find out, you know, Job had a protection. The Lord allowed Satan to come through, but he couldn't get through until the Lord allowed him. You could always go to God and said, "Don't allow this Lord." All right, let's go back to Ezekiel 3:12. Then the spirit lifted me up, and I heard behind me a great thunderous voice. Blessed is the glory of the Lord from his place. Now I want you to see God's glory is blessed. This is an angel that spoke this because God's voice is different than a thunderous loud uh loud sound. This thunderous voice was an angel. Whereas God's voice is living waters. You can go look that up. But you can see now his blessing is on the glory which is his boundary. Sin cannot penetrate. You see the enemy cannot penetrate. So God has his protection. So this angel spoke that. It was already spoken before. He's just reiterating it. Okay. Now let's go to Psalm 38. Salvation belongs to the Lord. Your blessing is upon your people. Sa God has already blessed us with his son Jesus. You just need to acknowledge, speak it, and you have that salvation upon you. And it's your boundary. It keeps the enemy from penetrating. Watch your words and speak the blessings. The moment you wake up, you need to speak your blessing on the day. It's going to be a good day. It's going to be a good day. No matter where I go to work, no matter what I do, I speak. It's going to be good. And then I bless it. And then I say, "Lord, I ask for your blessing." He already blessed in the word of God. And I can say, "Thank you for your blessing." Oh, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. Ezekiel 28:25-26. Thus says the Lord God, when I have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered and am hollowed in them in the sight of Gentiles, I want you to see something. Ezekiel prophesied this 3,000 years ago, but it's for today. Look at this. He says, "When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among them whom they were scattered, God scattered the nation of Israel and they came back. And when they came back, they became a nation again in 1948. and the the Jerusalem became a capital in 1967. They're back. What? Look what he says here and am hollowed in them in the sight of the Gentiles. All of us who are believers in Christ know that God's chosen people are the nation of Israel. We respect them. We bless them. We pray for them because that's God's chosen people. They are hollowed in our sight. I'm a Gentile, but I believe in God and am I I'm adopted into his kingdom. So, I'm a part of this nation. And so, I bless them and I'm I just I follow them. I respect them. I give them up to the Lord. That's prophecy being fulfilled today. Let's continue reading that on. Then they will dwell in their own land which I gave to my servant Jacob. And they will dwell safely there. Safely there. Build houses and plant vineyards. Yes, they will dwell securely when I execute judgments, when I execute judgments, and all those around them who despise them. Then they shall know that I am the Lord their God. Listen, so even though we're speaking blessings, because then that puts that boundary around us, we know that destruction is on its way. Did you see they will be there securely? When Ezekiel prophesies in Isa in uh Ezekiel 38 about Gog and Magog, Russia and their allies attempting to invade Israel, God stops them. They don't get past the borders because nation of Israel is blessed because there's a spoken prophecy over them. Oh, this is so good. I want you to see that even though the seven-year tribulation is coming, destruction is coming, God's wrath is going to report on the earth, the boundary is around us because we're blessed because we're the bride of Christ. We're part of the nation of Israel now. We're part of this. We're part of God and we're blessed. We get to have what the world can't have, but they're dying and craving for it, but they can't have it. Oh, look at this. You guys have to understand that even though destruction is coming, God's wrath is going to be poured out. We have his blessings and we are protected and blessed. Look at this. Let's continue on. Ezekiel 44:30. The best of all first fruits of any kind and every sacrifice of any kind. From all your sacrifices shall be the priest. Also, you shall give to the priest the first of your ground meal to cause a blessing to rest on your house. Okay? I have taught you how to be a priest and how to atone for your household, for your neighbors. Oh, so you give your first fruits, you give your children, you give your husband, your spouse, your wife, you give your household to the Lord, give your neighborhood to the Lord. Let me tell you something. When you go to bless your neighbors, listen, listen to this very carefully. Let's say you live in a neighborhood and there's uh thievery going on. Bless them. Say, Lord, bless them with prosperity. Bless them so that they have the things that they need. And say, I forgive them of their sins, Lord, and I ask you to forgive them as well. And when you intercede on their behalf like that, what happens? Suddenly they're blessed. They've got goods. They don't want to steal from you anymore because they've got what they need. Do you see how much it impacts you when you bless your enemies? Oh, you got to grasp this. You've got to grasp this, my friend. You have got to understand that when you give the Lord your first, you give him your home, you give him your children, you give him your finances, you give him, you say, "I cast my cares on you, Lord, and I give you my first. I give you my food. I give you this is yours, Lord. And you're constantly putting God first. You make him the center of your life. And you have that relationship built. And you do this daily. This is all the time. And then you bless bless bless the land for rain. Look at what we're getting. We're getting so much rain. You guys could go back and watch my teachings. I've been praying for rain now for a little over a year. And I'm going to tell you, we finally got it. Yes, it is uh rough. We're having some destruction. I'm praying that people don't get hurt. But I am telling you, we needed this rain here in Southern California and Northern California. And it's finally coming back in because we can be restored because the enemy has tried to take that away from us, make us dry, make us hurt and suffer. We don't have to be that. We get to speak blessings. I speak blessings to the land that it will be rich and moist and will be fruitful and multiply. That is how it works, my friend. Speak. Speak up. You need to be speaking the best the blessings over your life and those around you. If you do your part and your neighbors do their part, everybody's doing their part. And imagine what the world will be like. You know, God then has to change, which he can do anything he needs or wants. But I'm going to tell you right now, whether things get changed or not, we have that boundary around us. And the prophecy still stands, he is still bringing his wrath, and it is going to be poured out on this earth. That is how this is going to be. Now look at Revelation here 1:3. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it, for the time is near. I want you to understand as you're reading the word of God, you're absorbing, you're eating it, you're speaking it. The blessings are on the word that you speak and it becomes a part of your life. And this here is Revelation. This is the very beginning of Revelation where wrath is coming. So he's telling you, you've got to keep the written word. You've got to understand that even though hell on earth is about to break your boundary, your barrier, your blessing, because you are already dead to this world because you live for Christ. This world means nothing to you, but you have everything in it because of God. And the devil gets mad about that. He don't like that. But you know what? Too bad. so sad because my God Jesus is the son of God and I made him Lord of my life and I spoke him as Lord of my life and because he's the Lord of my life. He is the Lord around my household. He is the Lord around everything around me. That is Christ and he is good. Oh hallelujah. Speak the word of God.
Romans 10 8-11. I want you to understand something here. I need you to understand so what we're preaching now. So even though we're preaching blessings, we are preaching salvation. This is what the bride of Christ is doing. This is our job. This is the current time. Understand this very carefully.
We are preaching that Jesus Christ is the son of God and that you have to confess him as your Lord and Savior. And as you do that, you get salvation and the seed begins to germinate in you and you your life starts to change as you activate that seed. You have an action. You confess, you speak. Let's go look at the scriptures. This is the gospel now. Romans 10:8-11. What does it say? The word is near you in your mouth and in your heart. That is the word of faith which we speak which we preach. That if you confess with your mouth, you speak with your mouth. Do you see this? We're speaking the word of God the Lord g that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes under righteousness and with the mouth confession is made into salvation. For the scripture says, "Whoever believes on him will not be put to shame." This is what we teach. This is what we preach right now. This is what the body of Christ who are declaring Jesus as the son of God is teaching. But guess what? This preaching comes to an end. You will not be able to do this once you enter that seven-year tribulation. So I need you to understand why the bride of Christ does not go through the wrath of God. As you can see, when you speak and you confess Jesus as the son of God and ask him to be your Lord and Savior, that boundary is placed on you. You are no longer appointed to God's wrath. So, when day one begins of the 7-year tribulation period where Gog and Magog invades or attempts to evade Israel, they're killed, earthquake happens, sun goes dark, the moon turns to red. When all that happens on that day, the message, the gospel of Jesus ends. It stops. It is no longer applicable. Why? And how do I know this one? This is when the bride of Christ is going to be removed. We know the 144,000 are going to be sealed. They're going to get a uh something written on their forehead and then the two witnesses are going to show up. Then something happens. Let's go to Revelation. I want you to see there's a different salvation message in this time. Look at this. Revelation 10:3-4. And cried with a loud voice as when a lion roars when he cried out, "Seven thunders utter their voices." is now when the seven thunder thunders uttered their voices. I was about to write, but I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, "Seal up the things which the seven thunders uttered, and do not write them." For the first time in scripture, now Daniel's was also, so it's really the second time in scripture that the word of God is sealed. And in fact, this these words that the thunders uttered have not been shared. Daniel's book is now open and knowledge is expanding and this is why we can understand a little more about what the is going on in the seven-year tribulation. But you can see these words have not been revealed. These thunders are telling the people who are living on the earth at that time and remember the bride of Christ is already gone. The message of salvation is now gone. You cannot repent now. It it's not there. These seven thunders are going to tell you how to get saved. So, if you're still here during that time, you better listen and listen carefully. Now, some theologians believe that you're going to have to be beheaded. I don't know. I know that there are going to be sacrifices because they will be beheading people who will not take the mark of the beast. Don't take the mark of the beast. Whatever you do, in fact, I want you to see something here. Even if you don't believe, just don't take the mark of the beast because I believe that because you defend Christ, you reject the Antichrist, you're you're not accepting the Antichrist, I think you're going to still get saved. I want you to see something here in John chapter 9. Watch this. This is very powerful. Okay? And in to give you some context here in John chapter nine, uh, a blind man was born. And now he's a young adult or adult I don't know how old he is but uh uh God heals him and and he's got in fact the way the words are uh understood is that he has u no eye sockets he's born weird it's different and so the Pharisees Sadducees are saying well what sin did his parents commit that caused this guy to be born this way and you know and that is what it is there sin brings consequences uh that's why Some people have cancers. Uh depending on what sin you're doing, there are rare blood disease orders. Your city rejecting Christ. All that comes to haunt you later. And this is why you need to repent. Okay. So anyways, the Pharisees, Sadducees are asking, they're hounding this guy. This guy doesn't believe in Christ, but God created healed him. And in fact, Jesus says, "No, there's no sin here. I I just did this because I wanted you to see something." Okay, let's go see what Jesus wanted us to see. Watch what this guy does. This is the guy that got healed and he's saying he whether he talking about Jesus is a sinner or not. I do not know. One thing I know though that I was blind and now I see. Then they said to him again, "What did he do to you? How did he open your eyes?" He told him, "I told you already and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you also want to become his disciples?" He's really taking them off. I'm telling you right now. But what happened is Jesus comes back to him later because he defended Jesus but he wasn't saved. But Jesus comes back, meets up with him second time and then converses with him and he gets saved. But you see how he defended Christ. If you're part of that seven-year tribulation and you reject the the mark of the beast, Jesus will save you. I want you to know that. I want you to understand that. You need to defend that Jesus is the son of God. It's easier if you do it now. Believe you me, you want to repent now. Don't wait for that time. And I already told you in many messages that that time is going to happen in our lifetime. When you start to see uh Mark, Matthew 24, Luke 21, Mark 13, those prophecy the spoken word when Jesus said there'll be rumors of wars and wars, Ukraine and Russia, Taiwan and China and any of the other places that are going on. You hear these things, you see these things. Look at what happened since 1900s. We've had World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Afghanistan War. We've had all these wars. And did you see that was like a 100 plus years ago that this all started? Then you have large earthquakes in various places. When's the very first large earthquake that began? Just a shy of 120 years ago. Hear these words, guys. Hear these words. So, and that was in 1906. And it was in April and it happened up in San Francisco. big huge earthquake. Wait a minute. Isn't that when the Isuza strike revival was going on? You guys got to go look that up. So all of that started happening and then pestilence and famines. Wait a second here. COVID HN1, SARS, AIDS. We've been having it. The black uh plague, the bubonic plague, uh we've been having these diseases hit us. And by the way, that was a resurgence of the bubanic plague in 1906, right around that same time. You go look all this up. All of this started. And when you see those prophecies get fulfilled, just know this generation shall not pass away. This is it. This is our lifetime. So now is the time to repent and get close to God. And you want to because then you can be like Noah. You can be like Job. You can be like Moses. You can be like these men of God who God called righteous. And you will know the mysteries of the word of God. You will know because he wants to share it with you. He told Noah, seven days in advance, I'm going to flood the earth, get into the ark. And he did. But the rest of the world didn't know. They were all unrighteous people. My friend, now is the time to repent. Now, now is the time to spend time with God and give him the glory and to speak the blessings on your life. Confess Jesus is the son of God. Confess that he's your Lord and Savior. And every morning you get up, say, "It's going to be a good day." Every night before you go to bed, is going to be a good night of sleep. You start speaking these blessings on you. Speak it over your neighbor. Speak it over your household. Speak it over your work. Speak and have blessings on your life. And watch the words that you say. So if you feel like you're coming down with something, don't say it. Say, "Nope, I don't have time for you. Get out of here. I am blessed. I'm healed. I'm good. And God has already blessed me." Hallelujah. All right. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we bless this message. We thank you for your blessing on it. Oh, let us live it and apply it and speak your word and your blessings over our lives, Father God. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. God bless you and we will see you in the next message. Bye-bye.
