  • PRAY FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” And Heavenly Father, I bless the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let the spirit of God move forth in the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God to forgive and reconcile the lives back to Jesus, the Son of God as Paul states in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 KJV “18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” I pray that the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I pray that the fruit of the spirit stated in Galatians 5:22-23 KJV “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law” manifests within the hearts of the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God. I pray that the gifts of the holy spirit stated in 1 Corinthians 12:7-12 KJV “7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. 12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” would unite the body of Christ under one leadership, the Holy Spirit and that the Spirit of God moves through each of us so that we know what to pray, how to pray, when to pray, and praise the living God in all that we do. The body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God takes back what belongs to us with interest. We march forward watering and reaping those with the Living Word of God. We share the gospel in strength, boldness, and confidence knowing that this is the most important thing that matters to us in this world because we are not of this world. And gracious Heavenly Father, we praise You as Psalm 150:1-6 KJV says “150 Praise ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. 2 Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. 3 Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. 4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. 5 Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. 6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.” You are praised because You are. We now walk forward in peace knowing that You and Your angels are moving behind the scenes doing what You need to do to accomplish Your will as Psalm 103:20 KJV says “20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.” In the Name of Jesus, the Son of the living God we pray in unity, Amen!PRAY FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST PRAY FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST PRAY FOR THE BODY OF CHRIST Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God to Your throne room and I forgive them of their iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive as them well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God; the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the body of Christ, all churches, and the Kingdom of God ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. • THE GREAT HARLOT | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE GREAT HARLOT To reveal the identity, nature, and function of the Great Harlot described in Revelation 17–18, showing her role in corrupting the nations through false religion, deception, and partnership with the Antichrist. The goal is to equip believers with discernment against spiritual harlotry (idolatry, false doctrines, and deceptive traditions) and to encourage faithfulness to God’s truth in preparation for the end-time judgment. THE GREAT HARLOT Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: To reveal the identity, nature, and function of the Great Harlot described in Revelation 17–18, showing her role in corrupting the nations through false religion, deception, and partnership with the Antichrist. The goal is to equip believers with discernment against spiritual harlotry (idolatry, false doctrines, and deceptive traditions) and to encourage faithfulness to God’s truth in preparation for the end-time judgment. Synopsis: The passage from Revelation 19:2 declares God’s righteous judgment upon the Great Harlot who corrupted the earth through spiritual fornication and shed the blood of God’s servants. The study emphasizes that Revelation presents events in both a spiritual and physical dimension, with chapters 17–18 forming a parenthesis that focuses on the Great Harlot. This figure, identified as Mystery Babylon the Great, is revealed as: A Mystery – hidden in plain sight until exposed by God. A Spiritual Power – representing a universal mystery religion that has influenced nations throughout history. The Mother of Abominations – the origin of false doctrines and idolatries that ensnare humanity. The Harlot is seen riding the beast—the Antichrist fully possessed by the devil—symbolizing the union of religion and political power to control nations. Historically, Satan has cloaked himself in religious systems to gain acceptance, using demonic forces disguised as “saints” to deceive multitudes. Idolatry and false worship, though appearing harmless, are in fact spiritual adultery detestable to God. Ultimately, the Antichrist and False Prophet (linked with Abiram and Dathan from Numbers 16) emerge from the bottomless pit with eternal bodies. Unlike others, they are cast alive into the Lake of Fire when Christ returns, fulfilling God’s final judgment. The Great Harlot, drunk with the blood of saints and martyrs, represents all forms of religious corruption and idolatry that lead humanity into spiritual blindness and death. The warning concludes with a call to believers: avoid the snares of false religion, reject the traditions of spiritual harlotry, and cling to the truth of God’s Word. Only by knowing Christ, the Truth, can one remain free from the deception that leads to destruction. Inspired Teaching: Revelation 19:2 “For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her.” The book of Revelation follows a two-fold path; it brings forth separately, the spiritual perspective and the physical perspective of the matter that is being presented. For example, in chapters one through three of Revelation, we are given the physical perspective of the church age, while chapters four through six, gives us the spiritual perspective of the same church age. In chapter seven we see the conjunction of the spiritual and physical presentation of the church age, as God brings down its final conclusion with the rapture of the church and the resurrection of the dead. Revelation 6:14 “Then the sky receded as a scroll when it is rolled up (the wall of separation between the spiritual and the physical realms is removed as we enter into chapter seven) …” Then we see the spiritual revelation of the ministry of the Two Witnesses in chapters eight and nine. And in chapters ten and eleven we see the days of their ministry through the physical perspective, so on and so forth: For the complete sequence read my book Man’s Final Destiny on the books section of houseoffaithministries.org web-page. The reason why I shared this is because there is a parenthesis that interrupts this pattern. It is found in chapters seventeen and eighteen, where God deals specifically with this entity whom He calls the great harlot, who corrupts the earth with her fornication. Revelation 17:5 “And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.” Who is this entity and what is her function that God devotes two entire chapters in His dealings with her? Number one, she is a mystery. Something that has to be revealed or exposed in order to be understood. Number two, she is a spiritual power to be reckoned with: Babylon the great is symbolic of a powerful, all encompassing, mystery religion. Number three, she is the originator or mother of all the false doctrines, and of all the abominable things that corrupt the entire earth. What is the connection between this great harlot and the devil? Revelation 17:3 “So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.” The beast that this woman is riding on, is the devil himself. In this case John sees the great harlot riding the antichrist, whom the devil has fully possessed at this point in time. Revelation 17:8 “The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition…” The antichrist is the beast that rises out of the bottomless pit. His name is Abiram—which means exalted father—since according to Daniel he will exalt and magnify himself above every demonic entity called gods. Daniel 11:36 “Then the king shall do according to his own will: he shall exalt and magnify himself above every god (demon/unclean spirit).” Let me take a minute to explain what is going on here. In chapters seventeen and eighteen, we see the culmination of this unholy and demonic allegiance between the devil and the harlot. The devil has never been popular with a majority of the people of the earth, at any given point in time. In order to be accepted by the populace, he cloaks himself with religious appeal, and through deceptive doctrines and corrupts the entire earth with his abominable teachings. In order to achieve that, he needed an army of demonic entities to assist him. These demons are called saints in order to appeal to the masses. For thousands of years people have worshiped the devil—the majority of them unaware—through religious rituals aimed to deceive those who practice them, into thinking that they were worshipping the real God. Thereby causing them to commit spiritual adultery through their idol worship, which is an abomination to God. Revelation 17:15 “Then he said to me, ‘The waters which you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and tongues.’” Religion and politics go together hand in glove, if the leaders of a nation can control and manipulate what their people believe, they can also control how their citizens behave! So as you can see the devil is heavily invested in the business of religion, for he is in the business of trying to control how people behave. The only problem with that is, that the devil has always hated having to share with his demonic cohorts the adulation that he feels should be only his, but without them he could not have deceived the world into worshipping him. After the devil possesses the antichrist, once he arrives here on physical earth—after being with him in the pit since the days of Moses—the devil does not need his old demonic hordes any longer, so he refuses to share with them the glory and adulation which he believes are his alone. He now, like Jesus, has a physical and eternal human body which he can present to the people. Unlike Jesus, he will force everybody to bow down to him and to worship his image, if not, he will have them beheaded, since he now presides over the governing authorities which have ruled over all the inhabitants of the world. Revelation 17:12-13 “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. These are of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.” The beast that you saw was, is a reference to the antichrist before he was taken down to the pit alive during Korah’s rebellion against Moses. Numbers 16:30 “But if the Lord creates a new thing, and the earth opens its mouth and swallows them up with all that belongs to them, and they go down alive into the pit, then you will understand that these men (Dathan and Abiram) have rejected the Lord (have entered into their final judgment).” The ground opened up and swallowed all of them alive, and they all perished, they all died—except for the two men who insulted the Lord by not presenting themselves before the Lord’s Presence as Moses had required of them, that was the new thing that the Lord created that day. Numbers 16:25-26 “Then Moses rose and went to Dathan and Abiram, and the elders of Israel followed him. And he spoke to the congregation, saying, ‘Depart now from the tents of these wicked men (Dathan and Abiram)! Touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins.’” The reason that we can know with certainty that Dathan and Abiram are the false prophet and the antichrist, and that they are raised and released physically from the bottomless pit, is because when Jesus defeats them at His return, they are not killed—since they have already died and have been judged by God, so when they are captured, they are immediately thrown alive into the Lake of Fire which is the second and final death. Revelation 19:20-21 “Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone. And the rest were killed with the sword which proceeded from the mouth of Him who sat on the horse…” The only way that we can answer the question as to why the false prophet and the antichrist were not killed by the sword as the others were, is because they were already dead and judged by God, and in possession of their eternal physical bodies. Which by the way, is the selling point that the antichrist uses to deceive the many who will follow him, the fact that he cannot not be killed even after receiving a fatal blow to the head. Revelation 13:12 “And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.” The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And is not, makes it very clear that the antichrist in not in the world right now, for he will not ascend from the bottomless pit until after the rapture takes place, when the sky recedes like a scroll and the Two Witnesses come back to the earth to finish their ministry. Until then, the great harlot will continue to do the devil’s bidding on this earth. It is imperative for us to know who the real enemy is, and that he is behind every evil thing. Do not think that what may seem to us like harmless or old traditions as something that cannot hurt us. Proverbs 7:26-27 “For she (the great harlot) has cast down many wounded, and all who were slain by her were strong men. Her house is the way to hell, descending to the chambers of death.” Revelation 17:6 “I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus…” The sin of idolatry which is harlotry, is nothing to play with, or to take lightly. Those who refuse to renounce her ways and the traditions by which she ensnares so many, will find their spiritual vision becoming blurry, and their spiritual ears becoming dull. Let the truth of the Word of God enlighten your soul today and refuse to let the world mold you into its image. Learn of Him who is the truth and He will make you free. Previous Next Home

  • BUILDING YOUR ARK | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

BUILDING YOUR ARK The purpose of this message is to encourage believers to live righteously and prepare spiritually for the end times by “building their ark” through prayer, meditation on God’s Word, holy communion, and walking in obedience. Just as Noah prepared his ark through faith and obedience, Christians are called to prepare their spiritual lives to be preserved and protected in the day of the Lord. < Back BUILDING YOUR ARK Minister Lisa Kane April 3, 2022 Objective: The purpose of this message is to encourage believers to live righteously and prepare spiritually for the end times by “building their ark” through prayer, meditation on God’s Word, holy communion, and walking in obedience. Just as Noah prepared his ark through faith and obedience, Christians are called to prepare their spiritual lives to be preserved and protected in the day of the Lord. Synopsis: In this teaching, Lisa Kane draws from Genesis 6–7 and the story of Noah to illustrate how God calls His people to prepare for coming judgment and times of shaking. While prophetic scriptures in Ezekiel, Matthew 24, and Revelation describe catastrophic events such as earthquakes, wars, and the tribulation, the message emphasizes the hope and safety available to the righteous in Christ. Believers are urged to live not merely as “saved” but as those who walk in righteousness—much like the wise virgins who kept oil in their lamps. Building one’s ark involves cultivating intimacy with God through prayer, worship, meditating on His Word, and partaking of holy communion. This daily obedience and spiritual discipline provide the “wood, nails, and pitch” that construct a secure place in Christ, the chief cornerstone and strong tower. The message highlights the contrast between mere belief and righteous living, showing how parables such as the Sower and the Ten Virgins apply to end-time preparation. By pursuing righteousness, believers fill their lives with the anointing oil of the Holy Spirit, remain steadfast in faith, and are ready when the day of the Lord comes. Ultimately, “Building Your Ark” is a call to spiritual readiness, reminding the Church that in Christ, the righteous run to Him and are safe, even amid prophetic fulfillment and tribulation. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kane. I'm recording this on Sunday, April 3rd, 2022. This message is called Building Your Ark. This is an awesome message and you might want to have some tissue around because you're going to need it because this is going to minister to you as a righteous believer. Amen. Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we lift up this word to you and ask for your blessing and anointing on it. let it minister to us and give us that comfort and that peace that we need here in these end times. Thank you for opening up our minds to see and receive this, opening up our hearts to believe and to apply it to our lives. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. All right, let's go to our opening scripture here. This message is called building your ark. We're going to start with Genesis chapter 7:es 1 and verse4. Then the Lord said to Noah, "Come into the ark, you and all your household, because I have seen that you are righteous before me in this generation. For after seven more days, I will cause it to rain on the earth 40 days and 40 nights, and I will destroy from the face of the earth all living things that I have made." Last week, or excuse me, two weeks ago, I used this scripture in the message that I taught on. And in the last couple of messages, I dealt with the day of the Lord and no one knows the day nor the hour. And I dealt with the Ezekiel 38 and 39. So, it's been a series of messages that been dealing with prophecy. And you know, I get it. It sounds like it's all doom and gloom because prophecies are horrendous. I mean, Ezekiel talks about that great earthquake on the day of the Lord and that every wall falls. So, where does the bride of Christ get raptured in there? and how does that work? I mean, we we want to understand where we need to be in this. And I I don't have the answers for that. But what I did do is I asked the Lord, I said, I see Noah was put into his ark seven days before. And God told Noah, Noah seven days before that, I'm going to destroy the earth in seven days and have it rain 40 days and 40 nights. So, no one knew. Okay? So, when you know there is a mystery about no one knows the day nor the hour. Check out that last message I taught on and you will understand uh how that applies here because there are two resurrections. We're dealing with the resurrection of the bride of Christ and the resurrection with Israel. But this scripture is for the bride of Christ. These are all of us who believe or what I'm going to be teaching on today is all of us who believe on Jesus. He is our savior. But we're also applying him and living him, living through him, living with him, living as him righteously in today's day. Noah as a righteous man was able to survive the flood. So what I'm going to teach on today is surviving well the day of the Lord. Now, um because I if I look at it chronologically on that day of the Lord, you're looking at the Russia invasion into Israel, Russia being killed and that blood filling up the valley of Armageddon. Then you're looking at um the sky being scrolled away. God is showing himself to the entire world. Everyone's looking up. And then there's this great earthquake or the great earthquake and then the sky scrolls. Not sure, but every wall falls is what Ezekiel calls it. Then there's a the ceiling of the 144,000. And then after the ceiling of the 144,000, you see all these people up in heaven all of a sudden. So you're sitting here going, "Okay, well, is that the chronological thing?" And keep in mind, this could happen in minutes. It could happen in hours, but it is the day of the Lord, and this will happen on that day prophetically. So what I want to teach you is the righteous part of this. Let's let's recall the parable of the 10 virgins. They're all believers in Christ. 50% made it into the wedding. 50% did not. So why didn't the 50% make it? They didn't have enough oil. You need to prepare. This is why Jesus is saying, he didn't say no one knows when. He said no one knows the day or the hour because he wants you to prepare. Which means we need to be in prayer and watching. And when we're in prayer, we are letting the spirit fill with the anointing of the oil. especially if we're speaking in tongues. So, we fill up with the anointing oil because God is the shakina glory. We spend time with God in his presence. We fill up with that anointing oil and the shakina glory. So, when that day comes, we go uh because it is a blessing to those who live righteously and choose to do this. And those that don't believe, well, there's and those that do believe but aren't living righteously, there is a mystery to that. And I want to show that to you, too. So, let's get into our next set of scriptures, and I'm going to show you and lay this out for you so you have an understanding of how this works. Okay? So, we're going to go into first Peter 2. We're going to look at verses 4 to8. coming to him as to a living stone rejected indeed by men but chosen by God and precious. You also as living stones. I wanted to pause here. You see what they're saying? The scriptures say you also living stones. So you've got the chief cornerstone who is Jesus. We're living as Jesus as Christlike. Okay. So this is applicable to us. Watch what Peter says here. You also as living stones are being built up a spiritual house. Remember, we're going to be talking about building your ark. This is hallelujah. This is this is awesome. Okay, I just say this is a great message. Build up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is also contained in the scripture, behold, I lay in Zion a chief cornerstone, elect precious, and he who believes on him will by no means be put to shame. Therefore, to you who believe, he is precious. And let me pause there because for us believers that are choosing to live righteously, God is precious. And spending time with him is wonderful and lovely and you're filling up with that anointing oil and it is just absolutely beautiful. He's so precious. you put him first. Okay, you see how this is working? Now, let's look at the flip side of that. Continuing on here, but to those who are disobedient, the stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone and a stone of stumbling and a rock of offense. They stumble being disobedient to the word to which they also were appointed. Okay, so this is for everybody who chooses to live like this, but not everybody chooses to live like this. What happens is there is a parable. It's called the parable of the swer. We're going to look at that scripturally. And I want you to understand something here. As you become a believer in Christ, there are different reactions to the Bible. So, a believer, you know, and and I want you to understand something. The moment you confess your sins and you ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior, you're saved. Okay? No one will uh how does the word say? Um, all who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. If you called on him once in your lifetime, that's it. You're saved. Your name is written in the lamb's book of life. And I contend that it is written in blood. And you can't erase blood. Okay? Now, that doesn't mean you live righteously. It just means you're a believer. Keep in mind, look at Noah when he went up. Look at his predecessors. Methuselah passed away. He was a righteous man. Lamech was there. He uh as a one of the founding fathers there. I don't know how righteous he was. He wasn't called righteous by God, but as a believer, he believed and he was part of that line. So, you have to understand and realize you got different types of people here. Okay? So, let's look at the parable of the swer. And I want you to see what believers do. Now, remember, I'm trying to talk about righteous living to build the ark. But I want you to understand the difference between a righteous living person and a saved person. Different people. Okay? Please understand that different different. All right. Parable of the swer. We're going to look at Matthew 13 18-23. Therefore, hear the parable of the swer. When anyone hears a word of the kingdom and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside. But he who received the seed on stony places, this is he who hears the word and immediately receives it with joy. Yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, immediately he stumbles. Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word and be and he becomes unfruitful. But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it who indeed bears fruit and produces some 100fold some 60 and some 30. Okay. So you can see the difference now. The moment somebody receives the word, it depends on where they're at. Which means you who become a believer have to build your ark. You have to take the responsibility to get that word to apply and grow in you. Remember, how did God make man? He made him out of dirt. Your dirt. Dirt. dirt. You are dirt. And so what happens is when you become a believer, God planted a seed in your heart. He planted seed in dirt in you. And then when you go get water baptized, you go down under the water. You come up, you saturate the soil with water, you water the seed, the seed begins to germinate. Now, how you go with that seed is up to you. Because see, you need to build your tree because you need the wood to build your ark. So you see the difference of righteous living versus just being a believer because sometimes when you just become a believer, you get you're so caught up in the world and what you see and what you hear, nothing spiritual and you're so caught up that you drown out and you can't go any further because you're not taking the action to go forward. Okay. Difference. You're saved. Remember the the the the parable of the of the 10 virgins. You know, 50% of them made it in the rapture. That is applying to the rapture. But they're all believers. And anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. That's Joel chapter 2 and that is Romans chapter 10:13. Says it twice. Says it in the Old Testament. It says it in the New Testament. Hallelujah. Okay. So, I want you to understand the difference here. So now that you understand there is a blessing for those who live righteous and that righteous living building your ark is what's going to save you when the pro prophecy of this great earthquake where every wall falls, the sky is scrolled and you see God looking down at you. You will be saved because you are in Jesus and you built your ark. So now we're going to start building your ark. And I want you to see these scriptures and I want you to see how this applies because this is for the righteous. Let's look at the scripture here in Psalm. How long this Psalm 4:es 2-5. How long, oh you sons of men, will you turn my glory to shame? Again, we're talking two different groups of people. Okay? So, please understand, we're seeing lawlessness and we're seeing righteous living. Watch this. How long will you love worthlessness and seek falsehood, say, "But know that the Lord has set apart for himself who is godly. The Lord will hear when I call to him. Be angry and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed and be still, say, Lah. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and put your trust in the Lord. Now, did you see that? God just told you how to live righteously. He said, let's go back. Meditate within your heart on your bed and be still. Then before he says, be angry and do not sin. You have the right to be angry, by the way. You can't let it control you, but you have the right to be angry like what's going on in the world or or the unjust when somebody comes at you unjustly. You get the you have the right to say, you know what, Lord, that makes me angry. Anyways, that's a whole another message in and of itself, but I want you to see I was telling you to meditate on your bed. So again, you can go back to Psalm 91. All my teachings I did last year all pretty much ended up with dwelling in the secret place with the Lord. And that is Psalm 91. And that's what all that is about. So here he's saying meditate on his word. Now you're starting to see what righteous living is like. Now remember the word went to the cross. Oh, okay. Now we're going to show you how to build your ark here. And I'm going to go to Mark here. Let's go look at another scripture. Mark 8:34. When he had called the people to himself with his disciples also, he said to them, "Whoever desires to come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me." Jesus hadn't died on the cross yet. Not at that point. You read all the gospels at that point and you will see that he hadn't done it yet. I bet you these people are sitting there going, "What's he talking about? Take up his own cross." He didn't know. But now that we know that he died on the cross. So again, here is that righteous living. Take up your cross. Sacrifices of righteousness. What is that? Spending time with God is a sacrifice. Your time is valuable. Especially in today's world. We live in a fast acting world where we have to change with the economy and everything that's going on really quickly, especially with the end times. And we're seeing Matthew 24 unfold right before our eyes and potentially Ezekiel 38 with Russia invading Ukraine. So, woohoo. So, we are right in the thick of it. So, take up our cross. Okay. So, let's see how Noah built the ark. Because now that you know what a righteous individual, what your sacrifices are, let's build the ark and see why you meditate on your bed on the word. Remember John 1:1. And the word became flesh. Watch this. Let's go back to Genesis now. Genesis 6. We're going to look at how the ark was built. 15 through8. And this is how you shall make it. The length of the ark, the ark shall be 300 cubits, its width 50 cubits, and its height 30 cubits. You shall make a window for the ark, and you shall finish it to a cubit from above, and set the door of the ark in its side. You shall make it with lower second and third decks. And behold, I myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth to destroy from under heaven all flesh, in which is the breath of life. Everything that is on the earth shall die. But I will establish my covenant with you, and you shall go into the ark, you, your sons, your wife, and your son's wives with you. Okay, here we get to this emotional part because this is absolutely amazing because Noah was told to build his ark and he built it out of gopherwood, pitch, and nails. And God gave him the instruction how to build it, how long it should be. So the instructions for us is to meditate on the word which is the flesh. What did we do? Born into sin. We needed redemption of our sins. We needed Jesus to go to the cross. Watch this. Let's go to Luke. This is this is absolutely incredible. Luke 22:19. And he took bread, gave thanks, and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, "This is my body which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me." Okay? Again, he hasn't gone to the cross yet, but he's talking about his broken body. Now, this is holy communion he's talking about. And he says to do it in remembrance of him. Why are we remembering and putting him back on the cross? He rose from the cross. He rose from the grave. Why do we have to do that? Because we got to build our ark. We got to meditate on his word. We've got to get righteous. Fill up with the anointing. Let's look at the blood. Look at this. Matthew 26:28. For this is my blood of the new covenant which is shed for many for the remission of sins. Remember, God established a new covenant with Noah. Now, he's establishing a covenant with us by going to the cross. So, for us, we need to remember that covenant. And to remember that, we have holy communion. And then, not only do we have holy communion, we meditate on the word in our quiet time. It's a sacrifice of righteousness. Now, let's watch. Let's watch how this goes because this is going to be absolutely incredible what you're about to read. John 20:27 that he said to Thomas, "Reach your finger here and look at my hands. Reach your hand here and put it into my side. Do not be unbelieving but believing." Why did he Thomas was doubting. He's like, "Unless I see it because I know that he was crucified." What did Jesus do? They crucified him out of wood. Noah had to build his ark out of wood. They nailed his hands and feet to the cross. Noah needed nails to nail every piece together. He put pitch. Noah put pitch on the inside to keep it from leaking and water coming in. Inside, outside. He put pitch everywhere to keep it from the blood of Jesus came out with water out. Noah went into the water. So the blood and the water came out. That was Jesus fulfilling the righteous blessing that we have to be righteous to live in the remission of sins. So when we were born and when we repented we nailed Jesus to the cross because we have to build our ark. He is our chief cornerstone. We took the wood. We applied him to the wood. We applied the nails. We applied the pitch, the blood, and the water. And guess what? You speak, Jesus. And you ask him to save you from your sins. You ask him to save you from that great earthquake that's coming, from the prophecies of the doom and gloom. But if you meditate on him in the word, the righteous run in, you build your ark by putting Jesus up there. And then what does he do? He comes out of the grave three days later. And he says, "I'm right here." And he showed Thomas, look at the scars. I got to put your finger here, but believe. Now you're talking righteousness. And you are talking believing and you are talking your gift. Now look at this scripture that we sang scriptures to all of our lives. At least when I was growing up, this is what we sang to. Proverbs 18:10. The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous run to it and are safe. The righteous run to it and are safe. Oh my friends, you are saved. So in spite of hearing what is about to happen, earthquakes, rumors of earthquakes, wars, rumors of war, famines, pestilence, we have a family coming. For those that aren't aware, it's coming. With all of these negative things coming, where are your eyes? Look it up on him. If you're dwelling, you're making your sacrifices of righteousness. Look at this. Say it again. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness and put your trust in the Lord because he is a strong tower and you get to run into him. But you run into him now. Noah ran into the ark seven days before the flood. So before the earthquake, before the invasion, before the famines, before all of that takes place, you need to be running into your ark that you built by dwelling with God in the secret place by acknowledging, having holy communion, nailing him to the cross, having the broken bread, having the blood, dwelling on the word, reading the word, reading receiving of his word, trusting and believing in his word and you are saved. You know, and remember if you miss it, it you know how many people died in in all the generations before us that didn't go to the rapture. They're believers. They ended up in heaven. Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. They went to heaven. So the difference is this is we're talking about a rapture here. Just the blessing for those that are living righteous because it's a day that's very weird. It happens on that day. Everything it's going to be a series of events. And when day one starts for the seven-year tribulation that's left for Israel. It's horrific what they're going to go through. You think we're going through tribulation now? This is called a great tribulation. The seven-year tribulation is a different kind of tribulation. It's worse. It's never been seen before. And the first five months, nobody can die. And you're gonna God's going to release uh horses with scorpion tails, some sort of alien being. And they're going to sting people. And the only ones protected at the time will be the 144,000 male Jews who are young virgins that he sealed. That's the only one. So anyone who is left here, this is why you want to catch the boat. You want to build your ark. You want to grab on. You want to be the righteous and you want to run into your ark and be saved. Because when you're running to Jesus, you're acknowledging him and you're giving him the glory. You will be saved. You're saved from that. Amen. Oh, let's close a word of prayer. Father God, we lift up this word and we thank you for it. Thank you for revealing your scriptures. Thank you for encouraging us to dwell in your word, to read your word, to believe and trust in your word so that we can build our heart to acknowledge Jesus on the cross to do what we need to do in remembrance with holy communion and that we can call on your name and know that we he is our strong tower and we can run into him and be safe saved. Thank you, Father God, for saving us. Thank you for protecting us and keeping us as we watch your end times be revealed here. Oh, hallelujah. Stuff that you prophesied thousands of years ago, we get to witness it. Thank you, Father God. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. God bless each and every one of you and I will see you in the next video. Bye-bye. Previous Next Home

  • THE SANITATION OF CHRISTIANITY | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE SANITATION OF CHRISTIANITY The objective of this teaching is to expose how Satan, unable to destroy Christianity outright, has sought instead to sanitize it—stripping it of its preserving power (its “saltiness”) and rendering it ineffective against corruption. By tracing the biblical concept of the “covenant of salt” from the Old Testament to its fulfillment in Christ, the study aims to show how the devil has historically infiltrated and weakened the church through doctrines like Balaam and the Nicolaitans, and how this continues today through cultural, educational, and societal corruption. It calls believers to remain steadfast, to preserve their “salt” through faithful obedience, and to resist idolatrous influences so that they may stand unashamed at Christ’s return. THE SANITATION OF CHRISTIANITY Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of this teaching is to expose how Satan, unable to destroy Christianity outright, has sought instead to sanitize it—stripping it of its preserving power (its “saltiness”) and rendering it ineffective against corruption. Synopsis: This teaching begins by exploring the biblical symbolism of salt as an antidote to corruption and a sign of permanence, focusing on God’s “covenant of salt” with David. This covenant is fulfilled in Christ, the Son of David, who holds the keys of dominion over Israel, the church, and all creation. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus became incorruptible, defeating Satan and securing eternal authority. Recognizing his defeat, Satan adopted a new strategy: if he could not destroy Christianity, he would attempt to neutralize it. This process of “sanitizing” Christianity is explained through biblical warnings—Jesus’ teaching on salt losing its savor, Paul’s reminder that every work will be tested by fire, and Old Testament sacrificial laws requiring salt. The devil’s aim is to corrupt ministries and ministers, removing their effectiveness by leading them into false doctrines. Two key doctrines are highlighted: The Doctrine of Balaam: enticing God’s people into idolatry, immorality, and compromise, thereby stripping away their spiritual protection. The Doctrine of the Nicolaitans: elevating the power of the people over God’s authority, leading church leaders to become crowd-pleasers rather than servants of God. The teaching then traces how these satanic tactics have unfolded in modern history, particularly in the 20th and 21st centuries. By infiltrating education, entertainment, media, and government, secular powers have advanced anti-God ideologies under the guise of equality, evolution, sexual freedom, and political correctness. This corruption has eroded the church’s influence, diminished its witness, and left Western civilization vulnerable to decay. Finally, the message calls believers to “have salt in yourselves” (Mark 9:50)—to personally maintain integrity, resist worldly contamination, and remain faithful to Christ. Though corruption abounds, Jesus’ promise stands: His true church will prevail, and those who abide in Him will not be ashamed when He returns. Inspired Teaching: 2 Chronicles 13:5 “Should you not know that the Lord God of Israel gave the dominion over Israel to David forever, to him and his sons, by a covenant of salt?” During Bible days in the Old Testament salt was a very valuable commodity, salt was required as part of most of the sacrifices that were offered to God in the Tabernacle. The symbolism was clear since salt was commonly used back then as an antidote to corruption. Before refrigeration one of the most effective ways to preserve meat, fish or poultry after they were killed, was by dressing then with salt and also saturating then in salt for preservation, hence the value of salt. By a covenant of salt: Second Chronicles makes the statement that when God committed Himself to give the dominion over Israel forever to David and his sons, that it was to be an irrevocable covenant, by making it a covenant of incorruptible salt. Now we know that Israel has never failed to have a descendant of David ruling over them, even to this day, for by David and his sons God meant that Jesus, a descendant from the line of David, would be the one that held the keys that represented God’s incorruptible dominion over Israel. Revelation 3:7 “And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write, these things says He who is holy, He who is true, He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens.” Notice how Jesus uses the phrase the key of David to announce the rapture of the church; now when John wrote this Revelation, Jerusalem and the temple had already been destroyed. But you see Jesus is stating that as a descendant of David after the flesh, He has dominion over the nation of Israel to be their King forever in accordance with the incorruptible covenant of salt that God entered into with David. And not only that, but also as the head of the church, which is His body, He is both King and High Priest over it; and not only that, but also He is coming back to assume His dominion over all the nations of the world that belong to Him as the last Adam who restores everything to God that the first Adam lost. Colossians 1:18-20 “And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence. For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness (head of Israel, head of the church, head of the nations) should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things (the entire creation) to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross.” Imagine how hopeless Satan felt when a mortal of divine origin, who could not be corrupted, assumed the position of King of kings and Lord of lords over all that He Jesus, the Word of God, had originally created, and before those gathered of the assembly, He uttered these astonishing words to all the creation: Hebrews 2:12-14 “…‘I will declare Your name to My brethren; in the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.’ And again: ‘I will put My trust in Him.’ And again: ‘Here am I and the children whom God has given Me.’ Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through dead He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil.” Though utterly defeated, the devil knew that his time was not up yet, so as the old saying goes, if you cannot beat them join them. So that in order for him to continue with his malevolent work of corruption, he had to find a way to sanitize the preserving power that God had invested in all mankind when He instituted the covenant of salt. Mark 9:49-50 “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor (saltiness) how will you season it (make it salty again)? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.” Here Jesus is prophetically telling His church how the devil would try to neutralized their power to hinder corruption, by making their labor to be the workings of man instead of the ministry of God. When Paul told the church that everyone of their works would be tested by fire, every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt, he was just simply quoting Jesus. Leviticus 2:13 “And every offering of your grain offering you shall season with salt; you shall not allow the salt of the covenant of your God to be lacking from your grain offering. With all your offerings you shall offer salt.” So that our offering or service to God, and salt, the antidote to corruption, should always go hand in hand. The devil understood this from the beginning, and knowing that he could not stamped out true Christianity, though he tried, his next best thing was to try and remove the saltiness from those whose labor and ministry was their offering to God. How does a ministry or ministers lose their saltines? Revelation 2:14 “But I have a few things against you, because you have there those who hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balak to put a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed to idols, and to commit sexual immorality.” When Balak hired Balaam to curse the children of Israel, Balaam told him that he could not curse that which God had blessed. After several tries Balak got frustrated because every time Balaam tried to utter the curse words against Israel that Balak was telling him so say, a blessing came out from the mouth of Balaam instead. Not to forfeit the great prize that he, Balaam was offered, he devised a plan that later became a doctrine on how to sanitize, that is to render powerless the corruption preventing covering of the covenant of salt. This is what Balaam taught Moab that they should do to neutralize Israel’s covering and protection: Numbers 25:2-3 “They invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. So Israel was joined to Baal of Peor, and the anger of the Lord was aroused against Israel.” The doctrine of Balaam is simply to introduce a ministry or minister to eat of, or to intake, or to partake of demonic doctrines, things sacrificed or offered to idols, so that that ministry or ministers becomes one with Baal, which means lord, a substitute for our real Lord. Once that takes place that ministry looses its saltiness and pretty soon it becomes totally corrupted, unable to proclaim the truth it was ordained to promote. The new world order visionaries of today’s end of times, wish that Christianity and all its influence on humanity could be banished forever, but deep in their hearts they know the impossibility of their dream. They know that when Jesus said that He would built His church and that the gates of hell could not prevail against it, that He was not kidding. So instead they have settled for the contamination of as much of the church and its influence as they can, to nullified the churches power to interfere with their corrupting agenda. At the beginning of the 20th century their agenda started to take shape. One of the tools that they used was that of what they called equality, equality to them does not mean the same thing that it does to us. They demanded that along with creation other theories should be taught in schools, that seemed fair at first, but after they gained a foothold with the theory of evolution, they managed to banish not just the creation story from the curriculum, but the entire Bible from our schools, that is what their definition of equality is. By taking over the faculties of the colleges and universities that once were founded to proclaim the virtues of Christianity and to promote its teachings, such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all men who were willing to seek them. These colleges and universities have now become a corrupt incestuous cesspool of demonic doctrines, festering with nothing but hate for all that is good and decent and noble, hell bent on destroying all godliness in society. I just saw in the news one of such professors saying openly that when they demand equality for gay couples to marry, that that is not really what they are after, for what they are truly after, she said, is the abolition of the institution of marriage; she said, I hate marriage, so that by a very strong implication she is saying if we cannot abolish marriage, then let us denigrate it to the point where it really means nothing. They have also taken over the entertainment, games, and news producing industries in order to promote their anti-God agenda as an acceptable way of life, while at the same time portraying true Christianity falsely in order to turn innocent minds away from God’s saving grace for them. Now they are going as far as saying that our children do not really belong to us; Oh! When it comes to aborting, in that case, the mother has the inalienable right to end their lives at her choosing, but when it comes to Christians teaching their children our faith and way of life; Oh no in that case they belong to the state, and father and mother have no rights over them. I think we are in need of a new definition for idiocy, for clearly they surpass whatever the word idiot means right now. But sadly, all this corruption has its origin in the fact that we have allowed Christianity in our western civilization to be corrupted, we’ve lost our saltines and now we are paying the price for our compromise. Revelation 2:15 “Thus you also have those who hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.” Jesus tells the church at Pergamos of another doctrine that they’ve embraced that preceded the doctrine of Balaam, and which appears to be the culprit that allowed the doctrine of Balaam to infiltrate them. Nico means power and Laitans means laity, put together Nicolaitans means the power of the people. Democracy can be a great thing for a righteous people desirous of good laws to rule them but is a killer for the church. For once an elder of the church becomes subservient to the will of the people he ceases to be God’s servant and becomes nothing more than an ear tickler, promoting an agenda that aims to please the people rather than God. Have salt in yourselves: Remember what Jesus said in Mark 9:50? We may not have control over what goes on in our local churches, but we definitely have control into what we take in. You do not have to be part of any idolatrous pursuits that your church engages in to either please the crowds or to attract new comers by looking worldly. Remember that those who keep God’s Word, saltines, and do not deny the deity of Jesus, do not entertain Baal, will not have to go through the seasoning of fire that Jesus told us is coming to test all those who live in the world: Rev. 3:8/10 1 John 2:28 “And now, little children, abide in Him (have salt in yourselves, refute corruption), that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.” Amen! • THE DISPENSATION OF THE FULLNESS OF THE TIMES | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE DISPENSATION OF THE FULLNESS OF THE TIMES To explain the biblical concept of dispensations—periods in which God deals with humanity under distinct rules and responsibilities—while highlighting the climactic purpose of the “dispensation of the fullness of the times” (Ephesians 1:10). The teaching aims to trace humanity’s journey through the seven dispensations revealed in Scripture, culminating in the Kingdom Age, when Christ will unite all things in Himself, bringing final judgment, restoration, and eternal rest. THE DISPENSATION OF THE FULLNESS OF THE TIMES Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: To explain the biblical concept of dispensations—periods in which God deals with humanity under distinct rules and responsibilities—while highlighting the climactic purpose of the “dispensation of the fullness of the times” (Ephesians 1:10). The teaching aims to trace humanity’s journey through the seven dispensations revealed in Scripture, culminating in the Kingdom Age, when Christ will unite all things in Himself, bringing final judgment, restoration, and eternal rest. Synopsis: The study begins by defining dispensations as divine epochs in which God governs humanity under unique conditions. The first dispensation, Innocence, was given to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, marked by a single commandment. After their fall, humanity entered the dispensation of Conscience, where self-awareness of sin led to corruption and ultimate judgment in the flood. Subsequent dispensations followed: Human Government — beginning after the flood, marked by the scattering at Babel, still continuing in today’s global political structures. Promise — initiated with God’s covenant with Abraham, which laid the foundation for Israel and the coming of Messiah. Law — delivered through Moses to Israel, pointing to humanity’s need for redemption. Grace — inaugurated through Christ’s death and resurrection, bringing salvation to Jews and Gentiles alike. The teaching emphasizes that unfinished dispensations—Human Government, Law, and Grace—will converge in the last days. Their simultaneous reappearance in modern times (Israel restored as a nation, the rise of the United Nations, and the renewed activity within the Church) signals preparation for the “dispensation of the fullness of the times.” In this period, Christ will gather all things in heaven and earth into Himself, and all dispensations will face their final judgment. The seventh and final dispensation, the Kingdom Age (Rest), will be the reign of Christ for one thousand years, fulfilling God’s plan of restoration. Just as Peter was judged and restored in the same settings of his failure, so too will each dispensation be judged and resolved before God establishes His everlasting kingdom. The lesson closes with a sobering call to discern current events—such as America’s waning constitutional strength—as part of prophecy’s unfolding. Believers are urged to remain prayerful and steadfast, anticipating the soon-coming consummation when Christ unites all creation under His rule. Inspired Teaching: Ephesians 1:10 “That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.” What is the dispensation of the fullness of the times? Through the centuries theologians have discovered that God deals with humanity through differing epochs of time called dispensations. Each dispensation of time differs from another by the rules under which God deals with humanity in each unique dispensation of time. Theologians also figure out that there are seven such dispensations revealed in Scripture, with the last dispensation being the dispensation of rest, also known as the Kingdom Age, when Jesus will rule and reign over the entire world and all of its inhabitants for one thousand years. There were only two people under the jurisdiction of the first dispensation, Adam and Eve, and their time in the Garden is called the dispensation of innocence, and it was the first dispensation, and there was only one rule that applied to them while in Paradise: Genesis 2:16-17 “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, ‘Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.’” After Adam and Eve sinned by disobeying God’s command not to eat of the fruit that would cause them to become self-aware, they were driven out of the Garden Paradise and into a different place and dispensation. Although we are not told how long Adam and Eve were in the Garden before they sinned, we know that the next dispensation that they were put under lasted 1,656 years, and ended with Noah’s flood. This new dispensation was called the dispensation of conscience because Adam and Eve and their descendants became very much aware of their nakedness that they inherited through Adam and Eve’s disobedience. Genesis 6:5 “Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” Once man became self-aware of his sinful nature and realized the hopelessness of his situation, eventually he gave himself to think of only evil continually, and became in their consciences worthless to God, who then had no choice but to swiftly destroy them. In both judgments, the dispensation of innocence and the dispensation of conscience, the judgment of God was final. What that means is that we can never come to God again in innocence or in conscience, in innocence because all the descendants of Adam and Eve are conceived and born in the consequences of their sin which is death, we are born mortals. And in conscience because our carnal minds are enmity to the Word of God. Romans 8:7 “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.” So that through Adam and Eve we’ve not only inherited corrupt bodies that lost their innocence, but we also inherited a corrupted mind that can never be brought under the jurisdiction of the Word of God. 1 Corinthians 2:16 “...But we have the mind of Christ.” Just in case some of you were wondering about our present estate of mind. Our sinfulness is blotted out by the blood of Jesus and our old mind set is replaced by the mind of Christ which is given to us at the time when we become born again. Romans 8:6 “For to be carnally minded is death (because of Adam and Eve’s disobedience to the Word of God), but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (because the words of Jesus are Spirit and they are life).” Now our next dispensation was not judged completely when they rebelled against God, for its final day of judgment has been reserved for the day of the dispensation of the fullness of the times, which is where this lesson is headed, but first let me enumerate the rest of the dispensations so that we can put them all into the proper context. Genesis 11:8-9 “So the Lord scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city. Therefore its name is called Babel (means confusion), because there the Lord confused the language of all the earth; and from there the Lord scattered them abroad over the face of all the earth.” After the flood of Noah’s day, all the waters that were in and around the poles of the earth froze immediately, leaving the water levels of the oceans a lot lower than they are today, and causing a land bridge between the continents. It was God’s plan for humans after the flood to migrate to all the continents and fill the earth before the majority of the ice melted, which that happened during the days of Peleg when the land bridges that connected the continents were divided, buy submersion or by the melting away of the ice that connected some of the land masses. But mankind had other plans, they wanted to make a name for themselves, so they congregated together in rebellion against God’s command, and decided to build a tower that reached to the heavens, but God just simply confused their languages so that they could not communicate with one another, and so they scattered through the continents as was God’s original purpose, but God did not fully judge them at that time. Their dispensation was called human government, or what the book of Revelation calls, the kingdoms of this world, and they are very much still around today, for their dispensation has not yet been brought to a close. Today the European Union headquarters is a building that looks like an unfinished tower of Babel, for after all it will be the revived Roman empire whom prophecy foretells will give all its power to the antichrist to face Jesus during the final battle of Armageddon. Since mankind could not save themselves in innocence, or through their own consciences, or even when the power of human government did not bring about obedience to the commandments of God, that was when God decided to introduce His Promise. When the dispensation of promise is completed it will be known as the dispensation of the fullness of the times, for its at that time that God will bring to a close all the yet to be finally judged dispensations. Genesis 12:7 “Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, ‘To your descendants I will give this land.’ And there he built an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.” When God entered into a covenant with Abraham it was a two-fold covenant, a covenant that spans two dispensations. For out of that covenant comes the nation of Israel and their deliverer, Moses, through whom the dispensation of law was given. And the promise of salvation for the Gentile nations was given through the dispensation of grace by the Lord Himself in His Gospel. John 1:17 “For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.” Ephesians 3:1-2 “For this reason I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles—if indeed you have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you.” So here is a list of the seven dispensations: • The dispensation of innocence. • The dispensation of conscience. • The dispensation of human government. • The dispensation of promise. • The dispensation of law. • The dispensation of grace. That in the dispensation of the fullness of the times He might gather together in one all things in Christ. And after all the above dispensations are finally completed, then all the believers that come out of every dispensation will be resurrected each in their time and ushered into the final dispensation of God’s rest, to rule and reign with Christ for one thousand years. The seventh is the dispensation of rest, or what will probably be called at that time the Kingdom Age. Now why are all these unfinished dispensations relevant to us today? Scripture teaches us that before God brings something or someone into the judgment, he restores them into the condition that they were in when they first rebelled, so that we know for a fact that the dispensation of the fullness of the times judgment cannot begin until all the yet to be judged dispensations appear together at the same time in history, since we also know that God is going to judge them all in the same period of time. The judgment and restoration of Peter gives us an example of how God will bring about the judgment of the dispensations. Peter got saved after he witnessed the miracle of the catch of fish in his net, which he lowered into the sea at the command Jesus, even after fishing all night and catching nothing. Peter rejected Jesus while hanging around a fire just trying to keep warm the night that Jesus was arreste. He was confronted by a girl who accused him of being one of Jesus’ disciples. John chapter 21 tells us that Jesus appeared to Peter again after he was fishing all night and did not catch anything, Jesus tells him to cast the net on the right side of the boat and a miracle happens again, the net is full of fish. Then when Peter drags the net to shore he finds that Jesus had kindled a fire of coals with fish and bread on it. So that all of the elements are in place to bring Peter back in his soul to the places of where he experienced his salvation and to the place where his rejection took place as well, then Jesus asks Peter a very simple question, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these? Peter was not only judged there, but he was restored there as well. We witnessed in the twentieth century something that had never happened before in the history of mankind, the dispensations of human government, law and grace all came together for the first time in the same form in which they were after God had dispersed them. The Jews who were driven from the Holy Land after as a nation they rejected Jesus as their Messiah, were once again restored as a nation back to the land where they were driven from 1,900 years ago, while still rejecting Jesus as their Messiah as a nation, so that the dispensation of law which came through the nation of Israel and it must be judged in the nation of Israel was set in place awaiting their final judgment. The kingdoms of this world who have been scattered since the days when Nimrod was cut to pieces for his rebellion against God over 4,000 year ago, came together once again as one group in the middle of the twentieth century as the United Nations, where all their many languages can be translated instantly and a speaker can be understood by all the different nations no matter what language he speaks. It was also in the middle of the twentieth century that the apostolic revival began to take roots within the church once again. So that the three dispensations whose judgment it is yet to be finalized are presently in their prophetic places, Israel, the church, and the United Nations, all awaiting for the fulfillment of God’s promised conclusion to be meted out to them at their appointed time. Matthew 25:31-34 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.’” I believe that the last piece that has to fall into place before the final judgment begins is the United States government. Our constitution has been a great hurdle that those who longed for the revived Roman empire and the new world order have not been able to overcome until now. After years of brainwashing the American populace, through all kinds of mediums, into having an open disregard for the constitution and the values that it fosters, this is the closest that they have come to succeeding, for our present day government is in total disregard for constitutional law and it is not being held accountable for it. If America does not recover from this evil that has befallen it, and I do not see any of our leaders calling for a nation wide repentance, then our time here on this earth is pretty much over I believe. Let us continue to pray for His preservation for those of us who believe. Previous Next Home

  • NO FEAR OF GOD IN THE LAND | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

NO FEAR OF GOD IN THE LAND The objective of this teaching is to awaken believers to the reality that the absence of reverential fear of God in society leads to moral decline, deception, violence, and judgment. It emphasizes the urgency of repentance, faith in Jesus Christ, and steadfastness in God’s love and truth to withstand the delusions of the last days. NO FEAR OF GOD IN THE LAND Pastor Marcos Marrero October 16, 2022 Objective: The objective of this teaching is to awaken believers to the reality that the absence of reverential fear of God in society leads to moral decline, deception, violence, and judgment. It emphasizes the urgency of repentance, faith in Jesus Christ, and steadfastness in God’s love and truth to withstand the delusions of the last days. Synopsis: In No Fear of God in the Land, Pastor Marcos Marrero examines Amos 6:3 as a prophetic warning against those who dismiss the coming day of judgment and perpetuate violence. He begins by defining the fear of God as reverential awe, written into humanity’s very being, reminding us that mortality confronts us with the inevitability of death and judgment (Ecclesiastes 12:14; Hebrews 9:27). Our spirits are immortal, returning to God at death, and our souls require deliverance from sin through faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9). The message contrasts mortality versus immortality and highlights the eternal consequences of neglecting salvation. Pastor Marcos explains that wickedness cannot deliver the soul, and delaying repentance until after death is futile. Christ alone provides rest and redemption, and we are called to fear God, who alone has authority over both body and soul (Matthew 10:28). Moving to the broader societal implications, Pastor Marcos warns that nations abandoning Judeo-Christian values exchange love for hate and good for evil, fulfilling prophecies of rebellion against God (Psalm 2; 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12). This rebellion accelerates violence and hastens God’s judgment. He calls for repentance and revival (Amos 5:4-6; Habakkuk 3:2), noting that without it, humanity faces perilous times as described in 2 Timothy 3:1-5. Believers are exhorted to resist the spirit of hate and deception by clinging to God’s Word, love, and truth (Romans 12:1-2; 1 John 4:19-20). Love and good go hand in hand, just as hate and evil do. Expressing God’s love to others shields us from the corruption of hate and anchors us in God’s reality. Pastor Marcos concludes with the assurance that God’s mercy and truth work together to bring righteousness and peace (Psalm 85:10-12), encouraging the faithful to remain steadfast in reverential fear, awaiting God’s deliverance. Inspired Teaching: Amos 6:3 “Woe to you who put far off the day of doom, who cause the seat of violence to come near.” One of the meanings for the word Fear is to have a Reverential awe towards God! Instinctively we know that God is both—the Creator and the Judge. We are also able to comprehend that after death we have to face our own personal judgment before God. But in a grander scale we also—by way of instinct—realize that all of humanity will at one point come to its final conclusion. Ecclesiastes 12:14 “For God will bring EVERY WORK INTO JUDGMENT, including every secret thing, whether good or evil.” Capitals in the Scriptures added by me for emphasis. This reverential awe towards our Creator has been written within our genetic code. The spiritual dynamics of Love and Hate and of Good and Evil are also written within our genetic code. What does it all means? MORTALITY verses IMMORTALITY! Ecclesiastes 8:8 “No one has power over the spirit to retain the spirit, and no one has power in the day of death. There is no release from that war, and wickedness will not deliver those who are given to it.” No one can stop themselves from dying because we cannot retain our spirit to keep it from leaving us. What that means is that our spirits are immortal, and when we die it leaves us and returns to God who gave it to us in the first place. Ecclesiastes 12:7 “Then the dust will return to the earth as it was, and the spirit will return to God who gave it.” There is a war however, between our spirit and our flesh or between mortality and immortality; and no one is released from that war until the day we die and face that final Judgment. Hebrews 9:27 “And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.” The verse: Wickedness will not deliver those who are given to it; this is a reference to our souls which are immortal as well, but have been corrupted by wickedness and thereby in need of deliverance before we face the final judgment after we die. Ecclesiastes 9:5 “For the living know that they will die; but the dead know nothing, and they have no more reward…” Provision has to be made for our souls before we die and face the judgment. How do we do that? We have to believe that only God has the power to condemn or to free our souls while we are alive, if we wait until after we die it is too late. Today is the day of salvation do not put it off. Mathew 10:28 “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather FEAR (have a Reverential awe towards God) Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Mathew 11:29 “Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Rest for our souls can only be found in the atoning blood of Jesus and can only be received by faith as we believe in our hearts that God raise Jesus from the dead and confess with our mouths that He is our Lord. Romans 10:9 “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED (your soul will be delivered from hell).” Now concerning the spiritual dynamics between Good and Evil and Love and Hate; when there is a healthy respect or godly fear of the law of God and of the final judgment, society functions on the premises that Love is Good and that the government’s concerns is for the well being of those they rule over; even within the enforcement of justice. Grace is the overall goal or remedy, that as long as there is life there is the hope for redemption for every lost soul. The nations whose governments functioned under the guidance of Judeo Christian values enjoyed by far the most liberty and prosperities ever known in the history of man. Psalm 2:1-3 “Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against His anointed, saying, let us break Their bonds in pieces and cast away Their cords from us.” We are living in the presence of this prophecy being fulfilled, as one by one all the nations of the free world have turned their backs on the biblical principles that made them free and prosperous. What are the spiritual implications that we are experiencing as a result of their rebellion? We are in the transition of leaving behind love for what is good and entering into the depravity of hateful evil. The nations have fallen for the demonic delusion of good is bad and bad is good. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 “The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the LOVE OF THE TRUTH, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that THEY ALL may be CONDEMNED who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” Remember the Scripture that said: “There is no release from that war, and wickedness will not deliver those who are given to it.” Also, we see in our opening Scripture that as this transition is taking place it has repercussions upon the inhabitants of this earth: “Who cause the seat of violence to come near.” The seat of God’s judgment day gets closer and closer the more and more that wickedness increases on the land. But God is looking for repentance, a turning away from evil. Amos 5:4, 6 “For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel: Seek Me and live. 6) Seek the Lord and live, lest He brake out like fire in the house of Joseph and devour it…” In the absence of a world-wide revival that would bring most of the nations of the world to their knees in true repentance—sad to say—this is it! The signs that we are rushing head long into the end of days are overwhelming. 2 Timothy 3:1-5 “BUT KNOW THIS, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. AND FROM SUCH PEOPLE TURN AWAY!” How do we keep ourselves from falling for this great delusion? Remember always the spiritual dynamics that are involved in what is taking place. Love vs. Hate and Good vs. Evil. We must resist the temptation to give into the rage of hate, by keeping God’s Word alive in our hearts: Always abiding in the love of God that preserves us. Habakkuk 3:2 “O Lord, I have heard Your speech and was afraid; O lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known; IN WRATH REMEMBER MERCY.” 1 Peter 4:7-8 “But the end of all things is at hand; therefore be serious and watchful in your prayers. And ABOVE ALL THINGS have fervent love for one another, for love will cover a multitude of sins.” As long as our moral compass is anchored in the love of God, we will always have a firm grip on reality and a firm hold on to what is good and thereby refrain from that which is not. Romans 12:1-2 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be COMFORMED to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that GOOD and acceptable and perfect will of God.” We can then see that Hate and Evil always go hand in hand, we cannot have one without the other. Hatred is the personification of evil itself, we should never give in to the venom of hate. 1 John 4:19-20 “We love Him because He first loved us. If someone says, ‘I love God,’ and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?” Every time that we express God’s love and goodness to others we are insulating ourselves from the toxicity of hate and evil. Such is the work of the spiritual dynamics between Love and Good. Psalm 85:10-12 “Mercy and truth have met together; righteousness and peace have kissed. Truth shall spring out of the earth, and righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yes, the Lord will give what is GOOD; and our land will yield its increase.” Here we see the same spiritual dynamics at work, but this time for the Good of all mankind. The truth that springs upward from the earth is our faith in the Word of God, and heaven’s response is righteousness rained down from heaven upon us who faithfully believe and wait fervently for His appearing. Here is a prayer of gratitude from one of His maidservants: Luke 1:46-55 “And Mary said: My soul magnifies the Lord, and my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant; for behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed. For He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is His name. and His mercy is on those who FEAR (have a Reverential awe towards God) Him from generation to generation. He has shown strength with His arm; He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He has put down the mighty from their thrones, and exalted the lowly. He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich He has sent away empty. He has helped His servant Israel, in remembrance of His mercy, as He spoke to our fathers, to Abraham and to his seed forever.” Previous Next Home

The purpose is to inspire believers to receive and share the gift of salvation with others through faith in Jesus Christ. < Back GODS GIFT TO THE WORLD DO YOU BELIEVE Minister Lisa Kane December 22, 2023 Objective: The objective of this message is to highlight Jesus Christ as the greatest gift ever given to humanity by God. The teaching encourages listeners to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas—the birth of the Savior—and challenges them to personally consider their faith: Do you believe? The purpose is to inspire believers to receive and share the gift of salvation with others through faith in Jesus Christ. Synopsis: In this Christmas message, Lisa focuses on the profound truth that Jesus Christ is God’s ultimate gift to the world. Beginning with 1 Peter 4:10–11, the teaching reminds us that as we have received this gift, we are called to be good stewards of it by sharing God’s grace with others. The birth of Jesus, described humbly in Luke 2, demonstrates how the Son of God left the riches of heaven to enter the world in simplicity, becoming the Savior for all. Lisa emphasizes that the angelic proclamation to the shepherds was not just a story, but a true historical event testifying to Christ’s arrival. Scriptures such as 1 John 5:20, John 1:12–14, and John 3:15–17 confirm that through belief in Jesus, we are given eternal life and the right to become children of God. The message asks a pressing question: Do you believe? Salvation is not based on rituals or works but on faith, as seen with the thief on the cross. Romans 10:9 makes it clear that confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in His resurrection brings salvation. As Christmas is celebrated, Lisa encourages everyone to remember and share this ultimate gift—the name of Jesus. The message closes with a prayer of thanksgiving, urging believers to glorify God for sending His Son and to carry the gift of salvation into the lives of others. Inspired Teaching: Hello and welcome to the House of Faith Ministries. I'm Lisa Kaine. I'm recording this on Friday, December 22nd, 2023. Welcome. This message is called God's Gift to the World. Do you believe? Let's open up in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word. We thank you for your presence and we thank you for the greatest gift that we could ever receive, Father God. And that G gift is your son, the name of Jesus. And I thank you, Jesus, for going to the cross and dying for me and for everyone else so that we our sins are redeemed and pardoned. Thank you, Father God. In the glorious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen. And amen. Amen. Well, merry Christmas to all. We are This is the last message I'll be teaching before Christmas. I'll do one more before New Year's, but this is called God's Gift to the World. Do you believe? Our opening scripture here is 1 Peter 4:10 and 11. As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God. If any man minister, let him do it as if as of the ability which God giveth, that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion forever and ever. Amen. Jesus Christ is the son of God and he is the gift the only gift that we can ever ever look at and and receive and truly believe and I the question I have for you um just before this Christmas do you believe do you believe let's go look at the testimony of what happened this is going to be just a simple easy message just giving God the glory and thanking his son for what he's done. Amen. Luke 2:7. And she bought forth she brought forth her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling clothes and laid him in a manger because there was no room for them in the end. Mary and Joseph. So neat to see how the son of God came. So humbled. I mean it is so believable for the fact alone that they acknowledge that they put him in swaddling clothes and in a manger. He wasn't born to richness. He came from richness. He came from glory. He came from honor. He descended from heaven to become a man. And here the scriptures tell us that he was born verses uh 8-16 in that same Luke chapter 2. Let's continue on. And there were in the same country country shepherds abiding in the field keeping watch over their flock by night. Now, I'm not going to go into this entire event that took place, but I want to show you the scriptures so that you know that this is true because the Bible is true. And u as these shepherds are out here, they're just doing their job, but they testify to the son of God being born. Amen. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them, and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, "Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people." Oh, what did God do here? Because God did something for you and I. the greatest ultimate gift that we could ever receive and believe in. Amen. Verse 11, for unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you, ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was the angel, a multitude of heavenly hosts. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly hosts praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, good will toward men. And it came to pass as the angels were gone away from them into heaven." The shepherd said one to another, "Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us." and they came with haste and found Mary and Joseph and the babe lying in a manger. You know, a lot of people would like to get semantic about this, but the re the reality of it is let's just put aside all the little details here. The Lord showed himself through angels to the shepherds so that they can go find this baby wrapped in swaddling clothes. And what did he say was for unto you is born this day in the city of David a savior which is Christ the Lord. Why do we need a savior? Well, we all messed up. We've all fallen short of the glory of God. The moment we were born, the the moment we were conceived, we automatically fell because we were born in sin. But God God said to his son Jesus, "Go do this thing for me." Jesus said, "I will do it." And he did. First John 5:20. And we know that the The son of God has come and hath given us an understanding that we may know him that is true and we are in him that is true even in his son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. Do you believe? Are you sharing your gift with others? It's the ultimate best gift that you could ever have. You just got to look into your hands and see and say, "Jesus, forgive me. Come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior." John 1:12-14. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name, which were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the word was made flesh, and dwelt among us. And we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the father, full of grace and truth. And the word was made flesh. The word's been there from the beginning. and he came down to his creation in a book and he became alive. And this book is real. These are true events. I do apologize for every teacher and pastor and preacher out there who has called any of this a story because the reality is these are not Sunday school stories. This is not a story. This is true events. Do you believe? Do you believe that Jesus the Christ, the savior, that these shepherds witnessed because of God? Do you believe that he is the son of God for the the walk he did in his life? He walked this earth very simply, healing people, delivering people, saving people. The the thief on the cross never was water baptized. never went door todo, never shared the gospel with anyone, but he knew and he called on Jesus and Jesus accepted him. Do you believe? John 3:15-17 that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved. Do you believe that you have a way out of all this? You should. His name is Jesus. He saved you and he saved me. Question is, do you believe? And how do I know that? I just have to confess that he's Jesus. Look at this. Romans 10:9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Do you believe? Do you believe in this gift from heaven that God sent us his son so that we are redeemed and pardoned from our sins? Put aside everything else and just remember that gift as you celebrate the holiday weekend. Remember the ultimate gift, the name of Jesus and share that gift with someone. God bless you. Let's close in a word of prayer. Father God, we thank you for your word and we bless this word and uh thank you for the anointing as you move through my heart, my spirit. I pray that people receive your word and call your name and glorify you in the name of Jesus. Amen and amen. God bless you. Merry Christmas. I'll see you in the next message. Bye bye. OVERCOMING YOUR THOUGHTS The objective of this teaching is to equip believers to recognize that spiritual warfare is primarily fought in the mind and to provide biblical instruction on how to overcome ungodly thoughts through obedience, repentance, renewed attitude, and the intentional application of God’s Word. Using 2 Corinthians 10:3–6 as the foundation, this teaching aims to help believers understand the relationship between sin, sickness, and thought patterns, while learning how to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. The goal is transformation through renewed thinking, resulting in spiritual maturity, steadfast faith, and victory in daily life. < Back OVERCOMING YOUR THOUGHTS Minister Lisa Kane February 2, 2026 Objective: The objective of this teaching is to equip believers to recognize that spiritual warfare is primarily fought in the mind and to provide biblical instruction on how to overcome ungodly thoughts through obedience, repentance, renewed attitude, and the intentional application of God’s Word. Synopsis: In Overcoming Your Thoughts, Minister Lisa Kane addresses one of the most personal and persistent battles every believer faces—the battle of the mind. Rooted in 2 Corinthians 10:3–6, this teaching reveals that although believers walk in the flesh, the war they fight is spiritual, and victory is found not through natural reasoning, but through God’s mighty weapons that pull down strongholds and bring every thought into obedience to Christ. This message acknowledges a common struggle among believers: possessing knowledge of God’s Word, being able to quote Scripture, and yet still wrestling daily with thoughts that default to worldly responses rather than spiritual ones. Through honest reflection, the teaching illustrates how even something as simple as feeling sick can expose where our thought patterns are rooted—whether in faith or in habit. The teaching explains that sickness entered the world through sin, beginning with Adam and Eve’s disobedience, and that sin and sickness are part of the death process described throughout Scripture. It explores biblical examples of unconfessed sin, disobedience, and unforgiveness as contributors to sickness, while also emphasizing the importance of balance by acknowledging that not all sickness is the result of personal sin, as shown through Jesus’ words in John 9 and the life of Job. Rather than focusing solely on identifying sin, this teaching brings the believer back to the heart of spiritual warfare—attitude and obedience. Drawing from James, Peter, Acts, Romans, Proverbs, and Philippians, it teaches that trials test faith, produce endurance, and reveal what truly governs our thoughts. Praise, prayer, humility, repentance, and a joyful attitude in the midst of suffering become powerful tools that renew the mind and rewrite thought patterns. The message concludes by affirming that transformation happens from the inside out. As believers intentionally meditate on God’s Word and align their thinking with what is true, noble, pure, and praiseworthy, their thoughts begin to change—and with them, their responses, attitudes, and lives. Overcoming thoughts is not about perfection, but about surrender, obedience, and allowing God’s Word to take first place in the mind and heart. Inspired Teaching: 2 Corinthians 10:3-6 NKJV 3 For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not [a]carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. As a believer, I have the knowledge of the Word of God, and I can read it whenever I want. I can recall scripture and quote it because I’ve spent many hours in the Word of God. But here’s the thing, I still fight my thoughts everyday to put God’s Word first in my thoughts. For example, I feel a cold coming on and the first thing I think of is over the counter medication, when I should be thinking about going to God first with humility and asking for forgiveness. Sickness is a result of sin. Genesis 2:16-17 NKJV 16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; 17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you[a] shall surely die.” Romans 5:12 NKJV 12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned— Romans 6:23 NKJV 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the [a]gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Death entered through Adam and Eve’s disobedience; sin and sickness is a part of the death process. There is unconfessed sin: Psalm 32:3-5 NKJV 3 When I kept silent, my bones grew old Through my groaning all the day long. 4 For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was turned into the drought of summer. Selah 5 I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah There’s disobedience, which we read earlier in Genesis, but we see this clearly in Deuteronomy as well. Deuteronomy 28:58-61 NKJV 58 “If you do not carefully observe all the words of this law that are written in this book, that you may fear this glorious and awesome name, THE LORD YOUR GOD, 59 then the Lord will bring upon you and your descendants extraordinary plagues—great and prolonged plagues—and serious and prolonged sicknesses. 60 Moreover He will bring back on you all the diseases of Egypt, of which you were afraid, and they shall cling to you. 61 Also every sickness and every plague, which is not written in this Book of the Law, will the Lord bring upon you until you are destroyed. Scripture tells us sickness comes from unforgiveness and disobedience. Sometimes, we don’t know what we’ve done but the key is to go to God, ask for forgiveness and start over and be obedient. James 5:15-16 NKJV 15 And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. 16 [a]Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, [b]fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much. Exodus 15:26 NKJV 26 and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” And let’s remember, not all sickness is from personal sin: John 9:1-3 NKJV Now as Jesus passed by, He saw a man who was blind from birth. 2 And His disciples asked Him, saying, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” 3 Jesus answered, “Neither this man nor his parents sinned, but that the works of God should be revealed in him. And remember Job. He was a righteous man who went through hell on earth… Job 1:1 NKJV There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God and [a]shunned evil. Job 1:8 NKJV 8 Then the Lord said to Satan, “Have you [a]considered My servant Job, that there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God and [b]shuns evil?” So, how do we fight a spiritual warfare against our own thoughts? Just because I have knowledge of sin and sickness, I’m missing the whole point. James 1:2-8 NKJV 2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces [a]patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be [b]perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. 1 Peter 1:6-8 NKJV 6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been [c]grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 8 whom having not [d]seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls. Acts 16:25-26 NKJV 25 But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. 26 Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed. It comes down to attitude, which will renew, change, and rewrite your thinking process going forward. When you’re sick, or suffering, or stressed, or full of anxiety, count it as joy and praise the Lord. Romans 12:2 NKJV 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Proverbs 23:7a NKJV 7 For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. The transformation that takes place inside you, attitude change is where you overcome your thoughts. Philippians 4:8 NKJV 8 Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. Meditate on His Word, the Holy Bible and let it change you on the inside. That way the Word comes first in your thoughts placing the thoughts that come from the world second. Dear Jesus, help me overcome my thoughts and place Your Word first in my thoughts. Help me to meditate on Your Word and be transformed by You. Help me to put joy and rejoicing first in my thoughts. In Jesus’ Name Amen! Previous Next Home

  • GETHSEMANE: THE OIL PRESS | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

GETHSEMANE: THE OIL PRESS The objective of Gethsemane: The Oil Press is to reveal the spiritual principle of transformation through pressure, drawing from Jesus’ prayer in Gethsemane as the ultimate example. Pastor Marcos teaches that just as olives must be crushed to produce oil, believers must endure life’s trials and surrender to God’s will in order to release the anointing, experience purification, and be transformed into Christ’s image. GETHSEMANE: THE OIL PRESS Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of Gethsemane: The Oil Press is to reveal the spiritual principle of transformation through pressure, drawing from Jesus’ prayer in Gethsemane as the ultimate example. Pastor Marcos teaches that just as olives must be crushed to produce oil, believers must endure life’s trials and surrender to God’s will in order to release the anointing, experience purification, and be transformed into Christ’s image. Synopsis: In this teaching, Pastor Marcos Marrero explains the deep spiritual symbolism of Gethsemane, the place of pressing, where Jesus prepared Himself to fully embrace the Father’s will. Using the imagery of olives being crushed to release valuable oil, he parallels the believer’s journey of faith, showing that transformation from the natural to the spiritual comes only through the pressing process. He emphasizes that the Christian life is not an escape from trials, but rather the pathway through which God brings forth purity, anointing, and eternal life. Just as wheat must die to bear fruit and olives must be crushed for oil, so too must the believer die to self in order to live fully in Christ. Pastor Marcos highlights that tribulation is not removed but transformed into peace when we surrender as Jesus did, praying, “Not my will, but Yours be done.” This surrender assures believers that every trial is part of God’s sanctifying process. The anointing itself, he notes, is tied to death—the burial anointing that leads to resurrection life. Ultimately, Gethsemane represents both struggle and victory. It is the place where the believer’s will is broken so that God’s will prevails, producing the oil of the Spirit that empowers, sanctifies, and completes us for eternal joy in Christ’s presence. Inspired Teaching: Mark 14:32 “Then they came to a place which was named Gethsemane; and He said to His disciples, ‘Sit here while I pray’” In the natural it is hard to believe that sweet clear oil can come from olives; just judging by their appearance it would be difficult for many of us to figure out that olives can produce such a great and valuable commodity if we did not know about them already. The Bible uses God’s creation in many different ways as a metaphor or in other words, God uses physical things that we naturally understand to reveal spiritual principles which are naturally difficult for us to understand, that is why Jesus used so many parables in His teachings. It would be extremely hard for, let’s say, creatures that know about the goodness and holiness of Almighty God, and who also know and are well aware of the rottenness of man, to think that in any way, shape, or form we humans are created in the image of God, but we are. And that is exactly the idea that this metaphor is trying to convey to us. Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing will be impossible.” The first thing that this metaphor teaches us is that the transition between humanity and divinity is a process, a difficult, some will say impossible process, but as the angel told Mary, God specializes in making those things which are impossible a reality. The foundational principle of this process is revealed in the reality of the life and death struggle that is found throughout the creation. Mark 14:34 “Then He said to them, ‘My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch.’” Everything in creation speaks of the struggles between life and death, beginning and ending, and the continuance of life through procreation. Spiritual procreation however, and by that I mean the human transformation that takes place from natural to spiritual, from mortality to immortality, as well as the born again experience, cannot be attained unless one dies first. We see this in the creation as well, it is called metamorphosis. John 12:24 “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain.” This process of dying to self so that we can become alive to God can be best understood by the Gethsemane principle that Jesus taught us. John 12:25 “He who loves his life will lose it, and he who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.” The Gethsemane principle is one of slowly applying pressure until a separation takes place, the liquid must be removed from the solid, in our case, our souls which are spiritual in nature must be weaned from their dependence to the flesh, if the transformation is going to be successful. Psalm 131:2 “Surely I have calmed and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother; like a weaned child is my soul within me.” This principle is at odds with some of what we hear taught today about Christianity, for in some instances Christian doctrine is offered as a way to get away from pressure, sort of like a refuge from reality. I kind of get the impression sometimes that what some are preaching is, Come to Jesus and all your troubles and poverty will magically disappear, and you will have no more struggles with life. But that is not what Jesus said, unfortunately those who come to Jesus on the basis of a false premise are more likely to quit and give up. John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” Jesus makes it very clear that the aim of the process is not to remove the tribulation, the pressure that we are under while we are in the world; but rather that we may attain His peace in the middle of the tribulation. We convert the physical pressures of this world into spiritual peace, a peace that is not of this world, and the way that we know that we can do that is because He not only did it before us, but He showed us how to do it as well. And this is how He did it: Mark 14:36 “And He said, ‘Abba, Father, all things are possible for You. Take this cup away from Me; nevertheless, not what I will, but what You will.’” Here is how I see it: If I know that all of my sins have been forgiven, and if I know that my daily walk with Him is one that continuously depends on His grace and mercy which are new every morning, and if I know that that is what keeps me in right standing with Him; then I know that if I am facing a difficult situation and I ask Him to remove it from me, for I much rather not drink of that cup if you will, of whatever it is that I am facing, and if He does not remove it from me, I am immediately made aware of the fact this is something that will be beneficial for me in the long run, and I must endure it. So that I do not feel like He does not love me anymore, or that He is punishing me for some old sin that He never brought up, or that I somehow fell out of His will for my life. Peace is knowing that it is well with my soul no matter what. If He removes the thorn from my flesh, I praise Him for His wonderful grace and mercy that He has shown to me, if He does not, then I praise Him for His wonderful grace and mercy that He has shown to me by letting me go through a process of purification that will make me more sensitive to His spiritual promptings. So like Jesus, in whatever situation I am facing, I let our Father know how I feel about the prospect of an undesirable tribulation that is coming my way, but then I say with a submitted and honest heart: Not my will, but Your will be done in my life. For I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I belong to Him, and that I am in His will to the best of my present abilities, and that whatever comes my way is part of the process that will one day deliver me into the joy of His presence, completed and transformed, into what He destined me to be, for He is able to do it, I just got to go along with it. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 “Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.” Now if I am one of those who believe that Christianity is like a club med type of resort, where all my needs are tended to immediately, with no disturbances to bother me, and I say in my heart to the Lord, When is that big limousine coming over to take me to heaven Lord, for as You know Lord, next year is not going to work out for me, for I got other and more important things to do? Boy! Then I would be in for a rude awakening. Think of all the different olives that are thrown down into the pit of the olive press, is any of them treated differently than the others? I think not! They are all pressed evenly and thoroughly until the process is completed, then and only then is the flesh removed, after all the oil has been extracted, the anointing oil that breaks the yoke. Mark 14:3 “And being in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper, as He sat at the table, a woman came having an alabaster flask of very costly oil of spikenard. Then she broke the flask and poured it on His (Jesus) head.” Before Jesus headed for His encounter with Gethsemane He was anointed with a very expensive perfumed oil. Before the apostles of Jesus headed for their encounter with their destined Gethsemane, where all of them but John died as martyrs, they also were anointed with the precious oil of the Spirit that came down from heaven. Before we enter into our very own Gethsemane oil press, we are all anointed as well, for none of us can be born again unless we are first born of the Spirit of God. So that I see a pattern here. What makes the miracle of the transformation is the Oil of God in us, the anointing oil that breaks the yoke of worthlessness and makes us precious before Him. Many do not understand the function of the Oil of God, or the oil of the anointing. If you remember as the one hundred and twenty disciples were filled with the oil of the Spirit and had the oil of the anointing lid over their heads, some said of them that they were drunk, for they could not see the great significance of the event. Mark 14:4 “But there were some who were indignant among themselves, and said, ‘Why was this fragrant oil wasted?’” It was the same when Jesus was anointed by the woman, some saw nothing but a waste of a good, perfumed oil, and thereby missed the significance as well, which Jesus soon reveled to them. Mark 14:8 “She has done what she could. She has come beforehand to anoint My body for burial.” Here is the revelation of the mystery that I see: The anointing that we all crave and want to be filled of with its power, its a burial anointing, a death anointing if you will. It makes me wonder how many of us when we pray for God’s anointing power for our lives, if we really know that what we are asking for is to die the death of the cross, die to self, die to life, that He may live in us and through us without us hindering Him and His will for us. Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ (the anointed One) lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” Previous Next Home

  • PRAY FOR THE ECONOMY & BUSINESSES | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

Say this prayer out loud: Mighty Heavenly Father, I lift up the economy and the businesses around the world to Your throne room, and I forgive them of its iniquities, the sins they have committed, the curses against them, the curses spoken from them, and the sins of the land they walk on; and I ask You heavenly Father to forgive them as well per Matthew 6:14 KJV “14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:” Demons, loose the economy and the businesses around the world: the Lord rebuke you per Jude 1:9 “9 Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.” I bind you with fetters of iron to the iron below my feet here on earth preventing you from interfering in the economy and the businesses around the world, ever again per Matthew 16:19 KJV “19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” And per Psalm 149:6-9 KJV “6 Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the Lord.” Father God, I bless the economy and the businesses around the world with open ears, eyes, hearts, and minds to see, hear, receive, and believe the living Word of God because you state in Mark 4:12 KJV “12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” I pray in hope that they see and perceive, hear and understand so they would believe in Jesus the Son of the living God! And Heavenly Father, I bless the economy and the businesses around the world with softened hearts to be able to perceive and live by Your Word because even you showed the disciples how hard their hearts were when they didn’t believe when You rose from the dead: Mark 16:14 KJV “14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.” I also bless the economy and the businesses around the world with a spirit of reconciliation because that is the ministry You have given us. Let the spirit of God move forth in the hearts of the people working within the economy and businesses around the world to forgive and reconcile this area back to Jesus, the Son of God as Paul states in 2 Corinthians 5:18-19 KJV “18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.” I pray that the economy and the businesses around the world are restored into the joy of salvation, and to the paths of righteousness as the following scriptures state: Psalm 23:3 KJV “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.” Psalm 51:12 KJV “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.” I pray that the fruit of the spirit stated in Galatians 5:22-23 KJV “22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.” manifests within the hearts of the economy and the businesses around the world. • THE PROMISED PROGENY | House of Faith Ministries (HoFM)

THE PROMISED PROGENY The objective of The Promised Progeny is to reveal the significance of God’s earliest promise in Genesis 3:15, showing how the coming Messiah was foretold as the seed of the woman who would ultimately defeat Satan. This teaching traces the devil’s persistent opposition throughout history to prevent the fulfillment of the promise, contrasts God’s unbreakable covenant with His people, and emphasizes the hope and assurance believers have in Christ’s victory over sin, death, and Satan. THE PROMISED PROGENY Pastor Marcos Marrero Objective: The objective of The Promised Progeny is to reveal the significance of God’s earliest promise in Genesis 3:15, showing how the coming Messiah was foretold as the seed of the woman who would ultimately defeat Satan. This teaching traces the devil’s persistent opposition throughout history to prevent the fulfillment of the promise, contrasts God’s unbreakable covenant with His people, and emphasizes the hope and assurance believers have in Christ’s victory over sin, death, and Satan. Synopsis: The message begins with God’s pronouncement in the Garden of Eden, where He promised that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head. This prophecy carried dual implications: for humanity, it offered redemption and deliverance from sin; for Satan, it spelled eternal defeat. Unlike mankind, who often treated this promise with casual anticipation, the devil became obsessed with stopping it because his fate depended on its failure. Throughout biblical history, Satan attempted to corrupt or destroy the Messianic line—through Cain’s murder of Abel, the corruption of humanity before the flood, the defilement of Noah’s descendants, and the repeated attacks on Israel. Even at Christ’s birth, Satan sought to kill Him through Herod’s massacre, but God preserved the promised Seed. On the cross, Jesus delivered the crushing blow, securing redemption for mankind and sealing Satan’s doom. The covenant with Abraham confirmed this twofold promise: physical (the land and nation of Israel) and spiritual (the eternal redemption through Christ and His church). History bears witness to relentless attacks on both aspects, from Israel’s exile and the Holocaust to the rise of modern hostility against Jews and Christians. Yet, just as the cross turned apparent defeat into victory, every satanic scheme ultimately advances God’s plan. Today, believers and Israel alike still await the complete fulfillment of the promise—Israel’s full inheritance of the land when Messiah reigns, and the church’s transformation into immortal, incorruptible bodies at Christ’s return. Until then, Satan continues his desperate resistance, fueling hatred and persecution, but his end is already sealed. The teaching concludes with encouragement: while tribulation is inevitable, believers must keep their eyes on the ultimate outcome—God’s righteous victory, the establishment of His kingdom, and eternal life through Jesus Christ, the Promised Progeny. Inspired Teaching: Genesis 3:15 “...He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” There were only two humans on planet earth when the Lord first gave the promise that a redeeming Messiah would come through the seed of the woman, and the promise was given while they were still in the Garden of Eden, for it wasn’t until after they were driven out of the Garden that Adam knew Eve, and she conceived. And is interesting to note that the promise was first issued to the serpent in the form of a death warrant that proclaimed that a crushing blow to his head, from the seed of the woman, would be his punishment for leading Adam and Eve in a rebellion against the will of God. Even though the promise had great implications for the human race, for it implied that from the seed of the woman the redemption would come that would deliver us from the consequences of Adam and Eve’s transgression, but from the serpent’s point of view it foretold his own demise for deceiving Adam and Eve and causing them to fall. What that means is that the devil fears the fulfillment of the promise more, than the desire of us humans is, to see it come to pass, for he has everything to lose in its fulfillment. Since we humans have everything to gain through its fulfillment, we do not experience the desperation that the devil feels when reminded of the promise. So that while humanity, the descendants of Adam and Eve, inherited a casual attitude towards the promise of a deliverer, the devil himself became obsessed by it, for he knew that in the fulfillment of the promise, his eternal doom was sealed forever and ever. The reason why this is a very important subject for us to know today, is because if we know what the number one priority of the devil is, which is to try to stop the promise that God gave from coming to pass, then we can prepare ourselves against the deceptions that he will hurdle against us concerning the fulfillment of the promised Messiah. Mark 13:22-23 “For false christs and false prophets will rise and show signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. But take heed; see, I have told you all things before hand.” Biblical history is full of the devil’s attempt to keep the Messianic promise from coming to pass. Since the devil does not know the future, he puts his focus on those with whom God entered into a covenant. Since the promise named the seed of the woman as the inheritor, the devil perverted the very first seed of the woman, Cain; and got him to kill the second seed of the woman, Abel; thereby taking them both out, for he did not think that God would use a murderer as the Messiah. And what is interesting about this is that in biblical history many of those who assumed a role as God’s deliverers, ended up somewhere along the line, killing other people themselves. Abraham, Moses, Joshua, Samson, David, Paul, to name a few, so that we can see the devil’s pattern against the promise repeating itself over and over again. Then the devil preceded to pervert humanity through demonic infestation to the point that God had to destroy the human race during the days of Noah, where only eight humans survived. The devil promptly corrupted Noah’s genes after the flood, so that he could not personally produce godly seed anymore, by a deed done to him by his son Ham, which re-introduced the curse after the flood upon humanity while at the same time taking Noah and Ham out of the line, that left just two sons of Noah to continue the seed line. As you know, Shem’s seed was selected to continue the Messianic line, which led to his posterity, the Semitic people, out of whom God selected Abraham and entered into a covenant with him and his seed, the nation of Israel. The devil then tried to kill the Messiah when He was born and came to the earth for the first time as the Seed of the woman. Matthew 2:16 “Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men.” An angel of the Lord warned Joseph to take the Child and flee to Egypt away from the jurisdiction of Herod, and was told not to return with the Child until after Herod’s death. By the time that the devil found out that Jesus was the Messiah, the Seed of the woman, it was too late for him to stop His ministry. Because by the time that the devil finally got his human cohorts to kill Jesus, the foundation of the deliverance of mankind from their sins according to the promise, had been laid, in line with the pronouncement of Jesus, when He said, that He would build His church and the gates of hell would not prevail against it. On the cross, the crushing blow was delivered that sealed the fate of Satan and all his demons, for it was on the cross that the love of God towards His human creatures was fully revealed, God’s redemptive power could not be stopped, for there God kept the first part of His two-fold promise. After God chose Abraham and entered into a covenant with him, the covenant was a two-fold covenant; God promised Abraham that his seed would be as the sand of the seashore and as the stars in the sky. The first part of the covenant was a physical covenant represented by the sand of the seashore, and the second part of the covenant was a spiritual covenant represented by the stars in the sky. To the nation of Israel, the physical descendants of Abraham, were given the physical land of the Middle East as an eternal possession. Biblical as well as secular history details the struggles of the Jewish nation for over three thousand years, in and out of the land of promise, as freemen and as slaves in their own nation as well as outside of it. I’m just one generation away, since I was born in 1947, from the slaughter of six million Jews, who were systematically exterminated by a demonic Nazi regime whose leadership was hell bent in trying to keep those who are destined by God to inherit God’s physical promise from being alive to fulfill it. But just like when they killed Jesus on the cross it only aided in bringing about the fulfillment of God’s eternal promises. Even today, the devil is hard at work producing weapons of mass destruction and enough human entities to bring about his final solution against the Jewish people, which is their total annihilation in order to keep God from completing His first part of the covenant. Many reasoning politicians do not believe that Iran or any other hate filled nation would ever really endeavor to destroy the Jewish people and the nation of Israel as they continuously proclaim they want to do. They do not know the history of hate, and they surely do not know the history of the devil. That is why I am writing this historical perspective, no reasoning politician back then believed that Hitler could or would commit the atrocities that they so fervently, ruthlessly, and efficiently committed. You cannot take the desperation of the devil or the power of hatred out of the equation. The first decade of the new millennium has seen the rise of an unprecedented and alarming level of hatred, among civil people, against Jews and Christians as prophesied for the end times. Matthew 24:8-9 “All these are the beginning of sorrows. Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.” By bringing Israel back to the Promised Land in this end of times, God has partially fulfilled His promise to them, He will complete the promise after He destroys all of Israel’s enemies and sets His kingdom age in their midst and rules the nations with an iron rod for one thousand years. Which brings us to the second part of the covenant, the spiritual covenant which is represented by the church. This part of the promise has also partially been fulfilled, for the penalty for the sin of Adam and Eve was the death of the human race, but Jesus took care of that on the day when He rose from the grave, when all the powers of hell could not keep Him in that grave no matter how hard they tried. John 11:26 “And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?” Until the promise is completed and we are fitted with our new eternal physical bodies, our physical bodies can still be killed, but we really do not die, for His promise to us is that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Matthew 10:28 “And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” So just like the Jews who do not inherit the totality of the Promise Land until after all their enemies are destroyed and Messiah resides in their midst as King of kings and Lord of lords, we Christians do not receive our immortal bodies until our mortal enemy, death, is finally destroyed. 1 Corinthians 15:54-55 “So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: ‘Death is swallowed up in victory. O Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?’” Though the promise might be two-fold its still one promise, so that if the devil can stop any part of the promise from being fulfilled, he believes that he can stop the will of God for him which is his eternal damnation. Of course, we know better, for we are the heirs of the good promise of God, His promised redemption. But since the devil has already lost, he is going down with the ship and aims at taking as many fools along with him as he can. Psalm 56:13 “For You have delivered my soul from death. Have You not kept my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living?” If we look carefully at the present day isolation of the nation of Israel, and come to realize that basic Christian principals have been rejected at all levels of society, and that Bible believing Christians are continuously targeted for ridicule and rejection, and I’m just talking about the nations of the west, for last year the number of Christian martyr’s double in the nations that for the most part never embraced Christianity. There is no other conclusion but that the devil is getting ready to strike with his vicious fury those who are the heirs of God’s promises in ways that have not been recently seen, and in places that have not seen such tribulations before, like here in the US. We cannot stop that which is inevitable, Jesus told us that while in this world we would have tribulations, but it helps if we know where they are coming from and why. It also helps if we keep our eyes on the final outcome. Psalm 7:14-17 “Behold, the wicked brings forth iniquity; yes, he conceives trouble and brings forth falsehood. He made a pit and dug it out, and has fallen into the ditch which he made. His trouble shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down on his own crown. I will praise the Lord according to His righteousness, and will sing praise to the name of the Lord Most High.” Previous Next Home

GOD’S DWELLING PLACE To equip believers with the understanding of how God’s light and truth lead His people into His dwelling place, especially in the midst of personal persecution and national corruption. This lesson aims to help Christians discern between common trials and targeted spiritual attacks, to encourage faithfulness amidst oppression, and to prepare themselves as vessels—tabernacles—for God’s delivering power through purity, separation from idolatry, and joyful worship. GOD’S DWELLING PLACE Pastor Marcos Marrero January 1, 1900 Objective: To equip believers with the understanding of how God’s light and truth lead His people into His dwelling place, especially in the midst of personal persecution and national corruption. This lesson aims to help Christians discern between common trials and targeted spiritual attacks, to encourage faithfulness amidst oppression, and to prepare themselves as vessels—tabernacles—for God’s delivering power through purity, separation from idolatry, and joyful worship. Synopsis: “GOD’S DWELLING PLACE” explores the deep cry of the psalmist in Psalm 43:3: “Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle.” Pastor Marrero begins by acknowledging the reality of persecution, which ranges from general spiritual trials common to all believers (1 Corinthians 10:13) to personal, targeted attacks fueled by spiritual opposition and national apostasy (Psalm 43:1–2). The lesson draws a clear line between: Common temptation that tests every believer, and Specific persecution that targets individuals—often those receiving spiritual revelation or occupying high spiritual callings (2 Corinthians 12:7). Pastor Marrero uses David’s life as a case study, showing how David endured personal attacks from Saul and an ungodly system, not by retaliating, but by refusing to partake in idolatry, maintaining integrity (Psalm 26:1–5), and trusting in God’s vindication. David’s refusal to “sit with the wicked” became the very thing that qualified him to be a dwelling place for God’s glory, and eventually to lead Israel into national revival. The teaching emphasizes that: God’s light and truth are the forces that drive away demonic oppression, but they require a dwelling place—a purified heart that hosts His presence. Psalm 24 identifies the qualifications to ascend to God’s holy hill: clean hands, a pure heart, and separation from idols. The message turns prophetic as Pastor Marrero addresses modern nations—particularly America—that have turned from righteousness, allowing demonic influence to infiltrate their systems. He points to the judiciary’s corruption, moral decay, and contempt for God’s people as evidence of national backsliding (Proverbs 14:34). In response, the believer is called to: Separate from worldly alliances, Maintain personal holiness, Cry out for God’s vindication, and Become a living tabernacle where His presence dwells. The teaching concludes with the reminder that God’s dwelling place is ultimately within the heart of the faithful worshiper—one who rejects compromise, embraces joy in God, and adorns themselves with the garment of praise to break the spirit of heaviness (Isaiah 61:3). The believer’s prayer becomes David’s prayer: “Lead me in Your truth… for You are the God of my salvation” (Psalm 25:4–5). Inspired Teaching: Psalm 43:3 “Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle (dwelling place).” There has always been oppression from God’s enemy Satan against those whose desire is to do God’s will. In many instances some even experience greater persecution than others. It is like that today as well. But there is a kind of persecution that those who experience it, feel like they have been personally targeted. And it soon becomes obvious to them that in order for them to be delivered from such persecution that they need to be personally vindicated. 1 Corinthians 10:13 “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear (endure) it.” It is true that all persecution is such as that which is common to man. But it is also true that some are able to endure more than others, so that the intensity of the persecution may vary from one individual to another. 2 Corinthians 12:7 “And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure.” It is also true that for those who are seeking and receiving spiritual revelation from the Lord, in order to keep their pride at bay, the Lord allows them to endure greater persecution than others, but never more than that which they are able to endure. We see this with people who are placed in high positions of spiritual authority. They have to endure greater waves of persecution, in order to keep them from giving into the pride that follows their high position which would cause them to fall. That is why the Bible warns against installing untested novices in high positions of authority, for they will not be able to endure the level of persecution that naturally follows such high positions. Psalm 43:1 “Vindicate me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation; Oh, deliver me from the deceitful and unjust man!” It is clear from the opening of Psalm forty-three, that the psalmist is dealing with the kind of persecution that has targeted him personally. Here we see an opportunity to learn how to deal with this kind of personal persecution and how to discern the difference between this kind of persecution and that which is common to man. It appears that the origin of this temptation was an ungodly nation who had targeted individuals like the writer of this Psalm for personal attacks. It also involved a deceitful and unjust man who was personally, unjustly, and deceitfully, attacking the writer of this Psalm and those like him. Psalm 42:10 “As with a breaking of my bones, my enemies reproach (revile) me, while they say to me all day long, ‘Where is your God?’” The difference between the temptations which are commonly natural to all believers, and the persecutions that arise out of an ungodly nation is the unleashing of the demonic hordes that are able to afflict a nation who has turned from God to the wickedness of this world. Proverbs 14:34 “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.” These demonic hordes target those who are spiritual and who are able to warn the nation of the dangers into which it has fallen. Judge, after judge, after judge, keep ruling against the will of the American people. It seems that no matter what good moral laws we pass, what constitutional amendments we write and vote into law, all it takes is one federal judge to declare it null and void. The high stakes of this spiritual warfare are enormous, for the future of the nation, and to a lesser degree, the future of the world is being decided. Psalm 43:2 “For You are the God of my strength; why do You cast me off? Why do I go mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?” Like the psalmist, we end up feeling rejected and left out by God Himself. How can we stand up against these demonic hordes that are running rampant against our nations? Let’s take another look into our opening text. Psalm 43:3 “Oh, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your tabernacle.” Light, or enlightening truth from God is the only thing that is able to drive away any and all demonic hordes from our midst. However, this powerful force of deliverance needs a dwelling place, a tabernacle in this earth in order to be successful. In order to become a tabernacle for God’s delivering power, we have to enter into His holy hill and abide with Him in His tabernacle. We dealt with this in the previous lesson; according to Psalm 24, only those who have clean hands and a pure heart, who have not lifted up their souls to idols nor sworn deceitfully are able to receive this power. Psalm 24:3-4 “Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully.” Now, more than ever before, fellowship with this world system can have disastrous consequences on our ability to powerfully intercede against all the evil forces that war from within our nations governments against the Word of God. So that we see the interaction between the corporal and the individual. The ungodly nation and the deceitful and unjust man. David was just an individual, but he refused to compromise with the sin of idolatry. God rewarded his faithfulness by making him king of the nation of Israel, and David drove that nation into its highest glory. Saul, the first king of Israel became an idolater—for his disobedience was as the sin of witchcraft—and he severely and personally persecuted David aiming to destroy his life. How did David overcome the personal persecution that aimed to destroy him personally and the purpose that God had for David’s life? Psalm 26:4-5 “I have not sat with idolatrous mortals, nor will I go in with hypocrites, I have hated the assembly of evildoers, and will not sit with the wicked.” Notice how David begins Psalm twenty-six the same way that the other psalmist began Psalm forty-three, Vindicate me, O Lord. Psalm 26:1 “Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have walked in my integrity. I have also trusted in the Lord; I shall not slip.” Under king Saul, both the nation and the king persecuted David, for Saul pursued David with Israel’s army for the purpose of killing him. David prayed to the Lord, and I’m paraphrasing: Vindicate me, O Lord, for I have not walked in their idolatry; that is what he meant by I have walked in my integrity. He continued, I did not sit with them, and I will not sit with them, the idolaters and the evil doers. I will not be a part of their wickedness, no matter how much it costs me. David triumphed over the man by refusing to partake in his idolatry, and by faithfully waiting on God and not taking matters into his own hands. He pleased God—and God gave to him the nation of Israel as his reward. The greatest desire of David’s heart was to build a dwelling place for the glory of God to rest while here on the earth! It is safe to say that God had already found a dwelling place here on the earth in the heart of David. Psalm 43:4 “Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding joy; and on the harp I will praise You, O God, my God.” It does not matter whether it is David, the sons of Korah, or us; when we make our God our exceeding joy, renounce all idolatries, and cry out to God for vindication—God’s dwelling place takes residence within us. The anointing oil distilled from the fragrance of our songs of praise breaks off the oppression of the enemy and we are able to enter into the hill of the Lord with thanksgivings in our hearts. Isaiah 61:3 “To console those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” There is no doubt that the nations of the world that once honored the Gospel of Jesus Christ, have turned their backs on the God of the Gospel; they have decided to follow the god’s of their own making and imaginations. They now live with open reproach and contempt against those of us who have kept the faith of our founding fathers. They have elected for themselves leaders that represent their contempt against us in the way they govern. They have deceived and continued to deceive those who should know better, into keeping them in power. They have no regard for truth. They do not care how much misery they inflict upon those whom they deceive. Their hatred towards God has no bounds since their father is the devil, who was a liar and a murderer from the very beginning. But we know them, we know the spirits that drive them, and we have no part with them. Let the dead bury their own dead. As for us, this is our heartfelt prayer: Oh Lord, send out Your light and Your truth! Let them lead us. Let Your light and Your truth bring us into Your holy hill and into Your tabernacle. Psalm 25:4-5 “Show me Your ways, O Lord; teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; on You I wait all day.” Previous Next Home
